Being in the games was the last thing (Y/n) was expecting, or at least in a life-or-death situation. She took a breath, looking over the group she was lucky enough to be in. In-ho leans down, “My real name is In-ho, I joined yes, but I never expected to fall in love with you! His father has done it again. It had all gone too fast to comprehend. One second Sirius had replied to him, some dumb thing when you thought about it. A mention of dumbledore’s new achievement with the ministry of magic, and suddenly it had Orion Black shouting insults at his eldest son.

Sirius didn’t even mean to reply, but his father had forced an opinion out of him, and suddenly the two of them were arguing over the delicate china plates and crystal glass.

You had to watch, hand firmly resting on your silver fork as Walburga attempted to calm her husband down, ultimately sending fiery words towards her son as if he had been the actual cause of it all.

The mashed potatoes, vegetables and roasted boar your elves had prepared over the watchful eye of your gouvernante and your mother were long forgotten, but you now feared that they would suddenly remember diner and start throwing it at each other.

Great.

It had only been a few hours since the Black’s had been arrived at the Malfoy manor for their yearly stay, and like every year as you attempted to have a welcome diner, the Blacks proved once again they couldn’t stand being in the same room as each other.

Like every year it took Walburga a decent amount of time and strength to get the two of them out of the dining room and out of the way. Like every year your brother mumbled something about Sirius not being good enough for you before retreating with your father to his study, and like every year you sat in the kids drawing room with Regulus (which you begged your mother to redecorate but she refused too, as soon enough ‘you and Lucius will have kids of your own’.). Naturally you were still kids to them, so into the kids drawing room you were trapped until further notice.

The two of you would play wizards chess, until eventually Sirius would join you. He’d melt into your side, and you’d kiss his forehead as he muttered a tired and worn out "who won".

"Regulus."

It was always Regulus.

But this year, things hadn’t happened like usual.

You saw the flash of colors before you heard the screams.

You and Regulus shot up from your seats, and ran out of the room. You followed the sounds, Walburga shouting something before her and her husband disappeared into another corridor.

Only when you reached the entry hall did you see him. Sirius, desperately clutching to his arm, wincing in pain as he was hunched over a chair, Dobby by his side, jumping and squealing incomprehensible words at the sight of you.

"Dobby only wanted to cross to the kitchens miss! Dobby didn’t mean to intrude!"

You watched, confusion written all over your face as you tried to make sense of his words.

And that’s when you realised, Dobby was clutching his arm too; he had been hurt.

"Please, please don’t tell the master," he pleaded as he walked over to you, clutching at your skirt.

"It’s fine, I won’t tell father," your voice was gentle as you snapped out of your daze. "Regulus will take care of your hand," you eyed the boy at your side who looked at you with wide eyes before scurrying off with the young house elf.

"My love," you approached Sirius with careful steps, crouching down to his level and gently placing your hands on his knees. "Let me take care of you."

Sirius wiped his tears away as he tried to straighten his back to meet your gaze.

And that’s when you saw it; the blood trickling down his cheek.

"I don’t what spell he used- he-"

"Shh, it is alright darling," you moved a strand of loose hair away from his forehead. "Can you walk?" He nodded as an answer. "Let’s go upstairs."

So Sirius trailed behind you, your hand tightly holding his as you walked him through the dark corridors of the manor. He was glad you knew this place like the back of your hand, purposefully avoiding the places you knew you would cross yours or his family.

You closed your toilet seat and sat him there, before scavenging for things in your bathroom cabinets.

Bandages, desinfectant potions, anything that could help the bleeding boy in front of you.

"Salazar, I wish we could use magic in these circumstances."

"You could do anything and get away with it, dove. The minister of magic and Dumbledore love you."

"That’s a lie." You rolled your eyes before continuing your scavenging.

A few frustrated huffs later, you finally reached for him with a warm towel.

"This might sting."

"Ow."

"I told you it would sting."

"Like the singer?"

"Pardon?"

"He’s a famous muggle, you wouldn’t know him." You blinked in confusion, watching as Sirius’s grin took his entire face.

"You are really an enigma sometimes, Black."

"You love me for it, my future wife," he squeezed the small of your back where his hand had been resting.

"Surprisingly, I do. Future husband."

