Setsuko Of The Roof (Toilet Bound Hanako-kun x OC)

00.2 The Exorcist Kid

Hoshiko POV

After a moment flew by, the tension was gone, and now Hanako was sitting by the window as I was leaning against the sinks using my arms as support. Yashiro was walking back and forth in the bathroom, trying to process what had just happened. “SO let me get this straight, YOU” Yashiro pointed at Hanako. “are HER” she then pointed at me. “Older brother?” Yahsiro asked. She still seemed pretty shocked to hear about this.

“That’s correct” Hanako confirmed Yashiro’s words and smiled like nothing had happened. “Hoshiko! Why didn’t you tell me?” Yashiro asked. “Hey, we only met yesterday. I was going to tell you…” I say… “When?” Yashiro asked

“Whenever I felt more comfortable around you” I say bluntly. “Ah! This changes everything!” Yashiro says, making Hanako a bit confused. “How?”

“Hoshiko! Can’t you do anything to help me clean this bathroom for the rest of my life?!” Yashiro asked as she grabbed my shoulders, shaking me. I glanced at Hanako, who… well- kinda gave me a glare and stared at me. I sighed and grabbed Yashiro's hands and took them off my shoulders, but I held onto them and gave her a small smile.

“Sorry, but I have no control over who Ama- I mean Hanako’s assistant is” I said in a calm tone, though, I honestly didn’t care about this whole situation between my older brother and Yashiro. Yashiro groaned as she went to grab onto my uniform dress as she slowly started to fall onto the ground.

“Is it really that bad, Yashiro?” Hanako asked, a bit disappointed. Yashiro got up and quickly went over to Hanako and grabbed his collar, and started to shake him violently, which made me jump a little. “Hanako you are already dead, and you are still young for eternity! I’m at the prime of my life right now. I want to be able to find my prince charming without having to stay here!” Yashiro shouted. Poor Hanako…

It was finally time for school to officially be out, Yashiro finally went home… So it was just me and Hanako… on top of the roof sitting there looking up at the stars. It was silent between us… I don't know if he even remembers what happened… Does he forgive me after everything that happened?

“Hoshi…”

“Yes Amane?...”

“Why…”

Hanako went quiet and looked down at his lap. I didn't dare to look over at him. I know where this is going. I know he doesn't wanna see me again… Dammit and Tsuchigonmori did everything to avoid this…

“Why did you finally to show yourself after all these years?” He finally asked.

Oh… well… i wasn't expecting that question. I looked over to Hanako, and our eyes met each other. I looked up at the stars and thought about my answer.

“Well… I've been around… just avoiding your domain…” I finally replied.

“I see…”

“...are you mad?” I asked as i glanced to the side, bringing my knees up to my chest. Hanako only shook his head no.

“Why would I?” Hanako asked as he continued to look at me.

“I mean, sure, i'm a little upset… but only because you never visited me…” Hanako says. I soon looked over at Hanako.

“I didn't even realize you were a mystery…” he then added on. I frowned a little and looked down at the floor feeling a bit guilty. Soon i felt the breeze of the cold air hit my ghostly skin, soon feeling Hanako wrapping his arms around me giving me a big hug.

“I missed you, y'know…”

“...I missed you too nii-chan…”

3rd POV

It was the next day, and a certain blonde haired boy was walking up the school stairs.

***

Hanako Pov

Well- it was a new day!

I was on the rooftop building with my new assistant, Yashiro, and my baby sister! Well, i guess she isn't a baby anymore, AND i guess she is only one year younger than me. But that doesn't matter.

We were having a little picnic on the rooftop. Yashiro brought over a magazine to share with me and my sister.

“ahh, i wonder if a handsome guy will ever fall from the sky” Yashiro says as she had her magazine open, i was holding the other side, looking inside it. Hoshi was just looking over my shoulder.

“Yashiro…”

“Your delusional” Hoshi says bluntly as she scooted herself in the middle between me and Yashiro, taking the other side of the page to hold as i let go.

“I wasn't being serious…. I can still tell the difference between reality and fiction…” Yashiro says in a very monotone voice as she looked to the side.

“I'm doing my job as your assistant, y'know. Before i knew it, I started waiting for special encounters and romance!” Yashiro says. I was a bit confused about what Yashiro meant by that.

“Special?”

