It wasn't often that your dear friend Jamie invited you over to his home. Your little group often spent time at Sunwoo's (who prefers to be called Jett) house or showed up at Ryo's uninvited. He was always too lazy to host or feared disturbing his roommate, but today he wanted for you all to play a console game he just bought.

You sat on the floor in front of Jett, who was on the couch battling against Ryo. You watched the game on the screen as you awaited your turn, as Jamie came from the kitchen with more snacks. Jett was currently losing, yelling and leaning into Ryo in hopes of throwing his game. You laughed before looking at your brown haired friend who sat on the floor next to you.

"We're not bothering your roommate are we?"

"Nah, I don't think he's home right now."

After about another hour of playing the game and eating junk food, you needed to use the bathroom. Setting your controller down you looked over to Jamie, asking for directions to the bathroom.

"It's down the hall, first door to the right."

You nodded, getting up and going on your way to find the toilet. You stopped in front of a closed door, pushing it open to reveal NOT a bathroom. You look around, taking in the room. It was well lit, the walls decorated with paintings in various sizes. In the center of the room was an easel, and a man standing in front of it who's gaze seemed to have shifted from the piece in front of him to you. He was wearing comfortable clothes protected by an apron, a paintbrush in one hand and palette in the other.

"Oh uh- Sorry. You must be Jamie's roommate, I was just looking for the bathroom."

He offers you a small smile before returning to his work.

"No worries, it's one door over."

From where you stood you couldn't really tell what he had been painting, but what you could tell was that the man himself was a piece of art. You stuck the note on the bottom of a mug sitting underneath the machine before setting it back in place and finally returning to the living room.

on a lighter note, i HATE a 'womp womp'. or a 'who asked' especially since theyre on others peoples pages.... like who asked you for your opinion on the matter? it is not a conversation you are actively opting in to this interaction and now youre making it (by commenting on it) appear to you more (this is on algorithmic sites of course).

a/n: i recommend listening to the song when it comes up!! it's not required for the story or anything but i think it adds to the reading experience :)

kageyama opened his laptop and leaned back on his headboard. the sun was setting and the air was thick, "perfect yn listening weather" in oikawa's words. he had no idea what that meant, but kenma silently agreed so he took his word for it.

the stream was apparently starting soon, so he opened the youtube tab he pinned the day prior. looking back at him through the screen was yn. yn... the name was somehow familiar to him, not just from kenma and oikawa talking about her, but he couldn't recall from where. shelving that thought for another time, he focused on the stream and listened.

"hiii! oh wow you guys are coming in quick". she pushed her hair back with both hands, and smiled as her eyes darted back and forth from the camera to where the chat was. yn spoke softly but clearly, kageyama wondered if her singing voice was similar.

"so..." kageyama blinked, pulled away from his thoughts, but determined to stay focused this time. "today's stream is going to be pretty chill. if you didn't know, i had a concert last night at onigiri miya. were any of you there?" her eyes move to the chat and she smiled. "yes tooru, i know you were there". unconsciously, kageyama looks to the chat and cringes as he skims oikawa's numerous messages. in all caps. with far too many emojis.

yn laughs and reads a few messages from other viewers before changing the subject. "okay, uh, i should probably stop talking now. it's singing time". she pulls an acoustic guitar from off screen and positions it in her lap as she starts talking. kageyama wants to ask every question he could. he's always been nosey. but before he could act on any urge to type in chat, he feels embarrassed. 'this is a stranger. what am i doing?'

a whole hour of songs and short talking breaks in between, but kageyama hasn't looked away once. her face is relaxed, her eyes either focused on the chat or on her hands while playing her guitar. he finds himself smiling at her looks at the camera and remarks, fulling feeling her music when she starts a new song.

the final song ends with a long strum of her guitar. she exhales and takes the guitar off of her lap as she starts to talk again. "alright guys, i think that's it for tonight". yn smiles and looks at the camera, kageyama feels like she's looking right at him.

NUMBER 1: Harry's sudden ability to sense magic

we are first introduced to it when V blinds harry, after showing him the stars and the sky (im pretty sure V is a astrophile at this point) and harry feels Narcissa’s magic ‘’…felt…indigo, It was a subtle shift, a gentle one. apprehensive and…concerned. ‘’

and so it begins! harry is able to sesnse no only magic from there but recognize emotions through it as well. And his newfound ability is something omnipresent that helps both us-the reader- and harry himself to understand more.

let the quastions begin:

1-when did this magic lens come to be?

At first I though it was becuse of the new eyes V gives him and was something intended, but NO! story tells us that the blindness was a temporary result of the red eyes. basied on Narcissa’s comment on harry’s eyes. ‘’…they were just like your mother’s ’’ his eyes were indeed red, even while he was blind. (we also saw it from Vs eyes)

however…did his eyes transform to red the secend he was blinded? or did this happen -inbetwen/the same time- as one of the gifts ? As Narcissa’s first reaction to harry opening his eyes seemed like an over reaction to me if his eyes weren’t bloodied, and only difference was a red iris instead of a green one?

but but but ! while it came to be the same time as the whole blind era, that dosent seem to be the only factor here since its quite obvious that Lord Voldemort himself doesn’t have that power… 2- so if its somehow related to the eyes, why tf doesnt Voldemort have that power??? while I can bring hundreds of references, its crystal clear that V can’t sesnse shit like harry does, like how he can’t find him when has closed his eyes + under the invisibility cloak and many other times which im to lazy to go and find rn lol.

but honestly why tf dosen’t V have it? its quite the mystery!

while it removed the need for glasses and gave harry perfect vision, there hasn’t been anything mentioned bout a super vision? no being able to see extra details ? nought nil nada nothing?? and most ppl have perfect vision TR included???

