i just need you to know that i think about "faerun's greatest grudge holder" like once a month, more if my group are talking about our next characters

i love vengeance paladins so dearly PLEASE make more petty vengeance paladins i know that oath is like edgy and stuff but i'm so glad there's an option outside of typical cop Lawful Knight (although i have one of those too womp womp)

like most oaths' divine powers come from the belief in a higher cause. what if my higher cause is "HEY I SAW THAT, FUCK YOU!"

what if my higher cause is "you wanna try that with someone your own size, champ?"

what if i've been holding on to this mundane injustice i noticed in passing 3 months ago because we were handling the big bad and that took precedent and now that the world is saved i'm back and it's Time To Reckon With Your Choices. you might not remember the wrongs you've done, but i do. and i always will. This I Swear.

finch is the most character ever. she's an elven tiefling. he's bigender. she looks like she spawned in a hot topic. he's both touch-averse and touch-starved. she once broke into a palace vault, stole a scroll of true polymorph, and got away scot-free. he catches on fire when he feels a particularly strong emotion. she'll pull pranks on you if she really hates you or really likes you (sometimes it's hard to tell which category you're in). he's gay. she is the equivalent of a personified feral kitten that needs socializing. he can't handle spicy food. she turned a party member's hostile backstory NPC into a child as an alternative to killing them. he has heterochromia. she shot an adult green dragon in the eye and is on its hit list now. he can't stand the sight of gore. she has three (3) love interests and is making 0 progress with any of them. he has a star-shaped tail tip. she'd rather die than talk about her feelings. he'd take a bullet for any of his party members. she's in at least two (2) world-changing prophecies. he has 7 strength and 10 constitution.

going to gnaw my arm off in excitement for d&d tomorrow aaaAAAAA

pls take in the shitstorm currently happening that is going to create simultaneously emotional and hysterical roleplay:

we JUST finished pulling off a crazy, elaborate plan. successfully.

we killed about 30 arguably innocent people (crew of a ship) during said plan

said plan involved rescuing two (2) people my character has some kinda Feelings for and they both also like her

one guy is my character's former bodyguard who she has not seen since she left the palace (over a year ago)

the other is the dude from this post

i do not know if they interacted at all while being held captive on the same boat

in addition to them my character ALSO has Feelings for one of her party members, putting the tally of Finch's love interests on one boat at 3

there are 3 more party members and 6 more NPCs on this single boat to be an unwilling audience to the inevitable impending shenanigans

one NPC already figured out she likes the one party member and used it to pull a humiliating prank on her. Finch does not even realize her feelings bc she's so phenomenally out of touch with her emotions. now these other two schmucks are here.