“Yashiro-”

“Yeah! Like this movie for example!” Yashiro started to explain cutting Hoshi off.

“A lovely girl from a noble family gets taken away by an evil spirit (me) suddenly right infront of her, a handsome boy falls from the sky, he splendidly defeated the evil spirit and became wedded to the girl” Yashiro says as she starts to imagine this whole scenario in her head. Jeez, did i really get excrosised in that daydream?

“Sounds unrealistic” Hoshi replied

“Let a girl dream Hoshiko” Yashiro whines

“I"m the one getting vanquished?” I asked. I stood up and got behind Yahsiro and yonkied the magazine out of the two girls hands. “it seems dangerous, so lets not~” i say with a cheerful tone. “And besides you don't need a guy like that” I say as i got close to Yashiro face by a few inches and grabbed her face for her to look at me fully.

“because you already have me Yashiro”

“Hold it right there!”

Ah great…

Hoshiko Pov

“Hold it right there!” A blonde hair kid shouted on the roof of the doors that allowed access to the roof top. All three of us looked up and saw him. He had of course blonde hair with a middle school uniform and a weird earring on his ear…. With an Umbrella?

“I finally found you evil spirit!” the kid says as he jumps down to face all three of us.

“Who are-” I looked over at Yashiro and… is she seriously being delusional right now? I shook my head and looked at the kid.

“Who are you?” I asked… though it seems like he was focusing more of Hanako…

“Kamome Academy, third year of middle school… Kou Minamoto! PREPARE TO GO TO THE AFTERLIFE!” The kid shouted with enthusiasm… jeez- Finally Yashiro delusional self is gone

“An acquaintance? He can see you Hanako” Yashiro asked looking at Hanako

“i wouldn't call him an acquaintance…however…he is from the Minamoto house, that's why he is able to see me” Hanako explaines. I was a little bit confused, so was Yashiro.

“Minamoto House samurai?” Yashiro asked

Than Hanako started to explain what the Minamoto clan was all about. They are exercised that are there to exorcize spirits like us… oh great-

After Hanako finished explaining the kids History, the kid… Kou was it? He gave Hanako a snarky grin. “you sure know your stuff! My ancestors left behind tools to surpresse evil beings! We inherited them to protect humans from evil supernaturals like you!

That's the duty of the men of the Minamoto house!” Kou continued to explain. I yawned a little bit, jeez didn't know i'd be in a history class again.

Soon Kou pointed his Umbrella looking thing at Hanako abd shouted “That why i'll definitely exorcize you!!”.... well okay

This just got interesting

Soon Kou went to go and strike Hanako. He was too fast for me to react in time, though Hanako was fast enough to stop Kou from hitting him with his Umbrella. Yashiro backed up a bit, though i grabbed her shoulder and pulled her for her to get behind me.

“Exorcize me huh? But, I don't think it's possible for you” Hanako said as he gave a smirk keeping his guard still having his grip on Kou's Umbrella. This irked the kids as he narrowed his eyes. “You think?”

“Well… too bad for you"

Soon lightning came out from the umbrella and shocked Hanako's whole body, he let go of that… umbrella? And fell down onto the floor. Yashiro freaked out and ran over to Hanako.

“Hanako-kun!"

Soon Kou took off the blanket thing that was wrapped around his weapon.

“this is the tool that has been passed down from generation to generation in the Minamoto house, Raiteijyou” Kou says showing off his staff now. “It convers spiritual energy of its bearer into lightning that eradicate evil spirits!” Kou added

Huh…. Interesting…

“To touch it directly, what a fool!” Kou said snickering a little…

Okay i've had enough

“This is the end for you!” Kou shouted as he was about to attack Hanako again. Yashiro quickly got in between the two. However, i got in between Kou and Yashiro and grabbed his. “Raiteijyou” before it hit anyone.

“You're one loud kid huh?” I say looking dead at him

“H-hoshiko?!” Yashiro seemed a little surprised.

“Hey! Let go! Why are you girls butting in!?” Kou asked in an angry tone. Soon i gave him a sweet innocent smile. “Cause that boy you're trying to kill…”

“Is my brother” I soon kicked in the stomach to make him fall back and lose grip of his staff… Kou stumbled a bit and looked at me, he was a little shocked but shook his head. “Heh, your probably smarter than your brother, however…” Kou quickly ran back over to me to grab his staff again.

