mark and you arguing pt2
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pt1
genre: angst then fluff
summary: after rain comes sunshine, he finally listens.
pairing: mark x y/n
“good morning” you say to your boyfriend as you pass through the kitchen reaching into a cabinet to take out a glass
last night had been tense, because of the argument you had a really hard time sleeping, waking up every five seconds. it didn’t help that your boyfriend was the exact same, the only difference between you two being the guilty look on his face
you wanted nothing more than to tell him to forget about it and just cuddle him to sleep because being mad at him or more like emotionally tired wasn’t easy. yes, he fucked up but he’s still the greenest of green flags ever and you just love him too much so being apart with all those angsty feelings was taking a toll on you
but you decided to stand your ground nonetheless, it couldn’t be like every other time where he swooned you with his words and you ended up forgiving him. he had to learn. and even on your end, it’d be fucked up to put yourself through this. so when you woke up this morning with no one next to you, you decided to not care. turns out he was just in the kitchen though
“good morning lovely, i tried to make breakfast, i couldn’t so i went and bought some, your favorite of course, i’m just reheating it right now, juice is in the fridge by the way” your boyfriend greeted you, his back facing you (which you 100% guarantee is because he’s shitting his pants and hopes the tension eased)
it did not though
“not only did you call me bitchy yesterday, you also said some dumb ass thing about if you were with her.. mark you’re not dumb you damn well that it’s going to take more than breakfast to ease things with me, don’t piss me off so early in the morning please” you said pouring water into your glass, getting out of the kitchen. you and mark took pride in your communication skills, so you weren’t giving him the silent treatment more like you didn’t want to be in the same room as him right now because him acting as if nothing happened pissed you off even more
the guy was going to have to practically beg for you to be okay with him again
“..i know, and i’m sorry” mark sighed as he joined you in the living room with the food he bought earlier hoping that despite you not being happy with him, you’d still eat cause no matter how bad the situation is, it’s important to take care of yourself!
“like i said yesterday, i heard you mark but you know.. actions speak louder than words, until we’ve reached a point where she won’t ever be the cause of a disagreement there’s always going to be some sort of tension” you said as you reached for the food. yes, the food wasn’t an enough apology but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it
“i know, that’s why i’m going to see her later today, set some real boundaries, tell her off kind of because i do really- and i’m not just saying this to please you or whatever, she has crossed some boundaries that she shouldn’t have so yeah maybe her and i aren’t as close friends as i thought we were” your boyfriend says pouring your favorite juice into your now empty water cup
first of all, you did appreciate your boyfriend doing all of that (FINALLY!!) but you weren’t going to explode with joy because of him doing the bare minimum
second of all, your boyfriend is just as much in the wrong as she is. and you debated on telling him that he should also self reflect but decided that you truly wanted him to realize it without you spelling everything out to him
so you just hummed to the news, finishing up your breakfast heading upstairs while your boyfriend cleaned up and got ready to meet his friend
external pov?
“hi markie” his friend said as your boyfriend took seat in front of her
“did i make you wait long?” he replied. despite him not greeting her, her smile grew as she realized he cared about her enough to worry about her time
“no don’t worry i just got here, anyway you wanted to talk?” she asked in anticipation, it was probably going to be good news (although good news for her meant bad news for you) she hoped your guys maybe broke up or something
“yea and i’m going to talk for a while so please do not interrupt me” he asked as she nodded eagerly waiting for the breakup news to drop
“i wanted to talk to you about yesterday, or every single hangout we’ve done ever since i started dating y/n. like i said, y/n and i are dating and i truly think she’s the one so i want to do everything in my power not to fuck it up. and that includes you stepping over boundaries that you shouldn’t step over seeing as though we’re friends. i think last night made me realize how odd? you were around me, how your hands lingered on me maybe a bit too long for a friend, or how you cut off my girlfriend when she was trying to talk, how you made backhanded comments towards her and look, i'm not asking you to like her but she's my girlfriend and she deserves some respect and i'll choose her over you in the blink of an eye. that’s why i’m choosing to put some distance in between us, at least until i’m 100% sure your behavior won’t be the same” mark finishes his rant, his fingers playing with his ring, dreading his (impulsive) friend’s reaction
“ain’t no fucking way you’re being serious right now mark, i’ve known you my whole life and you choose some random girl over me?” his friend says angry that not only you guys are still together but he’s dropping her for..you??
