The Legion of Doom had a plan. They invaded a political event in Metropolis, with the presence of the Justice League as the president’s security team, the League being the target. First, Poison Ivy release pollen throughout the whole city, as a distraction, making people hallucinate that they were in love with one another. Crazy in love. It would be okay, if her experiment didn't cause chaos. All over the streets, some people were having sex out in the open, some were fighting and killing because of jealousy and cheating, some were committing robberies to give their “loved ones”. It was pure chaos and only the quick reflexes, powers and gadgets from the League spared the team from getting hit.

Half the team went to deal with the distraction, saving and restraining people, giving them the antidote, etc. The other half, took care of the villains. After a few hours, the Legion of Doom was taken down and the city’s security and health workers took over the job, the chaos being a lot easier to contain since they were spreading the antidote through the air, it would take at least an hour to spread it throughout the whole city, and then the ones who somehow weren't able to breath it, but mostly, just the mess left behind was the real issue.

You were standing with the rest of the crew on the event, watching the League and the politicians discoursing for the press and TV. When the mayhem started, for the first few seconds, you got startled and froze. Looking between the League, the scared crowd, and the villains invading the place. Suddenly, you breathed some thick smoke and your eyes shot to the heroes, silently urging them to do something, when your eyes locked on Green Lantern’s, the pollen’s effect kicked in. You got dizzy, something snapped, and then everything changed.

Wait, when did Green Lantern's jaw got so sharp? And his muscles so defined? Oh, and he was so big and tall. Did he do something to his hair? Wow, his ring is glowing now and he's flying. He's so cool and powerful. A true hero. Shit, he's coming in my direction. Hehe, he's using a construct to lift me and my coworkers to a safer place as if it was nothing. Imagine flying with him every day. How does he look without the mask? Ugh, must be perfect, if his jaw and lips were anything to go by. I can't even see the color of his eyes! And- and please stop looking me in the eyes and touching my shoulders and asking me if I'm okay, of course I am, I'm with you. No. Nooo. Come back here! Let the others deal with the bad guys, I'm right hereee! Nooooo!

You were depressed and deflated the whole time your soulmate was away. A journalist team from outside the city arrived at some point and you were able to watch the fight — Normally, Lois Lane would do the transmission, but she's too busy making out with her cameraman, she was in the crowd too. —. You started crying watching your lover fighting with Sinestro. When he won, and everything was fine, was when you finally calmed down and just started anxiously waiting while ignoring your colleagues strange antics, one of them even hitting on you. Didn't she know you and Green Lantern were in love?

When the League was back, the paramedics were starting to give the crew the antidote, you were next in line, however, as soon as you saw the heroes, you broke into a sprint.

— Green! — You yelled, catching everyone off guard. Even more so when you jumped and hooked your legs around the brunette’s waist, your arms around his neck, and kissed him passionately.

Hal was so shocked that it took him two seconds to reciprocate the kiss, ignoring completely the gasps from his friends. You moaned against his lips, mumbling a jumbled mess of “I love you”, “I missed you”, “was so worried”, “so glad you're back”.

Someone groaned.

— Batman, just give them that damn antidote before I lose it. — Batman grunted and Hal struggled but managed to separate your faces for a moment. You tried to push your face towards his again, but he grabbed your jaw. You kept forcing your face against his hand and whining. It was really cute, and your willingness and the previous sensation of your lips ignited something in his belly, yet, he looked to the side just in time to see Batman preparing the needle, the rest of the League sulking on the side and glaring at him.

— Yeah. I don't think so. — Green Lantern conjured several chain constructs, chaining the League's arms and ankles to the ground. It wouldn't hold off the ones like Superman and Wonder Woman who were strong enough to break it, and Martian Manhunter who could just invade his mind or use his intangibility, Flash was also pretty capable of taking him on, but Hal was smart and sagacious. Still holding you, he made a rocket construct around you both and took off.

