BJ hates being dead. in life he was no more than a petty criminal in a band, but now that he's invisible he's got no one to piss off and no stage to perform on. he's kind of an attention whore so the fact that no one can see him now is like torture to him. he and the maitlands actually got to meet while they were all alive, so they know that this guy is bad news. he knows they don't like him so when he's feeling particularly bored, he goes to the record store to pester them. and that's when he meets lydia, a living human who can see ghosts. he IMMEDIATELY latches onto her. see, he has this curse: you can summon him into the realm of the living by saying his name three times. surely this chick can help him out.

So. Dan has somehow found a small child. A practically newly born ghostling who had literally fallen right on top of him. A ghostling who had practically formed right above him, far away from nurseries and instead above him of all ghosts?

Ghostlings shouldn’t even be able to form within other ghost’s Lairs, and he knew for a fact this wasn’t his own ghostling seeing as he wasn’t interested in such things.

Slapped together Nexus concept that will be outdated by the end of the month. Some design notes uhhh we all agree Nexus is a purple right, swapped color sides because they're rlly trying to be different, and yellow eyes to separate themselves from Moon even more (they turn back red when they're angry).
