Tell me about your cosplays

HAI!!!! depends on what you wanna know :) i've been a cosplayer for a while now, started in 2018-19 with my sander sides cosplays (i hand made vigils jacket, its still somewhere in my closets) but ive been admiring cosplayers for wayyy longer, i love the craft so much

then in the peak age of 2020 covid hit and i saw a influx of cosplay comps on youtube, i made my fair few fnaf cosplays (which have no documented proof)

the following halloween i made a Thanatos from Hades cosplay for a library event, big prop sythe and all, ive gotta revit it but i was proud at the time

i never got seriously into it till around 2022 when i made my sweetheart from Omori dress, was the first time i had seriously approached a cosplay with dedication and excitement for a halloween event i planned with friends

(as seen here) and then it kinda continued to spiral!! got very into danganronpa for a while so i made and brought my share far of those cosplays styles many wigs. also did Mari and Sunny from Omori in this time too (hence where my name comes from!) then i expanded out to my other interests, Sara Chuidon from YTTD (Your Turn To Die), Stephanie Lauter from NPMD (Nurdy Prudes Must Die), Kagamine Rin (Vocaloid) and now getting into the nitty griftty of my longest hyperfixation and special interests, Supergiant games (Sybil Reisz being my latest one) I am currently working on the following: Zagreus, Melinoe (Hades) Gabriel, V1, V2 and Mirage (ULTRAKILL) and Sal (Griftlands) and if you ever looked at my detailed milanotes you'd be more concerned for the amount that i wanna do but if you really ask me, i love to cosplay for me and me alone. i only got a tiktok and instagram in the past 2 years so i can post for me, and its fun. my cosplays don't have to be popular and ive only ever been to 1 con in my entire life (too overstimulating haha!) i love to explore makeup and expression, i love to film videos and preform what ive always looked up too and if that convinces someone else out there to try it out, then I've more than done my part in sharing my fav hobby

Okay so anywho I have black hair, its half shaved and im growing out the nonshaved side cause its about to my shoulder. Im pan, but also aromantic? I just cant feel attraction but romance! Im pretty tall for my age. I have brown eyes and i have dimples.

I like wearing hoodies and leggings. Also i love cosplay. I have so many wigs. Im kinda chubby. I like bland colours, and usually wear black.

I have one brother, and im good with kids but i dispise them. I have an electroc guitar but suck at it. Im good at singing tho! I play video games, and am really good at them. A weird thing is that I hate watching visual novels. If im playing tho, its cool.

Anyways, im good at making friends but am annoying? I have adhd, but i can be pretty calm. I usually choose my friends by their clothes. One of my bffs i only talked to cause i liked their backpack.

Im an ambivert, and i use my shorter friends as armrests. I talk a lot in class but have all a's and b's. I suck at drawing, but I like it. Rn im taking debate. I cant dtay on topic for more thdn like 5 minutes.

I want to dye my hair mint green. I died it black cause my natural hair colour is brown. If i could choose looks, I would have Light green hair with blue eyes.

I text like "Omg slay💅🏼💅🏼" to some friends and others "coolio" Also i love danganronpa, ddlc, omori, and animal crossing. And mario games and pokemon.

Also idk if this is inportant but I listen to 71,310 minutes of spotify? Thats 1,200 hours.

BASIL is pretty patient, so you don't have to worry about annoying him or anything

his favorite color is green, and i think he would dye his hair a minty green in the future, so if you wanted to dye yours then he'd help you!!

he's curious what kind of music you listen to and if it's so good to the point where you'd spend 1,200 hours listening to it

he has a bit of a hard time starting conversation so you might meet just by you complimenting his shirt and it goes from there

gets kinda confused if u lean on him but he gets used to it

the only types of games BASIL really likes are RPGs , psychological horror and sandboxes, but he'll play shooters and other games if you'd like to (you always win)

he also really likes drawing, and if u like ask for drawing tips or something he'll say "i think your art is amazing the way it is!!" (he doesn't mean to be obnoxious, he just hates when people ask how to draw)

he thinks cosplayers r so cool!! if you wanna make a closet cosplay or something at home he'll help you out with his autistic artistic abilities

Since cosplay convention is coming up

I decided to cosplay in cosplay convention. in my first time going to cosplay convention, I didn't get to cosplay that time but now in my second time, I decided to cosplay and I cosplay as femgirl sunny from omori. and today, this 2023 and a lot of cosplay convention dates has released, I decided to do my cosplay plans for it so here's my cosplay plans

Planning to cosplay as them although in a budget-closet but since I'll be buget closet them, For yanfei, I'll be doing cosplaying her as a au modern lawyer, while kuki shinobu, is just a casual outfit but it will be insipring by her outfit. I post this just to plan out my mind so yep.

There might be more but I'll try to update this (I don't think I can pin this so JSDFHSDHFDS)

I draw fanart; usually of kids' cartoons, games, & anime, but sometimes other stuff like ouat.

I have my own ocs & characters from personal projects like Unti & Jack.

I do a lot of cosplay- especially closet cosplays.

The wigs I currently have are:

Venti, Kaveh, Hu Tao, short black wig (used for MAwS!Lois Lane & T3R3Z1 PYROP3 but probably a Keith Kogane wig originally lol) & a short purple wig (I use for Uzi Doorman but it was probably meant for Touka Kirishima)

I have a Chūya wig but that's...just my hair now???

Also a bunch of others idk if I can dig them out but:

long navy blue (Princess Luna), rainbow (Rainbow Dash! Shocking! 😱), & a short blue wig (DJ Pon-3/Vinyl Scratch)

I am genderflux but usually a masc presenting kinda enby guy? So if I do an old cosplay again it'll probably be a more masc/gender neutral looking version.

I sing a bunch, I'm just not a professional.

I did recently do a super quick amateur cover of Francis Forever by Mitski that's on the server but idk if I'll post that.
