i got a whiteboard and stuck on my wall where i always get my keys before i go out so i see it

i’m tryna see if i can do a sorta simple on the fly budgeting, it’s like really fucking hard to budget w this job cuz they never guarantee a certain amount of hours a week or what days you work so i’ve been making it up as i go urg

#basically ive written down how many thursdays there are this month #which is my pay day right #and then under each one how much money i have to put away for rent or bills #and then an extra bit of spending money which is just like #i buy groceries this week i do my laundry that week #and uh #i get abt the same result as i did last time calculating my income lmaaoo #that im basically fucked and still cant make enough unless i eat a can of beans every day for my whole meal that day lmaaooo #but this time i put a naughty shame box where i write down how much money i spent on misc shit i prolly didnt need #and thats stuff i have to make back through commissions or whatever #ofc i included the whiteboard in that section #text #semi comp #if anyone has suggestions lmk i guess???#i was never taught jack shit abt managing money so #but it doesnt help im an impulsive bihhh and spending money i dont have is like actually part of The Disorders tm #not that it means its fine #just means im willing to accept that itll be harder for me than it should
