Excellent point, and you’ll be happy to know I’m dragging Riaz and Imogen to the front lines in The Warlock in the Shadows so you will be seeing more of them!

Welcome back to OC rambles - Crimes edition!!

For context Riaz is a warlock and they are recluse by nature and Riaz in particular is just mean. He has been Ibhans academic rival for years and the two collide often. Imogen is a garden witch and has frogs as a familiar and is seen as a lovable airhead however she has no family other than the community she found in the forest and her friendship with Kyda - her life before then is rather ambiguous

Riaz - other than crimes of treason committed in the plot of the wand and the wolf, I think he’s a small time thief. It started as snacks from the store when he wasn’t given coins from his parents but eventually it was just habit to tuck things into his pockets when no one was looking, shiny spoons, letters, wallets. He had a box where he keeps some of the more sentimental items he’s taken. Small time violence because of his Complex, hitting people allows you to stay on top I guess

Imogen - treason, obstruction of justice, harbouring a fugitive, possessing lethal amounts of herbs that can be used as weapons, suspect in two assassination cases, one charge of grand larceny, one charge of assaulting a guard, possession of illegal mushrooms, missing permits for growth of exotic plants, and jaywalking.

Aikatsu: The Stars of Legend (Season 1)

Ok! So, here's some details...

Plot:

A few months has passed since the events of Aikatsu on Parade. Raki Kiseki and Wakaba Harukaze, AKA Cheer Star, are one of the many Friends units rising in popularity. However, a mysterious organization called Eclipse Dawn, claiming to be looking for "sleeping legends", recruits them, along with some other rookie idols to attend their idol school called Shadow Moon Academy. On the other hand, Raki starts dreaming of a kingdom named Krezuzia, and its queen, Raveria, resembles Raki too much to be a coincidence....

Characters:

Raki Kiseki-The main protagonist of the series and one half of Cheer Star. She is looking to expand her self-created brand, Maple Ribbon, to international audiences.

Wakaba Harukaze: The other half of Cheer Star, and one of Raki's best friends. Her ability of mimicry has led to the creation of an AiTube channel of voice impressions.

Radiance MacCreary (OC): An anxious, spirited girl from Edinburgh. She's very fond of streetwear and orchids. She forms the Friends unit Future Sunshine with Clara.

Clara Anderson (OC): A vivacious, energetic girl from New Orleans, and Radiance's pen pal. Cooking and making colorful ceramics are her favorite hobbies.

Susie Sokolova (OC): A stern, passionate girl from St. Petersburg. She enjoys dancing, sewing, and making hair accessories. She forms the Friends unit Papillon Bellflower with Alexandra.

Alexandra Johansson (OC): A gentle, resilient girl from Stockholm. She likes to plant flowers and practice kickboxing in her spare time.

Noelle Otoshiro: Another one of Raki's friends from the idol convergence incident. She loves talking about Angely Sugar and classical music. She forms the Friends unit Stellar Maestro with Yvoria.

Yvoria Tristess (OC): An alien girl from the planet Clerinia. She's shy and lacks self-confidence, but is sociable when her favorite topics come up-science, history, and hairstyling.

Ruthie Riaz-Cockburn (OC): A proud, haughty girl from London who forms a rivalry with Raki. She enjoys dressage and researching crystals and rare gems. She forms the Friends unit Green Baroness with her older twin sister, Rachel.

Rachel Riaz-Cockburn (OC): Unlike her younger twin, she's a demure, intelligent girl with a dry wit. Her favorite hobbies are sewing and reading detective novels.

So a while back, I made a post detailing that the descendants of some of my GW2 characters formed an adventuring guild together, it was dubbed Fate's Razor (Special thanks to Rytlock who hated that name in LWS3). Well, due to a falling out with a former friend, I have decided to change the paternity of the guild's asuran member, Grexx.

His father was formerly my friend asura, Gabriel, his mother is my asura, Zmikku. But since we're no longer on speaking terms, I've created a new father for him.

Meet Engineer Riaz! I have yet to create him in game, same with Grexx, but I wanted to show off his design so bad! Praise be to Aestheticians in major cities like Rata Sum, as I sadly didn't have a Total Makeover Kit in my bank. Below the photo of Riaz is a photo of my boy Grexx for comparison. he has his mother's brown-ish hair and his father's eyes.

open to: f/nb, 30+ plot: your muse is the lead of the movie riaz pulling some dangerous stunts for and whole movie set goes wild each time he pulls one of them, so he got your muse's attention.

he loved it—loved that people watched him flirt with death, daring fate in a way only the truly reckless would. sure, he'd been called mad, heard it from more lips than he cared to count, but the moment he stepped out of the car in one piece, with the entire set erupting in cheers, a few gazes filled with awe ? priceless. it was the closest thing to the rush of racing in the top circuits.

today had been no different—he nailed the stunt, walked away whole, though a shard of glass had sliced his face along the way. now, he sat in his trailer, clumsily tending to the wound. he preferred patching himself up, even if he wasn’t particularly good at it. squinting into the small hand mirror, one hand dabbing at the cut, he was too focused to notice anything else around him. especially not the fact that the lead of the movie was standing right in front of him.