Im genuinely really disappointed in Kittycorn for the fact that despite kit's relatively large following, kittycorn has said NOTHING publically about palestine, despite having the power to lead a lot of people to a lot of resources.

“Kit doesn’t have much of an internet presence outside of Sparklecare!!!” Then explain to me why i see so many popular artists who barely share jackshit about their personal lives, not even their pronouns, and yet still reblog and share stuff about Palestine. Kittycorn has literally 0 excuse not to say *anything*.

i am in no way trying to accuse kneeby or anyone on the sparklecare team of being a zionist, but i would definitely like to highlight the blatant ignorance the official blog has shown. this isnt the only time ive seen kneeby act this way, as kit also has #blm #acab in kits twitter bio but from what ive seen kits done absolutely nothing to actually raise awareness to said causes, which rubs me the wrong way since im black myself. however now kneebys completely avoiding doing anything, not even a hashtag anywhere. just a single announcement in a private discord.

Work was tiring, and you couldn't wait to get home and see your boyfriend, Karube.

It had been a bad day. Thinking about it could make you cry. First, it started with your boss yelling at you for spilling his coffee just a bit. It wasn't even that much, on his desk - you apologized a thousand times, but then he proceeded to yell at you to get him more.

Then, he yelled at you more when he brought in some work for you to do. It was humiliating as there were some people around you. You wanted to hide and sob, but you had to stay strong for yourself.

Now, as you're on the bus ride home, you dropped your papers in the hallway. No one helped you and instead just watched. You sighed loudly and picked it up before sitting down.

Your head rested on the window as music played through your headphones. The soft music almost relaxing your strong headache.

Just then, your phone buzzed, making you look down and see there was a text message from your boyfriend. With a smile, you opened the message.

k♡: miss you a lot. are you almost home?

you: yup! just a few more turns and im there :) miss you so much. it's been a long day

k♡: awww poor baby :( ill be here to talk to you

You laughed quietly to yourself as Karube texted you. He always spammed you with heart emojis, and you thought it was the cutest thing in the world.

Just then, your headphones died out of nowhere. You could've sworn you just charged them today, but you guess you used them too much.

A quiet sigh escaped you. You just wanted to get home quickly.

You finally got home and stepped off the bus.

Of course, you almost tripped in front of everyone. You quickly wiped off the embarrassment and went to the door. Luckily it was opened and you silently thanked your boyfriend for leaving it unlocked.

As you shut the door, you felt your eyes starting to water a bit. All the stress was finally catching up to you after this long day.

"Baby? Is that you?" The sound of your boyfriends voice filled the house.

You kicked off your shoes and walked into the living room. "Hi baby," you said quietly. "I'm home now."

"I missed you," he smiled at you. "So much."

"I missed you too." You said, your voice slightly cracking as you tried to speak quietly.

Karube noticed your tone and facial expression.

It was the one you had on when you were upset or about to cry. He knew you too well as he walked over to you. "Baby? What's wrong?"

You couldn't hold it in anymore - the tears started to run down your face, your silent sobs taking over.

"Oh, baby.." Karube wrapped his arms around you, rubbing your back as he kissed the top of your head. "It's okay. Let it all out."

You sobbed into your boyfriends chest. All the stress leaving your body as you did so. You've cried in front of him before, but you hated being sad like this.

"Do you wanna tell me what happened?" He asked.

You took a deep breath. "Are you sure you wanna hear?" You laughed sadly, "it's really long."

"I want to hear all of it," he answered. "I will be here to listen."

"Well, first it started when I got a coffee for my boss. I accidentally spilled some of his desk- away from all the important stuff and he yelled at me!" You started to say.

"That piece of shit." Karube added.

"Yeah, piece of shit," you sniffled. "Then..! Then, a few hours later, he was still mad at me, and he gave me a bunch of work, then yelled at me in front of everyone!"

"You deserve a better boss," he said. "No one should yell at you for something that small."

"I know," you sighed. "Then I dropped all my papers on the bus, then my headphones died, then I almost tripped on the way here."

Karube let go for a second to cup your face, pressing a few kisses on your forehead, lips, and nose. "I'm so sorry, y/n. You didn't deserve to have a bad day, and I hope I can make it better somehow. You deserve to at least have a relaxing night."

You laughed silently. "Thank you, baby. I just want to hug you right now, is that okay?"

"Of course," he said, wrapping your arms around you once more. "Always want to hug you."

There were a few moments of silence. The only sound peaking through was the cars driving past the house. You felt relaxed and happy to be in your boyfriends arms, but couldn't help to feel emotional.

"Please don't let go." You told your boyfriend.

"I won't, sweetheart."
