Hey! Idunno if you remember, but once you received an anon asking what Nu-fandom meant and you took your time to help 'em understand. That anon was me! We've come a long way! I just wanted to let you know that I've used your response quite a couple of times to explain people what it meant too and it has been a great help!

Heh heh, glad to help! For more info as well, nu- prefix has been also applied to nu-metal. With nu-metal being defined as a subgenre of heavy metal music mixed in with other music genres like hip-hop, pop, blues, etc. Nu- as a prefix does mean something that is updated or a modernized version of something.

I’m convinced that the Master builds 80% of his evil plans around whatever song is stuck in his head at the time of his invasion. I mean, the whole Rasputin thing? There was literally no reason for it, my man just wanted to cosplay and dance in front of the Doctor before cosplaying as the Doctor, and personally I support his dreams. The whole spy plan from the start of Modern Season 12 was probably caused by a binge-watch of spy movies.

Delgado's Master was the Master's twelfth incarnation, whilst the Doctor was only on their third at the time. This begs the question... what on earth was the Master doing that caused so many regenerations? I mean, presumably planet takeovers, but how clumsy was he? What sort of slapstick, Wile E.
