Y'know, I think my favourite thing about the whole Ivenci situation is that they pretty obviously don't entirely believe what they're saying. Like... ah yes, the Crows refuse to follow due process and have no respect for the government and are just running around murdering people for no reason. That's why you're constantly coming to their meetings (which you were presumably informed of and invited to given if you weren't you wouldn't know they were happening) and insulting them to their faces. Truly the behaviour of someone who thinks they're dealing with renegade murderers with no respect for authority, a group that would definitely respond to being constantly insulted in their own home by someone they had no reason to invite to take part in their meetings outside of at least some level of respect for the Antivan government with *checks notes* moderate cattiness. Like genuinely if Ivenci thought the Crows were as lawless and awful as they say they wouldn't keep picking fights. Because if the Crows were as bad as they say they would've been extremely murdered long before things got to the end of the Treviso quest line.

It's also very funny to me that (if you saved Treviso) after all that talk about how the Crows don't respect the Antivan government and think they run the country the punishment they decide on for Ivenci is... giving them to the proper authorities for a public trial. And then they get real mad about you letting Jacobus choose... to give them to the proper authorities... for a trial carried out by the Antivan judicial system. I'm sorry Ivenci, would you rather the Crows engage in some extrajudicial stabbing? I thought that was bad. I thought you thought the Crows shouldn't do that, Ivenci. Goodness, it's almost like all that stuff about the importance of Due Process only applied in their eyes when it benefited them as governor of the city or something.

Lilith Part 2 ITS ABOUT LOVE!!!

Wow this got long.

Lilith who was a little bit spoiled and coddled by Lucifer and her brothers. Thinking that Hm! Humans are so funny! They're so emotive and make so much of a fuss over the silliest things! Its no wonder they need angels to guide them! Haha! But slowly realizing that no, humans arent just silly little distractions. theyre complex, theyre disgustingly beautiful. They bear the sins that she was taught were things to be ashamed of, yet they also shine with the brightest virtues. They struggle and stumble, crying and screaming as they try to find meaning in their short lives, but they continue nonetheless. And Lilith finds beauty in that. For the first time since her creation she thinks, maybe humanity doesnt need angels to guide them. But, then her lover dies. and Lilith experiences another first. The biting pain of losing a loved one. and is once again made aware of how fragile humans can be 

Lilith would joke about how it'll be okay! She'll see her beloved in the end! but when it actually happens, it horrifies and sickens her so much she panics and commits the worst sin to plague the world. The sin of Love.

The Great celestial war twists and distorts this love. Making it border on obsession. She cant let the celestial realm find her lover. She wont let them get their hands on them! Lilith being a monster on the battle field. Surprising even her brothers. Her moves are sloppy and wasteful but the sheer ferocity makes her seem like a wild animal. Yet, unknowingly, Lilith begins to put her beloved on a pedestal,  She clings to the hope that when the war is finally over and she can see her beloved again. How happy they'll be to finally be together again. She'll be able to properly introduce her brothers to them, they can be a fam- the rebelling angels lose the war and they are cast out of heaven. Lilith is shot down just as everyone is about to escape. fixing the issue of diavolo reincarnating Lilith into a human can be solved by diavolo's promise being "I can put her soul back into the cycle of rebirth" because devils meddling with angels is seen as an extremely taboo act. also, cause i like to think when an angel "dies" outside the celestial realm they just disappear. their soul turns to star dust and they are never seen again. Thats why the brothers became avatars. by becoming avatars they were hooked up to concepts. Things that will never truly disappear. circumventing the problem.

But i digress. Lilith goes into the cycle of reincarnation but Lilith being Lilith says fuck that! And becomes a guardian spirit for her beloved. watching over them. and at first shes appalled. What happened to them? they look so sad and lonely! They curse their long life. The gift she gave them! Do they hate her? Was her love in vain?! but no, despite all the tragedy, their love still persists. And this strengthens Lilith. Her obsessive love refining over and over again each time as she guides her beloved's soul back into the cycle of death and rebirth. Love love love.