" hey, got lost ? " he said with a smirk, barely glancing up from the cut he was nursing. “ not that i’d blame you, but this here’s the stunt zone. i think you guys are set up over there, ” he gestured vaguely in the direction of the star trailers. " you know, the ones with names written in those starry letters." his smirk widened just a touch, teasing but easygoing, still focused on his own clumsy handiwork.

these two fanfics are apart of the same series by RiaZ on AO3. it's a series i hold dear to my heart as i stayed up until 6 am to binge-read both works because i could not stop reading, and because it's a favorite levi fanfic of mine.

it's got everything to love about attack on titan mixed with a spin of RiaZ's own world— one that was such a great build. not to mention, the characters from aot as well as the ocs were characterized uniquely it allows you to connect with them.

RiaZ's writing, oh my word—the way they describe a scene and a character's feelings, just *chef's kiss* i find it hard to explain how but it got me hooked from start to finish and tugged at my heartstrings in the best way.

the intimacy between levi and the reader is crafted beautifully without the need of a smut scene. it shows how even the simplest of holding hands and words can create such an incredible romance between them. that's what i loved most about the series.

its not only with levi does the reader hold close connections too, but also the friends and people that contributed to how the reader grew in terms of self, relationship, and strength.

it's an amazing read if you're looking to read a story similar in ties with the attack on titan universe but also have a diverse alternate spin with the franchise's world.

A new oc introduction, meet Riaz!

Riaz is the eldest brother of Jasper's family. (Jasper is the little one) Riaz also suffers their genetic condition, which makes them feral. However, though.. in this drawing, Riaz is leaving to go out for a while, and Jasper stays up because he doesn't want Riaz to leave. But he should be glad that he didn't go with him.

After Riaz has left the house for his stroll, he came across an unstable, mutilated, giant wolf that eventually mauled him to death. That is why Riaz is no longer there anymore.

The Warlock in the Shadows is still in its early stages but here we are:

“Bullshit,” Riaz said as he threw his legs over the side of the armchair he was in. “You’re not going in there alone.”

“Kyda is coming with,” Ibhan said, and Riaz scoffed.

“No offence to you, Kyda, but you’ve barely got any experience with shadow magic and you,” he jabbed a finger at Ibhan, “may be crazy but even you know this is a suicide mission, clear as day.” I saw Ibhans jaw tighten as he acknowledged that fact.

“Then why are you joining a suicide mission?” Ibhan asked, and it was Imogen’s turn to butt in.

“Because if my best friend is going to jump off a cliff you better bet your ass that I’m jumping with,” she said and shot Ibhan a glare to stop any more protests. He threw up his hands and turned to me, but I shrugged.

“It’s true, this one time I actually slid down a cliff side and she rolled behind, a jump is not a far cry,” I said, and he rolled his eyes.

“Fine but if any of you die—“

“We love you too, Ibhan,” Imogen interjected, patting him on his arm as she settled down in Riaz’s lap. “So when do we leave?”

“After I tell my parents.”

The biggest risk being taken here is not the suicide mission, but the process of telling Kydas parents about the suicide mission

Pumpkin loves making sweet and spicy treats, and always lets costumers have free samples of their treats.

Backstory:

Rootbeer lives just on the outskirts of Inkwell. He’s a shy fellow who mostly keeps to himself. Rootbeer was kicked out of his home at the age of 14 by his neglectful and unsupportive parents. Rootbeer built his house by his own hands, and survived on the streets for four years, before he was able to build his home. He took refuge in homeless shelters and did odd jobs just to make money. He was mugged quite often and he almost made a deal with the Devil for riches beyond his wildest imagination. But a kind elderly woman kept him from doing so, and he and the elderly woman became good friends. At the age of 18 Rootbeer had built his home and the elderly woman, with no living relatives left moved in with him. Sadly, the elderly woman has passed away, her last wish was to be cremated and that her dust be sprinkled underneath a cherry blossom tree. Rootbeer honored her wishes and did just that. Rootbeer is now trying to make a living in the music industry.

That and so Dustella can help fix up the farm.

They also host a monthly fashion show, The gets to have their own line of clothing displayed in Claudia’s boutique, so they can advertise their own brand of fashion. Claudia’s parents are very rich, and are proud of Claudia’s accomplishments. Often paying for very expensive vacations and other such things for Claudia. However, despite Claudia’s accomplishments and the pride of their parents, Claudia isn’t always a bundle of joy. Claudia wants nothing more than to spend time with their parents, but due to work schedules and other such matters it is hard for them and their parents to take time off to hang out.

Marshie has always loved fashion since he was little, and when Claudia was old enough to start their own boutique, Marshie asked to be a model. Claudia accepted, and now Marshie is happily modeling for Claudia.

Backstory: Not much is known about Raz, other than the fact that he doesn’t seem to talk at all. Many people wonder if he’s mute, considering he writes down what he wants to say and shows it to whoever he’s talking to. He seems to want to become an author of novels and poems.