I tried to take a step back for him not to grab it, but before I could even move he ended up grabbing it and sent electric waves through it. It shocked me pretty bad, I quickly let go and fell onto the ground.

“You're just as much of a fool like him” Kou said in a snarky manner. “Ill finish off your brother, then i can come back to you” Kou said kneeling down next to me… He then went over back to Hanako and was about to us his staff.. soon i could hear Yashiro shout.

“Stop it!”

Yashiro once again got in-between Kou and Hanako

“You idiot! Don't butt in….”

“just… like that…” I could hear how flustered Kou sounded.

“Ummm… and you are?”

“First year of high school, Nene Yashiro! Hanako assistant & friend! & I'm also Hoshikos friend too!” Yashiro says as she had her arm out in a protective way.

“Uh… But they are an evil supernatural… I’m trying to exorcize him to keep the peace in this school” Kou says with a bit of shock in his voice

“They aren’t evil! Hanako saved my life!” Yashiro says in defence

“That’s impossible!” Kou shouted as he grabbed Yashiro's shoulders and shook her a bit.

Ow… my head is starting to hurt a lot… that lighting shock must’ve gotten me too good. “Yoihoshi..” I whisper quietly as a tiny orb comes flying to me quietly as it floated to the top of the rooftop.

I reached my hand to it as it started to circle around my arm, and it began to heal the paralyzation that was inflicted on me by that damn kid. Kou began going on and on about how my dear older brother killed someone and that he uses a kitchen knife that he used to kill a person… well… at least he used a knife…

“You’re being tricked by senpai! You shouldn’t trust a guy like that! Im sure he’s plotting something against-”

Suddenly, Hanako went behind Yashiro and wrapped his arm around her pulling her towards him as he had his kitchen knife out and pointed the sharp area towards Kou’s neck.

“It looks like the cat's outta the bag.” Hanako says in a disappointed tone with a smile on his face. Kou jumped back quickly, surprised and Yashiro quickly turned back to look at Hanako. Meanwhile, I was slowly getting up as my little Yoihoshi was around me healing me.

Hanako then let go of Yashiro floating back.

“Ah-ah… I wanted to keep it a secret for a little while more…” Hanako says.

“Come, Hakujyoudai…” Hanako calmly says as an orb flies around his arm, changing Hanako's appearance as he continues to talk and have his own little monologue about how he did kill a person and how God told him that if he fulfilled his role his sins will be erased.

“That’s why I can’t afford to be exercised, sorry about that”

“You’re just spouting nonsense…”

Soon, Kou and Hanako started fighting… I wanted to help- though, the lightning from that kids staff did a number on me… Soon enough, Hanako won at the end- though he didn’t knock him out at all.

Finally Yashiro came to help me stand up. My Yoihoshi continued to wrap itself around me, it was kinda absorbing the electricity that hit me hard.

Or maybe i’m just a little too weak for that? Or did i get too cocky?...

“Are you okay, Hoshiko-chan?” Yashiro asked in a concerned voice as she saw me shaking a little bit as I stood. “Yeah… I’m fine…” I replied as I watched as Hanako was lifting his knife up as if he was about to stab Kou.

However, instead, he flicked Kous forehead and smiled as he took away Kous staff.

“There, it’s my victory.” Hanako said as he gave Kou a huge smile making the blonde kid confused. Hanako took out a seal and was about to place it on the staff, however i quickly ran over to Kou and freaking tackled him and pinned him down to the ground.

I dunno why…

But i can feel my grip on his shoulder tighten as i narrowed eyes, almost seeing red.

3rd POV

Right when Hoshiko moved quickly to pin Kou down to the floor. Hanako can sense something evil surrounding his dear younger sister. His eyes widened in shock as he debated on what to do…

“H-Hey!”

“Hoshiko-Chan!”

Yahsiro was shocked and was confused on how fast Hoshiko pinned down Kou… and was scared on what she was going to do. Kou on the other hand was kinda freaking out, I mean, he can sense the bloodlust coming out of this supernatural.

“You…” Hoshiko growled as her grip tighten on Kous shoulder making the poor blonde boy whine a little as her nails dug into his skin through his uniform.

“You must have some sort of death wish coming after my older brother like that…” Hoshiko hissed as she looked Kou dead in the eyes.

