You shuffle slightly, white sheets ruffling under you, sun spilling onto your face past the blinds as you turn around, blinking slowly at the man next to you.

Tim shuffles as his arms tighten around your waist, a gentle groan slipping past his lips. "'s too early for this."

You thread your hand through his hair, ruffling it with a yawn. "I gotta go."

"Just a few more minutes."

"Tim, if the paparazzi catches us together here, I'm going to die."

"No, you won't." He grumbles. "I'll protect you."

"You know you won't be able to do that." You mumble. "Let me go."

Tim falls back asleep as you leave, shuffling of clothes in the room, and all of your stuff taken with you.

When he wakes up, you are but a dream he had between the sheets, the feeling of your skin still in his hand, the white still stained with you.

He misses you already.

I hope Im not intruding, after all its a very personal matter and Im sure you’ve already considered it but maybe seeing a therapist could help you manage your emotions ? Self hatred is a hard bitch to beat and you’ll need skills that maybe now are hard for you to execute. (You dont have to respond to this ask, I just wanted to reach out and ask as someone who struggled with depression and would like to see you get well)

No worries! I try to use my stupid rambling as like a …you’re not alone, kinda thing? So that even if I’m miserable, maybe talking about it will help someone else. Doubtful I know, but at least it’s a try.

I used to go to therapy! Five years, four jobs and two moves ago. And it’s funny, I still have the guy’s number so he pops up on like, my bereal and stuff 😂

But I do think about it, and going back. I don’t know if I can afford it though and I’m kinda scared to find out I can’t, you know? I also don’t really have time. Out here in the midwest, shit is open monday to friday, 8am to 5pm, and I work ‘til 5 haha. I’m also thinking I’d want a therapist that’s cognasent of lgbt things and I don’t know if that’s possible out here.

So I just cope via distraction in the meantime. I forced myself to wash dishes this afternoon and then just mentally disappeared into true crime shows and Arkham City (until Freeze kicked my ass and I stopped playing to pout about it haha).

But like I said, Damian is my soul cat familiar and he always knows. He stuck with me all day today, and even Tim stopped by a few times. So, you know, as long as I have them, right?
