Well here it is! This is my electronic illustration final. I decided to make an homage to the series that got me into art and writing to begin with: Warrior Cats

This is specifically designed to be a wrap around cover for the book “The Darkest Hour”. SSS Warrior Cats and those “cringey” ms paint drawings of warriors were a heavy inspiration to this composition and Firestar’s design. I only wish I could’ve drawn Scourge close up for maximum edge, but it ultimately didn’t work did out compositionally and my professor veto’d my other thumbnails 🥲

I really love how this turned out! Expect more final projects to be posted soon! Between Christmas gifts and finals, I have an insane back log of work. It’s just a matter of remembering to post!

Seeking Stray Strands (on artfight!)

Senior of Void’s Cradle, Strands is notably slower due to his age. They spend most of their time talking with Six Nets, and experimenting with purposed organisms. This can leave her a bit distracted from her duties as senior, but certainly that won’t be a problem!

In @druidshollow ‘s off string setting, Strands chooses to stay in his can, but gives the option to all the members of his group. Nets, on the other hand, is thrilled to go off string, and makes their can into its home base. A welcome change from the silence, for sure.

Thanks so much for the tag, @aalinaaaaaa. While it says six sentences on the header, I shared eight. This is from my Valentine's Day story I am working on. It doesn't have a title yet. It is also supposed to show a softer dynamic between Bianca and Sephiroth.

Please excuse any typos, etc. This is the first draft, so it hasn't been polished at all.

The fire crackled softly in the corner of their secluded cabin. Its warmth gently mingled with the faint scent of vanilla and lavender. Bianca leaned back against the edge of the clawed bathtub set before the crackling black marble fireplace and felt the weight of her head settle on the porcelain. Her long, onyx hair cascading in wet waves around her. The tub was deep. It was filled with water infused with a few drops of vanilla and lavender and milk. Droplets glided over her shoulders, drizzling down her breasts until meeting the surface of the white cloudy water. Rose petals floated on the top, occasionally bumping into her body. [. . .]

Sephiroth stood at the side of the bath. His tall, imposing figure a strange contrast to the intimate, peaceful atmosphere.

Now I can't stop imagining:

Affogato: *been fighting for this affection and love all his life.*

Moment he meets spouse:

*he is about to fight for it when y/n dumps it all on him, free of charge with no strings attached.*

One he realizes it...

Affogato: ...*just breaks down crying and hugging his love.* I would die for you!!!

Oh he's gonna lash out for suuuuure He might list all the terrible things he has done, he might try to unconsciously push away, because there's no way that the love is unconditional that easily. There has to be a fault somewhere, something to make you waiver in this affection.

It's like he himself doesn't believe it, it's been so long that maybe he had already shut that door long ago mentally.

He might not even realise that he has fallen in love at first, maybe it all started as he spotted a beautiful sugar bloom during a walk to clear his head and immediately thought that they're going to like it. It starts as little acts here and there, little subconscious affectionate actions that he hadn't done in years.

Yet he couldn't compute it when given the same treatment. Please give him a bit as he has some shit to process after the revelation.

But after this, hoooo boy he's the most loyal cookie you've ever met and will murder for his partner's well being (please dissuade him).
