Danger Will Robinson...Danger
So I read a few “newspapers” online every morning, and I came across a piece in the NYDaily News (been reading it daily since I was in first grade, always the best sports section) that scared the crap out of me. It was written by the head of the Heritage Foundation (look them up) who are the chief promoters of Project 2025 (again look it up and look really deeply into it). This piece takes on…

“I reject the State’s attempt to control my uterus. I reject its power to declare what is “legal” or “illegal” when it comes to my abortions. The State can fuck off with its opinions about what I can and can’t do with my uterus. That control belongs to me.”

So often in thinking about death, we think about the people.
Some of us are leaving behind animals. Right now, I have two cats I would be leaving behind. I trust my dad would continue to take care of them, though he might forget the names I gave them (he calls them Pitter Pat and Purrito Grande -- they are Tarkin and Eria, respectively).
Animals can absolutely tell when something is different or not right in people they know, as these giraffes demonstrate. They recognize people they see often. And they know when they are gone. Animals have the capacity to mourn and to feel loss, absence, even if they may not understand mortality and such in the same way.
Of course, some of them may.
We know elephants have funerals and graveyards.
Some animals may suffer the same anxieties about their own demise as we do. I don’t think it’s been heavily studied how future thought impacts animals, as we don’t have an easy way to study it, but it is fascinating to think about.
I share this article to remind you of the animals in your life, and of how animals can recognize and feel things. It’s also a bittersweet article of saying goodbye, and a hope that we’ll all have the opportunity to make arrangements for the animals in our lives, as well as the people...and that we’ll find a way to say goodbye to them, too.

It’s not even front page of NYPost online. In NYDaily News (more left leaning) you have to scroll WAY down to find a story on them. And then the story is basically a criticism of them breaking NYC’s rules on masks.
They will probably be mentioned on the morning talk shows tomorrow but today it was like blink and you miss it.

NEW POLL ON SOUTHERNLACED.COM: IS CHRISETTE MICHELE COMMITTING CAREER SUICIDE BY PERFORMING AT TRUMP'S INAUGURATION? ************************************** #ChrisetteMichele may have agreed to perform at Donald Trump’s #Inauguration. According to #NYDaily, the deal was reached a week ago, but has been kept “a big secret” because Michele’s camp feared the seven days of criticism that would surely lead up the the divisive President-elect’s big day. They became especially concerned when #JenniferHolliday, who’d committed to performing for PEOTUS last week, withdrew amidst heavy pressure on Monday, citing “a lapse of judgment.” (CLICK LINK IN BIO TO VOTE AND READ MORE) (at Southernlaced.com)

What mainstream media has Jared been promoted in but not Jensen? And vice versa?
Didn’t I tell you to go find fan blogs devoted to “Jared daily news” and “Jensen daily news” ? I’m not that kind of blog.
Buuuuuuuut I can’t resist the Vanity Fair’s 2003 Young Hollywood that includes Jared, Milo, and Kaley Cuoco. (x)
In 2014 VF online did an update of Where Are They Now because the class of 2003 had a surprisingly large number of profiles that went on to enjoy successful careers, and in some case, worldwide notoriety. (x) So that answer your question, Vanity Fair. Jared has been featured in non-genre magazines like Vanity Fair and featured 3 times in People magazine with his family.
In People.com, Jensen’s tags have 6 articles and they were all about about his wife and babies. Jared’s tags have 21 articles ranging from his wife and babies to SPN to Gilmore Girls to his partnership with Stephen Amell for a wine line to AKF to his dog charity.
It’s the same with USWeekly.com, 11 out of the 14 articles in the Jensen tag are about babies and his pregnant wife. 9 out of 41 articles in the Jared tag are about his children and wife, 23 on Gilmore Girls, 5 about AFK (one that includes Stephen Amell) 1 on SPN, and 1 on the Trump Tower climber that more an uncanny resemblance to Jared.
Most mainstream news have tags for “Jared Padalecki”, it’s less common to find tags for “Jensen Ackles” i.e. NY Daily News have a tag for Jared but none for Jensen. When Jensen was mentioned in NYDaily, it was under the tag “celebrity children” when he announced he and Danneel were expecting twins.
What am I doing? Do your own gddamn research. ^^^ only took me 5 minutes of goo“suppress-positive-conservative-news”gling.

Pompeo: Ha Ha, We Were Just Kidding About The 25th Amendment!
Pompeo: Ha Ha, We Were Just Kidding About The 25th Amendment!
Mike Pompeo — whose naked presidential ambition led him to hold private dinners with potential donors and spent most of his tenure at the State Department building a donor list — now wants us to believe Cassidy Hutchinson was making things up. Via the NYDaily News: Mike Pompeo says he “never seriously” tried to use the 25th Amendment to remove former President Donald Trump from office after the…

Well, there you have it folks.
Drop all common sense and follow the editorial pick of a newspaper that just a few weeks ago fired its longest-serving, most experienced staff, leaving behind the low-paid staffers. NYDaily news is owned by Troc which is doing its best to saddle the beleaguered paper with as much debt as possible before deciding to kill it like they did to the Village Voice, last week. Yes, no surprise at all, cuomo is Tronc Media’s guy all the way.
