#my biggest issue tho is that the veena skintone eyrie has is more of that olive-y sorta more yellow undertone#rather than the rava which lean much more red/pink in their undertones#which it's like. it does bother me on several levels that the races are gated on which skintones they can use#and that the undertones are so different#if i could just have eyrie's current skintone a bit darker i would be so here for it#bc they are half rava half veena and having that be reflected w/o giving up their olive undertones is. currently not possible#bc eyrie is like. the darkest shade that veena can be in one lil section#graaaa im not gonna do it but i am gonna be mad at the current customization even after the upgrade#owen talks

im readying myself for natlan to have 2 token tan characters and that part of the fandom defending hoyoverse to hell and back atp
absolutely :| i don't think we should really expect dark skinned characters either, richer tones and all that. im glad we have at least something but seeing how natlan especially is based on africa, latam and just a lot of indigenous and native tribes as a whole, it's not nearly enough. idk if we will ever get anyone darker than like, xinyan/cyno/kaeya etc atp....
#it's also sad bc a lot of characters would look so good with darker skintones... just basic color pallete wise. and i know that's not a#deciding factor by any means but i do enjoy that as an artist tbh.#like nahida being so pale washes her out a lot i feel like her being at least a bit more tan and olive would look so cute on her and match#the greens in her design too. but yeah she's so pale....#likewise for many others. tighnari would look great brown. etc. LAYLA....#n so on n so forth

Honestly with all the praise she gets with her art, it surprises me that everyone forgot viria drew nsfw art of nico and percy and a few other characters.

My dad sent me a picture we took together and 1) holy shit we really have the same face and 2) standing next to someone with regular skin coloration is clear I have the paleness of a man who isn't healthy. The yellow undertone of a guy w some serious vitamin deficiencies...

Elf cosmetics camo liquid blush in dusty rose is described as a warm pink. It is light, apricot terracotta. It took three dots on each cheek to appear on my medium olive neutral skin, so it is brown girl friendly. Not sure how dusty rose appears in darker skin. There are no notes of pink, but it is still nice for a flush of color. It is only $7.00.
