(Thank you, Anon. Sorry it took so long. I've had to think about this long and hard)

Before Severus became a model, he was pretty much similar to how he was in the marauders era

He was a nerd and chemist genius and not the nicest person in school. So he was your typical loner emo outcast boy

He and Lily were best friends but were driven apart by the marauders and co

After Lily and Severus's friendship ended. He fell in the arms of models Lucius Malfoy and Narcissa Black, who also go to school with Severus

Severus was introduced to modeling by accompanying Lucius and Narcissa to their photo shoots most of the time, and some of the clothes caught his attention

As he kept going to Narcissa and Lucius's photoshoots, he would pretend he was bored or he wanted to hang himself with a tie, but in truth, he was jealous of how Lucius and Narcissa would look absolutely beautiful in literally anything they wore and he looked like a slimy bat (marauders words not mine)

When he tried the clothes he liked in secret, he secretly loved it and imagined himself walking down the runway with those clothes and people clapping for him....but at the end of it he would thrust himself back to the cruel reality of his "situation"

Severus lives with his father, Tobias, who is an abusive drunk (both physically and emotionally)

One day after Severus was trying another one of the model outfits, Narcissa found him and immediately complimented him in the outfit.

She then had the amazing idea for him to join in on the photoshoots, but Severus immediately declined

It took a LOT of convincing from Narcissa, but she managed to grab his attention when she mentioned the pay and that he wouldn't have to show his face

Narcissa involved Lucius, and they started experimenting with clothing and styles they think would suit Severus, including makeup and masks (to hide his face)

After many, many, many tries. They finally landed on a style theme that suited Severus, which of course had modern Victorian emo goth vibe

A lot of black gloves, fingerless gloves, some necklaces, bracelets, piercings with either chains, scales, leather, and/or fake feathers. They also do dark colors (more specifically dark green, gray, and blue)

When he got prepared for his first photoshoot, he thought he looked completely different in a terrifying way when he saw himself in the mirror, but at the same time, he kind of liked his new look.

Narcissa and Lucius introduced him as 'Prince' to the photographer, and if anyone asked for his first name, Severus would answer Raven due to his clothing and his mask

When he saw the pictures, he was impressed at how unrecognizable he was, but he had doubts about people even taking an interest in him

When he got to Hogwarts boarding school, almost all the students had fashion magazines (Narcissa's influence, of course) and were looking at Severus or Raven, and almost all were incredibly impressed by the style and looks severus was wearing

As Severus continued modeling, he loved it and dressing in new clothes that suited him, but he never kept them due to wanting to keep this part of his life on the down low

His father abuses him physically and mentally and is still a drunk and the marauders here bully him senseless

When the magazine came out with more of Severus's pictures. They liked them but wanted to know who the model was, along with almost every single student at Hogwarts except for Narcissa and Lucius since they already know but Sirius on the other hand had a feeling since some features on the magazine stood out and were similar

As time went on, Severus was paid handsomely, and he would make enough money to get out of his father's place and on his own

His father eventually found out due to Severus bringing one of masks with him, and as one can imagine, what happened after wasn't pretty.

Severus also signed a contract with C.E.O Tom Riddle, who also had a contract with Narcissa and Lucius. He also made Severus super popular

But what was happening after the photoshoot was another story. But let's just say it wasn't "professional"

Severus did photoshoots with Lucius and Narcissa, along with Bellatrix and a few others whom Tom Riddle has as clients

Severus was discovered by Sirius, who didn't expose him under the condition that they stayed in their separate corners, to which they both agreed to

After a while, Severus is still a model but still doesn't show his face and remains anonymous until he decides to leave and goes into the arms of Dumbledore's company

Severus still models, and Lily works with him as an agent and also as a model but not as often, and yes, she is married to James.

He and Lily did reconnect, but Severus was still distant and kept to his side of the world, but he slowly started taking more photos without his mask

But he still goes by 'Raven Prince' to keep the modeling world and his life separate and, luckily, almost no one recognizes him

Also, Narcissa quite modeling and went into fashion design and became severus's and many other fashion designers, and Lucius still models and models his wife's clothes that she made for him

(That's all I have for now. Thank again anon. This was challenging, but I liked it, and the au. Sorry again that this took forever. Like I said, it was a challenge, and I haven't seen geek girl, which made the process longer. What would all of HND!MC Love interests think if MC design a whole outfit, hairstyle, dyed hair, accessories, jewelry etc, for them?