“Hoshiko~” Hanako called out. He kneeled down next to his beloved younger siser and placed his hand onto her shoulder making her tense up and losing her grip on Kou. “I think that’s enough, you’re scaring the poor kid…” Hanako said in a calm tone as he had a smile on his face still. Hoshiko hesitated to let go, though she did and Hanako helped her to get up and off of Kou. Kou slowly got up and placed his hand on his right shoulder.

“See, spirits like her should be gone and- wait, HEY! WHAT ARE YOU-” before Kou could finish his sentence, Hanako placed a seal onto Kou staff. “There, now it wont hurt anyone anymore” Hanako says in a matter of fact way. Kou quickly got up and quickly ran over to take his staff and quickly tries his best to take the seal off… though it was no use. “Gahhh! It won't come off! Take it off!” Kou demanded as Hanako covered his ears. “Don't wanna!”

“That aside” Hanako went over to Kou and grabbed his hand and flipped it over. “So I was right… you're not using your spirit staff correctly, you get electrocuted every time lightning shoots out” Hanako says as if he was correct.

Then Hanako started to lecture Kou about using too much power will lead to destruction and all that. Till soon enough, Hanako punches Kou in the stomach, which makes the poor kid pass out, making Hanako raise his hands up and yell “winner” Hoshiko stood there looking at Hanako then at Kou.

Yashiro then ran over in a worried way. “Is he okay?” Yashiro asked. Hoshiko kneeled down and poked Kous cheek a couple of times. “It didn’t look like he was gonna give up if i didn’t do this.” Hanako says

“He should be alright. He’ll wake up after a while” Hanako reassured the girl in question. On the other hand Hoshiko just stared at Kou, I mean, she didn’t like him at all. Though, the way her brother touched her shoulder and called out to her, she’s a little scared to curse him. Yashiro picked up Kou’s stadd and looked at it. “This staff…. Wouldn’t it be better if we hide it for now?” Yashiro asked.

Hoshiko quickly looked up and saw as Yashiro was holding it. “He might come after you again… and Hoshiko…” Yashiro says. ‘Wow… am I really a second thought?’ Hoshiko asked herself. Though, she looked up at Hanako to see how’d he’d react. Hanako smiled a little bit “Are you perhaps, worried about me?” Hanako asked in some sort of teasing manner.

“Of course! We’re all friends!” Yashiro commented in her defense from his teasing. Hoshiko looked down at the floor as she listened to this conversation… “I see… So you would even be friends with a murder…” Hanako says as he narrowed his eyes towards Yashiro. Yashiro was taken aback and looked over at Hoshiko, whom just avoided eye contact. “That’s…”

“Just kidding! I was joking!” Hanako says as he passes by Yashiro. Hoshiko didn’t move a muscle as she stayed kneeling down next to Kou. “Hoshi-chan, leave that boy alone okay!” Hanako shouted with cheerful self returned. Though, it sounded like a demand. “Plus, he’ll be okay Yashiro, he wouldn’t be able to exorcise me even of he tries again…” Hanako says. “Well… Looks like things are to be loveloer soon…” Hanako mumbles under his breath as he finally leaves th rooftop. Yashiro watches as Hanako left, the words he spoke still replaying in her head as if she has not processed those words… Then she looked over to Hoshiko.

“So…” Yashiro finally starts. “Will you be okay too?..” Yashiro asked. Hoshiko looked up at the poor girl and just gave her a gentle smile. “Don’t worry, i’ll be fine… that seal nii-chan put weakens his staff a bit for this kid to be able to wield it properly, so, it’ll take awhile for him to take me down” Hoshiko says as she finally stood up. Yashiro looks at Hoshiko with a worried look…

Hoshiko sighed and walked over to Yashiro and grabbed both of her hands and intertwined her fingers with hers. “Hey, chin up, sooner or later, you were going to find out…”

“But… who-”

“Ah-ah! That’s something you’ll have to ask nii-chan, not me…plus, if i told you, he’ll be mad at me” Hoshiko says, chuckling a little as she lets go of Yashiro's hands. “What about you?... did you…Kill someone?” Yashiro asked curiously. Hoshiko smiled and placed her index finger on her lips.

“I’ll tell you another day”

Yashiro sighed and nodded her head. “Okay, but you better tell me soon!” Yashiro said as she pouted a little. “I will! Don’t worry!”

