NICENICENICE can you write something for the nurses? anyhting is fine. throws myself out of a window
Nurse Helene
Loveliest gentlewoman in the world.
She takes her relationship with you as serious as her work. She is a very respectful lover, always making sure that she never oversteps any boundaries.
Is the type of lover that will pamper you if you had a hard day. Exhausted? She will make you a comfortable spot in the Klinikum for you two to cuddle in. Hungry? Be assured that she would somehow chase Chef Sauer out of the kitchen so she could make you a meal that actually tastes like food.
She always has time for you. Even when her schedule is filled to the brim, she always somehow squeezes you in there while never neglecting her patients.
When she is on break, she will take you to the park and relax with you on the benches. When possible, she also takes food with her so you two could snack on something while chatting about god knows what.
If you offer to help her with the patients, she will be beyond ecstatic and forever thankful. She is the only one doing any real work in this hospital and having someone by her side who takes over the tasks that require less medical knowledge, she could focus on the more complicated parts of her work and get done with them faster.
Arguments with her are very, very rare and don’t last very long. She hates it when you are upset with her.
Tries to keep you away from the demonic chief doctor. She doesn’t trust this man with an inch of her life and is aware that there is something…inhuman about him. She’s afraid that he’ll hurt you.
Nurse Astrid
You and Astrid met and fell in love with each other before Randolph’s terrible reign over the Heilwald Klinikum began.
You, as her romantic partner, always visited her when she was on break or if she had a less stressful day to spend time with her or to simply keep her company. But that all changed when that demonic chief doctor took over Friedrich’s position and spread terror by creating the loophole.
You were taken as a patient and Randolph had Astrid removed and stuffed her into an iron lung, letting her rot in the storage.
When you found her, you cried for her and swore revenge. But before you could make any idiotic move that could make your situation even worse, she begged you to stay as she didn’t want to lose you again. You, of course, complied.
Ever since then, you stayed at the storage and tried to make Astrid’s life as easy as you could, staying by her side as much as you could.
Nurse Anne
Nurse Anne is, despite being a horrific mutant now, still a kind and gentle soul that would do everything for her romantic partner.
She loves to spend time with you, no matter if she is working or if she is on a break. She always has time to chat with you.
Always manages to make you smile. No matter how down you feel, this woman somehow worms her way through the sadness of your heart numbness of your mind and tells a joke so good you couldn’t help but chuckle. She has a gift of making you feel better, no matter what bothers you.
She needs to be careful when touching you. Her body is completely electrified, and one wrong touch could seriously harm you. But don’t worry, she won’t rest until she found a way to snuggle and kiss you without giving you the greatest shock of your life. Literally.
Fights with this woman? Unbelievable, but it does happen from time to time. However, they don’t last very long and are mostly just small disagreements for what’s safe for you and what not. You know that she doesn’t want to lose you, so you can’t stay mad at her for too long.
Anne can’t sing. Her singing voice is nothing but horrendous, but she still does it because it brings her joy. Seeing her smile wider and far more genuine while she dances (stumbles) around and screeches her lungs out makes it bearable for you though, and you are able to ignore the pain.
Nurse Sabine
Nurse Sabine is Anne’s cousin and has a very similar personality.
Snuggles and kisses you whenever she gets the chance, showing her affection as much as she physically can. She is an angel and wants to make sure that you are feeling loved, and since she does not really have a way with words (as we have noticed when she escorted us to what has once been Dr. Randolph), she wants to show her commitment through actions.
Loves doing makeovers and dress ups. Our beautiful, ever smiling woman owns every type of outfit or costume and loves to do sleepovers with you while dressing you up as whatever you like.
Much like every other person, she tries her best to keep you away from Dr. Randolph, as she often sees what this…thing (she refuses to call him human) is capable of. She knows that he will turn you in some kind of twisted mutant and tear every bit of humanity from you, and she would do everything she could to prevent that from happening.
Unlike Anne, Sabine is an extraordinary singer with a voice of a thousand angels. She loves to sing to you whenever she is able to, dancing around with you and twirling you without a problem.