Like has they're favourite things on the outfit, fav type of clothing on MC, they're magic colour as the main palette etc! Like say for sans has magic colour dyed, star and constellations in hair clips and on outfit, thigh highs, big jacket like his, but more star or science or puns designs, little ketchup zipper keychain, hair in space buns, moon and sun earrings. Pretty much all they're favourite things and maybe fav clothing wise turn ones (socks/knee highs for those Skellies ;)), blue with sailor faintly in the design or clothing 180, edge with lingerie faintly showing but defiantly eye catching)

Maybe if possible for all love interests incase your unsure or a new fan is unsure, neighbour Skellies(sans, papyrus, blue, orange, red, edge, Berry, syrup), hotel skellies(axe, crooks, ink, error, dream, nightmare, day(daydream), killer), mafia Skellies(roulette, sniper, carbine, rifle, colt, musket), and Mint + Mango(technically also hotel Skellies in a way-) if you do mango the friendship bracelet is very easily seen, like cute sleeves rolled up above elbows or short sleeves)??? And if willing to do spoilers, the new (6?) Skeletons?

I actually have plans for this later on. Like Mc will coordinate her outfits on dates with the skeletons so she matches and now I want like Magic Hair dye that can change colors super easily with a mist spray or something. AHHH.

The Sans outfit you have described here is super cute! with the space buns and big jacket with the detail! AHHHH I want all of it.

Since I will be like doing this in later chapters I don't want to give too much away but MC has even started this. When she went on her double date with Blue and Orange (and Myra I guess) She picked out Blue's colors and a modern outfit that she thought he would like and would match.

I have a plan later for Red which is going to drive him wild. One of his thick jackets, Short ass black skirt with a red belt that has gold chains hanging off it, a red bralette, no shirt, Thigh high socks, Red and black sneakers with gold accents and a choker/collar. My favourite part about this outfit that is so totally up Red's alley is she won't be wearing it for him, even though she borrows a jacket XD I am very excited. It's one of the chapters I've had planned for a while.

I have some plans for the others too like MC classic Skulls outfit for Colt, a goddess cut dress for Nightmare and Dream, A dark purple lolita dress to mess with Berry, Orange's hoodie with underwear and nothing else for Orange. There is so much we could do both spicy and not. I am now very excited about these possible outfits.

i really enjoy the intimacy involved in acts of service, and there’s always something so small and treasured about shaving,,,the trust involved in letting someone that close to your face with a knife, the intimacy in being no more than a couple of breaths away from each other, the faith that the other person won’t fuck up your face by giving you a weird shave -- i just love the layers to shaving someone else,,,and i just had to make it buckytony. this is a really short fic (as most of my fics are) but i really love it

2. broken pieces (me and you) fit together perfectly - samrhodey, mcu, developing relationship, post IW, 1.5k, K+

AU-gust Day 5: Post Apocalyptic AU

i really enjoy samrhodey, i really enjoy the idea of Rhodey only being a couple year’s ahead of Sam and Sam having a big crush on him, i really like the idea of both of them bonding when they join the Avengers post AoU, i really like the idea of this simple, easy relationship developing between them in this very soft and understated way, but ive never actually written them before this fic - which is why im so proud of this fic, because i like the story ive weaved here

3. princely duties - thortony, mcu, asgardian tony AU, meet cute, 1.6k, K+

Thor Odinson, Crown Prince of the Realm of Asgard, Brother of Loki the Silvertongue, son to Frigga the Kind and Odin the Great, was known for a great many things.

He was known for his great looming stature, stranding tall and proud even for an Asgardian, with muscles that rippled and tensed as he walked. He was known for his illustrious hair, a thick blond mane that he'd taken a vow to never cut, braided and cascading down his shoulders in thick waves. He was known for his might on the battlefield, for the terror he struck through the heart of his enemies when he called lighting itself down to rain fire on those who dared oppose him.

He was known for being a gentle prince, for always having an ear open and the time for a pitcher of ale. He was known for the bond he had with his brother Loki - how the two of them had curled around each other at birth, his tiny fist clenched around his brother's equally tiny pinky, and never let go.

But more than any of that, Thor Odinson was known for never taking a Consort, in all his years.

