Sleepless Thoughts: Strength, Loss, and Independence

It’s one of those nights again.I haven’t slept yet. Not because I don’t want to, but because my mind won’t let me. Overthinking and stress have their grip on me, keeping me awake when all I want is rest.

Lately, old pain that I thought I had buried deep down is starting to surface. It’s a lot, but I’ll be okay. I always am. I just push it back down because, honestly, I don’t like wasting time dwelling on emotions. Some people say you should face your pain head-on, but I prefer distraction,whether it’s gaming, drawing, or immersing myself in something that keeps my mind occupied. That’s just how I deal with things.

I think I cried everything out the day I lost my dad. Since then, I haven’t really talked about it or let myself go too deep into it. I’d rather throw it aside and move on. That’s part of why I consider myself a strong person. I don’t see the point in wasting energy on things I can’t control. The pain of losing my dad will never go away, but everything else? Just temporary stress that will pass.

Lessons From My Dad: Strength and Self-Sufficiency

I’ve always been independent, and that’s largely because of my dad. He raised me to handle life on my own, to never rely on anyone not even family. His lessons shaped me into who I am today: strong, self-sufficient, and capable of figuring things out one step at a time.

Unlike my siblings, who lean on each other, I’ve always been my own safety net. When I lost my dad the one person who was my safety net. I had no choice but to rely on myself even more. But that’s okay because I know I can handle anything. If I fall, I pick myself back up.

Depression? I’ve been through dark times too, but I always manage to pull myself back up. I believe a strong mindset is the key to overcoming anything. My dad’s lessons made me resilient, and for that, I’m forever grateful. RIP, Dad. Thank you for everything you taught me.

Why I Don’t Need Anyone’s Validation

There’s nothing anyone else can give me that I don’t already have or know how to get on my own. Some people think they bring something special to the table, but in reality, I don’t need anything from them. Sex? eww no germs aid stay away nowadays mans been HOES and for the streets i don't want catch aids, but also I’m not desperate. I don’t seek attention, validation, or material things.

Luxury? Flashy lifestyles? They don’t impress me. I’ve been on boats plenty of times when my family moved to Norway, it’s nothing special. In fact, I get seasick anyway.

At the end of the day, as long as I have a roof over my head and food on the table, I’m good. I’m not one of those people chasing status or trying to fit into a lifestyle that doesn’t align with me. I don’t need the spotlight. I don’t crave validation. I am who I am, strong, independent, and perfectly content with what I have. I am fucking from the village from Iran. Duh so its should be common sense already we just build different.

And that, to me, is the greatest freedom of all.