Is an absolute dog fan. If you have a dog or own any dog-like creature, she will be all over it and pamper it from head to claw.
Nurse Heideltraut
Dearest Nurse Heideltraut. A surprisingly good girlfriend despite her roughness and lack of empathy.
She is very protective of you and will always have you in her sight to assure your well-being, ready to beat the crap out of a patient should they dare to harass or even harm you.
She is a very loud and demanding person, and arguments between the two of you aren't rare and they tend to be quite intense. She will ignore you for several days after and pretend that you are not there, but eventually, if she is in the wrong, she will crave your affection far too much and swallow her pride to apologize physically. (She would NEVER sorry). If she is in the right, though, she will wait for you to come to her...most of the time.
She is the only one of the Nurses that doesn't mind Dr. Randolph being around you. She thinks that if he would have wanted to harm you, he would have done so already.
Makes sure that eat and drink enough so that you don't get sick. She says that she doesn't want another patient on her sick ward, but in truth, she cares for you and doesn't want you to suffer in any way. Not that she would ever admit that.
Is NOT a pet person. If you have a pet, she would most likely take forever to tolerate it. She forces herself to do so for the sake of you, but don't expect her to be friends with your companion. If you have a cat, though, make sure that it stays away from her. She's allergic.

SOUND ON!
Remember Nurse Heideltraut from the Heilwald Klinikum? This is her now. She operates under her new title "Kreiseltraut".
I had this absolutely deranged idea while trying to fall asleep so I just had to pursue it.
The entire location is based on a dream I had too, truly the best source of inspiration.

Welcome to the Mad Doctor Appreciation Club!
I am the receptionist, Mr. [REDACTED]. I hope you enjoy your stay at our highly renowned club! ... What do you mean you haven't heard of it before? That's besides the point. I'll give you the rundown.
This club, located in this old hospital, is home to the most genius of individuals whose work has been underappreciated! From the old workers from the Heilwald Klinikum, to that mercenary medic over by the operating table, every one of our beloved members has been underappreciated for far too long! We allow outsiders to visit and marvel at their ideas from time to time, but there have been certain... Incidents. Pay them no mind. It will be fine. Not EVERY member is hostile, so you should be safe.
Here is our list of current members. We are very relaxed with what can make an honorary member, too. An honorary member just means that you have never had a medical license or doctorate's degree before, but still hold the spirit of a mad doctor. If there is anybody who you believe deserves to join, either as a member or honorary member, please write their name at the bottom of this paper, in the section called "comments".
MEMBERS LIST:
•Dr. Daniel Dickens from Angels of Death
•Every Doctor from The Heilwald Loophole (Dr. Randolph, Dr. Wolfram, Dr. Hauser).
•Nurse Anne, Nurse Heideltraut, Nurse Sabine from The Heilwald Loophole (honorary members: work in the medical field)
• Dr. Steinman and Dr. Suchong from Bioshock
•Tanner from Scrutinized
•Victor Frankenstein (honorary member: never finished medical school)
•Herbert West from Reanimator (honorary member: never finished medical school)
•Medic from Team Fortress 2 (Note from Receptionist: keep an eye on him. He's so crazy, his medical license was revoked... You don't want to know why. We just call him Medic to avoid confusion with another member.)
•Dr. Takuto Maruki from Persona 5 Royal (Note from Receptionist: he's convinced he doesn't belong here. We assure you, he does.)
•Dr. Alfred Drevis from Mad Father
•Johannes Mimir Faustus from Servamp
•Dr. Zed from Borderlands (he doesn't have a REAL medical license, but he still has one. So, he is counted as a normal member.)
•Edward Richtofen from Call of Duty Zombies
•Victor Veloci from Dinosquad (research still being conducted. He seems to disappear from time to time. Recent sightings of dinosaurs reported from members of club.)