AU-gust Day 9: Royalty AU

Ostensibly, this is a thortony fic, but i really like this fic because of the relationship i wrote for Thor and Loki. i do hope to continue this some day, to expand this verse into a couple of related one shots that show Thor and Tony’s relationship overtime, and develop more on Thor and Loki as brothers because i think we were really robbed of that in the mcu - but this is one of my better AU-gust fills, for sure

4. the things we tell ourselves in the dark - stevetony, emh, skrulls, angst, 1.1k, K

“Still,” he turns away from Tony, because he doesn’t want to hurt him, but if he doesn’t get this out, it might eat him alive, “I was with them for months Tony. Months. How did you not notice? How did you not know it wasn't me?”

this is one of the few stevetony fics ive written all year, because ive sort of fallen out of love with the ship but emh brought it back in full force. i wrote this entire fic in 20 minutes literally the second i finished the Secret Invasion episode because there was such delicious angst and it begged to be written, and im so happy with how this turned out. i personally, am always quite worried that characters sometimes sound OOC in my fics, but i definitely didn’t have that issue with this fic, and i just really enjoyed writing it

5. 1000 lives (for you) - buckytony, mcu, soulmates AU, tws compliant, 14.7k, T

On the 10th of December 1991, the Asset is taken out of cyro, and there is a name on his right wrist.

On the 16th of December 1991, he is sent out to shoot the tyre of a car, and then kill the man and woman inside.

When he returns to base, there is a boy, no older than 17, chained to the wall of his room, shivering and bravely fighting back tears.

It does not occur to the Asset until much later than these two events are connected.

this is currently my largest fic till date, and it is such a labour of love. i don’t think ive ever worked this hard, or this long on a fic, and it’s definitely the fic i am the most proud of from 2020. im having so much fun writing this, and im really hoping that everybody reading this is really enjoying it too because i have so many ideas for this verse and it’s possibly one of my favourite things ive written ever -- not just this year

i very recently got into hawaii 5 o, but i truly love these idiots with all my heart and soul, and it’s been so long since i immersed myself in a new fandom or wrote for any other characters, so i wanted to celebrate that by choosing my favourite h5o fic from this year. the thing about mcdanno is that they really do write themselves, and there’s so much potential with them that a lot of what i write is stuff you can truly imagine just happens off screen on the show. anyway, Danny is always calling Steve a pain in his ass, and i just thought it would be funny if Steve was literally a pain in this ass, and then this small one shot happened

Ack! I missed my Captive Prince anniversary date. Title: My Captive Prince  (and AO3 and Tumblr and reading and writing) history (roughly reconstructed) -- the long version

Reading background before CP:

My whole life: Reading reading reading. Owning thousands of books, a large part sci fi/fantasy. 2 bookcases full of UNread books still. Subscription to Asimov’s magazine, my favorite. 

fiction with “real” sex: had read a few gratuitous not well-written paperbacks, when I was bored back in the ‘70s. Never wanted to read more.

fan fiction: had read only a few amateur things, not well-written, I think Star Trek, in the mid-’80s [yes, on paper]. Never wanted to read more.

Encountered OTP and “slash” terms maybe 2010, read a couple--shrug. “Just more fan fiction.” Never wanted to read more.

Romance fiction: Might have read 3 or 4 dozen over the years. Most I didn’t like or even gave up in the  middle because of not good writing or plotting.

Writing background:

Started pursuing fiction writing in mid-’80s, attended conferences and lectures and a year in a weekly critiquing class at a local JC, and started a writers’ group [in person, yes] and participated for years with my own things. Sent out story after story to markets--lots of rejections, but then started getting higher and higher awards in the Writers of the Future competition and some *nice personalized* rejections from editors. Drove to Idaho from CA for a week-long writing workshop in1995.  In1998, spent 6 weeks in Seattle at Clarion West.  I sold a couple of short stories and a poem to paying markets (pro and semipro). Then I discovered dog agility in1996and that was mostly the end of  my writing pursuits. Doh. But, still: Books. Fiction.

Early March, 2020:Pandemic! Doing a google image search for something like “captive prince chained”.  Don’t ask. Amazing how many photos came up, which surprised me.  Kept searching and searching for days--SOOO many cool images! Including the Japanese cover of Captive Prince. 