Soon, Yashiro left, and it was just Hoshiko and Kou who still passed out… On the roof. Hoshiko looked down at Kou and glared at him, however after a bit of glaring, she could feel her face start heating up. Was it because she was mad?... no, it didn’t feel like that to her. Soon, Kou started to wake up and slowly sat up. Hoshiko quickly jumped, making herself float and kept a fair distance away from Kou. “Ugh… that damn Hanako…” Kou muttered as he rubbed his head. Hoshiko watched as Kou gaze slowly looked around and spotted her.

“... IT’S YOU!” Kou shouted as he quickly got on his feet and pointed at Hoshiko. Hoshiko winced a little as Kou shouted. “Jeez, you’re loud”

“Yeah! Well! You’re a fool for still being here!” Kou said as he grabbed his staff and pointed it at Hoshiko. He put all his spiritual energy into it to his staff and was ready to shoot it at her but only a little bit came out but disappeared. “W-what?”

“That seal on your staff, yeah, it stops you from using a lot of power that you are not used to” Hoshiko says as she goes back down onto her feet. Kou looked at his staff and at the seal and huffed a little frustrated. “Yeah well-”

Before Kou could say anything Hoshiko quickly made herself float and get up in Kous face with a burning hate in her eyes. “Listen, if you think you can exercise me right here, i’ll assure you, you are highly mistaken” Hoshiko says with a hiss in her voice, and with a blink of Kous eyes, she was gone. Kou blinked a few times and shook his head as a sweat dropped from his brow.

‘That girl… I can sense she is bad news… I’ll need to find a way to exercise her and fast before she hurts anyone… but first..’ Kou looked at his Staff and began trying to peel the seal off.

I hope it’s okay and not weird to suddenly drop in to say this (and if so, feel free to ignore haha), but I just had the idea and needed to get it out of my system ^^ I think Kai could get along really well with Miho and Naoya!!! Not that he wouldn’t get along with your other OCs, he does love making friends, but those were the ones I noticed had more interests and motivations in common with him!

I think Miho and Kai could bond over music, and since Miho is cautious while Kai is loud and impulsive, maybe they could balance each other out? Though Kai is pretty overwhelming and would probably make Miho nervous… but he’d very very supportive of her performances, at least! Plus, he’d be very understanding of her panicking over small things, because he tends to do that sometimes too, haha. Maybe he could help her with her overthinking?

As for Naoya, Kai is someone who’s willing to try a bit of everything at least once, so I could imagine them just hopping around looking for something to do and getting into all sorts of shenanigans together! Just guys being dudes. They’re both eager to make friends, they’re both cheerful and unsure about their future, and it sounds like they have a similar attitude about mistakes having value because they help shape who you are, so I think they could hit it off pretty well!! I’d just be worried that, since they both have jealous streaks, there’s a chance they might enable each other and make each other worse, haha. But they could also help each other work through it! And maybe give each other reassurances when their abandonment issues rear their ugly heads… :’)

Of course, Miho is your girl and Naoya is your boy, so I can’t speak for them, haha. What do you think? I just think it’d be very cute to see them interact :3

Please don't apologize for this, this is the first anyone has ever mentioned their ocs interacting with mine so you have no idea how happy this made me to read.

I could definitely see them being friends! I mean, Miho works as an idol so she is well accustomed to loud and impulsive personalities so I doubt he'd overwhelm her. But I can definitely see them working as a double team with him being her motivator and her being his impulse control. Plus I just had the thought of Kai really loudly cheering for her during one of her performances and almost being escorted out for being too loud. Meanwhile Miho's trying her best not to burst out laughing while singing. Although Kai would need to be careful not to mention Miho's favourite idol, otherwise he'd be stuck there for a week listening to Miho gush about how amazing she is.

Oh, and Kai and Naoya is a perfect friendship, I love it. As long as Kai doesn't make any moves on Shohei, they're great, just don't go stealing Naoya's bestie (Bestie, definitely bestie, nothing else, he swears, nope just the bestest of pals, no repressed feelings there whatsoever, not at all) But I could definitely see them trying out new things together, fucking up gloriously and then laughing about it and getting milkshakes afterwards. Plus Kai seems like the type who would join Naoya in his quest to spite Shohei's shitty parents. Although, I feel like they might have problems with Naoya's need to try and help everyone with their problems because after a while, he'd probably be like "Y'know maybe you should talk to your dad and try to fix your issues" and Kai's just...

