there is an nrbe (nrb enjoyers) discord made up of people on nrb tumblr if you'd like to join. it is much smaller than the botc unofficial and we often play botc there.

If there’s anyone out there who wants to play Blood on the Clocktower over voice in a discord server and doesn’t want to deal with the 3,000 member Unofficial Discord for BotC, please DM me. I’d like to get the game together but I just don’t seem to have enough friends.

I often forget my horrible pseudo-British accent is probably really annoying for actual British people

#sorry to anyone from nrbe who are annoyed by it #it’s not like. a fake accent. in the sense that I’m consciously putting it on #it is fake in the sense that I have never been to Britain and I speak like this as a result of. a mix of things really #like I have a ‘British’ accent sometimes because I listened to a lot of different English accents while learning the language growing up #so now I mirror the people I’m talking to a lot and almost always unconsciously so #I also pick up speaking quirks subconsciously and switch how I talk all the time #I’ll often switch pronounciations back and forth mid convo. which I can only assume is a form of mental stimming (?)#because I can control it but it takes like. significant effort #I am also very accent blind! most of the time I don’t realize someone is speaking in a ‘different’ accent unless it is pointed out to me #fun fact about me I guess #now you know!#YB moment