“if you don’t have anything respectful to say about y/n i’ll just leave clearly you’re not listening” your boyfriend answers, his patience getting tested
“no, you don’t get the last word i do. you want to drop me for her? fine. i’ll do fine without you mark but what you cannot do is put the blame all on me. yes, i’ve been inappropriately acting with you but it’s only because you allowed it. each time i thought i was maybe reading too much into the mixed signals you were giving me you reassured me by apologizing because- in your own words - she was being irrational. mark, you are as much to blame as i am and i won’t sit here and let you shift the blame entirely onto me because you allowed me to flirt with you, which is something you would’ve never done if you loved your girlfriend as much as you say you do. and for the first time ever, i do hope you guys break up but not because i want you to myself but because she deserves better than you. fuck you mark” his friend says leaving the café leaving a dumbfounded mark.
i mean she wasn’t wrong, if he had set clear boundaries from the start she would’ve never flirted with him. your boyfriend started to wonder if that was perhaps the reason why you weren’t THAT enthusiastic this morning when he told you he’d make things right.
so the whole drive home, mark’s head was clouded with thoughts that mainly centered around him being the biggest asshole ever, not only from the words he told you yesterday but also from the way he’s been acting all this time. and it saddened him that he put you through all of that.
it’s with a heavy heart that he entered your shared house, silently praying god you weren’t going to realize that you do deserve better than him (which he knew was selfish but didn’t care)
« so… how did it go? i don’t know what you told her but if it’s the same thing you told me this morning I’m guessing she didn’t take it very well » you say watching your boyfriend enter the house
you guessed it must have went sour judging from the gloomy face he’s making and how deep in thought he seems to be. You didn’t like his friend but you know he liked her very much so you hoped that she said something along the lines of ‘yes i understand and i’m sorry, i’ll respect your boundaries better in the future and i’m hoping we can still be friend’ to salvage their friendship but at the same time you weren’t a fool and you knew that it realistically could never happen
« it didn’t go super great, we’re not friends anymore but you know in retrospect it’s not a huge loss she wasn’t as good of a friend as i believed she was » you boyfriend started sitting down next to you on the couch
you wondered what was up with him though, he looked genuinely devastated and it worried you to see him in such state
« then what’s up? i wouldn’t usually pry and instead wait until you open up to me, but mark i’m concerned you look… sad. and i know we’re in a disagreement right now but i still sincerely believe that you’re the love of my life so i hate to see you upset » you say as your boyfriend slowly lifts his head and looks at you with glossy eyes before his first tear shed
you immediately hugged your boyfriend rubbing his back as he mumbled through tears about how you deserved better, which you were confused about where it came from, so when his tears quieted down you looked at him waiting to explain
« she just… she said something about how we’re both in the wrong and it upset me because she’s right and she made me realize it instead of me realizing it on my own.. and she said you deserved better and at first i thought whatever she’s just mad i don’t care but she’s not wrong. You deserve better than a boyfriend who lets his friends flirt with him and who dismisses you and acts as if their friend is correct. i’m not trying to victimize myself or manipulate you with my words i’m just really sorry that i’ve been such an undeserving boyfriend and i selfishly don’t want to let you go when maybe i should so, please, give me another chance and i’ll prove to you that i can be the boyfriend you deserve. i swear i’ll be better just please don’t leave me » you boyfriend says.
you were honestly kind of taken aback by every single one of his thoughts. you did feel a little guilty at first but that quickly went away when you remembered why you guys were in this situation in the first place.
