Chapter 1. Healing Trust.

After 3 months of work, I finally finished the storyboard for Jade, When I first started this, I was somewhere in season 3, Now I am already in season 11. This is technically my first love for Ninjago.

Samura Jade was a young teen when she shown up at his door, Jade trained under Master Chen for about nine years until Garmadon shown up.

She left soon after to become a ninja that protected small villages.

Skylor and Jade would get along well.

Idk if you want opinions on this or not, but may I give my input on the poll? I think Clouse isn’t completely heartless, and maybe he even still pines for her a little. But the reason he’s so cold and cruel to Jade is because he sees that she’s with Garmadon, and despite the fact that Garmadon hurt her, she still has a better relationship with him than she does Clouse (I’m such a sucker for the childhood/first crushes trope >.<)

Also I love seeing all the in-progress posts! No pressure of course, but every one just makes me more curious 👀

This!! Okay I completely agree with you, you see exactly what I mean! it’s sad because Clouse has never done right by Jade, even when he tried.

Then they show up on Chen’s island, he doesn’t know if they’re together or what they’ve been up to for 20 years, and Misako isn’t at Chen’s island so he is left having all of these misconceptions about them.

It’s extra sad because Clouse never really moved on, like you said; first childhood crush.. And to be fair, it’s not like he had a great teacher on romance, because it’s CHEN…!

So my first episode is 80% done, I can’t wait to finally make it to season 8 eventually, but we have a few episodes before we get there.. 🫢

I will be posting them in episodes, events that happen in the same time frame IN ORDER.

This is the first time we meet Jade, we don’t know her backstory until the next season.