Although someone else I could see Kai getting along with Hoshi, mostly just 'cause of his kooky sense of humour and inability to properly interact with people without accidentally creeping them out. I feel like Kai would vibe with that weird energy and would try to help Hoshi find a natural way to smile that doesn't make him look like a Halloween monster.

Sorry for rambling so much, I just haven't had this before and it made me really excited...

🍂 - What music does this oc listen to?

Shohei doesn't really listen to a whole lot of music at the beginning of his story because his parents make him focus on academics so he only really listened to classical music and the music learned in school. But once he's away from them and makes friends, he learns more about all of their different music tastes and discovers that he has quite the love of jazz. He loves how it can be smooth and relaxing sometimes and bouncy, fun and makes you wanna get up and dance other times.

A lot of people make assumptions about Hoshi due to his kooky sense of humour and his unfortunate circumstance of having a creepy smile so they tend to think that he's into heavy metal and emo songs, maybe even soundtracks to horror movies. But he's not. Not even in the slightest. Hoshi loves idols and their bubbly, bright, cheerful pop music. He even likes listening to the soundtracks of idol anime because they make him smile. So while everyone thinks he's probably listening to something from Silent Hill, he's actually vibing to the new song released for Uta No Prince Sama.

Akio:

Do they want a relationship?

He's not particularly interested in having a relationship. He's more focused on developing his culinary skills so he can take over his family's diner when he's older. But when that happens, who knows?

Do they have a lot of friends or not so many?

He's a bit of a weird in between where his rebellious delinquent phase scared off a lot of people but once he found a healthier, less destructive way to deal with his grief, people noticed what a nice guy he is. However people still judge him because he kept the punk style. So he is quite popular with a lot of people that like him, but a lot of them tend to keep their distance.

Do they get attached easily?

Not really, it takes quite a bit for him to consider someone a close friend. The group are a special exception on account of saving his life.

Are they more closed off?

He's not exactly closed off, he's just awkward so whenever emotional topics come up, he has no idea what to say. He's basically Zuko's "That's rough, buddy" moment. (Although I stand by my opinion that was a completely understandable response)

Are they the type that's like "in three minutes you will know my entire life story"?

No, never that quickly. He'd slowly give you small details over months until he finally feels comfortable to tell you more about himself.

Are they the type that's like "you won't know anything about me until fifty years from now"?

This is basically the opposite of the above question, so that's still the answer.

Hoshi:

What do they always carry?

He has the usual stuff like phone, tissues, hay fever tablets, chewing gum, etc. But he also has two notebooks that he always carries around: one for his detective notes and one for jotting down any story ideas that come to him throughout the day. Although he does have to be careful not to mix them up.

Any things that are super important to them?

He has an antique type writer that he found in a charity shop that he adores and uses to write his stories. He knows that it's not as practical as typing on his computer but it makes him feel so fancy and official so he puts up with the small inconveniences.

What languages do they know?

Hoshi is fluent in English, Japanese, French and Spanish. He tried to learn German once but he ended dropping it after having a lot of difficulty with it.

Favourite smell?

He knows it's a little bit basic but he loves the smell of cinnamon. His family have a tradition of making cinnamon rolls for breakfast whenever they're celebrating something so he associates the smell with happy times.

Favourite songs?

Thanks to his slightly creepy smile and odd sense of humour, people always assume he has quite a dark, edgy taste in music but he's actually the opposite. He loves listening to bubbly, cheerful idol music, especially the songs made for idol anime and video games. So if he's sat there with his headphones in and his weird smile on his face, he's probably just vibing to something like Maji Love 2000% from Uta No Prince Sama.

Favourite animal?

Owls. He just finds them so fascinating and so cute. Especially when they tilt their heads and stare at him with their huge eyes. It's one of his life ambitions to have a pet owl at some point.

Yumia:

What's your character's backstory?

She really doesn't have much of a backstory tbh. She met Kotone as a child after Kotone saved her from bullies and they've been best friends ever since.

What's your character like?

Yumia is quite ditzy and has a tendency to be off in a daydream but she is a very bright young lady who is very set on her goals and will pursue them with everything she's got. She's also someone who you do not want to anger because if you push the very long way it takes to actually make her angry, you will regret it.

