I remember when I was deployed to Iraq during OIF/OEF...

And the line back then was: We’re here for DEMOCRACY.

No shit. They actually said this. They changed the reason we were there just after Bush gave the 48-hour countdown because, at first, it was about WMD. But we couldn’t FIND any, so we had to change the mission in order to justify what we were doing in IRAQ. 

The reason I bring this up:
