why do most proshippers use csem and not cp? I often see it a lot and honestly it feels sorta weird since I mostly see the word “cp” on YouTube.

Also how do you guys feel about YouTube? Especially commentary channels or channels that rant on fictional works? I often watch a bunch of them and I’m curious on how you feel about at least some of them.

its mostly because the word “porn” rubs off wrong to many people, especially those who have been a victim of it, it implies that its almost like a category of porn, not really as something that is harmful. Unlike CSEM/CSAM which doesn’t try to sugarcoat it, with the exploitation and abuse just being in there.

as for youtubers, I’ve watched a lot of commentary youtubers over the years, a lot who I can’t personally agree with but that doesn’t stop me from watching them. I try to stay away from those who talk about more “problematic” medias, just because they’ll almost always say the same thing.

like, watching LS Mark go on a whole rant about Rick & Morty about how theres incest jokes just kinda set in stone for me to just go “okay, don’t watch people talk about season 5”

Hi! i wouldn't exactly say that ive noticed any problems that need improvement or that i even am a member of the overall digital art community tbh. But what i do love about my small circle of artists mutuals is that we tend to always reblog and get excited over each others work. Expecting such a thing from the entire userbase of this site is rather unrealistic so i think that everyone should be a part of a small group of insane mutuals. Its good for u.

Listening to Drumnidor as a Hadrian girlie is not easy. My god they're assassinating his entire character and taking away his life purpose right in front of us! They're reducing him to a stupid comic relief character with no depth and no real influence on the people around him (to a greater degree than they ever did before) and they're taking away all his greatest achievements and attributing them to someone else to fit the plot! i'll fully admit that while i do love poly ships, this isn't always where my mind goes to. sometimes i just don't like one of the love interests much, or alternatively: i don't care for the person the two others are fighting for and think the two love interests should leave that person high and dry and date each other

in twilight i think both of them honestly stink and should stay far away from bella. i can't remember them interacting all that much where they aren't fighting (pre renesmee) but i have seen some fun edward/jacob fan content that's doing its own thing

and i mean i personally don't think edward/bella/jacob would be winning i think it would be so wildly messy and disastrous but like. i do love a messy polycule. so,