Really, a terrible idea.

Superman and Wonder Woman, in a cry of rage, broke the chains. Diana unsheathed her sword, her feet not even touching the ground anymore, flying, ready to go after the traitor. Martian passed through the construct, while Superman went to break Batman and Aquaman free, Flash vibrated fast to rearrange his particles and also escaped.

— We need a plan. — Batman’s voice stopped the amazon warrior from going in a hunt for blood. He was already stressing over what the marketing team could do to fix this.

— A plan? We can defeat the enemy and retreat my darling if we go now! — Wonder Woman barked.

— Green Lantern is impulsive. If we go now we can destroy the whole state and hurt (Y/N) in the process. He won't give them up easily.

— Batman's right. — Superman agreeds. — Flash, follow them and see where they’re going. — The speedster nodded and took off.

Barry shook his head, cursing his idiot best friend the whole way.

Between the whole team, Hal was clearly the only one who would be okay with you falsely loving them. The rest wanted something more genuine for you. Some of them would settle for you not loving them as much as they loved you, some wanted you to feel exactly the same amount of what they felt. Hal still loved you just like them, but he always had that certain level of insecurity that craved to be better than anyone, to impress, making everything a competition, and the sensation of being the only one to have you could certainly cloud his judgment and accept your love, even if fake. He just thought he could compensate by treating you the right way, and not just using that opportunity to do whatever he wanted with you, just because he could and you wouldn't complain. He could make this about you both, and not just about him.

Either way, every one of them (thought) they deserved their fair chance at winning you over.

— Manhunter, can you still read his mind and tell what he is thinking? — Manhunter nodded and his eyes started glowing, there was a second of silence before he spoke.

— It's getting weaker as he gets more distant. It's purely impulsive thinking. Green Lantern isn't considering the consequences and means no harm against Earth or us. — Batman nodds.

— That's a shame. I mean harm. — Wonder Woman mutters, Batman glared and Superman side-eyed her. Batman turned his communication on.

— Flash, tell us when they stop moving.

— If he touches them, I will personally kill him. — Aquaman darkly states. Superman took a step in his direction, facing him head on.

— No, you won't. — The two stared at one another intently, until Batman broke the silence.

— Focus. We don't have time for this. — The dark knight stated.

— We need to be collected and work as a team to act smoothly on our plan. — Martian reminds them. Wonder Woman steps down again and sheats her sword. They all form a circle and start planning.

The sky was never this blue and the sand never this warm and soft. Even with the warmth of the sun being so intense, you were laying on a palm tree's shadow, and the air was flowing just fine. What was actually making you sweat was the dry humping you and your soulmate were doing.

That was the only reason you didn't trust them, of course.

she had definitely felt like one. her heart still belonged to ryan, but she was sure he would want nothing to do with her once he caught sight of the video.

I can’t believe that right now, at this very moment, I'm choosing an outfit for the author photo of my book. MY BOOK, omg...It all feels so surreal, I still can’t wrap my head around it. After 11 years of writing for strangers online—people who meant the world to me—I never thought I’d actually be capable of something like this. I wish my 12-year-old self, alone, with a face full of pimples, always looking for comfort in books and writing her little fanfics on a notes app, could know that one day we’d be able to pull this whole dream off.

I don’t even care if it’s not a success, if it doesn’t sell, or if only my dad buys it; I’m just so happy because it’s happening—it’s starting to happen, and I never thought it would. Even if it takes another 10 years, just being able to call myself a writer will be enough.

Only I know how many times I made vision boards while studying for a completely different career, convinced this dream wasn’t possible. How many days have I cried at work, watching my ideas get taken by older men? And that’s why I finally decided to stop crying and go after this for real. We never know what’s going to happen, and I’m terrified, but at the same time, I know this is just the start of something that could really surprise me.

I can’t believe I’ve already received the draft of the cover. This is all insane, and maybe—just maybe—I’m not as terrible a writer as I always thought. Crying right now, and as the overly emotional little girl I’ve always been, I know this is only the first of many happy tears.