« listen, like i told you i’m not mad. i was just tired of you not listening to me but it seems like you’ve heard me this time even though i wished it had not gotten that far. i love you and i do not deserve better than you, you fucked up but i fuck up all the time as well and even though i did not picture the end of this situation with me reassuring you, it does not mean that you’re manipulating me, you feel guilty and that’s normal because you messed up but we’ll move past this. it’s a little bump in the road. and i sincerely think that if this situation has taught us anything it’s that we shouldn’t listen to your friend, ESPECIALLY when she says you’re not good enough for me. now dry your big boy tears and let’s go watch a movie yea? all is better don’t worry anymore » you told your boyfriend.
you really meant your words, everything that mark needed to learn from this he learnt, you knew him well enough to guarantee that you won’t ever be put in a similar situation ever again and that this whole mess kinda made your boyfriend grow up a little?
plus you were never one to hold grudges, so finally calling this fight over to cuddle and watch a movie with your highly sensitive, still borderline crying boyfriend was quite an easy thing to do. And even though you told him it was okay the next billion times he apologized to you during the following days, it did not stop him from spoiling you with gifts, kind words, actions etc.. like the man shoved all five love languages down your throat and even though it wasn’t necessary, it was always nice and made you feel loved.
that’s why in retrospect, you were (kinda) glad this whole thing happened and he was glad he learnt how to be better for his pretty girl.

Valentine's Day Masterlist
“What’s on your mind?”
Your eyes blink at Jay, your boyfriend, and you could only offer a faint smile. “I don’t want to ruin dinner with my thoughts.” you reply. You drop your fork and grasp your glass of wine.
Jay scoffs. “I can tell your head isn’t here,” he says. “Come on, tell me.”
You swallow your wine and lick your lips. “It’s Valentine’s Day.”
Jay raises a brow and leans in closer. He smirks. “So?” he murmurs. “I’m your boyfriend, you know. You can tell me what’s on your mind.”
Jay was correct - he was your boyfriend and someone you’ve grown close to for the last year. You were able to speak with him freely as if he was your best friend and it came naturally even if he was the opposite sex.
You sigh and nod your head. “You’re right.” you say. “I…haven’t talked to any of my friends in months. It’s like we all slowly just…”
“Grew apart?” Jay offers and when you nod, so does he. “I understand. What do you think happened?”
You shrug your shoulders. You’re unsure yourself of the reason. There wasn’t any bad blood between the four of you - there was nothing that could be done to a group of friends that has been established since middle school. You all managed to make it through High School and college without breaking apart.
Sure, there were a few petty arguments, but nothing that lasted months - hell, not even a full week.
Not speaking with them collectively had you nervous, but you were all adults. You four lived separate adult lives, Jang-Mi having moved hours away to start a new job. Minji had gotten married and divorce all under three years and had chosen to distract herself with work while Mi-sun focused on raising her daughter on her lonesome.
“And you haven’t spoken to either of them on the phone?” Jay questions.
“No.” you shake your head. “Only through text messages, but even those seem dry. Maybe I’m just overreacting.” you shake your head and release a humorless laugh. “Sorry. Today is supposed to be about us.”
Jay shakes his head. He offers you his hand and you take it. His hands are always soft, you notice, softer than yours. He presses a kiss onto your hand, soft lips tickling your skin. “It is about us.” Jay murmurs. “Today is our anniversary,” he continues. “but you’re still the woman I love and if somethings on your mind, I want you to talk about it.”
You love Jay - and this was one of the many reasons why. He was caring - genuinely caring. He always puts your wants and needs far beyond his own. A year isn’t a long time to be together for most people, but for you it was. You couldn’t see yourself being with another man, not when Jay was amazing as he was.
You met Jay a year prior while out, having bumped into one another. Literally. You recall the way your phone went flying and you nearly fell onto the ground when a pair of arms caught you - said arms had let you go immediately when you regained your balance. “I-I didn’t mean to grab you it’s-” the stranger began. “I’m so sorry I should’ve been looking where I was going.” you apologized profusely.
You learned that his name was Jay and as an apology, he asked you out for coffee. The two of you hit it off easily as he was a nice person to talk to. He was funny as he was kind and in the short time that you’ve known him, it was as if you and he knew one another for years.
Maybe Jay’s physical appearance helped a little - he was tall and fit. He dressed appropriately each time you and him met and he even offered to help you dress so the two of you matched for the occasion. His skin was the clearest you’ve ever seen on a man and appeared utterly glass and he had such perfect teeth.
It was hard in the beginning to be seen with Jay simply because of how beautiful he was, but he always made it known just how beautiful he thought you were and how much he appreciated you for being by his side.
“So,” Jay offers you a toothy grin. “talk to me like I’m your friend and not your boyfriend.”
You do, a part of you feels terrible about doing this while at dinner with him, but Jay was an understanding person. He could tell your head was elsewhere.