•Dr. Colress from Pokemon Black and White 2
•Dr. Yung from The Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon
•Blue Medic from Team Fortress 2 Emesis Blue (note from Receptionist: we call him Dr. Ludwig, Dr. Fritz, or Dr. L to avoid confusion with another member.)
•The Doctor from Dead by Daylight
•SCP 049 from the SCP Foundation
•Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs
•Dr. Gilbert Alexander from Bioshock 2
•Dr. Alto Clef from the SCP Foundation

Sigh... I'm never going to end up saving a reasonable amount of money by this point.
So today, I succumbed to the urge to play the Heilwald Loophole and got it.
It's even more of an amazing experience when you play it yourself.
The puzzle with the Ominous Voice (which I've just from the start assumed was the previous chief doctor) was a bit confusing, because multiple oaths were broken by the same people. Like with chief Sauer. I at first assumed he was oath 3, which I think is the one about sympathy and kindness over drugs and scalpels (not exact wording) because of how rude he is, but at the same time it's also oath 4, the one about preventing disease, because... well, eating the fucking flesh soup will give you like 800 diseases for sure. Same with nurse Heideltraut, she could be both of us as well because of how unsanitary the sickward is and because of what the voice says about her. Wolfram is just... ass. I don't understand how he also breaks the oath of preventing disease (putting aside the sexual assault theory) and if I had not known the answer, I would've had to guess by process of elimination. Everyone else is easy to figure out. That was the experience with that puzzle for me, at least.
Also btw I am a proud Trash Collector stan that is the best character in the entire game and btw he (I'm assuming he? Maybe not) IS FREAKY TALL. LIKE we already have to look up at him quite a lot and that mf is SLOUCHING.
And I'm also mad in love with everything else in this game including like the meaning of it all which I'm not going to get into because I think it may be obvious? And I don't really wanna be the guy who acts like he's smart for noticing the obvious themes of a source...
So yeah, cool game, 10/10, definitely recommend.

May I request a Dr. Randolph x reader where the reader takes Players place? Like they manage to go through the loophole and figure out what to do to progress further which intrigues him. So he tries catching them to prevent them from trying to stop the loophole from breaking and because he has interest in them.
I need me some more Randolph. I have so many more requests ideas too lmao but I'll hold them back for now.
The comic is also still in the making. It's like 10+ panels (close ups not 10 full pages) and I'm still hesitating on coloring them or not. (in case with trouble shading lmao) Also, don't expect them to be master art, I'm still learning and cus of the rush I'm feeling I'm making them a bit sloppily to prevent the hyperfixation from dying out.
YIPPEE!!! I love this idea. Also don't worry I think I suck at both coloring and shading so I get you fr-
Dr. Randolph with a GN Reader who is in place of the Player:
TW: Trypanophobia (Needles), Obsessive Behavior (he just gives off those vibes so-)
You had really found it all out on accident. It simply made sense that, if you were in a time loop of sorts, to change your approach to try to escape. Well, at least you THOUGHT it was a time loop, but that is besides the point. When the outcome was different, and you seemingly found more important information, you knew the answer was obvious.
Get caught to find the truth. Find the truth to progress. Progress to escape. Simple.
So, by the fourth time around, Dr. Randolph could quickly tell that you found out something the last time he caught you. The first time, you went right along with his trick of "helping you", all too innocently chatting and laughing from your anxious nerves as you tried to lighten the mood. You didn't even get the chance to run from the pure shock of his sudden attack. The second time, you opened the door, saw him, then ran immediately. The third, you followed and complied, then ran away once he began chasing, trying to find some way to pacify him.
The fourth, however, was different. Instead of searching around and muttering to yourself about what you could use to possibly sedate him, you were looking through papers on the desks. You even went as far as to throw them about in your search for... something. That concentrated look on your face portrayed no fear or anxiety at this point, and he honestly couldn't tell if you were already desensitized to this game of his, or if you were simply hyper focused on the paper in front of you. Either way, he couldn't help but watch in pure intrigue of this strange behavior of yours. You seemed to not even notice or care that he was nearby.
