Thinking lots about disability things and realising its okay

Its okay to be unintelligent

Its okay to make lots of mistakes

Its okay to look ugly

Its okay to be weird

Its okay to act weird

Its okay, we are all humans, just trying to survive, it's okay to be weird to look weird to do weird things, when you break it down, it leads to, its okay, it is fine.

Elderly lady I work with was venting to me about something someone had done that had frustrated her, and intermittently throughout the conversation and at the end of it she kept apologizing for being mad.

And so I responded, "oh no don't be. There's nothing morraly wrong about experiencing negative emotions. You're okay."

And I tell you the look on her face was priceless. The good kind.
