Oct 9 - The Love Witch (2016)

This one is pretty fun. It's a very specific style, which leans into the stereotypical witchy vibe, but on purpose. The costumes are really distinct and bright, in sort of a medieval garishness that's quite fun to look at.

The actual plot is not extremely scary or anything, but it is super interesting to see the effects of manifesting love in a spell and how using sex to create love can be dangerous.

Also a lot of nudity and very pretty people in the whole thing, my pansexual self was just like 0_o.

Oct 9 - Decided against turning yesterday's stock into soup; I'll use it up tomorrow (or freeze it). Did some crocheting, played LotRO a bit, have been dipping in and out of Hurricane Milton coverage. Baked a loaf of cornmeal bread

For supper I made pasta with tomato sauce and mild italian sausages, and a side salad (romaine, cucumber, goat cheese).

Oct 9 - made a pumpkin pie from scratch because Thanksgiving. For supper I did a beef roast, sour cream mashed potatoes, and sliced carrots cooked with pineapple chunks and ginger, then mixed with a little butter and honey.

I find it sad that saying October 7th was the most Jews killed in one day since the Shoah wasn't enough.

Like it wasn't enough to get most goyim to understand the magnitude of the massacre.

So then it had to be compared to 9/11. October 7th was X amount of times larger in scale than 9/11, October 7th was like if X happened on 9/11, etc.

It is so tragic to me that we had to compare our tragedy to another nation's tragedy to just get people to at least start understanding the magnitude and significance of what happened.
