I drew a oil pastels painting! Originally it was mainly a remake of stills, but selfishness made them sit together.

'North Melbourne, 8:49 pm'

This piece from the series is so pigmented it is almost glowing! The use of ultramarine blue pastel paired with contrasting bursts of oil stick, in red, orange and yellow shades makes for an exciting rendition/depiction of a sunset over North Melbourne.

A fresh oil stick relief print - (first drawn on tracing paper) and I then pulled the print on newsprint paper, as a “test” - yes, this is a transfer of pigment, I used my hand to “press” the image, nice and smooth..

Now moving onto archival paper now for a small edition (5 -10?) - hmm, 🤔 should I keep it black and white or add some color?