"Nothing here... is it only when I'm caught that those papers show up? I've already been caught in every way possible here, I think."
Papers? Papers... Papers! THOSE papers! The ones about the history of the klinikum. The same papers which he knows could be used to stop the loophole. You seemed to be catching on. Now, as much as he would've loved to let you stop them, he couldn't let that happen. The second he realized what you were looking for, he tried twice as hard to catch you. One inevitably, though, you had managed to escape his office using those pesky syringes he forgot about.
By the time he awoke, you were down in the waiting room for your therapy with Nurse Anne, which was recommended by Nurse Heideltraut. He sat up, leaning against the wall as he waited for the awful, nauseating side effects to wear off. His mind immediately wandered to you. YOU. You were trying to escape. You were out there, somewhere, in his klinikum, ruining everything. Whether you knew it or not, your escape would mean the end of the loopholes and, by extension, most likely himself. You were like a pesky little thorn in his side.
A very... smart, pesky little thorn in his side. You seemed pretty nice the first loop, too, before you knew of his true nature. Adorably so, too. Unlike the few other patients who attempted escape, he wouldn't mind keeping you around.
The next thing he knew, once he recovered, he immediately called Dr. Hauser to give strict orders. Very specific ones. If a patient with (S/C), (E/C), (H/C), and a suspiciously specific height came up to the attic, keep them in the attic by any means necessary and call him. He didn't care if they touch Dr. Hauser's things, didn't want to hear any complaining from him, and didn't care if they don't want to stay in the attic. Keep them there. He'd come to pick them up. He practically heard the disdain and anxiety in Dr. Hauser's voice as he, hesitantly, agreed.
Dr. Randolph made sure to contact the others, as well, giving the same orders. If they were in the bathhouse? Dr. Wolfram would keep them contained until he could show up. In the kitchen? Chef Sauer would have to hold in his anger and keep them right where they were. Did they return to the sick ward? Nurse Heideltraut knew exactly what to do. The only three people who he couldn't get into contact with were that odd Trash Collector outside, Nurse Helene and Nurse Astrid.
It was enough, however, to satisfy his growing anxiety. At this point, he wasn't even sure if stopping the loopholes was his first priority. As he replayed exactly what happened the few times you were in his office, he grew more intrigued about you. How did you figure it out so quickly? What were you like? What did you like? Most of all... how did you even get here? It has been so long since anybody from the outside appeared in Heilwald, that he was beginning to believe that, maybe, the world had ended outside of the hospital. How long has it even been since everything changed? Maybe you could tell him. For all he knew, it was still the 1930s. What if it turned out to be years past that?
He didn't have too much time to contemplate, however, as the phone rang. He picked it up, excitedly asking "Hallo? Who is it? Where are they?" It had, admittedly, come out a bit more desperate and loudly than he anticipated, but that was exactly what he was in that moment. Desperate. To stop you, but most of all, just to see you. Had he gone a bit mad over the years? Maybe. But you seemed to increase that madness, somehow, without even knowing it.
After a few, shocked seconds of silence, Dr. Hauser nervously whispered from the other end of the line "Dr. Hauser. The patient is up in the attic. I blocked them into a corner using some of the stuff I have up here. What do you need them for, anywa-?"
Dr. Randolph hung up the phone immediately. That was all he needed to hear. He knew where you were, now, so he could come and get you. All he would need were a few needles and, preferably, something to carry you in like a stretcher. Yes... a stretcher would do. That way he could strap you down and keep you still. That way, you wouldn't be able to run off, anymore.

Ello, that was me. The main thing I'm really wondering is in which direction does that thing apply pressure. Do you have to keep your mouth open while it forces it closed or does it try to force it open and you have to keep it closed? Based on the scars, it seems like it opens the mouth, but based on the crunchy visual it seems like the opposite? Hence why I wanted to Google it.
