I would like to say that my other babies, TayNew, was the same following that delulu attack on New. I just know in my heart of hearts that OhmNanon are still besties. They just don't interact in public to curb the negativities brought by those so-called fans 😞

Tbh, I wouldn’t be surprised if Ohm and Nanon have been fine almost the entire time they’ve been “divorced” but couldn’t have public interactions. Not saying they didn’t have a falling out, but they were friends before. I can’t imagine a fight being so bad (especially in public) they’d stop talking completely but who knows.

There is a very vocal and toxic side to their fandom that made it pretty impossible for them to stop being a ship and have any public interactions without them going crazy. Especially since Nanon didn’t want to do anymore BL which shouldn’t have been a problem. I think people forgot that they were friends long before being a ship, like Perth and Chimon.

You see it a lot with divorced ships - they have less interactions publicly to stop the shipping, and usually (unless it ended on bad terms) they start interacting normally once enough time has passed or their new ship/ships have gained enough popularity they don’t have to worry how it’ll impact the new ship. Id say you are currently seeing this with Netjames and NetJJ - I think once a NetJJ series is out, net and James will likely interact more often in public.

I obviously don’t know either of them so I could be wrong, but hopefully if they are friends, they don’t have to hide their friendship from the public anymore and those “fans” don’t ruin it. Maybe todays small interaction was just the start or testing the public’s reactions 🤷🏻‍♀️

Again, I could wrong but this my opinion and how I feel about the situation 😬

ah yes I totally agree with ohmnon anon. yep all true. the fans saying that they didn't have chemistry and all... it all started after they both started focusing on their next works and weren't doing as much fan service as before. fans saw them not being clingy and together and started saying they didn't have chemistry in bbs like take a chill pill bro they're actors they'll act in a series and do the next one too.

and I also think that people over reacted when they started to interact less in public. like bro that's not how friendship works. they were just trying to break the ship (which yes some people took it too far as far as to invading their privacy and following them to their house) and that's it

I can't speak to any of this 'cause I didn't follow either closely enough to be privy to what's going on specifically but this is very interesting to hear about from an outsider perspective!

What is absolutely true for any and all celebrities is that as much as their companies try to nell them as approachable and accessible, the truth is that we don't have a real insight into what is going on behind the scenes aside from what carefully gets broadcasted. And even then, who knows how much of it is true!

Alas, there's a lot banking on this.
