Olivia Benson X Daughter reader
Summary: Y/N Benson is attacked on her way home, her Mum is not happy and Elliot is pissed.
TW: almost SA, description of almost rape, not much only the first part.
Third person pov...
14 year old Y/N Benson was on her way home from school, texting her friends as she walked, her bag on her back, she was heading to the station to meet her Mum so they could go home together.
As she walked she walked past a white man mid 20s, The instant she did she felt his eyes on her, it heightened her anxiety but she kept on walking, slowly she got out her phone from her pocket and began tapping on it.
The man then pushed himself away from the wall and began following the teen, he was tall, kept his head down.
Y/N looked behind her every few seconds while tapping on her phone.
She was planning to text her Mum and tell her what was happening, as she did she began quicker, she heard the man walk faster to catch up with her.
The H/C girl taps her Mums contact and begins typing, they had a code word for incidents like this.
"Hey there" comes voice from behind the girl scaring her. She turns quickly and hides her phone, the teen looks up it was the guy following her.
She stared at the man, not saying a word. This made the man angry, Y/N saw grit his teeth slightly, she then inches away slightly from him.
The guy keeps a friendly smile on his face as he looks at the young girl. "Sorry for scaring ya. Just wanted to ask if you could tell me where the library is?" He asks the girl, Y/N doesnt relax her legs tense she was ready to run if the guy posed as a threat.
She looks at the time on her phone her message to her Mum still open. Once seeing the time she looks back up. "Sorry can't help you" she says to the man unapologetic.
She turns to run but her wrist is grabbed, the mans grip was hard and it was painful. Y/N tried to wretch her arm away but it only made the grip on her wrist tighten, he was twisting her wrist a way it shouldn't go.
Tears at the corner of her eyes she tried to yell for help but one look from the guy said 'you scream and I break it' so she kept her mouth shut, with her hand gone she uses her other to try and text behind her back.
The guy sees this and grabs her phone, eyes in horror Y/N watches as he smashes her phone, struggling in his arms Y/N tries to wriggle away but isn't able to, she is then dragged into an alleyway.
She teenager tries to drag her feet but he is to strong, Tears in her eyes Y/Ns back is forced up again the wall, she begins scratching at the man, his hands , face anywhere she could reach. The guy takes it and pins her wrists to the wall.
He then slaps her face. "Stop struggling bitch! Or this will hurt" he yells at her, the teen freezes in fear, cheek turning a nasty red.
Smirking he begins trailing his free hand to her chest unbuttoning her school shirt, she looked away from him as he kept touching her, "Mummy" she cries quietly.
Thinking of her mum gave her the strength to open her eyes, she starts to stare, the creep looks up at her smirk gone at the new found fury in her eyes.
'Show no fear' she thinks, as she continues staring into his eyes. Luckily he let's go of her wrists, taking the chance Y/N swings her leg back and kicks him in thr groin.
"Fuck! You little bitch!" He yells holding his area, Y/N quickly rips out of his grasp, grabbing her bag she hits him one last time before running out of the alleyway not stopping until she got to the station.
Olivia was sat at her desk, her daughter was late. Looking at the clock again she became even more worried. Y/N should've been there 20 minutes ago.
Elliot waves at his partner from across the table. "Liv? Hello? Liv!" Liv shake sher head ans turns to Elliot. "Sorry El" she tells him.
Elliot shakes his head. "It'll right, are you okay?" He asks her, Olivia goes to answer but us cut off by something behind Elliot.
Face of horror, she stands from her desk and walks around Elliot towards the entrance, standing at the doors was a young girl, school shirt unbuttoned, shirt ruffled, bag barely hanging onto her shoudler, her face was a bright red turning purple.
"Y/N, baby what happened to you?" Before anyone knew it the young girl collapsed in a fit of sobs falling to her knees, Olivia bent to catch her in her arms. The girl only sobbed harder as she clung to the woman.
Liv tried to comfort her but was unsuccessful, eventually they were able to move the two into a room. Olivia sat with her daughter curled up on her lap still holding onto her neck.
Olivia rubbed her hand up and down
Y/Ns back, the girl was clearly traumatized, the team were worried.
"Y/N baby, you gotta tell me whats happened okay" she tells the girl, Y/N had calmed down alot since she was in her mother's arms.
Outside Elliot is pacing, he was worried about Y/N. He'd never seen her so upset before it scared him.
Inside Y/N pulled away from her Mums shoudler, sniffling she told her. Olivia was shocked, she was worried and she was pissed. "Baby, I'm so sorry that happened to you, I swear to god I will catch that bastard" she reassured the teen.
Eventually Y/N passed out from all her crying, Liv gave her a change of clothes a mix of her tshirt and Elliots sweatpants. The teen was currently asleep in the cots in the lockeroom.
Liv sits at her desk frozen as if in a trace, after what her daughter told her she didn't know what to think. As she sat El walked over to her.
"Liv, hey did Y/N tell you what happened?" He asks her, Liv shakes herself awake, the tears in her eyes scare Elliot, he kneels on the floor infront of her holding her hand gently.
"Liv-Ss-she told me she was almost raped" she cries, Elliot pulls her into a hug. If he didn't he would've smashed his fit into the table. "W-what" his throat dry.
Once Y/N was awake she gave them a description of the man who attacked her, she told them everything she rememberd she could never forget the way his hands felt or his piercing gaze.
Days later they caught the guy, attacking another young girl, before hand cuffing him Elliot and Liv managed to get a few good hits in for Y/N, all the team managed to get revenge for Y/N, Fin slammed him extra hard into the table in the interrogation room.
Munch made fun of the guy and told all his insecurities, Casey tore into him during his trail so bad he instantly pleaded guilty and got sent to prison for 20 years.
After that Liv made sure Y/N never walked home by herself again, always either with a friend or member of SVU. Y/N eventually recovered from the ordeal.
The end!
A rather angsty one hope you liked it, sorry for the wait, also for any grammar and Spelling mistakes.
Requests are open!

Pairing: Olivia Benson x Daughter!reader
Warning: Angst, emotional neglect, bad mom Olivia for a moment, hints of being a young mum, unedited, self hate almost, mommy issues, let me know if I left anything out
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You excitedly ran to the door as you heard the jingle of your mother’s keys, your latest artwork held tightly in your hand her dinner in the microwave. Your mother steps into view just as you open your mouth to speak she raised her hand “I’m tired it’s been a long day, I have a migraine and I don’t want to hear it” you nodded with a swallow.
“Dinner’s in the microwave” you whispered placing your artwork on the counter as you walked to your bedroom passing Noahs ignoring the burning jealousy. Olivia shook her head “she’s always got to be so dramatic” she groaned entering the kitchen, you were sixteen she couldn’t understand why you always acted the way you did.
The rare day Olivia had off was the day that really changed your relationship, you laid on your mother’s big bed ruffling the sheets slightly as you giggled trying to talk to her. “Get off Y/n. I just made the bed, you’re too old to be acting like a child” Olivia scolded so I rolled around more pulling at all the edges she grabbed me by the arm. Kicking me off the bed to remake it with an eye roll like I was never there, ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away so I left passing Noah on my way.
I could hear them laughing from my bedroom the loud squeaking of my mother’s bed as they jumped on it how strange it was to think as I messaged Eliot to pull me out. I hated to be Olivia’s daughter if only I could’ve been Noah someone she chose- she was stuck with me, I was half of her simply anatomy.