March 16, 2020: Eventually, it became clear that there was a book called Captive Prince. Jackpot! Because I was *searching* for captive princes... don’t ask. Read the synopsis and ordered only the first as an e-book. (Because--what if it’s as badly written as50 Shades of Gray? Or worse?)

March 16/17, 2020: OMG it matched SO SO SO many things in my own fictional world! And a bonus: amazing UST from the beginning, too. OK, then..

March 18, 2020: Ordered the next 2 ebooks as fast as my fingers could go!

March 19, 2020: Desperate for more Captive Prince or other works by the author. ...Desperate barely begins to describe it. And then I found The Summer Palace collection. Ordered as an ebook.

March 20, 2020: OMG searching again. Started collecting links to many many many of the online art, now that I knew what was going on! ...

And started reading the series again. And again. And again. And again. And...

April 22, 2020: Joined AO3! I think because a link to this came up in Tumbler and it was amazing. And I wanted to read more!

April 23, 2020: I’ve had twitter and tumblr accounts for years, but have hardly done anything in either--just following links there. On this day, I sent an online junkie friend a request for help in how to find people and things in both places because I was struggling. 

Most of Spring and Summer 2020: Reading more and more fanfic AND learning SO much about fanfic and about the vocabulary for that and for m-m fiction and for sex-related things.

May 4, 2020:  Have been reading CaPri fanfic voraciously, and finding more in Tumblr. No interest in commenting; I just wanted to read and stay anonymous. Might have clicked Kudos or not. But on this date, I posted my first comment. Somewhat reluctantly, because I wasn’t interested in discourse. but it was SO GOOD. My 2nd comment wasn’t until July 2. After that, commented regularly.

May 7, 2020: Found Forest Elf Fancies artist! And asked for this custom t-shirt (see photo! Mirror image of front, btw) from his existing Vere and Akielos designs.  Arrived May 18. Yowza! I am all in now.  (Never before have I had t-shirts for fictional characters despite owning about 150.)

July 16, 2020: on this date, I created my first AO3 bookmark--a bunch, actually, probably of things I’d read.

On Tumblr, unknown 2020 date: Followed my first person. Wasn’t ever going to do more than a few, because: I already have FaceBook, thank you very much. ...As of April 19, 2021, I’m following 37 people, almost all of whom post frequently related to CaPri. Tumblr, unknown 2020 date: started reblogging things. The rest of 2020: Reading reading reading AO3 and Tumblr related to CapRi. My other reading life halted back in March. How is there such good writing so many times? How is there so much good sex? Around January 1, 2021: First added a comment to a discussion on Tumblr. Around January 14, 2021: First posted an original thing (a short observation) on Tumblr. Started posting like this more often. Maybe weekly on average? OMG started plotting stories in my head! I’m too busy for this sort of thing! Don’t give in! Feb 12, 2021: Posted my first original short fiction on Tumblr.  Have done one or 2 others since.  What will be next?

I also love the new album! I'm my case is autobahn and got me in chains. Haven't had the NEED to play an album on repeat since Fatal Love. It's like they have the same style, but it does sound more mature, more perfected. I'm so happy they get to do the music they really want, not may idols can say that.

BEFORE I FORGET AGAIN, I meant to tell you I thought about you last week because I watched THE MOST AMAZING reverse harem anime: My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!

OMG, it was so funny (I laughed out loud into the dead of night so many times) and entertaining and even made me cry a couple times. I watched the whole two seasons in three nights. Truly reverse harem, and the protagonist is actually delightfully endearing. You should def watch it! It's free on Crunchyroll. First anime that has taken me by storm in years!

Back on topic, yes! It fills me with unadulterated joy that MX has the freedom to create how they want at last. Being an artist in the kpop industry can be suffocating with so many restrictions on absolutely every facet of life, but these boys are so confident and love so deeply, and I just wish nothing but the most amazing, fulfilling lives for them. *le sigh*

Girl, pressure? Please. I'm impervious to it. I just had half a box of chocolate-covered pretzels for breakfast while three of my coworkers watched. :) The only pressure I fear is the pressure to be perfect I put on myself (read especially: when I find my own typos, my soul withers inside). That said, you're totally right--the muse must be titillated in order to produce. That's why I don't do requests or commissions. I can't write if She isn't entertained, ya know? :-P It is of concern, however, how entertaining the muse finds Werewolf Hendery... >.>

Okay imma just do tmi bebes for now cause there are SO many tsc characters. Also, these are the first ones that came to mind mind. Our bebes have range so they can do a lot of stuff!! PS - Remind me to do the others later okay?

