My thoughts were Too Long for a comment so here’s my response for the silly hate crimes md fans!!

I ACTUALLY THINK ABOUT THIS A LOT!!! and it absolutely depends on the situation—aka, if Hilson is established already and have been in a committed relationship for a while, or if it’s new (in terms of romance).

I think that if they got together during the events of the canon episodes, it would be a bit of a transition. As in, I feel like they’d wait a bit before their next prank war as they’re still navigating what it means to be in a relationship. So House might lowkey let his guard down a little and let Wilson win parts of prank wars (though not the overall war, c’mon, he’d just let Wilson get ahead a little bit). He would like seeing Wilson’s silly grin and how excited he gets to tell House how ‘oh I TOTALLY got you, you should’ve seen your face!!’ and House orchestrated the whole thing but doesn’t tell him. (Wilson does the exact same thing and they don’t even realize it.)

If it’s canon but they’re already established & have been together for a long time.. those would be so ruthless. Arguably much more intense than what we see in canon, bc now House/Wilson have been vulnerable with each other where they Genuinely Know each others hard limits & boundaries (aka the Do Not Mess With subjects) and they know how far they could push. One may argue that they pushed each other in canon while knowing boundaries, but if hilson is established, then I think they’d rly have a talk about their boundaries and how to make it all work. And then they could hardcore attack each other in prank wars without even having to consider going too far.

but regardless, I feel the prank wars would stem to the pranks that House plays on his team as well. House tries to use Wilson as an advantage but so do the Ducklings and Wilson basically goes back & forth on who he helps.

I also think that Wilson would make some of the pranks more themed to their relationship because he is a silly romantic and the hospital Knows That. So is House, arguably more, but he pretends he isn’t. So I feel like Wilson would also have pranks where he’d try to embarrass House in front of the team—see what they can get away with before House almost kills a duckling (because they lovingly made fun of him & how he is literally a lost puppy with major heart eyes at Wilson) or until someone gets Cuddy to intervene.