You've been texting with Pablo ever day since the night you shared together. He would occasionally sneak into your room after his training to give you a few kisses before tucking you in bed.

"Aren't you the best babysitter in the world, Sr. Gavira" you teased him wanting desperately to feel that same pleasure he gave you that night.

"Behave preciosa! You know we can't do that here" he reminded you and despite whining, you would always listen to him hoping soon he will make you his again.

After two weeks of your secret dating, Pablo came home only to see your mother standing at the front door. He walked up greeting ehr kindly but could immediately tell something was not alright.

"We need to talk about Y/n, Pablo" she said making the boy gulp and invite her inside. He made her some coffee before sitting on the sofa across from her.

"I know about you two, and I came to tell you to end it." she said and Pablo felt his heart tightening at the thought of having to let you go..you were all his and he couldn't imagine losing you.

"But you don't understand..I.." Pablo tried to explain hat he was serious about you and that he cared deeply for you but your mother wouldn't let him.

"No, you don't understand! Y/n is a good girl and she doesn't need you to scar her for life! I know the lifestyle you have Pablo, I see you bringing different girl home every night and all those women that constantly chase you! My daughter is not one of your adventures!" she said standing up and Pablo did as well.

He knew that the woman had a point, he was a bit of a playboy and you deserved better man than that. He let himself fall in love with you that it might have blinded him but he doesn't want to ruin your life.

"I'm sorry.." Pablo said to the woman who picked her bag and walked to the front door.

"Just end it!" she said before leaving and Pablo sighed running his hand through his sweaty hair while walking back to his room and laying face down on the bed.

When he came in he was shocked to see you there. Internally he was happy taking a moment to observe every inch of you but your mom's words echoed in his ear.

"You're so annoying! I already fucked you and that's all I've wanted" Pablo said it feeling his own heart break at his words especially when he saw the look on your face afterwards. He needed to make you hate him, because he couldn't handle having you around and act against his feelings.

"P..Pablo.." you voice was broken as you moved back from him a little letting tears fall down your cheeks at the thought that all of it was fake. You didn't believe him knowing this is not who he was and something definitely happened to make him say that.

Pablo felt like the biggest asshole in the world hating himself for ever be the reason for your tears. Nothing ever hurt him like seeing you cry because of him.

"Don't cry preciosa..I'm not for you. You need someone who wants to love you and all I want is to fuck you" he spoke walking closer and drying your tears as you gulped and looked into his eyes knowing now that he was lying. It was obvious to both of you so you did all you could to force him to speak the truth.

First of all, welcome back (? (should I say that? lol)) Second, I LOVE this ask so very much so this might be a little long...

Reader and Eli have had little crushes on each other, but it's not like they're friends. They're lab partners and they don't talk a lot due to being shy and such. Their relationship doesn't start until she builds up the courage to ask him out to the Halloween dance. He agrees through some fumbling words and they're both so excited. It's so cute of them; they get to dress up and it's their first date in a way. It should be fun.

At the dance, they hang out the whole time and talk about comics and movies. Eli kind of accidentally leaves Miguel and Demetri in the dust even though they were with them at first but they backed off because it was obvious Reader and Eli were in their own little world. They dance a little bit but when Eli says something about needing some fresh air, Reader walks outside with him and it's a nice little moment. It's quiet and Reader thinks it's the moment and goes in for a kiss, gently pulling his surgical mask down to do it and he lets her because holy shit this is really happening! They have their first kiss and become a real couple that night.

After that night, they go on a few more dates, but it isn't long before they lose their virginities to each other. As they say, it only takes one time.

They only did it once and it was awkward and lovely. They laughed and got embarrassed a few times, but they took it slow and really cared for each other through it. It ended with cuddles and Reader falling asleep with her head on Eli's chest.

