Note: he does have other outfits (which i need to do lol) especially depending on the timeline. he's usually seen at the theater in his outfit for his performances which is not included ToT ..

It just includes hattys old outer captains uniform + his scarf!

due to how utterly inconsistent the sprites are in the game; I just headcanon the cats tailored him a proper outfit compared to his somewhat dirty/roughened captains uniform from the blue-collar work he would do on the ship lol. they gave him an actual black suit with gold lining along it!
