While I’m casting and face claiming OCs, might as well go for Fenella’s brothers! Duncan, the oldest, feels like a young Brendan Gleeson (like, The Treaty era) to me. Matthias, the next one (heir to Bann Trevelyan and implied to be a huge stoner who does not want this gig) would be Chris O’Dowd. And then Geordie, the failed Templar, is just… Domhnall Gleeson. Yes it’s all Irish actors. Yes two of those actors are father and son. Don’t worry about it. It’s my silly headcanons I can do what I want.

several things i love about playing through all new and faded for her as my trevelyan

brendan being a spirit/demon nerd like one would be with pokemon and that being the main point of bonding between he and solas (except brendan was working off the templar's understanding of how demons and spirits work so talking to solas about them was akin to dropping an entire binder of shiny cards in front of a kid who just started collecting at the fleamarket last week) .

solas' very palpably upset and frustrated with the whole situation