However, a month or so later, Reader is standing at Eli's front door teary eyed and he's fearing the worst. She wants to break up, is what he's thinking. Then she starts rambling about how she didn't want to cry but she has something important to say. He's sure the impact is coming, but then,

"I'm pregnant."

It's a different kind of impact. He feels like the wind has been knocked out of him. He stares at her, completely shocked, and somehow finds himself asking, "Are- are you sure?"

She nods and takes something out of her pocket, a folded up stack of papers. She unfolds them and hands them over to him, and he sees they're from a doctor's office and it's official. This isn't some at-home test and scare that they are going through, this is real.

She bursts into more tears. "I'm so sorry, Eli!"

He would look at her so baffled. "Why-why are you apologizing?"

She shrugs because she doesn't know how to put it into words and he hugs her, pulling her close. She hides her face in his chest and cries. It's the moment he realizes he has to be strong for her, he has to be more than he's been, because he's her anchor right now. Everything feels like it's falling apart and she's clinging to him like her life depends on it. He manages to keep himself together and not cry even though he's terrified of what's to come. He holds her tight and whispers, "We'll figure this out."

Her being pregnant becomes another reason why he joins karate. As time goes on, she can't hide her belly. She has a grace period where her already pudgy belly hides the pregnancy, but she starts to show and it is impossible to hide. People at school catch on to her pregnancy and a lot of people give her a hard time. Eli is always by her side, holding her hand, and having to witness the comments and jeers she has to endure.

One day is particularly bad when Kyler wants to say something to her and he laughs at "how fat" she is. Reader gets upset about it and Eli steps in to tell Kyler off, but he just gets pushed into a set of lockers. Reader, crying and upset, tells him to just fuck off because he's being a total dick. Kyler almost hit her but one of his friends stopped him, explaining to the idiot that he can't hit a pregnant person. Kyler swears he'll get Reader when she isn't pregnant and walks away. Eli doesn't like that at all, so when he witnesses Miguel beat up Kyler, he knows what he has to do.

The first few karate lessons Eli goes to will pan out like they do in the show, but he sticks through it a little tougher because he's thinking about Reader and their baby the whole time. But Johnny does push him over the edge with the lip comments and he leaves, thinking it isn't worth it. He goes home crying and trying to figure out what to do, only to realize that he has to do this and commits to flipping the script and becoming the strong guy he wants to be for Reader and the baby.

After he changes his attitude and hair and is dubbed Hawk, he goes to Reader's house to show her how confident he is now. She answers the door and is shocked to see him. "Eli... what did you do?"

"I flipped the script," he tells her, smirking. "And it's Hawk, now, babe."

He sees the way she's looking at him, a little confused and unsure, so he backtracks a little bit.

"Well, it's Hawk to everyone else... you can still call me Eli," he says and she smiles. That smile is everything to him as she stands there, holding her belly and looking at him as if he's the world. He touches his mohawk and asks, "Do you like it?"

"It's different, and it'll take some getting used to, but yeah. I especially like the color," she giggles and invites him inside. They cuddle and she touches his hair, but it quickly devolves into them making out.

When he competes in the tournament, she's there to cheer him on with her rounding belly and a sign with his name on it. She wrote Hawk on the sign because she thinks of it as more of his "karate name" and continues to call him Eli no matter what. He steals looks at her the whole tournament, thinking she's the cutest person ever as she sits in a dress with her belly. Sometimes when he's not the one fighting, he runs over and gives her a kiss and touches her belly. When he's super excited about winning and tears his gi off, he tosses it to her and she catches it with a laugh. He comes to retrieve it after a moment and sees she's laid the snake emblem on the back over her belly, showing her support to him. He could die happy at that sight.

When his anger really sparks and he dislocates Robby's arm at the tournament, she's shocked and worried. He explains that Robby made fun of him but Reader tells him that that's not a good enough reason to hurt someone. She's so soft and sweet and gentle, and he hears her. He agrees and apologizes, tells her that it won't happen again.

