Halli Hallo hallöchen , lange lange ist es her das ich etwas gepostet , geteilt habe. Ich weiß Shame on me , aber manchmal gibt es einfach die die wesentlich wichtiger sind als hier zu #influenzen. Die wie Familie stehen bei mir an erster Stelle, Dinge wie Frau und Kinder. Wie manche es auch mitbekommen haben sind wir seit 23.12.2021 stolze Besitzer eines #Reihenhaus in der wunderschönen @stadtoehringen. Viele Kundinnen fragen mich dann teilweise ob ich überhaupt noch nach Hessen kommen?! Meine Antwort dazu: ja auf jeden Fall. Ich besitze zwar kein Studio mehr aber wir können trotzdem wunderschöne Bilder drausen wie drinnen ( bei euch zu Hause machen ). Oder ich bringe ein mobiles Studio mit. Na sequência, degustamos um belo Pinot Noir alemão, que provou muitas discussões na ConfrariaVinhoNosso, e algumas controvérsias. • 🏠 Este vinho é elaborado pela Weingut Fürst Hohenlohe-Oehringen, vinícola em atividade desde 1253 e certificada como Orgânica (Biológica) desde 2008. • 📍 As uvas vem de vinhedos em Verremberg, na região de Württemberg 🇩🇪, em encostas de solo calcário e inclinação de até 45°, orientadas à Sul. • 🍇 As uvas são 100% Pinot Noir (chamada de Spätburgunder na Alemanha) cultivadas de forma orgânica e colhidas manualmente. • 🛢 Após a vinificação, o vinho faz fermentação malolática e passa 6 meses em grandes tonéis de carvalho. • 🍷 Na taça, coloração rubi leve. Após cerca de 20 minutos na taça, os aromas mostraram frutas vermelhas maduras, especiarias e fumaça. Na boca é seco, tem corpo médio-, acidez moderada e taninos leves e do boa qualidade. Sabores de frutas vermelhas e um leve defumado, com média persistência e um amargor bastante perceptível. • 🧨 O grande ponto de discussão foi e exatamente em relação ao amargor: estranhamente pronunciado no início, melhorou bem com o tempo na taça, mas ainda se manteve presente e incomodando vários dos confrades. • 📝 Na minha opinião pessoal, o amargor final não “estragou” o vinho (talvez porque eu tenha uma tolerância pessoal ao amargo). Mas, ao meu ver, prejudicou sua “performance” e tirou 1 ponto na minha avaliação. Depois, perguntando à alguns amigos que já haviam provado este vinho nesta mesma safra, nenhum se lembrava de ter notado amargor... Öhringen in Baden-Württemberg, Southwestern Germany, near Heilbronn, Schwäbisch Hall, and Crailsheim has a population of ~22,000. It’s a quaint medieval-looking town with 15th-century churches and tombs. The town was known as Vicus Aurelii to the Ancient Romans. East of it runs the old Limes Roman frontier wall - numerous remains and inscriptions dating from the days of the Roman settlement have been discovered, including traces of 3 camps.