You missed the smile on Sirius’s face as you looked at his wound—visibly wincing. It was lodged right between the arcade of his brow and his temple. A little closer and it would have hit his eye-blinding him and leaving a nasty scar.

"That bad?"

"Nothing I cannot fix." You smiled at him, kissing the crown of his head before continuing to clean it and readying the bandages. "How is your shoulder?"

"Thought he dislocated it, feels better now," he hummed as he patted it.

"Do you remember the spell he used?"

"No," he shook his head, biting his lip at the memory. "Felt nasty though… dark. Sounded weird too, like some weird muggle medication or something."

"Muggle medication?" You raised an eyebrow.

"Muggle remedy, like potions for us. They call them with Latin names like spells. They are some really funky ones."

"Right." You chuckled at the sheepish look on his face. "And where did you learn that?"

"James."

"Sirius, James is a pure blood."

He looked at you like a child caught with his hand in the candy jar.

"We sneaked into a muggle university two weeks ago."

"What?" Your eyes went wide. "Sirius-"

"He wanted to know what science was! Lily mentioned it before we left for the summer break. And plus he’s taking muggle studies next year."

"And you followed him?"

"Yes."

You didn’t really know what to reply. You didn’t know if you should be mad, or curious about his finds in the muggle world. The part of you that grew up taught to hate muggles and non pure bloods wanted to scold him, but another part of you genuinely admired the courage Sirius had to defy the world you were born into.

He didn’t care for pure blood manners. He didn’t care to be proper. He didn’t mind muggle borns when you still struggled even speaking to some.

You had made efforts with Lily, and he seemed to be proud of you for it.

But the mere thought of walking through a muggle riddled street made your entire body shiver with something you weren’t familiar with. You didn’t know why. It wasn’t something that came as easy to you as it did to Sirius. It didn’t mean you were totally against the thought of speaking to muggles, but the mere thought of voicing it made fear prickle at your stomach, and the images of Sirius being mistreated, scold, bullied and hurt by his parents flashed before your eyes.

You were terrified of your brother enough as it was, you didn’t need to give him a reason to be mean to you.

A faint knock broke the turmoil of your mind, you turned around to see a familiar set of eyes and the tip of one of his big ears poking out the door.

"You can come in Dobby," you smiled as you watch him wobble through the doorway.

"Dobby wanted to thank Miss," he proudly showed you the bandage around his wrist. "Master Regulus was very kind." He nodded. "Dobby wondered if you needed anything."

"We are good Dobby, thank you."

But the elf shook his head. "Dobby needs to thank Miss, Dobby wants to thank Miss."

You looked at Sirius’s wounds before looking back to the house elf.

"Well, I am not allowed to use magic outside of Hogwarts, and i know you have been taught healing spells as of recently." You bit your lips and Sirius’s lips curled into a smile as he read your mind. "I am sure Mr. Black would be pleased if he did not have to walk around with those ghastly cuts on his face and horrible ache in his shoulder"

Dobby’s eyes seemed to light up as if you had personally given him the holy grail. He bounced closer to Sirius, nodding to you with the biggest smile as he flicked his fingers towards Sirius.

In a flash of warmth and sparks, the bandages you had so carefully placed upon him disappeared, and the cuts were closing by themselves. The only trace left of the night being the faintest scar across his temple.

"Speak of this to no one alright?"

"Promise miss!" And with a flick of his fingers, the elf was gone.

"Well, look at you, all healed and handsome," you grinned as you brought your lips to his.

"I like him. When your parents kick the bucket do you get to inherit Dobby?" Sirius grabbed your hand, guiding you to sit on his lap, peppering your neck with kisses once you did.

"Unfortunately no…" you sighed, relishing in the feeling of his lips on you. "Lucius is heir to… um.. well most things here." You frowned upon the realisation, Sirius stopped to look at you, by the look in his eyes he could tell you had never really given it a proper thought.

You’d never thought of what would happen once you graduated. Once you were officially Mrs. Black and your time at the Malfoy Manor would become a distant memory. He watched you realise that everything you thought you owned was a mere illusion.

"Well, if it’s any reassurance we get to inherit Kreature?" Sirius winced as he mentioned his grumpy house elf who was never really fond of him, and you chuckled at the look on his face. "If that old twat is still alive by the time my parents finally decide to do us all a favour and die, or frankly scratch that, if im still alive by the time we graduate."