I waited by the door patiently for his message, convincing myself she was just struggling that she was a mother too young or too soon, I was a burden she couldn’t afford. I wanted to explore her mind know what she was thinking when the doctor placed me delicately in her arms, hear what alarms blasted in her head.
“Hey mom, I got you these I thought-“ I was cut off “you didn’t tell me you were leaving” I sighed walking further into her bedroom “I didn’t think you would care”. Olivia laughed thought it wasn’t genuine “no but I noticed, you’re too emotional anytime something doesn’t go your way you run off”.
“I just wish you understood mom” I placed the bag on her bed leaving once more “this is what I’m talking about Y/n” she followed me into my room. She paused at the doorway looking around as I curled up by the windowsill “has this always been here?” Her fingers grazing a portrait “It’s old”.
I watched her through the glass as she takes the room in “I haven’t been in here for so long” she whispered to herself “you’re always too busy for me” I shrugged with a scoff. “That is not true” she argued “you’re right, you just make sure to spend every second with Noah instead” her face dropped. “Y/n I am your mother” Olivia began to scold “you have a funny way of showing it mom” I sighed with a humourless laugh.
“I love you but I struggle to believe you love me too” I stared out the window to avoid meeting her gaze though I still saw her reflection. She sat on the bed with a sigh “I understand you didn’t get to choose me but you had options” I whispered pulling my knees to my chest.
“But I did choose you Y/n” she glanced up at the ceiling “I just struggle to always choose you because I like to believe you don’t need me, you’re so mature and headstrong I forget you’re only young”. She breathed in loudly as I tore my gaze away from the glass “you’re so much like me it’s scary sometimes Y/n and I’m scared- I always have been that I would ruin you if I stayed too close baby”.
“I work everyday to protect girls your age, connect them with their own mothers while I neglect you convincing myself you understand. I’m so proud of you baby girl and I know I don’t show it enough, I never wished to make you feel anything less than important to me”
“Every part of you is me, I am so lucky to have a daughter like you Y/n. To watch you grow into this incredible young woman and know you’ve done it on your own? I’m both extremely proud and saddened.” I couldn’t help but stare at her as the tears welled in my eyes “You are the best thing that could’ve happened to me, I was young but you gave me reason honey you saved me from self destruction. The hours of torture I inflicted, now you’re all grown I’ve ruined it like I knew I would and you don’t need me anymore” I flung myself into her as I cried.
“I’ll always need you mom”

Liv’s daughter gets her first migraine injection? Of course Liv does it for her cause there’s no way she can do it herself. Its really painful, but Liv comforts her afterwards and they cuddle together.
Tumblr media
ᕚ---ᕘ
The sunlight of the morning sun filtered through the still half-closed curtains. You sat on the edge of your double bed, staring nervously at your lap as you rubbed your shaking and sweaty hands on your pajama pants. In front of you was the long box with a migraine injection that your mother had brought you from your neurologist yesterday afternoon. Your heartbeat raced in your chest as you looked at the needle and injector.
Thoughts raced through your mind, sending you into a panic as you tried to take a deep breath and gather the courage. But the needle in front of your eyes seemed so frightening, and the thought of injecting it through your stomach alone increased your fear. The thought of the pain to come during the procedure made you shudder.
A large lump had formed in your throat as you tried to keep breathing calmly. "You're not a child anymore. You can do this," you whispered to yourself, but that only seemed to make the fear grow even greater. You reached for the included instructions and read through them for the hundredth time since last night. The individual steps were illustrated with pictures and described precisely, but your hands were shaking as if you had Parkinson's and the writing on the paper blurred into a scribble. "Damned!"
Hesitantly, you decided to accept help from your mother and call her. She had offered you her support and was waiting outside in the living room in case you needed her. "Mom?" you asked into the void, looking anxiously at the door. A soft knock on it startled you as you briefly returned to your thoughts. Olivia poked her head through a crack before carefully stepping into the room and you immediately felt relieved when you felt the familiar presence. “Everything okay, my darling?”
You nodded uncertainly and looked at her with wide eyes as you patted the seat next to you. You began nervously picking at your nails, your gaze wandering between your mother and the injection. "Yeah, I'm just... trying to take this injection."
Olivia stepped closer to you, her hands clasped under her chest and already holding her glasses in one of her hands before sitting down next to you. She opened a hand invitingly and you dropped the paper into her hand. "You don't have to do this alone," she spoke softly in a whisper, pulling up her glasses to take a closer look at the injection instructions. Your doctor had already shown her how it worked and what she should pay attention to. But one thing is certain: she couldn't afford any mistakes. She didn't want to cause you pain. "I'm your mother. I'm here to help you, no matter what."
A tiny smile spread across your face and you leaned your head on her shoulder. "Thanks, it's just... the fear of the pain. Dr. Phillips suggested it could be really painful." you gulped and hugged yourself. Olivia noticed your nervousness and placed a reassuring hand on your thigh, gently running her thumb over your clothed skin before resting her cheek on the top of your head. "You've already been through so much, sweetie. You can still do this. You're so strong!"
With shaky hands, you opened the box and pulled out the injector. Your heart raced when you saw the needle in real life. Your mother immediately grabbed your hand and squeezed it gently. "Take a deep breath and breathe out. You can do it, I'm here." You nodded and watched Olivia prepare the injection with steady hands as you took deep breaths and tried to calm your nerves with a little walk around your room. "Ready?"
"Yeah. Let me get it over with," you stood in front of your mother and pulled up your shirt. You quickly closed your eyes, focusing on your breathing as you tried to control the fear. With slow, step-like movements, Olivia approached you and placed the needle on your lower abdomen. The thought of the coming pain caused goosebumps to form on your skin, but you nodded silently and she pressed the injector firmly until it clicked into place.
Under her pressure, your mother felt a moment of tension, followed by a tiny sound of pain escaping your lips as the liquid slowly flowed into your body. Tears welled up in your eyes, but she continued to hold your hand, whispering soothing words to you as she stroked the back of your hand. "A few more seconds, you're almost there."
When the injection was finished, you exhaled deeply as if a weight had been lifted from you and Olivia carefully and carefully removed the needle before dropping the injector to the side. She quickly stood up, put her arms over your shoulders and pulled you close to her. "You did it. You were incredibly brave,"
You smiled weakly at the battle you had won with yourself and hugged yourself tightly to her middle, your head pressed tightly against her chest as you let the rest of your tears fall freely. Kisses adorned the top of your head and caresses were banished to your back as Olivia slowly brought you back to bed. "How about it. I'll let Finn take charge today, you skip school and we have a cozy day in bed?"
"That sounds great, Mom. Is that really okay with you?" you asked, throwing the blanket over your body while your head rested on the pillow. She didn't say another word, took her cell phone out of her pocket and tapped furiously on the screen before turning it off and throwing it on the dresser. "More than okay, my darling."
She disappeared from your room in a flash and you heard the microwave do its work. Shortly afterwards, the smell of sweet popcorn filled the entire apartment and Olivia returned. She had squeezed back into her pajamas and lay down on the bed next to you. You continued watching your favorite show together, occasionally dozing off in your mother's gentle embrace.

TW: vomiting
As soon as you’d returned home from hanging out with your friends you hadn’t felt good. By the time you get in the door your stomach is already rumbling. Your mom looks over at you from where she is sitting on the couch watching TV.
“Honey, what’s wrong?”
“My stomach is hurting,” you said going to change into your pajamas while your mom got you a glass of water.
When you came back out into the living room you sat on the couch where your mom handed you the drink before sitting beside you. You tried taking a couple sips despite how repulsed you felt by the idea.