Does your character drink coffee?

Yup, she loves it. She especially likes cappuccinos because of the froth. But she will drink any type of coffee. The only coffee she doesn't drink is the coffee from Akio's diner because Akio's father has a tendency to accidentally burn the coffee beans and make the coffee way too bitter.

Is your oc a morning person?

Yup, the whole group joke that she's like a Disney Princess because she'll make herself a cup of coffee and breakfast while watching the sunrise and listening to the birds and then work on some of her designs before she has to leave the house. And she looks elegant the whole time, much to Kotone's annoyance.

What's your favourite headcannon you have for your oc?

Yumia is unfortunately one of the ocs I haven't developed as much as the others so I don't really have any headcannons about her yet.

Since you mentioned Hoshi and Kai getting along - Kai would absolutely notice Hoshi having trouble making friends and going "my friend now :3" and trying to help him express himself better!

Kai says a lot of things he doesn't mean when he's angry (especially at Takuto, of course, haha) so, even if he were hurt by Hoshi's accidental rudeness, he'd be pretty understanding of it ^^ It would be fun if they were being rude at the same person, though, lmao. Maybe Hoshi could be like "sorry, was that too rude?" and Kai would be like "haha no, it's okay this time :3 you're doing great friend :3"

And Kai would appreciate Hoshi's bluntness, too, since he wouldn't have to worry about Hoshi lying to him, haha.

I'm also thinking Kai would hear about Hoshi's backstory and be like "oh? You're being pressured into your father's career instead of being allowed to make a name for yourself? Not on my watch" and so he would encourage him to pursue his novelist dreams ^^ He could play rubber duck to Hoshi! Kai might not be a writer, but it could help Hoshi gauge emotional reactions to his ideas and audience investment and stuff like that, haha.

Also, imagining the way they look to outsiders is really funny. It's just Kai on one side, with a bright, sunny grin on his face, and Hoshi next to him, with his unfortunately creepy smile and a mysterious aura around him. I love it! :D

Omg I love it, I could see their friendship as the

"Can I give some constructive criticism?"

"Yeah, sure, go ahead"

"It fucking sucks"

"That's not constructive criticism..."

And I love the idea of Kai helping Hoshi with his writing! Especially since Hoshi wants to write a mixture of mystery and horror novels so I feel like he'd just hand what he's written so far to Kai and carefully watch his reactions. And I imagine Kai just going "What the fuck... What the fuck?... What the fuck?!... What the actual fuck- WHAT THE FUCK?!" All the while Hoshi's just sat there laughing his ass off and marking that section as a brilliant success.

And another random idea, I feel like Kai would find out about the group's persona storyline/plot/goal thanks to Hoshi's bluntness. Like he'd just walk in to grab some snacks and extra ammo and Kai's like

"Hey, what's up, dude?"

"School's haunted."

"... What?"

*Reloading gun* "School's haunted."

Hmm, how about 7, 9, 21, and 49 for Nozomi and Ryosei? ^^ And then 🧸 for Hikari, 🍿 for Hoshi, and 🎁 for Tobei? I know it’s a lot but I wanna distribute the attention between all of your OCs haha ^^

Sorry for taking so long to answer, I was asleep when you sent this (ー_ー゛)

And thanks for that because a lot of my ocs tend to get completely overlooked. It's nice to see characters other than just Tobei, Shohei and Naoya getting attention.

Nozomi & Ryosei:

7 - What do they argue about?

They don't really argue a whole lot but when they do it's either about how neither of them really accept help from the other when they need it, or their small annoying habits, i.e, Nozomi has a habit of not putting her shoes away and just leaves them lying around, and Ryosei has a habit of putting empty packets back into cupboards. Y'know the tiny, insignificant stuff that grinds gears. But like I said, they really don't argue all that much.

9 - What's the most difficult thing they've been through?

Well, I mean... They're persona ocs, so I feel like that should probably be an indication of the shit they go through...

21 - Who is better at games? Does the loser take it graciously?

Ryosei is a lot better at games than Nozomi because she never used to have the free time to play them but she takes her loses very graciously and Ryosei always gives her tips and pointers on how to improve. And Nozomi really enjoys the lessons... She is making it her mission to beat Ryosei at least once, though.

49 - Do they tease each other? What about?

