Second analog piece: car ride with passing lights

I wanted the focus to be on the background so I did that part with vibrant oil paint! First time using that type of paint, took a while to get used to.

okay yeah fuck it i'm heading to the mountain to paint for the week of oct 2, so oil painting comms are OPEN! i have a bunch of 2" x 2" canvas boards, a few other canvas boards in various sizes (i think 4" x 6" and 8.5" x 11"?), some thin 8" x 8" wood panels, and some actual canvases -- if you have a specific size in mind i can go to the garage and see what i've got lying around. baseline price is $6/square inch but send me a specific request and we can negotiate!

things i feel pretty confident i can paint:

blorbo/dnd character portraits (if your blorbo has a realistic human skintone i'd really appreciate a reference photo of a real human with similarish lighting and skintone so i can get the skin colors right)

Spring art, finally varnished!

Varnished this baby one and a half years after painting it. I haven’t painted a lot lately so this has really motivated me to get back into it because it’s my favourite part of the painting process (it also motivated me to rewatch Hannibal. haven’t seen that show in a hot minute)
