There's something to be said about simple complexity and versatility of the French Macron. Not to be confused with the American shredded coconut cookie the macaroon. 🍪 I enjoyed shooting this with my LG v30. How is it that people can say Ladurée is “the best they’ve ever had”, but call them “macaroons”? People, macaroons are coconut cookies originated in Germany. Macarons are the colored, chewy, ganache-filled pieces of heaven created in France.