Backstory: Dimitri’s family died at sea. A horrible storm sunk their family’s private boat and he was place in the orphanage until he was old enough to inherit the family fortune. He doesn’t talk about his past much, but he’s mostly moved on from it. The only thing that really gets to him is watching his sister being swept away by large waves in the storm.

Backstory: Raine’s family died when fire blazed through their family mansion. Raine blocks that night out and refuses to speak of it. He was placed in the same orphanage as Dimitri and Dimitri was the only one who attempted to be friends with him. Raine tried to push Dimitri away, but they soon became friends over time. And now Raine considers Dimitri his brother. Dimitri adopted Raine as his younger sibling and they both moved into the mansion Dimitri’s parents used to own.

Romantic/Sexual orientation: Unknown but is rumored to be gay due to the fact that he doesn’t seem interested in woman. 

Relationship status: ???

Personality: Ross is cunning and sly, his suave nature is charming and alluring. He’s a smooth talker and has talked his way out of tough spots before.He’s also very flirty, but he seems to have no interest in any female that makes advances on him.

Occupation: Fashionista by day - part of a mafia organization by night. But this mafia targets known criminals. Like serial killers, rapists, pedos etc etc. They don’t do drugs and don’t go after innocents. They’re a large group of vigilantes and Ross is their boss.

Backstory: Ross grew up the single child of a single mother. His mother was a stripper and a prostitute, but it was only due to the fact that she couldn’t make enough money to survive otherwise. They grew up in the slums and were very poor, Ross used to be the target of many street thugs. He has escaped death multiple times. He almost died five times during his childhood, once by almost drowning, the other time he and his mother were victims of an arson attack by street thugs, the other three times he was beaten and left for dead in allies. Now that he’s the leader of a mafia, albeit it’s a mafia that punishes criminals, he’s the target of many criminals and he is dodging assassination attempts on almost a regular basis. The only other time his life was in danger was before he created his own mafia, but no one knows what happened to him. Whenever that life threatening situation is brought up, he becomes uneasy and seemingly terrified. This is the only time Ross ever shows fear in front of anyone. All he says is that it doesn’t matter what happened to him, all that matters is that he lived. And that’s that. Who knows what he is hiding and what other secrets he has buried?

Personality: Azura is very soft spoken, they are a tender and loving soul, who is always willing to help others. Their kindness is their greatest strength but also their greatest weakness, because being kind could end up being their undoing. Despite their sweet and generous nature, Azura’s sense of humor is rather odd. They more often than not will laugh at anyone’s jokes no matter how awful they are. Azura is polite and chivalrous, and if someone is in trouble Azura will be there to assist. Azura isn’t afraid of confrontation and will stand up for others and isn’t afraid to defend others who are either being mugged or assaulted. Azura will even face off with someone wielding a weapon. This often lands Azura in the hospital, but Azura doesn’t mind it.

Backstory:

Azura being born into a rich family, doesn’t have to work a day in their life. But they choose to do so anyways. Azura has many interests and part time jobs. Thankfully their work schedule for their part time jobs never interact. Azura is a part time model for Claudia and a part time maid for the Sweet N’ Spicy Delights bakery. Azura’s full time job is a florist, they own their own flower shop. Azura’s hobbies include painting and volunteering and local animal shelters whenever they can. But by night, Azura is none other than a member of Ross’s Mafia. Azura is only called in for important missions and is Ross’s right hand and the main cook for the Mafia. It is rumored that Ross and Azura are a thing, but this has never been proven.

Age: Early 20s

Personality: Vio is a lone-wolf. He prefers to keep to himself and doesn’t like confrontation. He is always polite even to the most horrid of ruffians. He is very trustworthy and devoted to those he sees as friends and family. However he is sometimes naive to a fault and that can land him in trouble. He’s very empathetic and generous beyond what most people would expect of a lone-wolf like him to be.

Backstory: Not much is known about Vio except that he lives in a mansion on a lonely hill and writes stunning fantasy novels. It seems he and his sister are the only residents of the mansion. He made his fortune through his hit-seller novels. He is often seen around town hastily getting what he needs and going back to the mansion. His sister is rarely seen with him at any point in time.

Personality: Sakura is a gentle and kind soul, she’s a pacifist and seeing violence of any sort causes her pain. She sees beauty in things that others often miss. She is soft spoken and endearing, she is very patient and always tries to see the good inside of everyone. Even if people tell her that someone’s a lost cause, she will never give up on anyone. She is very sensitive to those around her and will share in their pain.

Backstory: 

Sakura grew up with Violetto in their mansion with their rich family. However, the family had a falling out. And they cut some ties with some of the family members. Violetto was able to buy back the mansion and now he and his sister own the mansion. Sakura can be seen tending the gardens, tending to hurt or sick animals, and finally singing and dancing around the grounds. Especially at night. Sakura used to work for an orphanage but that was before... the unfortunate event and she had to quit. Sakura, not wanting to give up work, because she feels antsy without something to do, runs a small flowershop right next to the mansion. Sakura is hardly seen anywhere except her flowershop and inside the mansion. Her brother worries about her immensely and often treats her like she’s a fragile flower.