“You feel a little warm,” do you think you might be coming down with something? “Or was it something you ate?”
“My friends and I got burgers, mine tasted weird so I only ate half,” you mumbled now regretting your choices.
“Oh sweetheart, I’m sorry. I promise you this will pass,” said your mom kissing the top of your head.
Feeling slightly comforted by her words you cuddled in her arms, and managed to drift of to sleep despite your discomfort.
You woke up hours later drenched in sweat with a sharp pain in your stomach followed by cramping. Barely registering the fact that you were now in your moms bed you made a mad dash to the bathroom. You got there just in time to empty your stomach contents.
Your mom was there immediately holding your hair back. “It’s okay sweetheart, I’m right here.” She said as she rubbed your back. You spent the next few minutes throwing up before your body finally gave you a break and you were able to lean back into the comfort of your mom. She wrapped her arms around your shivering body to try and provide you with some warmth and kissed the top of your head. “Come on babe, let’s try and get you back to bed.”
Your mom helped you stand up so you could brush your teeth while she flushed the toilet. She then helped you get back into bed before grabbing a cool washcloth and a glass of water.. “This is in case you get sick again and can’t make it to the bathroom, honey,” she said putting the trash can beside you. “I know it’s hard but I want you to try and take a few sips to keep hydrated.”
“Okay,” after you were done you laid back down and your mom placed the cloth on your forehead allowing you to drift back into a uneasy sleep.
You woke back up throughout the night with to empty the contents of your stomach. Each time your mom was right beside you to hold your hair and comfort you. She was also adamant about making sure to keep you hydrated having you take sips of water, and Gatorade after every episode. Throwing up was something you had always hated which made you so grateful to have her there.
A couple of hours had finally passed without you getting sick so your mom decided to see if you could keep a few saltine crackers, and some ginger ale down. After that was successful you were finally able to take a Tylenol and doze back to sleep in your mothers arms.
You don’t wake up again until the early hours of the morning. When you do you realize how much better you’re feeling. Wanting to still feel more warmth you scoot to your mom snuggling into her side.
Your mother pressed her lips to your temple sighing in relief when she realizes your fever has gone down significantly. “How are you feeling, babe?”
“I’m not nauseous anymore,” you said half asleep. “Just really tired.” You said before closing your eyes again.
Liv smiled happily before kissing your forehead and falling back asleep herself.

When Worlds Collide
Tumblr media
Casey Novak x fem!reader / Olivia Benson x daughter!reader Warnings: hospital times, age difference relationship, under the influence of pain meds, explicit language (let me know if I've missed anything!) Word count: 1.4k
Summary: After a car wreck puts you in the hospital, your worlds collide. In this case, your worlds being your girlfriend, ADA Casey Novak, and your mom, Captain Olivia Benson.
Olivia signed in at the nurse’s station, her handwriting messy from her shaking hands. She knew you were an adult. She knew you could take care of yourself. But what mother wouldn’t be scared out of her mind after getting a call that her daughter was in the hospital after a car crash. The nurses at the station outside the ER had assured her that you were okay, just banged up. But, well, she was your mom. She’d stay worried until she could see with her own two eyes that you were alright.
“Olivia?”
Olivia jumped at the voice, recognizing it immediately.
“Casey, hey,” she said, noticing her ADA’s unkempt appearance. She’d clearly just come from the gym or home or somewhere like that, as evidenced by her running clothes. She looked anxious, too. “What are you doing here?”
“My girlfriend’s here,” she explained, voice shaky as she signed in, too.
“Jesus.” Olivia shook her head. “Must be something in the air today.”
“Are you here for work?” Casey asked, following Olivia through the double doors that led out of the ER waiting room.
She shook her head. “No, actually. My daughter was in a car wreck.”
“Oh, god, I’m so sorry,” Casey empathized. “I hope she’s okay.”
“Yeah, me too.”
They both stopped outside of Room 112, each shuffling awkwardly for a moment.
“Well,” Olivia started. “I hope your girlfriend’s okay. I’ll let you get to her.”
“Same with your daughter,” Casey added, nodding emphatically.
But, still, neither moved.
“I’m sorry,” Olivia tried again. “This is actually my daughter’s room, so I’m gonna go in now.”
Casey gaped at her, face burning. “This is your daughter’s room?”
“Yeah?” Olivia confirmed, not understanding the confusion.
“No, this is my girlfriend’s room,” Casey insisted.
The two looked at each for a long moment, gears turning until they finally clicked.
Olivia fumbled with her words. “I– you… are you…?”
Casey threw open the door and stared at you, your eyes wide and your smile even wider–you were clearly high on pain meds. “This is your daughter?” she asked Olivia, gesturing toward you.
But you answered all their questions as soon as you spoke.
“Look at this!” you observed out loud, as if you truly could not believe it in your drugged state. “My two favorite women in the whole world are here! At the same time! Wow!”
Casey sat heavily in a chair near the bed. “Oh my god,” she groaned. “Y/N, what?! Your mom is Captain Olivia Benson?!”
Olivia stood at the edge of the room, face burning, looking back and forth between you and Casey, as if she couldn’t decide who to yell at first.
“Olivia, I had no idea. I swear,” Casey said, trying to defend herself.
Your eyes narrowed, as if you were in on the world’s most obvious secret. “I had an idea,” you whispered to Casey in your loudest voice.
“Why didn’t you say anything then, you asshole?!” she yelled, trying and failing to be mad at you. It was so hard when you had that bandage on your head, with your dopey grin, and your eyes so, so clearly full of nothing but love.
“I like to walk on the wild side,” you slurred.
“No you fucking don’t!” Olivia finally yelled. “You’ve been a goody-two-shoes since before you were born. You have a 4.0 in graduate school, for god’s sake. What the hell is happening right now? Are you mad at me!? Are you going through a late-bloomer rebellious stage?”
“Oh, Mom,” you said, giggling at her. If you had looked at Casey, you would have seen her absolutely horrified by how nonchalant you were being. “Lighten up. It doesn’t have anything to do with you.”
“And you!” Olivia railed, starting in on Casey. She sat still, penitent, staring at the ground, as if preparing to accept a well-deserved lecture. “What the hell are you doing with a 20-year-old?!”
“24!” you protested.
“You’re my age! She could be your daughter!”
“I mean, I’m a little bit younger than you,” Casey grumbled.
“Mom,” you whined. “Don’t scare off my girlfriend. I like older women, okay? It’s no big deal.”
“I’m not old,” Casey protested quietly, shooting you a glare.
“Of course you’re not, babe. You’re perfect,” You tried and failed to pat her on the arm, instead just waving your hand in the air.
“I just…” Olivia let out a shaky breath. “I think I need a minute. I’ll… I’ll be back in a few.”
“Uh-oh,” you said, raising your eyebrows at Casey as the door swung shut. “Do you think she’s mad at me?”
Casey sighed and stared at you, brushing a strand of hair affectionately off your forehead. “Maybe a little… I think she’s more mad at me. I’m gonna go talk to her. I’ll be right back.”
“Wait, don’t leave me!” you called pitifully, grasping for her hand.
She smiled and laughed a bit, bending to kiss your forehead. “Are you listening to me?! I said I’d be right back. Calm down.”
Another dopey grin, and you brought her hand to your lips to kiss her palm. “Sorry. It’s hard to listen when you look so pretty.”
Casey beamed at you, her face reddening a bit. “You’re a dork,” she added before pushing the door open to go find Olivia.