They're the type who jokingly tease each other all the time. They're kinda like that meme of

"Awww, babe, you had a crush of me~~"

"We're married????"

"Still..."

Hikari:

🧸 - Favourite animal?

Foxes. Specifically fennec foxes. She just loves their big ol' ears and how they jump about and everything really. If she sees a fox, she will always slap the arm of whoever's next to her and point it out to them.

Hoshi:

🍿 - Favourite snack?

Gummy worms. Doesn't really matter if they're normal or sour, he'll like them. Plus he tends to slowly munch on them while lost in thought.

Tobei:

🎁 - Something they really want?

Well, thanks to his condition, Tobei always knew he wasn't gonna live too long so he tries to convince himself that he doesn't want anything anyway. But even though he tends to distance himself from people, he does really want a friend. But seeing as now he has Aki and the rest of the group, he's got what he wants now.

Top 10 OCs of yours? :3 (I apologize in advance for making you for making you play favorites with your own characters hehe)

I'm glad you realise what you're doing 'cause holy shit dude, you're really making me pick favourites from my babies????

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh okay, I think it would go like this:

1 - Tobei Arakawa, I had made ocs before him but he was my first fully fleshed out oc so he's very special to me. When thinking of his design, I wanted to make him different from the actual Persona protagonists so I made him tiny, a little bit effeminate and quite weak and sickly. I know some people are gonna say "What about Minato?" But no, Minato is average sized, he only looks tiny compared to the other protagonists, Tobei is tiny. Also it's fun suggesting the stuff I have planned for him and people wanting to strangle me for it.

2 - Sora Saionji, if there's a specific type of character I love, it's the mischievous little shit so of course I had to make my own. The twist with Sora is that they're also the eldest of their group so they have to juggle mischief with being y'know... The responsible one.

3 - Hoshi Yashiro, I dunno I just think he's neat. I've got some ideas for him that I haven't really been able to share yet but I think people would like them. Plus, I wanted to create my own take on a Detective Prince type of character. And I just kinda like the design of the small eyebrows, it's cute.

4 - Takuya Nakanishi, honestly I really can't say much about him without spoiling his story but goddamn do I have lots of idea and not enough skill to actually write them. All I can really say is: You've seen a similar situation in Persona, but his version is a little more complicated.

5 - Nozomi Shiraishi, my main thought when creating her was "What if Rise was forced into fame?" Because Nozomi never really planned on becoming an idol, her mother just took advantage of her love for music and theatre to make some money. But I wanted to balance her cynicism from growing up in the entertainment industry with genuine kindness that she was taught to have by her dad.

6 - Shoyo Inugami, he's been through a lot and it's affected him deeply but he's using that to become his best self and hopes to help others in the future. He's just a sweet guy and I like him very much.

7 - Kenji Mawatari, he's basically like a foil to Sora. Sora is giant, Kenji is tiny. Sora is the eldest, Kenji is one of the youngest. Sora's best talent is technology, Kenji is technology inept. Sora has no fashion sense, Kenji keeps up to date on all fashion trends. These two basically form a comedy duo which usually results in Kenji plotting Sora's demise. But Kenji's still good by himself and I have ideas for his dynamics with the others too.

8 - Shohei Fukuyama, the reason why he's the lowest of the protag characters is because he's the newest and I'm still figuring stuff out for him. I guess out of all them, he's the one I relate to the most because yeah, I need to grow a backbone and figure out what the hell I wanna do with my life. And ngl, it's really fun watching people trying to figure out what's happening to him. :3c

9 - Aki Umemoto, he's a skater boy, what else do you want? In all seriousness, his personality was made to be a mix of Yosuke and Ryuji so he's basically like Mega Best Friend which works well considering Tobei's situation. I just really enjoy best friend characters in everything.

10 - Ryosei Kurihara, the thing of I thought of when making him was "What if there was a best friend character who was just blantantly in love with the protagonist?" (I can already hear the comments about Yosuke so yes, I know) but he's really like one of the only people at their school who doesn't make a big deal about Nozomi being an idol. His stance is "Is she performing right now? No? Then she's just a teenage girl." And combined with his parents constantly comparing him to all of his brother's achievements, Ryosei and Nozomi's friendship, and eventual romance, is kind of like a chance to breathe and relax for both of them because they're away from everyone else's expectations and just chill out and have fun.