"Sirius!"

"What?" He chuckled at the appalled look on your face. "At this rate it will be a miracle I’m alive for our wedding, and don’t you dare say you haven’t thought about using an unforgivable on my father!"

You didn’t reply to his accusation. You’d never dare to voice such a horrible thought the way Sirius did, but it didn’t mean he wasn’t right.

He took the smile you were trying to bite down as an answer and pecked your lips in recognition.

(needed) a/n ✫ omg. so sorry for the inactivity on posting but this month had hit me the hardest - being really busy with life, i couldn’t sit down and find time to write so finally i wrote something short and sweet. also im a hyunjin girly rn but enha posts return! also not proof read.

you would believe your boyfriend’s parents if they said angels paid him a visit when he was born and blessed him with the most perfect face you’ve ever seen. pure strangers, mainly girls, have a hard time missing him if they walk past him because he’s so beautiful.

hyunjin melts everytime you call him beautiful, insisting on it. it’s habit of hyunjin to deny and kiss you when you say those things but when he took you into his arms and held you so you couldn’t move, you knew you were loved.

it’s late at the park and a few couple and friend groups remain on the grass. you wondered if kissing you in public crossed hyunjin’s mind but it seemed everyone was already focused on the sunset.

he smiled before leaning closer into your face and places soft kisses that tickled you. fighting them was pointless but you wanted to only because you knew how pink your cheeks get.

“you sure you’re not referring to yourself, beautiful?” he hums, smushing his lips onto your pink cheeks. he’s lucky he’s beautiful and you’d never want to ruin his pretty face.

he continues to kiss you as you let it happen.

“you’re beautiful y/n.” hyunjin takes your face in his hands and raises your head to look up at him. hearing him say that made you feel warm. if hyunjin was always here to let you know you were beautiful, you could be saved from any sadness or pain.

he won’t be able to ignore his beauty either, so you softly remind him again.

meeting his lips and adoring the softness of them felt like heaven. every aspect of him reminded of you of heaven. you two held each other close and shared sweet nothings when you two pulled away.

hyunjin rose your hand to his lips and placed a soft kiss to both. you smiled and adored each one.

“so,” he held your hands in front of him and played with them as he trailed. your laugh adorned the moment.

“what are our plans for tomorrow?” you question why he wonders of plans for tomorrow, it’s not even night time.

“since this day is ending.” he answers but it didn’t seem to satisfy you completely.

you wonder what the two of you can do. it’s always fun going on dates or simply staying inside and being all cozy but it’s hard to decide.

“do we need it planned out?” you ask, wrapping your arms around him and fitting your head under his chin.

hyunjin smiles as you do so and shakes his head softly.

“no, not at all.”

you two hold each other in a hug for a moment before you continue you on with plans.

hyunjin listens, not daring to break your hug just yet.

hyunjin broke out into the sweetest laugh and you weren’t trying to make him laugh. you didn’t want it to stop so you smiled as he brought his laugh down. he seemed to have something to say as he cleared his throat.

“okay deal.” you smiled hearing him say that. “but..” you sometimes dread but’s.

maybe you would and maybe you would love to kiss him for the rest of the night. you simply shrugged, acting as if that wasn’t an issue. hyunjin senses something and squeezed your soft cheeks.

i love getting a chance to talk about any and all of my aus. ghost andreil came about bcus im not a huge fan of the ghost x human relationship trope thing so i thought what if instead they were both ghosts...love beyond living is just so perfect for andreil...anyway long ramble ahead so ill put it under the cut <3

basic world building in my head is that ghosts are basically humans who are living on the Wrong Layer of the universe because they refuse to let go of their lives or have some unfinished business (normal ghost things). the supernatural isn't widely known about or believed in but there are ppl aware (like renee for instance). ghosts can touch other ghosts but not humans (duh) bcus i want andreil to fist fight and also to eventually have a physical relationship bcus it is important to me. too much interaction w physical objects depletes their energy, but the more will a ghost has the more energy they have (and by god are andreil willful little assholes).

renee and jean are both mediums! renee's been involved w the spiritual realm forever (gang related) while jean just thinks he's losing his mind slowly ^-^ renee is on a quest to help andrew move on (he hates this) but theyre still besties. meanwhile neil is desperately trying to prove that no he's not a hallucination (lol) and no jean should Not kill himself to join him. tbh idk if i want the moriyamas to be in the know or not, heavily debating over whether neil should be able to escape them through death or if he's forever cursed to be in debt to the mafia (depending on how angsty i want this to get).