Casey almost walked right into her as she stepped out the door.
“Oh,” Casey said, startled. “I was just coming to find you.” Suddenly, the thought that Olivia might have been watching through the sliver of glass in the door made Casey’s heart sink. “Did you, uh…” Her face was beet red by now. “Did you see–”
“Yes,” Olivia interrupted, her voice softer than before.
“I really am sorry, Olivia.” Casey wrung her hands. “I had no idea she was your daughter. If I had known, I would have…” “Would have what?” Olivia prompted, watching Casey closely.
Casey sighed, deciding that honesty was the best policy. “I don’t know actually. I was going to say that I would have made sure you were okay with it, but… I don’t know if that’s true. I really care for her.”
Olivia nodded, seeming to ponder Casey’s words for a moment.
“Do you love her?” she finally asked.
“Yeah, I do.” Casey’s voice was quiet, hesitant. She wasn’t quite sure how Olivia would respond, but she wasn’t about to lie or hide. Olivia’d had enough hidden from her recently.
Olivia sighed and rubbed her forehead. “Okay.”
Casey looked genuinely shocked. “Okay? Really?”
“I mean…” Olivia shrugged. “She’s an adult. It’s not really my place to tell her who to date. And, well, I can’t say you’d be at the bottom of the list of people I know that I’d want her to date.”
This felt a little insulting, considering their long work history, but Casey decided to let it slide given the circumstances.
“But if you hurt her?” Olivia’s voice turned dark for a moment, her glare so piercing that Casey almost had to look away. “Well, I know you know what kind of gun I carry.”
“Jesus, Olivia! I’m not gonna hurt her!”
Now that they were both quiet, they could hear you calling from inside the room.
“Mooooommmm,” you yelled. “Don’t scare my girlfriend, pleasseeeee! I love her! I want her to kiss me!”
Your face lit up when they walked into the room together. “Mom!” you called. “Did you know Casey is an ADA? That’s hot.”
Olivia rolled her eyes and sat on the side of your bed opposite Casey. “Yes, my love,” she said. “Believe it or not I did know about Casey being an ADA.”
You giggled to yourself conspiratorially, as if you’d just orchestrated the world’s best joke. “I know!”
“But Mooommm,” you continued. “Did you know I love her?”
“Now I do,” she grumbled.
You let your eyes fall on Casey, reaching out for her hand.
“I love her hair and her eyes and her face.”
Casey smiled at you, and you continued, letting your eyes wander down her body.
“I love her lips and her–”
“Okay!” Casey interrupted, blushing. “I think we get it, honey. Please stop talking now.”
But you were just so happy. Your head felt fuzzy and light, and the room was bright and warm, and your two favorite people were here.
“This is the best day of my life,” you said, tearing up. Casey held onto one of your hands, and your mom held the other, and for just a brief moment you saw them make eye contact, and it was as if they decided together that there was room for both of them to love you.

✧ Sick
Olivia Benson x college student daughter! reader
Warnings: implied sexual assault, coarse language. your typical SVU case discussion scenes.
Reader becomes an SVU case. Olivia gets the shock of her life seeing you walk into the precinct, teary eyed and bruised all over.
It was two a.m., the smell of the precinct’s cheap coffee hung around the air as the squad was in a heated discussion of their leads for a current case. Everybody was a little annoyed due to the lack of sleep, Liv included. Especially Liv— she was in charge. Fighting the sleep and taking another gulp of the black coffee, her ears perked up when she heard footsteps approaching herself and her squad. Her eyes briefly out of focus due to tiredness but quickly came into focus. She squints, her heart sank to the floor when she realised who it was. It was you. In tears, bruised jaw, bleeding cheek. She rushes over to you, asking you what happened.
She knew you weren’t supposed to be home from college until the day after. So you must’ve came back early. You disclosed the attack to your Mother, who then accompanied you to the hospital for an examination. She sat by your side as you laid on the exam table, feeling more vulnerable and in pain than ever as the doctor began asking you questions, swabbing, poking and prodding you. Each action sent a knife through Liv’s heart— she lets you squeeze her hand to divert away the inescapable pain, your cries made her want to double over and burst into tears, but she stayed strong for you. After a few hours, you were finally back home— the sun was rising, signalling the start of a new day but the adrenaline…it was wearing off and you were hit with exhaustion like a ton of bricks. The squad — Kat and Fin wanted to talk to you but Olivia refused to let them, wanting you to get some sleep first.
Olivia pulled the blinds down then sat in your bed with you, “You wanna get some sleep, honey?”
“Will you stay with me?” You asked meekly.
“Of course, sweet girl. I’ll be right here. Okay? Lay down, close your eyes.” And so you did, snuggling under the covers with Olivia sat in the spot beside you holding your hand.
At noon, Fin came by the apartment with Kat. They needed to talk to you, you knew you needed to tell them everything you know, but you were still feeling like a mess. Your heart still felt like it was racing, you constantly felt like someone was watching you...
They were patient with you, maybe more so than they would any other victim, but you appreciated it nonetheless. You recounted your night, letting them know where you were, who you were with and what you were doing. What you saw, what you heard and even smelt were just as crucial.Your Mom left the room hearing you talk about all that went down, and that was when you spotted a blonde in the doorway consoling her- Rollins.
When they were done with their questions, the promptly left you alone knowing you needed the space and peace. They went back to the precinct and your Mom walks back in with Rollins who came by to see you.
————
"This happened late at night the guy followed her from a bar to the subway. She tried to lose him but he kept following her. She was on her way to the precinct anyway because she knew Liv was working late and wanted to keep her company." Fin began, "Rape kit came back positive for fluids with a match to two cases in other SVUs."
"What bar was she at?" Carisi asks, looking through the file.
"A gay bar."
"Just like in these two cases. The perp did the exact same thing, only this time- they left us DNA.”
Carisi squints, taking a closer look at the information, “Our perp is a woman.”
That evening, Olivia returned to work after you persuaded her to. “We know who it is. The victims on the first two cases refused to testify.”
“One of them responded to us— she wants to testify now. And her case is still within the statute of limitations.” Carisi informs.
“Good, let’s nail this sick bitch.” Olivia declared, “y/n told me she’d testify too if that’s what it takes.”
“Hell yes. Attagirl.” Fin nodded, “We’ll get her, Liv. I promise.”
Olivia scoffs, “Fin- I appreciate it, but don’t speak too soon.”
“We will.”

The Eras Tour
Emily Prentiss X Olivia Benson x Daughter!Reader!
It was a crisp autumn afternoon when Emily Prentiss and Olivia Benson decided to surprise their daughter Y/n with a special gift. Y/n had just finished her classes at the local high school and was relaxing at home, flipping through a magazine in the living room. Emily and Olivia exchanged knowing smiles as they approached her.
"Hey, sweetheart," Emily began, her voice tinged with excitement. "We have something for you."
Y/n looked up, curiosity sparking in her eyes. "Oh? What is it?" she asked, setting aside the magazine.
Olivia handed her an envelope with a playful grin. "Open it and find out."
Y/n's heart raced as she opened the envelope, finding three tickets inside. Her eyes widened with disbelief as she read the words printed on them: Taylor Swift's Eras tour.
"Oh my god," Y/n gasped, her hands trembling with excitement. "Are these...?"
Emily nodded with a grin. "Surprise! We thought you'd enjoy a night out at the concert."
Y/n was speechless for a moment, overwhelmed by the gesture. "Thank you both so much! This is incredible!"