Jace - Definitely in law enforcement. I think he might in the army. Jace is an amazing solider and he genuinely enjoys a good fight and believes in protecting people. so I can see him serving his country.

Clary - An artist. If it wasn't for the plot of tmi, I think Clary would have pursued a career in art (altho she still does that!!!) She will be an artist and might even open her own gallery.

Alec - I always see Alec has someone who fights the system by being within the system. So, I would definitely say somewhere in politics or international relations. I can see him being a policy maker in the government.

Simon - I don't know why but I keep seeing Simon has a high school teacher. He is sweet, smart, funny and has a lot of patience. I think he would an excellent history or even music teacher!!!

Izzy - She is a bit of a hard one to decide. I keep seeing her doing a job that is a little badass. I imagine her as a tattoo artist or martial artist or even a cop. I think she will do a job that is typically known as ‘masculine’ just to piss people off. And she’ll be great at it!!

Magnus - I know he never pursued this career, but I always see Magnus has a doctor. He is one of the kindest characters in tsc and I see him being this smart, kind, genuine and incredibly hot doctor in a hospital who is obviously every patient’s favourite!

Maia - Girl is definitely a small business owner. She might run a restaurant chain  one day.

Jordan - I think he might do a very zen job - like being a yoga instructor or even a fitness coach.

Luke - A bookstore owner who just wants to sell books and be soft with his wife.

Raphael - A BADASS HOTEL OWNER WHO IS LIKE SUPER RICH AND HATES THE PAPARAZZI.

Seelie Queen - A shady celebrity. Like super shady.

Sebastian - This lil shit involved in some illegal shit. Like drug trafficking.

hey lovely!! im planning a trip to seoul next year + I know that you've been, so i just wanted to ask for your recommendations?? wheres the best place to stay area wise, places to visit, good food restaurants/cafes, how best to get around (im guessing subway)?? 💞

hello! how exciting omg. in terms of area, i don’t have any specific recommendations since i tend to stay in airbnbs when abroad and i’ve been in various different areas while in seoul. i think as long as u can find somewhere that’s ~fairly~ central and at a good price, then you’re golden! tbh it doesn’t really matter too much if you’re a little further out too bc the subway system is a dream and makes travelling around v easy (which answers your final question). you’ll just need a t-money card (which is like an oyster card/metro card for the subway that you load up with money and use to tap in/tap out at stations) and you can travel anywhere with ease!! the only thing to note is that trains stop running at night fairly early - i think it’s around/before midnight, so if you’re planning on staying out late then you’ll need to get a taxi.

신선설농탕 in myeongdong - i am v biased as a oxtail soup supremacist but this is honestly one of my fave places ever and i make it a tradition to come here every time i’m in seoul lmao IT’S JUST SO TASTY. tip: they’re always suuuper busy at breakfast and lunchtime so try to come before/after. also, there’s a rice porridge restaurant above this place on the 3rd floor (i think?) that is DELICIOUSSSS

광장시장 - the beeeest traditional food market. there are so many quality food stalls here and u can get a really, really top tier meal for super reasonable prices. note: they don’t accept card, so make sure u have cash on u before u go

 명동교자 - also another fave that i visit whenever i go!! their knife cut noodles are,,,,, incredible,,, and their dumplings are just so mind blowingly good just go and allow me to live vicariously through you please

나물먹는곰 - super cute restaurant that’s hidden away in hongdae. they have great traditional food

sulbing - this is a bingsu chain that you can find in multiple places!! their bingsu is so so good. i recommend the 인절미 bingsu and also there’s this one honeydew melon one they have with ice cream inside and it’s!! just!! amazing!! idk what it’s called but it’s super tasty YOU NEED TO TRY IT

cafe onion - the prettiest cafe!! they have two branches and both are lovely

not in seoul but honourable mention because it’s my fave cafe ever: waveon cafe in busan is,,,, life changing

as for places to visit, that rly depends on ur interests! i recommend visiting the palaces for sure and also the hanok village (but do be wary it’s a residential area so they understandably don’t like tourists lingering on their doorsteps for photos. there’s also quite a few cool tea houses in the area, i recommend you to check them out!!) n.seoul tower is also a must see - try going in the evening around sunset bc by the time you get up to the tower, it’ll be dark and that’s when the view is most impressive. the hike up there is also pretty nice if you’re prepared (i was NOT when i went and i nearly died lmfao but i digress). other places of interest:

