I already had the head canon that after the end of tgcf, Quan Yizhen, armed with devotion to shixiong and inability to read the room, takes Yin Yu to Blackwater to be revived ... but I just reread that actually Quan Yizhen and Yin Yu get carried off by the bone fish after Quan Yizhen is injured to an unspecified location in Blackwater's lair?!?! Ok!!!! This works well with my other head canon of Blackwater and Yin Yu being quite fond of each other. Let's do this Blackwater and Quan Yizhen oddcouple roommates with an unconscious Yin Yu in the corner comedy extra ...

(I thought I saw somewhere mxtx said yin yu survives but if that's not true I don't care, he survives i say so)