But it does over the summer when he goes after Demetri. She likely finds out from Demetri himself because they're friends, of course they became friends before the karate stuff started when she and Eli started dating. So, she confronts him, telling him, "You can't do that! You can't go around beating up people because they did something you don't like or agree with! I can't be with you if you're going to act like that! For crying out loud, Eli, we're having a baby!"

It gets her so upset and Hawk understands he screwed up. She starts crying and he feels awful because he knows he did that. He apologizes and hugs her, rubbing her back to soothe her. She shouldn't be crying because he did something stupid. He says he's sorry so many times, even when taking her home and cuddling her as they watch a movie. She eventually has to tell him to stop because he's getting a little annoying and he's forgiven, so long as this never ever happens again. She swears to him that if he does something like that again, they're over.

The thing about it is, it doesn't happen again. Kreese can't sink his manipulative fangs into Hawk because Hawk's love for Reader and their baby is stronger than Kreese. So, the rest of the summer goes smoothly.

Until the school fight.

That's when all Hell breaks loose. It's a mess, and pretty much pans out like the show except Reader is on the sidelines begging for someone to do something. She's as big as can be, holding her belly to achieve some sort of relief, as she's watching this shit show play out like a horror movie because she can't believe any of this is happening. She's just in total shock and awe at this mess, but when she sees the opportunity to stop it, she jumps in.

When Miguel has Robby on the ground and lets him go, she rushes over, waddling as fast as she can, to pull him out of the middle of everything. She's a mama to be and has become a bit of the mom of the group. She's pulls Miguel away by his arm and asks him what he was thinking and why this was the solution to anything. Robby still jumps up to attack, but stops when he sees Reader because duh. He'd never go that far, and seeing her makes his anger deflate.

"I mean, come on, this is- uh oh..." she stops midsentence when she feels something warm run down her leg. She looks at Miguel, scared as she remembers what all her mom said, that it'll feel like she peed herself.

Miguel is on high alert at this. "Uh oh? What's uh oh?"

"It feels like I-" she looks down and he does too, seeing the wetness running down her pant legs. "I think I'm having the baby."

Robby, witnessing all this, gets a little freaked out but he still rushes to Reader's other side even though he doesn't know her. However, he's still a good guy and is gonna help the pregnant girl in whatever way he can. The fight and rivalry are forgotten about as he and Miguel help Reader to the stairs and help her down them.

When they come through with her, everything stops and no one can even think about fighting anymore. By the time they're at the end of the stairs, Hawk is coming around the corner and fussing over her. That tough guy exterior is still there but it's a little softer. But if anyone dares to get in his way as he and these two idiots try getting her to his car, he'll bite their heads off.

Needless to say, Hawk is a mess trying to drive her to the hospital because this is sooner than they were expecting. The stress of the school fight caused her to go into early labor and they have nothing they need. The hospital bag should've been put in his car but he kind of forgot to do that, so they don't have it. All they have is some panic and a baby that's on the way no matter if they're ready or not.

At the hospital, after she's hooked up to the monitors and everything, Hawk is by her side the entire time. He pushes her hair out of her face as she lays on her side, just waiting for the time to push. He's apologizing to her about getting into the fight but he was just trying to protect his friends. She tells him she doesn't care about that anymore and just wants to have the baby already because the contractions are killing her. Then she has another contraction, and he lets her squeeze his hand to help her through it. When it's over, she tells him she doesn't want to talk about karate while she's in labor and they talk about other things, like the baby.

It isn't long after that, they have a wiggly little blue-eyed baby girl. She's a heavy little thing, chunky and cute as can be. She's laid on her mama's chest wailing and Reader holds her close, crying happy tears because she's finally here. She gets to hold her baby girl. Then she's taken away to get checked out and cleaned up, then Hawk gets to hold her. She's wrapped up in a warm blanket but she's out in the world and wiggling about, so the wrapping comes loose as he holds her.