Also btw, I'd like to take a moment to point out that the treatment nurses use on patience have also been used on them, because Anne is getting shocked constantly, Sabine has the scars from the exact same thingie she put on us and stuff. Helene is normal and good because she is normal and good. Which makes me question just what the hell did Heideltraut do to her patients aside from drugging them and just leaving them be to end up like that.
Hi! I'm curious, do you happen to know what the 'equipment' Nurse Sabine uses on the player is? I'm mainly asking because I can't understand what it does exactly and wanted to google it. I've just assumed that it kinda forces your mouth open based on the scars on the nurse (which I just noticed her having), but idk if that's true or not, so I wanted to Google it but couldn't find what it was. Please and thank you!
Helloo! Sooo from my experience playing the game, it's some sort of hellish headgear that is supposed to test how much pressure your jaw can take. Sabine said "it's like a cardio thing for your teeth and jaw" which makes absolutely no sense, kinda proving just how incompetent and lacking in medical knowledge the staff are. 😅 So basically, the headgear just applies pressure on your jaw until it's essentially shattering it. Hope that answered your question!:)

what happens when the doctors start drinking or taking recreational substances?
"Ludwig! Hey... hey, Ludwig!" Medic pokes the poor man, who is just trying to get some rest. Looking up, Dr. Ludwig sees that Medic has gotten his hands on a bottle of alcohol and is now happily waving it in front of his face. Slurring his words, Medic continues "You gotta try this! I already gave some to the other doctors! It gets you hammered pretty quickly!"
Dr. Ludwig shakes his head, yawning "No thanks. I just took some of my Emesis Diazepam. I can't take it with alcohol." "Oh, you're no fun." Lying back down in bed, Dr. Ludwig's sleep is, once again, interrupted. This time, it's by the sound of Medic tripping and falling on his own feet, knocking over a bunch of medical supplies as he drops to the floor.
Down in the surgery bay, Victor Frankenstein, Dr. Drevis, and Herbert West are all hiding in a closet. From who, you may ask? The one and only Dr. Maruki. "Listen, you two! I heard him mention the blind idiot god, himself!" West whispers to the other two, only for Frankenstein to slur out "Did... am I the bad guy? Daniel... are we the bad guys?" followed by Dr. Drevis saying "No... No, we're not. Get that stupid idea out of your head."
Out in the operating room, Dr. Maruki is talking, seemingly to nothing, as he bawls his eyes out. "I just miss her so much, Azathoth! I miss Rumi so much! What am I to do without her!?" "Yes! You're right, Azathoth! I can just make the others as happy as possible... Nobody deserves to feel as I do! It still won't change the fact that I miss Rumi..." Next thing they know, Maruki summons his persona, causing the three in the closet to fall out of it in shock. West points at it, screaming "What in God's name is that thing!? Is it HIM?!"
In the break room, the staff of the Heilwald Klinikum are all sat in a circle on the floor. Nurse Anne, still being her bubbly self, even while drunk, is trying to tell jokes and lighten the mood. Meanwhile, Dr. Randolph is sat directly next to her, sobbing his eyes out as he says "I am so sorry... God, I feel so awful... I've been such a jackass-" Dr. Wolfram seems to be flirting with everyone and everything, and at the moment, his preferred target seems to be the empty spot where Dr. Hauser was sitting. Dr. Hauser, meanwhile, is passed out on the couch. Nurse Sabine is happily chatting with Nurse Anne, while Nurse Heideltraut has stormed down the hall to scream at West to shut the hell up.
All the while, the receptionist is sitting at his desk, frantically trying to keep track of everyone. He has no idea how and why Medic got such strong alcohol into the club, but it is already wreaking havoc, despite having not gotten to every member. Who knows what might happen if everybody else gets some of it!? Or worse... The possibility of drunk science?!
There is a tapping on his desk, causing him to look over. Dr. Clef is standing there, holding his ukulele. There is a silence, for a moment, before he says "SCP 049 got a hold of the alcohol. I have learned one thing from that experience: he can puke. Do we uh... Did you hire a janitor, yet?"
The receptionist sighs, grabbing a mop. This is going to be a long, long day...
