We're back with the backgrounds! This time it was once again Rabbit's turn to choose, and seeing as it's pride month she asked if I had any queer couples in Hero City. As it happens, I do! So here's my own Eyescream Man, and his villain paramour, Tiger's Screaming Scimitar!

This was a lot of fun to concept, lol. Eyescream Man does gymnastics and parkour in his civilian life, which has made him very strong and flexible. He's pretty easily flustered, so usually in their interactions Screaming Scimitar is the one doing the flirting and getting a reaction, but every so often Eyescream manages to turn the tables.

I also threw in a bunch of cameos, because in my experience pride events are usually pretty crowded, lol. This picture ended up being almost as packed as the Naelus one back in March, except with humans instead of animals. Character credits aaare~

Today's drawing was a suggestion by @tigerwriter, thank you Tiger! The prompt is "Bats (cute)" so here are Avalon and Dina, two characters who live in a city carved into the walls of a sinkhole. They are admiring some of the local fauna during what is definitely absolutely not a date, they swear.

Here's a close-up of the bats because I was actually pretty happy with how they came out, but bats being eensy I had to shrink them a lot in the final drawing. They're modeled off of little brown bats.

Carbone is the main character of my upcoming webcomic, Shattered Reflection! Once a black sheep and a frail asset of his community now starts a revolt against an oppressive regime of snake people that mistreat them. He’s the trope of the dystopian savior, but with a huge twist near the end.

I’m hoping to post more character sheets pretty soon. I’d love to answer questions whether that be about the characters themselves or anything lore related! (Just nothing concerning the story cause spoilers 🤫).
