Wooohoo !! Monster x Reverse Falls au with ultra dupa new lore.

I’ll add more info under the cut but here are the basics —

Mason -> Tufted Deer

Mason ‘Dipper’ Gleeful was taken in along side his twin sister by Stan Gleeful. Together with Mabel, they help Stan with attractions.

Mabel -> Caecalia

Mabel ‘Ursa’ Gleeful has a lot of trouble getting around, as such where her and her brother lives, the floor and certain walls are made out glass filled with water to allow for safe travel.

Will -> Elf

William Cipher, also nicknamed Will, is an Elf who was enrolled by ‘pressure’ to work for the twins and help them with their deeds. Behind the meek/shy appearance, he’s not very nice or kind.

I had SO much trouble figuring out a coherent storyline….

But here’s what I figured out so far !

Human and fantastic creatures are far from living in harmony; some of the creatures have made their own town cut off from the rest of the population.

One of the only towns is named Gravity Falls. It’s very diverse !

Gideon and Pacifica Southeast are childhood friends, Pacifica having acted as the one Gideon could rely on for the longest time.

Gideon is a phantom, while Pacifica is an unicorn.

Ursa and Dipper are the main event of the town, living in a previously abandoned mansion that was restored and rebuilt by Stan Gleeful.

Ursa is nicknamed that due to matching with her twin — ‘Ursa major’ being a constellation.

While twins, they’re from different species ; their creations was artificial.

Will is…. Well I can’t say he’s planning nothin !!

Guys I know we all make silly jokes about how YJs missions are crazy and scare the new kids and are cryptids for it, but the real reason the team would be seen as spooky and wild… is that the majority of the members aren’t around anymore.

Think about, four out of the eight core members of the team have just, disappeared.

They mention invading a country and Barts like “yeah it was to save Anita’s mom” and the younger hero’s are just like… “who???”

“Oh yeah, we had to deal with Darkseid back in the day, he was weirdly interested in our teammate Secret,” Tim (no real names unless necessary) Drake says casually “okay, ignoring the dealing with Darkseid part because idk how to comprehend that, who the fuck is Secret??” One of the batfam asks wildly. Steph chimes in with a casual “that’s the girl who tried to kill me, right?”

“Man, sometimes I miss Slobo,” Cassie says quietly when they’re chilling and one of the newer titans happens to be near by is just like “what the fuck is a Slobo?”

“Cissie would freak if she saw this,” Kon jokes. Conner Hawke is just like “I feel like I’m supposed to know who that is????”

Like, Secret, Cissie, Anita, and Slobo are just gone, and the new heroes definitely don’t know who they are, and most of the older heroes don’t either.

YJs mission reports are crazy for many reasons. One of which being no one knowing who the fuck they’re talking about.

Not to mention “I wish we still had the Supercycle, I wonder how its kid is doing?” “the What?? How???”

all i’m saying is that the dao romanceables are stronger than me bc if i was alistair zevran morrigan or leliana and i had a fearless beautiful dwarven party leader who had been delicately deflecting all flirtations because her heart was elsewhere, and then her face lit up like the sun when she saw some guy in the marketplace, only for that guy to tell her that her father has died, horribly, and then immediately follow that up by revealing he (the guy, not her father) apparently never thought he had a serious future with her and has now knocked up and married some other woman he just met, i would have chosen violence. i would have eaten his heart in the marketplace