한남동 has a lot of cool cafes!! it’s like a new, trendy up and coming area with a lot of nice eateries

홍대 is a lot of fun, especially in the evening bc lots of buskers perform there!! also there’s lots of boutiques with cute clothes!! it’s my fave area to explore because it’s just so lively

if skincare is your thing, you’ll like 명동. there’s also a lot of street food in the area in the evening

not area specific, but you need to try out coin karaoke at least once before you leave. it’s so so fun

동대문역사문화공원 is suuuper cool. there’s lots of really great artist stores inside the plaza

other general suggestions/advice

if you’re looking for good places to eat at and you’re in a jam, use mangoplate. it’s a super useful app for finding 맛집

kakaomaps may work better than google maps in seoul

please be careful of using public toilets bc there’s a huge problem in korea re: tiny cameras filming unsuspecting women. i don’t want to scare you, but i just want to give you a heads up as something to be wary of so you can protect yourself!!

you may want to get a sim card at the airport so you can use data. there’s wifi everywhere so you don’t have to get one, but i got one for my 2 week trip and it came in super handy countless times

things you should try before you leave: goobne chicken (get the red pepper one. i kid you not it changed my life), picnic by han river (you can order food to be delivered to you there!!), the convenience store kimbap (it’s SO good wtf), 떡볶이 (there’s a really good restaurant for it in hongdae that i can’t remember the name of but it’s really close to the gs25 store near one of the subway exits)/street food in general

not sure if you’re aware already, but you don’t need to tip in korea! also, you pay by the door before you leave so no need to wait at the table

i think that’s everything i can think of from the top of my head!! hopefully that helps. ik it’s a while off still but i hope you have the best time on your trip 🌷✨

Somehow the dogs got loose and went on a rampage trying to kill our cats; one young one was killed, while our fearless mother cat, Chance, literally fought them off to defend her new kittens. Happy March! I can’t fathom that we are already 3 months into the year. I realized it’s been a year since I have been live streaming on Meetme, and anyways today we entered a new month and a new playlist, Episode: March is out now on Spotify and available to anyone who would love to participate in collaborating and adding new music to the playlist everyday based off the themes I choose. For today’s theme I am asking my audience to reflect in their personal life and choose music that would reflect them embracing whatever they may face this month and welcome March. The music should resonate within their own personal life and serve as a reminder to continue and keep moving forward. Here is my personal in depth of what I added:

1. This Way by Dilated Peoples: I absolutely resonate with the chorus

I choose to start off with the month strong and serve as a reminder that I know change is necessary and I must choose a different behavior for the results I’m hoping for. 

  2. Grindin by Clipse: I choose this song because I have to grind so hard this month. My lease is up in June and I have to figure out where I will be relocating and make sure I have enough money to do so. So like Snoop Dog says “ I got my mind on my money and my money on my mind”

3. Early In The Morning by The Gap Band: This song is a hype song for me to remind me that the early bird gets the worm. I’ve been trying my best to establish a morning routine and although I need to be up by 8a.m. unfortunately I’m not a morning person so therefore I embrace March with many mornings in hopes I can execute Sunrises more often. 

4. So Ruff, So Tuff by Zapp: This song is such a delight but also so real. I live out here in California where the weather is amazing but the cost of living is horrible. Another chorus that I embrace and resonate to:

5. Backstrokin by Flatback Band: I choose this song because this song just has amazing rhythm and compliments the last first few songs here and I know this song will have me continuously jamming out throughout the month.  

6. All The Stars by Kendrick Lamar ft. SZA : I love Kendrick I feel like he is one of the most realest rapper of our generation and he just validates all the emotions that I feel at times with people that cross my life and have done me wrong or the person’s ego and character is just not aligned with the values that I harbor in my heart and personal life. 

7. Hit Different by SZA ft. The Neptunes: SZA another brilliant female artist that I absolutely adore. Here is to me hoping that March hit’s different.  