You tell Jay about everything - how you rarely saw your friends face to face and how you couldn’t even remember the last time you all spoke on the phone. You wanted to be understanding because the four of you were adults now and didn’t need to spend every waking moment together - but a call wasn’t asking for much.
At the end of it all, Jay is nodding his head in agreement. He hasn’t spoken much and instead decided to allow you to vent all your pent up frustrations.
“Felt good?” Jay snickers and you nod with a low grin. “I’m glad. I can’t excuse your friends' behaviors but I can try to see things from their point of view.”
You listen as Jay speaks.
“We’re all adults going through our adult lives. Jang-Mi had moved so far away it’s hard to go back into the routine you two had when she was closer. I’m sure she works long hours.”
You nod your head with a sigh, your heart sinking as you begin to feel bad for thinking that your friends were leaving you behind.
“Mi-sun is a mother and it’s tough raising a child on your own. She just doesn't live for herself anymore. Minji probably buries herself into work to get her mind off of the divorce. It wasn’t an…easy one.”
You recall the amount of times Minji had called you throughout the last year about how ultimately, she was going to be left with nothing after the divorce - Jay had been there the entire time listening as you tried to console your friend.
“You’re right.” you pick up your wine glass and take a sip. “We’ve all been through…so much.”
Jay raises a brow. “What do you mean?”
You eye him for a moment.
“I think it’s karma.” you shrug your shoulders. “We were terrible people in our youth.” you try to joke but you swallow thickly. “What we’re going through now is just what we deserve.”
Jay chuckles. “I’m sure it wasn’t that bad.” he takes a sip of his own wine.
“Before I met you my life was going to shit. I couldn’t keep a job to save my life and…” there wasn’t a need to focus on what you were going through at that moment because Jay knew. “..you helped me. Sometimes I believe I don’t deserve you.”
“It’s Valentine’s Day, Y/N.” Jay sighs, but his lips stretch into a smile. “Don’t get too emotional on me.” he jokes.
“I know…” you trail  off. “The divorce with Minji and how she had to work so hard  to get her life together. Jang-Mi left and got a new job hours away because of that scandal. Mi-sun had to raise a child all alone without any help that wasn’t us. I can’t sound crazy to believe our past actions had shaped our future.”
Jay is quiet as he hears you speak, so eerily silent that you glance away from him. “Or maybe I am crazy.” you murmur. “You aren’t.” Jay shakes his head. “Whatever…you  did in your past could have shaped the present. Truth is often stranger than fiction.” Jay grasps your hand into his own. “But you’re better now, Y/N. With me. You’ll never fall as long as I’m by your side.”
Jay gives you a smile that has your heart clenching.
Tumblr media
The room is beautiful and you are positive that Jay put a lot of thought into decorating it for you. The amount of rose petals leading up to the bed was one gesture you loved, but also the candles that were lit. You pondered when he had time to do such a thing.
Jay wraps an arm around you and brings you closer to him. His lips are soft as they kiss along your neck.  “I love this color on you.” Jay compliments, his hand sliding your sides. “Black is lovely against your skin.”
Your body flushes at the compliment and you could only giggle, giddy at the way your heart jumps. Jay insisted on you wearing the lingerie - a black lace and mesh material that leaves little to the imagination. The stockings are high and stop mid thigh.
“I like this color on you.” you tell Jay. He’s dressed down from his suit from early. Now, he sports a silk, red robe that’s tightly loosely around him. His tan skin peaks from beneath it.
“Valentine’s Day is all about you. I want to make you feel good.” Jay kisses down your neck towards your collarbone, leaving slightly wet kisses. “I want to try something new.”
You weren’t sure what to expect when being told “something new”. You were laid onto the bed you share with Jay, his lips continuing to kiss down your body. His eyes flicker upwards at you and he offers a mischievous grin that has your legs quivering.
“Something new” wasn't a robe tied tightly around your wrist and keeping you bound against your bed frame. You wouldn’t lie and say your body wasn’t filled with excitement - you and Jay never did this and sex was already enjoyable enough.
Jay licks his lips, his eyes meeting your curious ones. “You’re so beautiful. Always has been.” he murmurs, speaking aloud by himself.