In the days leading up to the concert, Y/n's excitement bubbled over. As a senior in high school, this was a dream come true. She spent hours planning her outfit—a stylish homage to Taylor Swift's iconic looks. She settled on a Reputation tour shirt tucked into high-waisted jeans, a leather jacket, and ankle boots. Emily and Olivia joined the fun, coordinating their outfits to match Y/n's enthusiasm.
The anticipation built with each passing day. Y/n gushed about the concert with her friends at school, who shared her excitement. She counted the hours until the night of the concert, unable to contain her anticipation.
On the night of the concert, the atmosphere outside the venue buzzed with energy. Y/n, Emily, and Olivia joined the throngs of excited fans, the anticipation palpable in the air. Finding their seats amidst the sea of eager concert-goers, Y/n couldn't stop talking about her favorite Taylor Swift songs and the moments she hoped to experience during the show.
As the lights dimmed and Taylor Swift took the stage, Y/n's heart raced excitedly. She sang along to every song, her voice blending seamlessly with thousands of others in the audience. Emily and Olivia watched with pride, their hearts swelling at the sight of Y/n immersed in the music she loved.
During a poignant interlude, Taylor Swift surprised everyone by inviting a fan on stage to sing a duet with her. Though Y/n wasn't chosen, she cheered alongside Emily and Olivia, caught up in the infectious joy of the moment. The concert was a whirlwind of emotions and exhilaration, leaving Y/n breathless and overjoyed by the night's end.
After the concert, the ride home was filled with laughter and animated chatter. Y/n couldn't stop talking about her favorite moments—the electrifying performances, the heartfelt ballads, and the energy that filled the arena. Emily and Olivia listened with delight, their smiles mirroring Y/n's infectious enthusiasm.
"Tonight was unforgettable," Y/n said, her voice filled with gratitude as they pulled into the driveway.
Olivia squeezed Y/n's hand affectionately. "We're so glad we could share this experience with you, sweetheart. Seeing you so happy means everything to us."
Emily nodded in agreement, her eyes shimmering with pride. "You're our rockstar, Y/n. Tonight was magical because we were all together."
As they walked into their home, Y/n hugged Emily and Olivia tightly, overwhelmed with love for her mothers and their bond. It was more than just a concert—a night of music, laughter, and cherished memories, solidifying their close-knit family even more. The night ended with Y/n feeling grateful and blessed to have such supportive and loving parents, and they knew this was just one of many memorable moments they would share.

Little kicks (Olivia benson x fem reader)
Tumblr media
Summary: you’re 6 months pregnant with you and Olivia(your wife) baby, whilst your at work you feel your baby kicking you
warnings: none
every since I told Olivia that we are pregnant, she is by my side 24/7 Olivia is always there for me as is Noah, I barely get to do my job because Olivia is the boss and doesn't want me doing field work she wants me at the station that's is the only way she will let me work is if I stay at the station til after I give birth.
this morning was something, Olivia was called into early and she took Noah to school so I was alone, I had some paperwork to do so I had to get up and go to work, so I get up and slowly walk to the bathroom to take a shower, after I get out I do my hair, and get dressed I put on a long gray dress and sandals and I start to do my makeup and my phone rings
I see the contract name “wife❤️” I answer it
“Hello”I say as I’m doing my eyeliner
“Hey princess, what you up to” she says I can hear typing at her computer
“I’m doing my makeup and then I’m coming to do paperwork” I start on my mascara
“Oh okay baby, please be careful driving here”I can hear the worried tone
“Liv I will be fine, it’s not that far of a drive”I finish my makeup “I’m on the way I’m done with my makeup”
“Okay beautiful can’t wait to see you I love you be safe” I grab my keys and my bag
“I love you to liv” I say and I hang up, I slowly walk to my car and drive to the office, and slowly walk inside and go into Olivia’s office
“Ow ow, I think I’m in pain, your beauty is killing me”she says as she looks at me through her glasses
“Shut up” I say putting my bag on her couch
“Come here”she spins in her chair to face me
I walk over and lean down and kiss her lips slowly she grips on my waist as we share a romantic and intimate kiss we break the kiss and Olivia puts her hand on my belly
“How is my little munchkin”she asks slowly rubbing my belly and planting little kisses on it
“Hasn’t been to active today” I smile and knit my fingers through her hair
After some time I really had to get my work done, so I go and sit in the corner of her office, I don’t really have a desk I mean I do but I prefer to be near Olivia and Olivia prefers me to be close to her in case something happens anyways, since I’ve been going through a lot of pain and throwing up lately liv wants to be able to keep an eye on me just to make sure I’m okay.
Half way through i need a break so i grab my water bottle and drink it and close my eyes, my back is killing me, my child will be the death of me, I’ve had the most worst pains like my back, my breast and my feet, I’ve been making sure to get enough rest and drink as much water as I can. Olivia is on the phone talking to someone, I’m not sure who but I slowly stand up and hold my stomach as put my hand on the couch to steady myself.
“Oh fuck” I say as my daughter just kicked the side of me with such force
Olivia looks at me and tells the person that she will call them back and rushes to her face and comes to me
“are you okay honey” she says as she makes her way to me and grabs my waist
“She just kicked me so hard liv, and my back hurts so bad”I look at her getting emotional and tears fall
“Hey baby, it’s okay” she grabs my face with her hands and makes me look at her “just breathe princess it’s okay” she wipes my tears and kisses my forehead as I take some deep breaths
Olivia turns me around and goes behind me and from behind she rubs my belly with her hands and kisses my cheek loving before she lightly lifts my belly so I can breathe for a moment without the pressure of my baby
“Better angel” she kisses my temple
“Yes, I’m not carrying anymore kids” she laughs as I say that “seriously Livy” I tell her
“I know baby but you are so funny” she keeps kissing my temple
Olivia just cradles my baby bump with care, kissing at my temple and whispering loving words into my ears, after some time she lightly lowers it I definitely feel much better that I got a little break of having to carry my heavy daughter only 4 more months til I don’t have to carry a human being in my body
“Thank you Livy” I smile at her
“Anything for you angel” she grabs my face and gives me a loving and gentle kiss, I smile into it
“I love you”I tell her as we break our kiss
“I love you more sweets”she says before she gives me another deep and gentle kiss
For the rest of the day I did my paperwork and hung out with Olivia whilst she did captain duty’s and then we went home so I can relax and sleep off the painful and how pregnancy pains.

So when exactly are you going to be posting stories again…?
Tumblr media
Authors note: This idea came to me at work—don’t ask me how, because even I’m not sure. All I knew was that I had to write it down to clear some space in my mind. If you like this, don't hope for a sequel because it was really just a short scene that played out in my head.
Oh, and for next time… When you want something from someone, you should ask a little more friendly. But you're welcome.
Trigger warning for sickness / leukemia
ᕚ---ᕘ
The blood made a shocking first impression, that much was certain. It clung to Olivia Benson's chin, trailed in smeared lines down her neck, and had turned the once pristine white blouse into a chaotic pattern of red and dark brown. The blotchy drops and streaks spread everywhere her head had touched - including her hands, which still bore witness to her frantic attempts to wipe the mess away. But each attempt had been futile, leaving only more traces and smearing the blood in irregular patterns.
Olivia had found no time to address the damage, neither with an improvised first aid attempt like a dissolved Aspirin nor with a quick change of clothes. The urgency of the situation left her no choice; she had to act immediately. So, without another glance in the mirror, she had gotten into her car and taken the roads to Midtown Manhattan. The sharp, metallic smell of blood mixed with the adrenaline pulsing through her veins, reminding her of the urgency of the mission that had brought her there. Every breath seemed to remind her further of the marks that what had happened had left on her body and in her memory.