8. I’m Not In Love by Kelsey Lu: OMG this song! First it’s a cover but definitely serves as reminder to me that I am not in love...I hope to still embrace love in March however still find balance to be detached as well. 

9. Not My Baby By Alvvays: So my love interest and I stopped talking on January 31st, and we have not spoken since. I was excited to embrace new love into my life but unfortunately it didn’t work out but I’ve made peace and let that person go and move forward even though we were never official:

12. O Children by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds: So I recently watched Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2 in which this song is featured and this song made me reflect the strong friendship Harry, Ron, and  Hermonie possessed to which I too share a a strong friendship with my 2 male bestfriends Elbert and Edson and it’s a solid friendship of over 10 years now. This song is sad but beautiful and I resonate with the following lyrics:

1. How did you come up with your username and what does it mean?

my tumblr url is based on the chronically ill made up term painsomnia. i have always had sleep issues but they got worse when i became ill due to being woken up constantly with pain. my username on FF is ChronicallyChill which is based on, yet again, me being chronically ill.

2. Which fanfic of yours has the most feedback? (bookmarks/favourites, follows/subscriptions, visitor hits, kudos)

The Planning Of A Matriarch wins, hands down. I was so insecure and nervous about sharing anything I wrote but it was so well received! But it’s comedy and so much fluff and who doesn’t appreciate a little fluff? I have lost a lot of love for it because it was stolen and the whole event made me feel like shit. I think I owe a lot of it’s popularity to @mycherryqueen because she rec’d it on her blog. I plan on updating by the anniversary of this fic. But I may put it on hiatus indefinitely after that.

3. What is your FFnNet/AO3 profile icon, and why did you choose it?

I actually don’t have one! I keep thinking I’m going to sit down and draw one or wait until I have the money to commission one of my favorite artists for something. I don’t create anymore but maybe one day I’ll dip back into it so I can finally have a profile icon.

4. Do you have any regular/favourite commenters?

OMG YES. I get sooo excited when I see familiar guest names or usernames. I get so gooey inside and melt when Spanish speakers leave reviews (I can read Spanish guys, feel free to review in Spanish if that makes you more comfortable!) because they wanna share their love even if they can’t write in English well. I have an absolute fave and I shouldn’t but I can’t help it. Monika aka @mcornilliac leaves the BEST reviews and she reviews every chapter.

5. Is there a fanfic that you keep going back to read again and again?

Oh tons. Tons, Tons, Tons! Here’s a few:

The Colors of Midnight by SouthSideStory is possibly my favorite thing they’ve written. I love so many of their SS fics but that’s the one I go back to the most. (also Providence, I love me a soulmate au)

6. How many stories are you subscribed to? How many do you have bookmarked?

lol...i’m just gonna say A LOT. I lost some of them when I didn’t have a FF account and if I didn’t I would have way more but trust me... A LOT.

7. Which AU do you find yourself writing the most?

NON-MASS IS WHERE IT’S AT~ give me more SS non-mass and I will be the happiest person in the world.

8. How many people are subscribed and bookmarked to you in total? (you can view this on the stats page)

if I’m looking at it right....only 373 (me as an author not the individual works). and I love every single one of them.

9. Is there something you’d like to write about but are 😨 of people judging you for it? (Feeling brave? If so, share it!)

Sex scenes. I write it but I always feel nervous about them.

10. Is there anything you would like to be better at? Writing certain scenes or genres, replying to comments, updating better, etc.

I wish I was more comfortable writing action. Also I do so much dialogue...I feel like it’s too much. I wish I was better at replying to comments (I try! like if someone writes me a hefty comment I’m likely to respond if I’m able to). Updating. If I could I would write and update every day.

11. Do you write rarepairs or popular ships more often?

I write for the most popular ship in the Naruto fandom. But I also write ShiItaIzu and as a friend of mine has said before I’m not on an island by myself, I am the island. Google ShiItaIzu and posts to my content is what pops up. my readers seem to like them though so that’s great.

12. How many stories have you posted on FFNet/AO3 to this day (finished and unfinished)?

5. Soon to be 8 if I ever get to publishing the other three. (not including prompt drafts)

13. How many stories do you have saved in/with your writing program?

*maniacal laughter ensues* i have so many....fanfic and original work....some of them are prompts...I’m a mess

14. Do you write down story ideas, or just keep them in your head?

mostly in my head but some things are written down. Most of those are rough drafts already.

