The Egg, the Peryton and the Knave

Left Panel: The Peryton told Eggbert that she would join the war against the Red Rulers if he believed in her. That he did, and the Peryton was later able to pledge her allegiance to the White Rulers.

(Clarification: No, the Peryton is not Eggbert's sister. He just calls his companions-in-arms brothers and sisters.)

Right: Eggbert challenges the Knave. Headcanon: The Knave used to be on good terms with Eggbert, back when he was the Red Rulers' most trusted adviser. Both had been taken in by the Red Rulers and turned into loyal members of the Red Court, but while the Knave remained loyal to the Red Queen no matter what, Eggbert wasn't blind to the royals' abuses. After Eggbert's banishment and defection, the Knave was full of hatred towards "the traitor," bursting into anger at the mere mention of his name.

The voices: you know what, you really should write an Arlecchino fanfic where comphet lesbian Y/N has a husband (original character or even someone in the game), and she ends up getting employed as a close assistant to the Knave, who she falls for almost immediately and starts an affair with.

It’s not like Arle makes things any easier for her. Wait- now what if Y/N’s husband was a fellow harbinger EEEEK-