Right now, Olivia felt as if time was slipping through her fingers. Every second that passed reinforced the feeling that she would never have room for everyday things again. How could she, while her daughter was leaving her life far too young behind, seemingly on the fast track to death? Reality threatened to crush her, and yet she had to find a way out.
"There has to be a way?" she heard her own voice whisper, as if the words weren't really hers. They came out like severed, brittle pieces - rough, unpolished and somehow out of place. Her throat felt dry, and every attempt to speak seemed like pushing shards of glass across sandpaper. The harshness of the situation was reflected in the hardness of the wooden chair she was sitting on. Leaning forward, like a hostage in a scenario where every moment pointed to the inevitable - the SWAT team breaking in or the end without a rescuer.
The man on the other side of the desk looked at her, his bulky body in the sterile uniform of the office. He seemed out of place in his formal outfit, like a bouncer forced into a tuxedo - a strange mix of comic and intimidating presence. "I don't know how," he replied in a rough voice, his eyes cold and unmoving. The pencil he was drumming rhythmically on a file in front of him almost disappeared in his huge hands, like a thin toothpick between two enormous boulders.
Since her usual contact had retired, Brandon Lurch was now her contact at the adoption agency. He was so different from the woman she had dealt with before - angular and aloof, as if he was deliberately building a wall between himself and her. The offices of the Senate Department of Youth and Family were cold and gray, the fluorescent lighting seemed to suck all life out of the rooms.
Up until now they had rarely spoken to each other. Olivia knew little about the man, except that his colleagues called him "Brandy." It was unclear whether this nickname came from his first name or from the dusty brandy bottle behind him on the windowsill, which, unopened, seemed to make a silent promise in this dreary room. Perhaps it was just a decoration, a relic of days gone by, or an unconscious indication that he, like so many in this system, was looking for comfort in dark bottles.
As Olivia tried to process the answer, she felt the tension in her back grow into a dull pain. Her hands gripped the back of the chair so tightly that her knuckles turned white. Every fiber of her body screamed to fight, to force a solution - but the hopelessness loomed like an impenetrable wall of fog. She looked at the massive man, searching for a sign of empathy or understanding in his eyes, but found only the constant, monotonous severity of someone who has been forced to convey hard truths far too often.
"According to the law, adopted children have a right to know who their birth parents are," Olivia explained in a firm voice. She leaned forward and put her hands on the table that separated her from the burly man. Her gaze was determined, and the sharpness in her voice left no doubt that this was not the first time she had had such a confrontation.
"On their eighteenth birthday," Lurch confirmed shortly before leaning forward and taking a deep breath, as if to smash the impending discussion. "Y/n is only fourteen, though," he continued, his deep voice remaining calm, but his eyes flashed with a hint of foreboding as to how the course of this conversation would end. "In addition," he paused briefly, "this is not just a closed adoption where the age limit must be strictly adhered to. It is a secret one. A legally protected procedure.
Olivia pursed her lips, but before she could stop herself, it burst out of her: “I am aware of that.” She clenched her hands into fists, felt the gnarled edges of the table under her fingertips and the unpleasant heat rising inside her. Her words echoed in the room before the meaning of what she had just said hit her like a punch in the stomach. Damn. Graduated from police academy with top marks, captain of the Special Victims Unit - but she apparently hadn't paid attention during the impulse control lesson.
Lurch raised an eyebrow, his expression changing to a mixture of amusement and superiority. “Well,” he began, his voice taking on a condescending undertone, “if you were actually there, then you certainly know that I can't give you any information about Y/n's biological parents. Anonymity was a non-negotiable condition of the adoption.”
Olivia felt her patience being tested more and more. Instinctively, she reached for her badge, a habit that usually calmed her in stressful situations. But today she remembered that she hadn't worn it for two weeks. Her absence from work was painfully noticeable, but old habits don't dissolve as easily as a job or a routine. “There has to be an exception!” she urged, her voice sounding rougher, more desperate.
But Lurch shook his head, and his eyes remained cold. “No. If I tell you names now, I'll be endangering the mother's life.”
Olivia frowned, looking for a starting point that she could use to break through the wall of rules and secrecy. "How could that endanger her life?" she asked, her voice now barely more than a whisper, a hint of disbelief and suppressed anger.
Lurch sighed and seemed to carefully consider his next words. "I'm not allowed to answer that question," he said in a tone that sounded final and irrefutable. "Otherwise you would know..."
"...who gave birth to y/n," Olivia added sarcastically, rolling her eyes. She knew she wouldn't get anywhere this way. It felt like she was talking to a wall. Taking a deep breath and controlling her inner tension, she changed her approach.
"Do you see the blood on me?" Her voice was now quieter, more insistent. She stretched out her hands in front of her, as if she wanted to make the invisible burden of her words and the weight of her worry tangible to the officer. "My daughter is sick! She has leukemia.” She paused to give Lurch time to understand the seriousness of the situation. But his face remained expressionless, professional.
“That is not usually a death sentence,” Olivia continued, her voice trembling. “The odds are good these days, modern medicine is on our side. Most children survive and have a good prospect - but for that she needs a suitable bone marrow donation.” She fought back the tears, forced herself not to lose her composure.
“And maybe there is a chance to find the right donors, with her biological parents.” Her  voice almost broke, but she pulled herself together again, stared Lurch straight in the eyes,  hoping for a sign of compassion, a spark of humanity. “Do you understand? Without this  information, you could take the only chance away from her.“
"The chemotherapy isn't helping her," Olivia began, struggling to keep her composure. Her voice was shaky and filled with despair. "Instead of helping her, it's just making her have nosebleeds all the time. I'm coming straight from home, where I'm looking after her, because there's nothing more they can do for her in the hospital. Unless we find a suitable stem cell donor very, very quickly." She tried to emphasize the urgency in her words, but her voice sounded hollow, as if worrying about her daughter had drained her of strength.
Brandon Lurch looked at her in silence, his stoic face showing no emotion, and Olivia wondered for a moment if he had even heard her correctly. Finally, he nodded almost imperceptibly before raising his eyebrows and asking in a calm tone: "Have you had your blood typed yet?"
For a moment, Olivia thought she had misheard. The question was so unexpected, so absurd in its apparent ignorance, that Olivia felt as if someone had slapped her in the face. Her eyes widened and her lips parted slightly as anger ignited like a flame inside her. She felt the impulse to stand up and throw the chair she was sitting on across the room. "Of course," she snapped, her voice razor sharp. "What do you think?"
That was the very first thing she had done. Not just herself, but everyone she cared about had immediately gotten tested—her family, her friends, her colleagues. No one had been spared. Mouth swabs, blood samples, endless registration forms. They had all signed up for the bone marrow donor registry in the desperate hope of finding a match.
There was nothing she wouldn't do for you. From the moment she first held you as a baby in her arms, she had realized that a love of this intensity was almost painful. You were so small, so vulnerable. Your face was still slightly wrinkled from childbirth, your tiny cheeks puffed out as if you were about to launch into a tirade.
"I will live for you and I will die for you too." Those were the first words she had whispered in your ear as she felt your soft head resting on her shoulder. And for Olivia, those words were not empty phrases, but a promise. An oath that came from deep within her heart. Everyone who knew her knew that she was willing to do anything to keep that promise. Her selflessness was more than a trait - it was a part of her that manifested itself in every fiber of her being. She had proven that time and time again in her life, whether in her duty as a police officer or as a mother.
