i think the people have misunderstood. i have the worst sleep schedule known to man. i don't sleep at night but instead in between lectures and stuff so 😭 i may not be the best person to ask for sleep advice lmao.

but i think the best way to fall asleep would be to like lock up your phone. idk what time it is but as soon as you finish reading this throw your phone away. turn the lights off. and lucid dream until you actually fall asleep.

or meditate. omg meditation is so so useful. so a quick guided meditation: just sit in a comfortable position, eyes closed and focus on breathing in as much air as possible. like count to 5 while breathing in. hold it for 5 seconds again and then breathe it all out in 5. that's what i usually do before studying. maybe if you can't keep your eyes closed light a candle and just stare at it and watch the flame for about 5 minutes. it should calm you down and that could help make you fall asleep ig 😭