He jokes, "She really wanted out."

Reader smiles as she watches, "Yeah, she did."

Hawk will be hard-pressed to let her go, opting to hold her even when she's asleep. He sits back in the reclining chair beside Reader's bed and lets their baby girl sleep on his chest. He watches her sleep, holding her securely to his chest, and silently promises her that he's gonna protect her no matter what. He looks so soft and sweet holding her like that but he has some bruises on his face from the fight. He's arguably scarier and more threatening because he has this cutie to think about and protect, so if you thought he was scary and tough before, people will have a rude awakening if they ever bother her or her mama.

I could do an alternative to this where he doesn't become Hawk if enough people want that. I'd love to do that.

Anyways, I was thinking about age gap!au, where John had a really bad day at work, and Gale is the only one to calm him.

Jonh would like barge through the front door and storm into the family room where Gale is curled up on the couch, watching mindless television.

Gale's face lights up at the sight of John, but before he can say anything, John sits down next to Gale and pulls him into his lap, stroking his hair and squeezing Gale like he's a real life teddy bear bc he's so frustrated and drained :(((

omg they're both each other's emotional support people, but somehow Gale provides more comfort to John than vice versa, all things considered

and so John has a really rough day, some kids got hurt or maybe even killed on a practice mission and he's close to drinking his problems away, that's what he did before he met Gale, but now he just wants to be around him, wants to hold him

can barely keep it together when he's driving home, feels bile creeping up his throat as he tries to choke down the emotions, he just wants to be home, just wants to be with Gale

when John gets home, his legs barely make it to the couch before he's slumping on top of Gale, finally feels at home and safe

Gale of course doesn't quite understand the gravity of the situation, makes fun of John a little bit, asks him if he worked too hard, can't be doing that at his old age, but then maybe John starts crying

John hasn't cried since he was a boy, had it beaten out of him during his training a long time ago, but he knows he can be vulnerable with Gale and Gale won't judge him, so he cries into Gales chest

Gale immediately comforts John, worrying and fussing and asking what's wrong, tells John it's going to all be okay, he's here now, he's going to be okay, and John just wraps his arms tighter around Gale's body and weeps

John will eventually move until he's laying on the couch, Gale on his chest, their cheeks pressed together while he comes down from his emotions, Gale will kiss him all over and tuck a stray piece of John's hair off of his face, tells him it's going to be okay

maybe Gale starts talking about his day of classes, tells John about the antics of one of his professors and how gross the dining hall food was, all mundane things compared to what John had went through that day, but it's making John feel better and he can't ask for anything else

John will tell Gale what happened eventually, but right now he's content to hold Gale and listen to him talk, likes being comforted by him all the same.

I love your meta but it's gotten to the point for me that when I read fics and Harry says something like "He's a disgusting Death Eater" I'm like- Nope, not in character. Harry? No. 1 Draco Malfoy apologist Harry? Unrealistic, I can't.

Thank you so much! That's really nice of you to say! And lol saaaaame. I mean don't get me wrong. I love some bitter 'both-these-characters-have-literally-tried-to-kill-each-other' enemies to lovers but that's not drarry (as their dynamic is portrayed in canon). And I think that's fascinating because they should hate each other a lot more than they do but they just can never bring themselves to. I just find it so striking how little real violence there is between them despite their very intense rivalry evolving into them literally being soldiers on opposite sides of a war. And how they just can't bring themselves to really truly hurt each other the way you'd expect and how they both always risk everything to save each other even when they should have no reason to.

Personally I think that's more interesting than them just disliking and distrusting each other. Because yes there is rivalry and bad blood and hostility but there's so much more than that and that fascinating push and pull is what makes their interactions so interesting to me.