NOW ON TO THE RELATIONSHIPS AKA THE FUN PART

- aaron is NOT having a good time in the beginning of this au. actively going through hell after losing a brother he just found and his mother. he's getting high most of the time, barely going to school, fully given up on himself, and Super Fucking Angry at Andrew. To Be Clear andrew didn't commit suicide but his normal canon i dont care about what happens to me attitude led to him dying while killing tilda. aaron DOES NOT KNOW that andrew killed her on purpose, but he's suspicious and angry as fuck anyway because andrew broke the deal (of staying together for high school). nicky still takes aaron in but nicky hadnt met andrew before his death so the tragedy for him is that andrew never rlly got a chance. andrew himself doesnt mind being dead (in his opinion its the same monotonous apathetic existence as he had living. which changes once he meets neil) but he's Pissed bcus he thinks aaron is throwing away his life. which in Andrew's opinion he did the hard part by getting rid of tilda (the problem). so andrew takes to haunting him by hiding his drugs and being a general nuisance to try and get him to school. i have not quite figured out how to get aaron to kick the drugs and get on palmetto w/o andrew ngl ^-^

- neil dies at the same time kevin broke his hand. riko snapped and neil pushed his buttons and refused to agree that riko was the best, so riko basically beats him to death and kevin gets his hand broken trying to stop it. a very tragic skiing accident indeed :(. kevin feels Extremely guilty over neil's death and jean practically forces him out of the nest, jean himself is basically resigned to joining his partner in death (smth neil is Not About). at this point andrew's been dead for two years? ish? and aaron is on the foxes as a freshman. neil splits his death time between trying to make things easier for jean and keep him from dying, and thwart kevin's attempts to go back to the nest in increasingly comical ways. meanwhile andrew is pissed about kevin bringing danger to aaron, so andreil are Fighting, i mean full on ghost fights where shit is levitating and lights are flickering and ppl are screaming because andrew wants kevon gone. eventually they do that line drawn across the center of the room to try and stay civil.

- eventually kevaaron start bonding and processing their grief over the loss of their brothers and fall in love at the same time, while andreil are also falling in love through asshole ghost mating rituals. major plot point would be renee using her séance powers to make kevaaron aware of their ghost protectors and a lot of drama unfolds from there (andrew reveals the murder stuff, aaron gets more pissed he died, aaron wants to banish him exorcise him in anger etc etc). the catalyst to andreils romantic relationship occurs bcus riko brings drake into the picture to hurt aaron(similar to canon), and neil basically almost ghost kills himself stopping him (expends too much energy in a short period of time) --> their relationship still doesnt start until a few months after this but it is the turning point for andrew being able to trust neil.

other small things:

lola is a contracted demon to nathan (unsure if moriyamas are aware).

nathan kills riko for killing neil (its a pride thing) and basically starts a war within the moriyamas. that neil Really does not know how to feel about, still terrified his father will be able to hurt him due to his knowledge of the occult (which may or may not be reasonable)

mary died trying to escape w neil so he went to the nest at 10 as planned. when he died and realized he was a ghost he looked for her immediately but she had moved on. it was probably more crushing to see that she could've stayed and watched over him and didnt than to witness her actual death.

tilda and mary moved on immediately after death (does heaven exist in this world??? hell?? dont ask me idk either)

pre andreil reveal nicky starts a channel to document their haunted college dorm. its one of the first things andreil bond over bcus they love starting shit nicky is so reactive. post andreil reveal nicky stops posting on it bcus it feels too weird to him, until neil is like hey i wanted to spell dick with the ouija board again :( and then nicky brings it back with gusto

he should've acted quicker when he felt your presence in his school, a senior a year older who was looking for him. knowing that kusuo could hear your thought, you told him to befriend you if he wanted you to keep your mouth shut over the fact that the both of you were psychics.

johnny did graduate high school but it was very precarious. bobby and jimmy pulled through in those last months by making the three other boys study as much as they could, tommy and johnny managed to graduate but dutch dropped out at the last second (and got his GED later, in prison).

