in the FAQ it says art has to be at least 400x600 px, but does that also apply to gifsets? I personally feel kind of limited with that, as you have to make 245x wide gifs at least 120px high, and then you must make 10 gifs, no matter what? Would it be possible to make specific rules for gifsets, i.e., the minimum (for, ex, if you want it to be specific, 245 px wide gifs) is 6 gifs no matter the height?

actually, that was a base for graphics and/or traditional art pieces to give a sense of the size of the canvas. they're probably going to be set at a 500px wide because that's the tumblr posting width. 

let's see. for gifsets there should be

at least four gifs

total width for the set should be around 500px (either one 500px gif, two 245px gifs, etc)

total height should be at least 450px worth of gifs for the entire set (meaning if you stacked the set together in "posting order" without the gaps that tumblr puts in the total height should be at least 450px) (so two 225px gifs or three 150 px gifs, etc) but you can go taller

it all starts with the tag rant that I babbled out on this post, thereby ruining an idea that was otherwise fairly happy and… well, it’s the same basic sort of premise, actually, it’s just now gotten to the point of debating which scenario is likelier than which:

and very possibly Snape (he’s on the official Ministry record as a spy by the time Karkaroff gets caught in canon, but as we see in “The Prince’s Tale,” he’s also actively suicidal in the immediate aftermath of Godric’s Hollow — or at least expressing a death wish, one Dumbledore seems to think Snape is likely to act on — and he only gets talked down because Dumbledore manipulates him with the Lily card and the fact that Harry is alive and a possible way for Snape to work on doing right by Lily’s memory.

since Dumbledore doesn’t have that card to play in this AU but is also definitely not going to risk losing his pet whipping boy/wild card when Snape is so strategically valuable, he’d have to find some other way to talk Sev down. another way like, for example? going, “oh man if only I could go hunt down Sirius and the baby, but I just have sooooo much work to do” and having Snape go on the manhunt for him)

…so Wolfstar have to be on the run, and do the thing where they deal with the fallout of that Halloween, emotionally — both in terms of all of their grief feelings, and in terms of how they had both assumed that the other was the traitor and actually it was Wormtail — all while they’re trying to haul along a very recently orphaned infant and trying to protect him and take care of baby Harry;

or b. basically the same idea, but in this version, the Ministry takes Sirius’s side over Dumbledore’s because: 1. Sirius DOES have the legal guardianship if we assume that James and Lily had a will drawn up (which they most likely did, considering how Sirius immediately goes to the, “so hey do you want to live with me once I get my name cleared?” place in POA),

and 2. he actually has the choice here that benefits them the most, since it gets the custody debate out of their hair faster so they can work on chasing down the remaining DE’s, and everything is sort of okay (more or less, since the emotional stuff from above still applies)

…at least, this is true until things are calmed down enough for Dumbledore to make moves against the idea of Harry NOT being raised in an abusive hellhole. because Sirius and Remus? they might not be A+ in the “sudden parenting” department for various reasons…

but they’d be loving and caring and devoted and they’d raise Harry to NOT think that the way Dumbledore is with him in canon is just normal, let alone that it’s acceptable. which really puts a damper on shit for Headmaster Dumbleborgia over there, since it means that he can’t count on Harry to just live in his fucking pocket.

and I mean. he’d either need someone else to help him out here or he’d need to be a little bit more subtle than just flat out saying, “uh no, but, two bisexual men who are Entangled with each other and abuse survivors and a werewolf, they just can’t possibly give this child any kind of decent home, y'know? :/” — even making an allowance for historical values dissonance here, being too explicit would make it clear to some person, somewhere, that he’s totally full of shit about this.

like, he’s full of shit enough that he’d likely not put it in those terms to Snape, despite how much Snape hates Sirius and Remus, because even Snape would go, “um, I don’t understand why Lily and her obnoxious husband thought it was a good idea to trust Black with their child either… but I’m 10,000% certain that him and Lupin being boyfriends has absolutely fuck all to do with whether or not they can handle the child — which?

spreading viruses and being part of online scams

And they ask you to pay somewhere between 100-500 dollars via moneypak so OBVIOUSLY DON'T PAY THEM. And at this point you're probably already infected and you won't be able to exit the site and you should go to one of the following places on another device for instructions on how to remove it:
