Yrian

He's over 200 years old, half-demon and half-angel. His biological parents(succubus and archangel) gave him to a human couple in fear of him being exploited and made into a weapon. He manifested powers over gravity and elements (fire, water, earth, air. Y'know, the classics) about age 8 and ran away to find his real parents at age 10. Due to his powers, he got taken in by a mafia and climbed the ranks, where he met Aise, his current partner in crime. Around age 128, he finally found his parents and managed to find a safe place for them. He left the mafia after a while and took on the work of a professional assassin so he could hone his skills so he could protect his parents (and also his daughter, but more on her later 😉). Somehow he manages to be good with kids and he loves it, even though his line of work is questionable. He's kinda short tempered though (as well as challenged in height) and sometimes wrecks some houses, which the kids find absolutely hilarious, even if the parents of the kids are not amused.

Aise

Aise is over 300 years old. Half-angel and half-shapeshifter. His odd race gives him rare powers, though not very suited for combat. His past is somewhat of a mystery, though he seems to have many enemies. Partially because he was an executive in the mafia from a very young age. His abilities consist of nullifying others' abilities for a short period of time through direct touch, shapeshifting(I mean what did you expect?) and locking a max of 2 people inside his mind for as long as he wants. He is able to observe if it's two people besides himself, but he can be one of the people, leaving only room for one other. The one thing he refuses to do is kill. He will bring the targets to the brink of death, but refuses to kill them due to drawbacks of being part angel and not being part demon. He is haunted by the spirits of those he has killed. He has no known family. When he was in the mafia, he was framed for murdering a fellow mafioso and was forced to become Yrian's dog for life. Hence why he tries to assassinate his fellow assassin. It's a casual thing at this point and just with Yrian, he's had more than 10 million failed assassination attempts.

A recipe for a couple of painful evenings: pick a character who usually wears poker face all the time, then draw them actually showing some emotions. Took me longer that it probably should have ― but hey, I did it!

Yrian used to smoke, but he kicked the habit… for the fifth time. Though when things go pear-shaped and he feels especially miserable or stressed, he starts again (and the cycle continues).

Yrian dislikes the idea of a group of unpredictable force users running an Empire. He gets electrocuted/force choked by his Sith superiors occassionally for not showing proper respect.

― three things that your muse likes doing in their free time:

Reading, classic and non-fiction literature mostly. Though his most favorite are probably travelogues. Yrian dreams of visiting at least few of the places he has read about, but the busy work schedule makes it seem unlikely.

Going to opera. Enjoying the late evening walk afterwards. Observing the ordinary people going about their ordinary lives, trying to guess what occupies their minds… Just living in the moment for a change.

Cleaning aboard the ship and taking care of his equipment regularly (those buttons won't polish themselves, will they).

― seven people your muse loves / likes:

There aren‘t many people left to speak of. His wife died during an accident (or so he was told), and the rest of his relationships just faded away with time. The life of an agent doesn‘t allow much space for friends and family.

― a phobia your muse has:

Not exactly a phobia, but the painful loss of his spouse left its mark. Yrian is afraid to develop feelings for anyone again and has become distant and apathetic. Work helps him to focus his thoughts elsewhere, though finding the right balance has proven to be… difficult.

What’s something pointless/petty/unimportant that IRRATIONALLY ANNOYS THE HELL out of your OC?

Besides the never-dissapointing classics like loud chewing and eating with an open mouth, Yrian can’t stand people who don’t share his idea of a clean environment – gods help if you happen to be a messy roommate. He is usually collected and will suffer in silence, but keep drinking from that shared carton of Bantha milk, press the toothpaste from the middle and never put anything back to its place, and one day you might as well come to your bed and realize it’s full of all the dirty dishes you promised to wash last Tuesday.

Under what circumstances would your OC appear naked in public?

Probably that one time when he tried to extract intel from the, uh… horizontal position… and someone’s untimely arrival forced him to take the balcony route.