johnny enrolled to business school because sid told him this was all he would pay for. he was more interested in a sport related career but sid told him trying for sport coach or exercise physiologist would just be a waste of time.

the cobras had a shitty rock garage band from 1992 to 1994, there are extremely cringe clips robbie would have definitely found and left anonymous hate on. johnny played the bass and sang. (robbie was upset that, yes, it was cringe, but his dad was kinda good)

johnny had messy MESSY relationships for whole of his twenties and the start of his thirties. he had a pretty serious girlfriend after his short time at business school but they broke up because he absolutely did not want her to meet his mom and it started a huge fight.

johnny also DID have relationships with men because i am of the #BiJohnnyAndAwareOfOIt school at least as he got older. he was extremely repressed in high school but had an awakening in his twenties. he and the cobras did fool around when they were younger but only johnny really seems to have stuck with it. (take that as you want)

(meanwhile to ME daniel larusso was aware that he liked men as a teenager but it didn't really become an issue until he was an adult and he is now creating levels of repression totally unreachable by the common man)

okay back to the question: johnny dated/slept with a few guys, mainly it was casual sex because he accepted he wanted to fuck men, he less accepted that he could also fall in love with them. he did have a pretty serious boyfriend who broke up with him to get married to a woman and it made johnny SO FUCKING UPSET (he couldn't really??? express it?? like yeah okay dude, it's chill we basically lived together but yeah go marry her i mean it was just fucking around right?) that he crashed the avanti. when he asked sid for money to fix it, sid said no and took the keys.

johnny had a bunch of jobs going from handyman to server, to basically anything under the sun that could pay his rent once sid threw him out. i do believe jhnny was a type of sex worker for a while although im not sure what and i don't think he stayed long.

johnny and laura were very close but as he got older, he started looking more and more like his father and it upset laura a lot.

he and shannon met in a bar, she was scamming guys out of their money at the pool table, johnny saw her and was like... i need to know her.

they WERE in love, it was genuine and real for a while but very quickly they understood they were too similar and couldn't have an actual relationship without devouring each other. they did continue to have sex for a long time because they trusted each other and stayed friends... until robbie.

when shannon got pregnant there was a moment they didn't know if it was his and johnny was like, even if its not mine i will help and it would have probably been easier for him to step up if it hadn't been his kid. shannon did a test, robbie was his kid and the mess started there.

laura got sick and it was long and agonizing. johnny tried to save face but that's truly when he started drinking (he always had a drink problem but this was the breaking point), shannon had robbie and johnny crumbled.

shannon and johnny tried to get back together for robbie but they did end up doing what they were afraid of doing: destroying each other.

for a while johnny was forcefully admitted to a psych ward by bobby and it worked as rehab for about six weeks but the moment he got out, it got worse.

meeting miguel is what saved johnny's life in many ways, however, meeting daniel larusso back in high school and then seeing him again at the dealership is what gave him the drive to keep trying (absolute spite)

OH MY GOD ELLE SORRY THIS IS SO LATE!!! IT WAS VERY COOL!!!!! VERY SURREAL!!!!!! I've taken a week to answer this but uhhhh yes I am in fact home now 🥰 I got home at like 1 am which was cool....

First of all I have to mention this! I was fighting for my life walking thru the Austin airport(from sleep deprivation), and I had my Fernando hat on my backpack, right? Some girl comes up to me and asks if I'm going to the GP, I say yes. SHE GAVE ME A FRIENDSHIP BRACELET, I COULD'VE SOBBED 🥹 It says on it "wtf is a km", I'm still so happy

COTA was the first race I ever watched, so to be actually at that track and watch a race live there was extremely surreal! Very hot though my god 😵‍💫 I think last year it was pretty hot, right? And my brother kept sending me the temp and it was pretty okay, and then of fucking course the temp leaps up to 89-97°(31-36° Celsius btw) right in time for the gp....so that was nice(I say as I burn in the sun like a vampire. But don't worry I didn't even really tan at all 😭 I always wore a hat and a lot of sunscreen. And meanwhile my brother was literally a lobster)

So unfortunately I missed the drivers parade because my brother and I were dying on Saturday night and his friends wanted to go first thing in the morning, and we're like "we will go later actually 😊" and missed it entirely 😭😭😭 but his friends took pics of Mclaren and Aston for me!!!!! But unfortunately I havent gotten them still, so I'll have to reblog this later with those! I took a lot of pictures of the cars I took from behind the fence, which I think I've posted some of? Lmk if anyone wants those!! They're very random, I just thought it was very surreal to see the cars flying past, so I took a million.

