I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve shed tears today reading all your emotional 'Goodbye Riverdale' posts. Seeing OGs from 2017 pop in to say farewell... If nothing else, Riverdale gave me friends for life.

I got to say goodbye to Lili yesterday right before she left Van and although I haven't been here much and don't watch the show anymore, it truly was something special. We got to hug, talk and even get a little teary together. She was sweet and kind and it was just overall an emotional moment.

I'm grateful for this show and for the people I met through it.

And of course, I'm even more grateful for my girls ❤️

I am finding myself in a constant state of emotion at the wrapping of Riverdale. I haven’t been as invested for couple of seasons now but the posts from cast are really getting me on the feels. I was late to the party, but I dived in head first when I realised how much this crazy batshit show affected me and it’s still affecting me now as it ends and I’m SAD. Anyone else?

This is a weird time to be mourning Riverdale ending because I’m mourning over something that no longer exists. The show I’ll miss is not the show they’ve been producing for 3+ years now. And yet, I’m sad it’s the end of an era.

It’s been one year since we said goodbye to Riverdale. Since our characters got their happy endings.

- Since Archie settled down with a woman in Modesto, had a family, and continued writing and working construction.

- Since Jughead never married or had kids, but went on to become a prolific editor and created his own comics magazine called “Jughead’s Madhouse Magazine”.

- Since Betty moved to NYC to become a freelance writer, created a feminist magazine called “She Says”, and adopted a daughter named Carla.

- Since Veronica moved to LA & became a major movie studio executive, won two oscars and produced some of the most iconic films of her time.

- Since Reggie went on to play basketball for the Lakers, before moving back to Riverdale, taught basketball at Riverdale High, and had a wife and two sons.

- Since Cheryl & Toni settled into Oakland Hills in their craftsman house, living together as artists and social justice activists, with their son Dale.

- Since Kevin & Clay moved to NYC together, where Kevin started an off-broadway theatre company and Clay became a professor at Columbia.

Whether your ship ended up together or not, whether you enjoyed the final season or not, you have to appreciate that everyone was happy, successful. And that this final scene means they live on forever, tell countless stories and live everyday like it’s an Archie Comic. Everyone together in the Sweet Hereafter, for the rest of eternity.

There will never be another show like it, and I’m so grateful to have witnessed these beautiful characters’ journeys. Thank you, Riverdale. 💙🤍

FEELINGS — I'VE LOTS OF THEM 😭😭😭

Well... I just watched the final episode of Riverdale so everyone buckle up for a long looooong sappy post. I know I haven't been in the fandom for a hot second but this show, this fandom and this cast truly meant the world to me.

I have made some of the most amazing friends thanks to this show. Friends that to this day still guide me, comfort me, and support me through all the ups and downs and chaos that life is. Friends that although I haven't met in person yet in some cases, I talk to almost every single day. Friends that have been there for me through breakups, moves, hospital stays, both of my degrees, a freaking pandemic... I mean through every life milestone in the last 6 years. Friends that I know will be in my life forever now.

This show also gave me so so many amazing opportunities. Never in my wildest dreams I thought I would ever be on a set, and yet I managed to visit so many iconic sets and I even worked in a few others!! I was able to find and actually do something with one of my passions, something that 15yr old me could have never imagined. Also thanks to this show I learned so much about fashion and the industry and gave me the chance to talk to and learn from people that I would have never ever had met otherwise.

Finally, and although I'm fully aware that this may sound repetitive, I'm beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to actually get to meet the cast. Trust me when I say I know how rare and how lucky I've been. Once again, never ever in my wildest dreams I could have imagined meeting someone from a TV show, let alone someone I admired... and yet I was able to. Not only that, I got to actually create some sort of relationship with some of them and got to, in a way, grow up alongside them for the last 6 years of my life. Being able to see and talk to either Cami or Lili whenever things were bad in my life was... truly a lifesaver; my lifeboat when things got rough. I have the happiest and craziest core memories with them and there aren't enough words to describe how thankful I am for them. So to my girls, Thank you for guiding me, listening to me, and basically saving me over and over again.

And so I guess all this is to say, Thank you Riverdale for the craziest, wildest but mostly sweet 6 years of my life.

the thing about beautiful riverdale is that there are a couple of people in my life who seem to have learned the trick to see me turn into the happiest person on earth with the biggest smile under any circumstances which is asking me about riverdale
