This workshop is intended for all levels and anyone looking to focus on finding a sense of self, belonging and groundedness. A Kundalini practice, meditation, breathwork and focused journaling with be coupled with live music set to the vibrational frequency of the root chakra. The intent of this music is to enhance connection to self and the practice, and to create strong group vibrational frequencies. This series begins with the first chakra - the root chakra - and intends to offer help for people feeling stuck and seeking help working through negative patterns. It was such a pleasure to have many participants for the Sashiko Workshop in Tribeca over this weekend. We brought a surprize, that my mother Kieko was there from Japan, and we had wonderfultime together. ☆ I usually don't have time to take a photo of myself, but hey, this is me photoshoot by my mother. I have one last workshop in 2018 in NYC again. It is an honor to be the part of 75 COLLECTIVE event happening in TriBeCA in December. Atsushi will be offering the Sashiko Stitching Workshop as well as a short-version workshop of sharing how I mend/Sashiko the denim. ☆ This is our last workshop in 2018. I plan to slow down the workshop in 2019, and focus on creating more Sashiko items. Please take this opportunity and hook yourself for Sashiko Stitching. When you lean how to use Sashiko tools appropriately, you can enjoy variety of techniques. And...