She would have been willing to donate her entire spinal cord if it meant even the slightest chance. But this time, unlike all the crime victims she had helped in her career, words and her mere presence were not enough. Her love alone was powerless. The reality of medical limitations was ruthless, an enemy that could not be overcome by courage or sacrifice. No one in the world's donor files had yet been a match.
The realization that her limitless devotion alone would not be enough cut like a knife into her heart. This time it was not enough, and that was the worst part - the inadequacy in the face of such need. She was a police officer, she had dedicated a life to protecting the most vulnerable, but here she faced a challenge that she could not fight with courage, willpower, or the gun at her hip.
"Please, Mr. Lurch," Olivia tried desperately to reach the officer, whose demeanor seemed unwavering and almost indifferent. "It's a matter of life and death. I have to find her biological parents."
Lurch slowly raised his head, and his gaze was cold and analytical. "Because you believe that the parents are suitable as stem cell donors?" he asked, without a trace of compassion.
"Yes!" Olivia nodded, her voice trembling with tension. She tried to let the seriousness of her situation speak in her eyes, in her whole demeanor.
Lurch leaned back in his chair and put his fingertips together. "You believe in it?" he repeated, his emphasis on the verb, and his smile was strange, indecipherable. A trace of mockery, perhaps, or just an expression of superiority? Olivia couldn't say for sure, but she felt that he wasn't taking her words seriously, that he was ridiculing the trust she was trying to convey.
A bitter lump formed in her throat and she briefly struggled with herself about whether to continue the discussion. She suspected that she was already fighting a losing battle. The decision about her request to see the files had long been made and nothing she would say now could change Lurch's mind. Nevertheless, she gathered her last strength for one last, pleading request. "Y/n will die if I don't find her biological parents! I just need the names." Her voice was brittle and desperation cut like a knife through the cold silence of the office.
"I'm sorry," the officer replied. The words sounded routine and almost mechanical, as if he were reading them from a guide for difficult conversations. And yet, Olivia could hear that he wasn't really sorry, not really. "As far as I know, it's unlikely that biological parents are suitable as stem cell donors anyway." His voice was calm, almost didactic, as if he were presenting her with an unpleasant but indisputable fact.
Olivia knew he was right - the probability was low, and she was aware of it. But it was the last straw she could grasp to save you. "But there is a chance," she said, her teeth clenched tightly together as her jaw muscles worked beneath the taut skin. "There's a reason why stem cell therapy first looks through the patient's family. That's exactly what I want to do, but I don't know her family." Her voice became more urgent, almost pleading. But Lurch didn't budge.
"Well, I understand that," he said, and a hint of sarcastic regret lingered in his voice. "But I can't do anything for you, Ms. Benson." He paused dramatically to add weight to his words, and then added with a short, barely audible sigh, "Bring me a family court order ordering me to reveal the identity of Y/n's biological parents. Otherwise, my hands are tied."
Only one thought flashed through Olivia's mind: bastard. She felt her hands shaking and the pressure behind her eyes growing. She had to get out of here before she lost control of her tears. She rushed out of the office and slammed the door behind her, the sound echoing down the long hallway. The cold outside, which hit her like a sharp cut, was hardly more bearable than Lurch's frosty goodbye.
Just a few seconds later, on the way to her car, she was overcome with regret. She had lost her temper. As she reached her car, Olivia tried to take a deep breath, but her chest felt tight, as if an invisible band was squeezing it. Damn it, she cursed inwardly. She had accomplished nothing except hardening the fronts and closing the few doors that might have been open to her.

Home to Love - Olivia Benson
The hum of New York City filtered faintly through the apartment windows as Olivia closed the door behind her, sighing deeply. Her shoulders ached, her head pounded, and she couldn’t remember the last time she had slept more than four consecutive hours. It had been a brutal week, long days and sleepless nights chasing a particularly grueling case.
But now, it was over. Justice had been served. And all Olivia wanted was to collapse onto the couch and lose herself in the familiar comfort of home.
“Y/N?” she called out, her voice weary but filled with longing. “Sophie?”
She dropped her coat onto the back of a chair and slipped off her boots, moving toward the warm glow spilling from the living room. Soft giggles drifted down the hallway, sparking a faint smile on her lips.
When Olivia rounded the corner, her breath caught.
The coffee table had been transformed into a “spa station,” complete with little bowls of lotions, nail polish, and neatly folded warm towels. Sophie, their five-year-old daughter, was perched on a pillow, her tiny hands carefully arranging jelly beans in a rainbow pattern on a plate. Meanwhile, you were at the center of it all, lighting a lavender candle with an amused smile as you spotted Olivia.
“There she is!” you said brightly, setting the candle down. “The woman of the hour.”
“Mommy!” Sophie squealed, hopping up and running to her. Olivia bent down, gathering her daughter into her arms and burying her face in her soft curls. The tension in her body melted a little as Sophie pressed a sticky kiss to her cheek.
“What’s all this?” Olivia asked, her voice lighter, though still hoarse from the week’s exhaustion.
“It’s spa night, Mommy!” Sophie said with wide eyes, as though it was the most obvious thing in the world. “We’re gonna make you feel all better!”
You approached her, brushing a stray strand of hair from her face. “You’ve had a hell of a week, Liv. We figured you could use some pampering. Pajamas are mandatory,” you added with a wink.
Olivia chuckled, shaking her head. “I don’t even remember the last time I had a night like this.”
“Well, that’s why you have us,” you replied softly, your hand squeezing hers. “Go change. Sophie and I will take care of everything.”
Five minutes later, Olivia emerged from the bedroom in flannel pajamas you had laid out for her. She looked more relaxed already, her face softening as she saw Sophie waiting for her with a cupcake in hand.
“This is for you!” Sophie announced proudly. “I put the sprinkles on.”
Olivia took the cupcake with mock seriousness, biting into it and humming exaggeratedly. “Mmm. Perfect. Just like you.”
Sophie giggled, and you grinned, patting the pillow next to yours on the floor. “Come sit. We’ve got massages, nail painting, and even some terrible karaoke lined up.”
Olivia settled in beside you, letting Sophie climb into her lap. You took her hand and started massaging it gently, your thumbs pressing into the spots you knew carried the most tension.
She sighed again, but this time it was one of pure contentment. “This…this is exactly what I needed.”
Sophie, now holding a bottle of glittery pink nail polish, piped up, “Can I paint your nails, Mommy?”
Olivia raised an eyebrow at you. “Pink glitter, huh?”
You laughed. “Let her. It’ll wash off. Besides, it’s part of the experience.”
As Sophie carefully dabbed at Olivia’s nails, you leaned in to press a kiss to her temple. “I missed you this week.”
Olivia turned her head to meet your lips in a soft, lingering kiss. “I missed you too,” she murmured.
By the time the night ended, Olivia’s nails were an uneven mess of glitter, her muscles were looser from the massages, and her heart was full. Lying on the couch with you tucked against her side and Sophie snoring lightly on her chest, Olivia finally felt at peace.
Home. This was her sanctuary, not the quiet apartment, but the two of you. Her girls.
“Thank you,” she whispered, brushing a kiss against your hair.
“For what?” you asked sleepily.
“For reminding me what I’m fighting for.”
Half an hour later Olivia carefully shifted Sophie in her arms, her daughter's head tucked against her shoulder. The little girl was completely out, her soft breaths even and steady as she clung to her mom's shirt. Olivia chuckled under her breath, brushing a hand gently over Sophie's curls as she turned to you.