I mean, canonically by the end of book 6 Harry has shifted into full-on worrying about Draco. And he keeps worrying about him all through book 7. (Not to mention saving his life and being saved in return by Draco at the Manor). This is wild. Draco is a Death Eater. Draco let other Death Eaters into the school. Draco almost got Katie and Ron - 2 friends of Harry's - killed. Draco is indirectly responsible for Bill's face getting ripped off. He also seemingly contributed to Dumbledore's apparent murder by disarming him and leaving him vulnerable.

But Harry doesn't hate him. He understands that Draco has changed his mind and doesn't want to be doing what he's doing anymore and has realized the folly of the side he's chosen (but tragically too late). He pities him. He worries about him. He doesn't despise or blame him. He even apparently conceals Dracos's crimes from magical law enforcement and blames everything on Snape.

Given this, I always personally find it a bit jarring when canon compliant fics have Harry go too overboard with the whole "omg he was a Death Eater" angle because it doesn't fit with his actions in canon. I mean after he walks in on Draco crying in book 6 and saying some hugely incriminating things Harry's reaction is to completely back off - simply because his investigation is putting Draco in danger. Even though Draco is pretty clearly a potential danger to others. And by the end of book 6 he's even more sympathetic to him after seeing Draco's change of heart. In book 7 he's viscerally horrified by seeing Draco forced to torture Rowle and the thing that motivates him to block out his connection to Voldemort for the first time is not wanting to see Draco tortured after the escape from the Manor. And he thinks about him quite frequently. And he even puts not only his own life at risk to save him, but also the lives of his friends (who he values far more than he values himself).

Given all this, while I certainly think Harry wouldn't immediately be best friends with Draco or forget about all the bad things he and his family did, I don't think he'd be over the top hating him like I see in some fics where Harry is outraged Draco didn't go to Azkaban or enraged by his mere presence at Hogwarts for 8th year or stuff like that, given he wasn't that bothered by Draco in 6th or 7th year when he had a lot more reason to be. That level of hostility and mistrust just doesn't feel like it fits to me.

Of course everyone is free to interpret and write the characters how they like. These are just my personal views and preferences. (And to be fair I also find it a bit jarring when Harry starts talking like he's been on tumblr reading drarry metas in defense of Draco so it's definitely a balance).

So! As I showed, Lando and Violet announced their engagement on social media.

But that was after they talked to their families.

With Lando's was easy, since Violet is more comfortable with them

They announced it to them after Christmas day, right the day of their anniversary

And of course they were happy for them! His parents even asked them if they needed money to help them get everything done or if they needed help to organize things

Lando and Violet were so happy watching how they cwere haply for them and even daydreaming for some hours

It was easy

But what wasn't easy was telling her family

In the time they were dating, her family never stopped asking for favors, or even getting interested whenever they wanted

So Violet was nervous, of course

She only wanted to go to her hometown to visit her grandma and Eloise's grave

The moment Violet pressed the ring bell she immediately wanted to leave.

"Hey, I'm here" Lando whispered. "Ignore theme focus on Nana and then we'll leave, yeah?"

"What if they ask things?" Violet sighed looking at him. "Is it wrong that I don't feel bad because I don't want them there?"

"They never were there for you, love" he sighed. "You have every right to feel that way"

Lando knew she missed having a family. She missed not having a pair of parents that could take care of her, worry and ask about her.

"Wow, you decided to come" her mom frowned when she opened the door.

"Mhm" Violet hummed, walking in followed by Lando.

Her face immediately hanged when she saw her grandma.

Lando saw her grandma, Nana, a few times.

When they finished decorating their house, Violet wanted her to go and watch it, as well as meeting Lando.

Violet focused on her grandma, and when she said that Lando and her were getting married, she rolled her eyes the moment her mother clapped and started bombing them with questions.

"I hope you two make the wedding of the century"

"You two have money, didn't you buy a house? I guess you won't need our help"

"Who will you invite?"

Violet took a deep breath and looked at her parents. She knows what they are doing.

