it's my birthday this monday and i really need to stop procrastinating on my fics so send me asks about my WIPS and I'll write a paragraph for that fic! here's a list of my current WIPS:

Sterek childhood idiots to friends to lovers AU. I beat canon with a stick and took what I wanted and left the rest on JDavis' doorstep 🧍. Stiles meets Derek on Halloween when he's 8 and dressed as a cop.

🐺 - Sterek Grim Reaper AU. Stiles is a Reaper and Derek is a cursed immortal. heavily inspired by a fanfic of Goblin and Grim Reaper from the K-Drama.

anyway i think i might be depressed. well, when am i not- ok. i think i am going thru a Bad Moment that has nothing to do w my period this time, contrary to what i believed for the last couple weeks. and like, i know that i am a sad person. and this winter hasn't been as rough as the last one so, good for me! it's just, the way i feel abt myself nowadays is...not good. like, i am finding it very hard not to shit on myself. i'd reached a point where i was starting to like myself. where i thought i was funny and smart and kind (not inherently but i strive to be) and stylish and dare i say pretty and charming? but now i have to fight invisible barriers just to genuinely think kind words abt myself. there's been a setback and i hate it! bc i want to actually Do smth this year. i've just been doing my retail job, part-time too, and nothing else and like. i feel stagnant. and i'm afraid if i don't do anything different this year then i'll miss my chance and be stagnant for another 5 yrs. and i'm angry at myself for being the type of person that's unmotivated and tired all the time and cracks under pressure and easily gives up and spends their days sitting on their ass watching yt vids for hrs and would become one w their couch if they didn't have places to be and ppl to to see. i wish i had drive and energy and goals and skills and smarts but i feel like i have none of these things plus i have a boring personality :/ soooo. times are ruff!!!!

I saw this on Twitter and it just made think cause of how everyone is perceiving ray and sands situation and I'm having a hard time to find the right words, and I love hearing other ppls takes cause it helps opening up this conversation about addiction and mental health.

Cause some I've seen were really upset or annoyed that he followed after him, and I initially wasn't upset cause it's like sand what said! on a human to human level, right from wrong just basic human decency he wasn't gonna let him do damage. And from what we've seen sand has this caretaker aura already indebted in him like his mom made that clear. But like yes ray just said some messed things that he definitely needs to apologize for but at the same time, I know for me I couldn't allow my friend to get in the car in that state it would bother me honestly. And like OP said when someone's in that state of mind they will say things that are highly insensitive and insulting. But I can't not still stop him from worse and I dont think sand doing that is out of character it's him he helps ppl. He even helped ray in the beginning so it wasn't surprising to me. But I saw some ppl saying he shouldn't have and I just wanted to hear some reasonings on it and this tweet made sense to me and maybe someone here too.

And these as well I want to include. Cause ray gives off to me that he has tried before which I believe mew said but he didn't obviously stick on that path. Cause he doesnt have someone to push him and yes it's not his friends responsibility and they aren't fully equipped to do so. But it's not gonna easy for him to keep trying or even attempt to if he doesn't have at least one person who will be there with him. It's easy to tell someone get help but if you know the person as well as u do u know that's not gonna be that easy. So in the end of this lol I'm just open to hearing all sides of this.

idk why i have to but i'm gonna explain this scene blow by blow. i know there are a lot of dramas where drunk people can just be plopped on the bed and be fine, but this scene is actually true to life. when you get that fucked up, someone needs to stay with you to make sure you don't DIE. top takes extremely good care of mew in this scene:

removes choker: it's called a choker for a reason, it's a choking hazard to sleep with it on

removes jacket: for comfort obviously and so he doesn't overheat

removes pants: so his BALLS aren't crushed by his super tight pants omg and again, so he doesn't overheat

dabs with wet cloth: sweating is unpleasant and itchy, this is to cool him down and it feels nice. clearly.

this is just sweet because he's worried about him idk what is wrong with y'all

spooning: making sure he stays sleeping on his side. sleeping on your back when drunk and/or high to the point of throwing up means you could choke on/aspirate your own vomit and LITERALLY DIE (and again, mew is clearly comforted by it)

meanwhile, ray, who claimed he takes "the best" care of mew, who was off cockblocking and forcing himself on sand while mew was getting sick, is sleeping by himself because he's selfish

and he can't even take care of himself