15. Have you ever co-authored a story?

No. I’ve made fanfics based off headcanons I practically threw at friends and they told me how they felt about them. But never. I don’t think I ever will, at least not for SS.

16. How did you discover FFNet/AO3?

uh...i have no fucking clue. August of 2016 was when I started loving Naruto again and jumped into consuming all of the SS content I could find. I just googled and read like...everything.

17. Do you consider yourself to be a popular or famous author in your fandom(s) on FFNet/AO3?

LOL....fuck no. I actually think I’m pretty insignificant in the Naruto fandom. But that’s okay.

18. Do you have a nickname or fandom name for your readers?

no. maybe I should.... how about Loves? I’ll try it out in my next author’s note.

19. Was there an author who inspired or encouraged you to write?

I don’t really have an author that inspired me. But @bkceallaigh is the reason anyone reads my stuff. she encouraged me to write and then finally publish a fanfic. And here we are.

20. What writing advice would you give to a beginning author?

Write. Write what you feel. Write what you love. Write what makes you happy. Don’t worry about pleasing people, someone is always going to hate. Just write something you would want to read.

21. Do you plot out your stories, or do you just figure it out as you go?

LMAO. no. the closest I actually get to planning is something like “this is my goal. let’s get to it somehow.” i think I've only planned one story and hopefully I’ll post that prompt soon (it’s the Shape of Water AU).

22. Have you ever gotten a bad comment on a story? If so, what did you do?

Duh! I ranted and bitched to my friends. Some of them were sooooo bad. Like when I say bad it’s like they never even read the story or want to fore their interpretation on people. and then some anti-SS found me and decided to trash SS. like thanks...why the fuck are you here? so I will complain but I don’t care to confront them. Just...don’t like then don’t read.

23. Is there a certain type of scene that you have a hard time writing? (action, smut, etc..)

Smut and action. Mainly ‘cause I want people to see the action in their head when I write but it doesn’t come out right... smut is bad sometimes ‘cause I get a little mechanical and describe the process and forget feeling sometime.

24. What story(s) are you working on now?

Currently I’m mulling over Can I Be Yours? and Kingdom For Two and A Gift From The Universe. I’m really into A Gift From The Universe because it’s non-mass and I’m going to put a lot of focus on InoSai and ShiItaIzu, way more than I’ve done before.

25. Do you plan your next project(s) before you finish your current ongoing story(s)?

lol....I have my WIPs going on at the same time....I’m nowhere near finished.

26. Do you have a daily writing goal set for yourself?

nope. Just write when I can. And wish that I was writing when I wasn’t.

27. Do you think you’ve improved as a writer since you first started?

I want to say yes.

28. What is your favorite story(s) that you’ve written?

honestly....Kingdom For Two is my fic baby.

29. What is your least favorite story(s) that you’ve written?

The Planning Of A Matriarch actually. Like I could have done so much better. It’s still my baby but it’s the one that embarrasses me the most.

hopefully with a finished original work lol

31. What is the easiest thing about writing?

The easiest? I don’t know...I can’t really think about it right now...I guess for me, creating dialogue is the easiest thing....I’m really tired right now and may come back to edit this answer lol

32. What is the hardest thing about writing?

Telling myself to love what I write despite not getting the response that I want. There are people who love what I write and I move them with my writing. And I should appreciate what I get.

33. Why do you write?

It’s...so wonderful to see a world that’s trapped in my head come to life in front of me.

Youngjae omg, we have so many similarities it is actually SCARY 😂 I relate to him the most out of any idol! I also have a lot of similarities to Chan, Changbin and Felix of SKZ, I’m kind of a mix between the three I have been told that’s pretty accurate 😂

I wanna say Chan just because we can both communicate 😂 no but since we both have Insomnia I can imagine us staying up until really late listening to music and just having a good old time 🥺 and since he likes cuddles I’m not refusing them either 😂 I would hang out with Youngjae too though cause we could just be blobs of oversized hoodies together and I just feel like the whole day would be filled with giggles 😂

So I took part in my very first Art Fight this year and it was AWESOME! I got to draw so many precious OCs omg. I just wish I had more time to do more! But unfortunately July was a bad month for me...