The coolest part was definitely running on track after the race was over!!! Soooooo surreal, and so I'm only gonna post pics rn from Sunday(bcs pic limit on phone) and also I think everything else kinda pales in comparison(but of course lmk if there's anything you're interested in seeing 🤭)

Okay and did I see any drivers...? ONLY ONE BUT AAAAHHHH I DID SEE LANDO!!! Not even one of my favs but it was soooooo surreal to see him, even from afar. As you can see above, everyone standing on the fences was blocking the view 🙄, but during the podium, I was focusing my camera btwn their legs and got literally one second of Lando 😭 I think its a pretty aesthetic clip, so I gifed it!!

It was so funny, I went to the gp with my brother and friends, so all these older guys yeah. And I was showing this off to them on the ride home, and his one friend was praising me so much for it 😭😭 like: "oh my god!!!! You could put this in an edit !!! This is so sick!!!!"

Oh one other thing!!! I think I've mentioned it before but my god, my favorite f1 podiums are always the ones with confetti, right?? AND THERE WAS CONFETTI AT THIS RACE!!!

And so anyways, I picked up so much confetti off the ground and now it lives forever in my phone case 🥰🥰🥰 I have no other room for pics on this post(for now) but oh my godddddddddd most of the confetti were just rectangles BUT THERE WAS ALSO ONES SHAPED LIKE TEXAS!!! SO COOL!!!!! And I also picked up a bunch of tire marbles off the ground!!! And a piece of plastic that probably came off some car. It was so funny when all of us were just scrounging off the ground. My bro's one friend somehow found a piece of carbon fiber, and we're all like "how can I kill him in his sleep and steal this from him..." But no the highlight actually of that process was watching my brother sprint to the podium, but stopping and grabbing a bunch of gravel first to shove in his pocket 😭😭😭

The other two days were fun as well, but also a lot of just dying in the heat and drinking a fuckton of red bull, so there's not too much specifically to say! I really liked hearing the cars. I think if you wanna know what's actually going on in a race, watching from home is better, but hearing the cars go by and seeing them is just so fucking sick. It was so funny to see grown men be like "I think I'm going to cry hearing these cars." I was really flexing on them with "uhhh yeah I've already been to a gp already 🙄🙄"

Anyways I ended the day by breaking bank by buying my dad and myself Fernando shirts because he is of course Fernando's biggest fan 🥰🥰 and I bought the most delicious overpriced lemonade, which I only drank half of bcs my brother proceeded to accidentally elbow it out of my hand....

OH WAIT ONE MORE DETAIL LOL. On Friday, my brother and his friend were waiting in line for smth and I was talking to them outside of the barrier. I look down, hmm theres a red cap abandoned on the ground, I pick it up, it is in fact a Ferrari hat. And that is how my brother acquired a $40+ dollar hat for free. I will say IMO the book was way too long and the murder investigation and the initial “plot twist” were messily done. It just draggedddd and was very boring to me.

The last 20 chapters were good though. But i couldn’t stop thinking why the hell nobody left the Summit to help Bryce. Like Ruhn and Fury were sitting there like “he’s gonna kill her”. So GO??? Are you really just gonna watch your sister die via Twitch stream?? LMAO I know they sent the Aux but they’re not as powerful as everyone who stayed back and it irritated me so badly when Bryce was fighting for her life, and they were just watching it like it’s a movie. Only one i won’t fault is Hunt cause he was nerfed by his handcuffs.

Also Sarah loves a “one drop of power from everyone” moment omg 😭 I liked that we started the series with Bryce at 25 instead of as a barely adult teenager. I think that’s why I started CC1, cause I read TOG and ACOTAR in high school and college, and I don’t want to read about another 17yo heroine. Or a 19yo who is in love with a 350yo.

The ending of the book confused me though cause it felt like a stand alone w/o the epilogue. It ended very cleanly. Like, what now? I don’t have to read the next 2 books if I don’t want to.