"She's out cold," Olivia whispered, smiling as Sophie let out a tiny snore.
"Of course she is. She worked hard tonight," you teased. "All that nail painting and cupcake eating? Exhausting stuff."
You followed Olivia as she carried Sophie to her room, the soft glow of the nightlight illuminating the cozy space you had decorated together. Olivia laid Sophie down gently, pulling the pastel blanket over her small frame. You leaned against the doorframe, watching as Olivia crouched down to press a kiss to Sophie's forehead.
"Goodnight, munchkin," Olivia whispered.
After a quiet moment, she stood and turned to you, and you couldn't help but smile at how much softer she looked now. The exhaustion was still there, but so was something lighter, contentment, love, peace.
You reached for her hand as you both tiptoed out of the room and closed Sophie's door. "Well," you said, your voice dropping just slightly, "that's one Benson girl taken care of."
Olivia raised an eyebrow, a teasing smirk tugging at her lips. "Is that so?"
You tugged her hand gently, leading her toward your bedroom. "It's time for you to let loose in the bedroom as well," you said, your tone playful but laced with something deeper. "If you're not tired enough, that is."
Olivia chuckled lowly, letting herself be pulled along. "Oh, I'm exhausted," she said, her voice dropping to a husky murmur as she stepped closer, her fingers brushing along your cheek. "But for you? I think I can muster some energy."
Her words sent a pleasant shiver down your spine as she dipped her head, capturing your lips in a slow, heated kiss. Her hands gripped your hips, pulling you closer, and any lingering exhaustion seemed to melt away in the warmth of her embrace.
"You've been taking care of me all night," she whispered against your lips. "Now it's my turn."
You smiled against her mouth, your fingers tangling in her hair as you pulled her deeper into the kiss. "Let's see if you can keep up, Captain Benson."
Olivia smirked. "Oh, I always close the case, Y/N."
The rest of the night passed in whispers, laughter, and a love that left no space for the exhaustion of the week before.

Ah, Wednesday, spaghetti night at the Bensons! It wasn’t un-usual for you to make dinner for your younger brother, Noah, and your mother. You rather enjoyed cooking and now that Noah was a little older, he liked to join in and help wherever he could. After dinner, you would help Noah with any homework he had before he would spend a little time doing his own thing before going to bed. Usually after he would go to bed is when you would sit down and start your homework, but tonight was different.
You had just sat down at your desk in your room when you heard the front door close. A heavy sigh could be heard down the hall, it was your mother, and she was home a lot earlier than usual. You closed your laptop and wandered into the living room to greet her. You could tell today had been rough on her, she was exhausted but somehow, she always managed to smile through it.
She smiled softly when she saw you, “hey sweetheart” she greeted. You returned the soft smile, “hey, I made spaghetti, do you want me to heat up your plate?” You asked, opening the refrigerator and wrapping the covered meal. “How did you know that’s exactly what I was craving?” Olivia chuckled as she threw her coat over the back of the sofa.
“How was your day?” She asked, taking a seat on the stool at the kitchen counter, running her hands through her hair. “Meh” you shrugged, “the normal” you added as you turned to face your mom. One look into her eyes and you could tell she was trying her best to keep you from seeing she was miles away. “Rough day?” You asked, bringing her back to you. Softly, she nodded, “but I don’t want you to worry about me” she replied.
“Mom, come on, it’s my job to worry about you” you reminded her. Being the oldest child of Olivia, you had a little more experience with her job and just how hard it can be, not only on Olivia but also on you and Noah. “Well, there’s no need to worry” she assured you, “I’ve promised the team to take a few days off so what about you and I have a girls day tomorrow?” She offered.
“But I have school?” You questioned, turned to the microwave as it beeped.
“It’ll be one day, usually I don’t like to pull you out of school for the day but I’ve noticed you’ve been a little on edge recently so maybe a day in will do us both some good”
You placed the plate of spaghetti in front of your mother, looking up at her and nodding softly, “what about Noah?” You asked.
“We’ll let him pick the movie tomorrow night” she smiled before swirling her fork into the spaghetti.
----
In a worry, your eyes widened as you grabbed your phone from your bedside table, your morning alarm didn’t wake you, it was now 10:21am. You shot out of bed, totally forgetting the plans you had made last night with your mom as you rushed down the hall to the kitchen only to see your mother drinking a coffee she had brought from a nearby coffee shop.
“Good morning” she smiled, “I thought I’d let you sleep in” she added. Once your mind recollected the conversations from last night, your worries of being late for school faded away. You made yourself some cereal and took a seat on the sofa, “you should’ve let a note” you chuckled.
“My bad, next time I will” Olivia replied, “Noah is at school, and I stopped by the store on my way home and grabbed some of your favourite snacks, I thought we could order some take out for dinner and the first activity of our day in is on you!” She added, joining you on the sofa as you ate your breakfast.
“How do you feel about letting me dye my hair?” You asked, looking over to her.
“Oh yeah? What color were you thinking?”
“Maybe something a little lighter? I just feel like a little change is all” you replied in hopes it would help convince her a little more.
“Let’s do it! After breakfast, we’ll go to the store and get some dye” your mother smiled.
The day with your mom was something you didn’t know you needed just as much as she needed. Neither of you spoke about school or work, it was just the two of you bonding over boxed hair dye, trashy movies and snacks. Before you knew it, it was time to pick Noah up from school. You and mother went together, taking him by surprise to see his mother by your side.
One the way home, the three of you took a walk through the park enjoying a take-away hot chocolate sharing plenty of laughs and stories. Noah loved talking about his day at school and you loved seeing him so happy but most of all, you loved being able to have times like this. Memories that would last forever.
Noah ended up picking Chinese take-out for dinner, no surprise there! The rest of the afternoon was spent playing some board games before ending the night with the three of you watching family fun movies that Noah had picked. He fell asleep while cuddled into your mother.
“Today has been the best” you spoke softly, careful not to wake Noah. “I really glad you were sent home with time off” you added. Olivia looked over to you and smiled softly, “me too sweetheart” she whispered back.

REQUEST GUIDELINES
If you have requests for characters outside of the above, please feel free to send them on anyway! The above are just characters I've written for before. If I'm familiar with the character/source material and the request meets my parameters, I'll be happy to give it a shot!
PARAMETERS:
I only write for characters who are women. No men here. Sorry, folks.
I only write x reader. I don't really enjoy writing about already-existing relationships or character ships. I've done a couple of x daughter!reader and x sibling!reader fics, and I'm happy to do them, but to be honest I very much prefer romantic fics.
I only write for readers and characters with v*lvas. I absolutely welcome non-binary/gender non-conforming characters/readers. Just be aware that, where smut is concerned, I only feel confident writing about humans with v*ginas.
I don't feel comfortable writing dark!characters or smut that's degrading. Kinks and other smut-related requests I take on a case-by-case basis. But I absolutely will not write anything that even gets close to the line of non-consensual. No shade to you if the above are things you enjoy reading/writing, they're just personally not for me.
Autistic readers are so welcome! I love reading and writing x autistic!reader fics!
I do feel comfortable writing about the aftermath of trauma (sexual or otherwise), most mental illnesses, etc. I enjoy a good hurt/comfort fic and, as someone who's dealt with both of the above, I know it can be very comforting to read something that makes you feel like you're cared for and safe.
I also really enjoy writing headcanons, so feel free to request those as well! The same rules apply for headcanons that apply for fics.
Send those requests on, bbs!