"I came here to talk with the only woman that cared about me" Violet said. "To the woman that took care of me when you two were too busy with job that you couldn't take care of your own daughter"

"We are your parents!" her mother exclaimed. "How dare you talk to me that way?"

"You only gave me birth. The one who took care of me was Nana, and she will be the one taking me to the aisle. I don't care if you like it or not" Violet said serious, making Lando feel proud of her. "You two are strangers to me. And it's your fault, so don't come crying later"

Lando couldn't help but feel sad, because this for real was a way ofngrtting her parents south of her life.

Planning:

The day they got engaged, they went to bed with the biggest smile they ever had in their faces.

It was another step in their relationship, another step to a future together

"I can't stop looking at it" Violet smiled, looking at the beautiful ring with little stones on it. "It's so beautiful, Lando... So so beautiful"

Lando smiled looking at her hand, kissing her lips softly when she looked up at him.

They were living a real dream,feeling their chests warm with a new feeling.

"Have you ever imagined how our wedding would be?" Violet asked him.

"Well, I think something simple and private" Lando smiled. "With our friends and family in it, you wearing an amazing white dress. And if course, Rhys and Feyre will have to give us the rings"

"Oh definitely!" she giggled, looking at their dogs. "Our kids have to be present, huh?"

"Yeah" he smiled. "I always wanted to get married in a big place. Like, a villa or something like that, where our guests can stay the weekend and relax too"

"I like how it sounds"

They started planning just the basic things, the guests, going to see places and of course what they would wear

Violet went with her grandma, Pietra, Lily and Carmen to try some dresses

And of course, she asked her grandma to the one to take her to the aisle and Pietra to be her maid of honor

But when things started to go well, they had to interrupt the planning because of Violet's work

"It will be okay, love" Lando reassured her. "We have half of the job done, right? And you are not leaving for many months, just three. It will be okay"

They kept planning things with video calls, and of course they had the help of a wedding planner team

The wedding:

They rented a venue in England, of course

The day before getting married, both of them slept separately, just to get ready the next day without looking at each other's outfit.

Their dogs slept with them, Rhysand with Lando and Ferr with Violet, since they decided they wanted them to be part of the bridesmaids and the groomsmen

To add a little of fun to the wedding, Carlos and Violet decided to prank Lando

(Or maybe because she wanted to have a Carlando moment on their wedding album)

Some weeks before the wedding, Carlos went with her to buy a white dress

So while Violet was getting ready with her bridesmaids, Carlos did the same before getting ready himself

Somehow Violet convinced Lando to make a first look photoshoot, so Lando went to the backyard of the venue and waited for Violet

Everyone knew about the prank except him

So when Carlos walked in, dressed in a white dress and holding Violet's flowers, everyone had to hold their laugh

Lando smiled nervous, biting his lip when he heard the photographer taking pictures of them

He felt a hand on his and he immediately frowned, not recognizing Violet's hand

And the moment he turned around and found Carlos, he couldn't hold it and started laughing

It's safe to say that Carlando got married? There are pictures that can confirm it

But then the real time came

Lando was ready waiting for Violet, with Max next to him as well as all his friends

The moment he saw her walking next to her grandma, Lando couldn't stop crying

Max smiled, giving him a tissue and patting his back

Lando never thought he could fall in love even more

Their dogs had the rings, Rhys had Violet's and Feyra had Lando's

After the ceremony, they had the banquet

It was everything they dreamed before

A fairytale place, with amazing food (no fish in it)

And the moment if their first dance as husband and wife came

When they had to think about a song for their first dance, they wanted a song that talks about them

The first time they heard it, in Violet's old apartment, they cried while hearing it

So they immediately added it to the planning

They held each other, whispering the lyrics to the other while moving since to side at the beat of the song

Everyone was quiet, hearing the song and the meaning of it

Who knows their story, they know why they chose that song

"I love you, Violet Norris" Lando whisper in her ear

"I love you too, Lando Norris" she smiled