Jay forces your legs open, his hand wrapping more rope around your ankles that he then ties to the end of the bed frame. He proceeds to do the same thing to your free leg.
“I can see how wet you are now.” Jay’s voice is deep and sultry, slowly consumed with his own lust. “You’ve always been the submissive type. The type to do whatever is asked of you.”
Jay’s hand trails teasingly up your leg, his fingertips feeling like feathers tickling your skin.
Jay’s finger taps lightly at your clothed clit, smirking at you teasingly. His index forces itself through the mesh material and he slides it to the side. “So wet.” he murmurs. “Relax, baby. I have something you’d like.”
Your pussy clenches with anticipation and your eyes watch Jay get up from the bed. He goes to the side of the bed and appears to go through a bag.
“I want you to feel good.” Jay says, turning towards you. Once more, your pussy clenches at the sight of the vibrator in the palm of his hand. “You’d let me, right?”
Hastily you nod your head, licking your lips with anticipation.
Jay turns on the vibrator and it’s loud, the buzzing noise tingling through your ears. He places it on your thigh to tease you and it does so greatly. He slides it across your thigh closer and closer between your legs.
“Baby?” Jay hums, gently pressing the vibrator against your clit.  “There’s no lies between us, right?”
Your legs begin to shake at the vibrators pressure against your clit. “N-No.” you stutter out.
“Then you’d tell me what you and your friends did, right?” Jay questions, pressing the vibrator even harder against you.
You struggle against the rope restraints. “W-What are you talking about?” you sigh - more like a moan. Your stomach was bubbling and you couldn’t contain the rest of the moans releasing from your mouth.
“Remember earlier…you said it must be karma why your lives have turned the way they did.” Jay begins to circle the vibrator against your clit. You’re so wet that it’s now fully coated in your sweet arousal. “Tell me what you’ve done that karma has come before you all?”
You aren’t sure what Jay is getting at and why he suddenly wanted to do this now. Your toes begin to curl.
Jay removes the vibrator from your swollen bud, his eyes dark with lust.  “Tell me.” he demands.
“I-I…nothing.” you shake your head, panting. Your lack of pleasure sends shock waves through your body. “Why are you-”
Your throat releases a shriek when the vibrator is brought back to your clit. Your eyes shut tightly as, once more, your thigh shakes. “Please-”
“You know,”Jay begins, circling the vibrator against you. “There’s four types of lies.”
“Jay…” the way you say his name causes his cock to jump in his pants. You’re full of lust and pleasure and he’s sure you’re not fully able to comprehend him.
“A white lie, a gray lie, a black lie and a red lie.” Jay continues. “A white lie is to first seek to help others. A gray lie is an in between; to partly help others and ourselves.”
Your toes begin to curl as Jay continues.
“A black lie…” Jay trails off, his eyes boring into your face. Your eyes are clenched shut and you’re panting. “...is pure selfishness. Nothing is gained from others when a black lie is told and it is used to purely get the liar out of trouble.”
Jay removes the vibrator once more and this time you cry out in protest. Your eyes snap open, sadden as you peer at Jay.
“You’re such a whore, Y/N.” he chuckles cruely, his demeanor changed from the caring boyfriend of just an hour early. Your body yearns for him regardless of this act. “You’re about to cry.”
“I just wanna cum, Jay.” you murmur in defeat.
“Yeah?” Jay comes closer to your face. “A red lie…” Jay places the vibrator against your clit, this time pressing the buttons on the side to increase the power. “...is done solely out of spite. Revenge. To harm others.”
Your eyes never leave his, even with the amount of blinking you’re doing to remain conscious. You’re groaning now, body shaking with pleasure.
“Can you guess which one I am, baby?”
What?
“If you guess right, I’ll let you cum.”
Your breathing increases and the only thing you can think about is cumming. “W-White.”
“Wrong.” Jay turns off the vibrator, but keeps it against your clit. “Can you guess which type of liar you are?”
“Jay…” you shake  your head. This act was making you impatient. “Please-”
“Tell me, Y/N. If you’ve done nothing in your past, then why have you and your friends gone through such terrible karma?”
“This act you’re doing is too much, Jay.”
“What act?” Jay scoffs. “Since you don’t know, baby. You’re a black liar. You’re selfish and you’re deflecting from your own involvement in the past.”
Your eyebrows knit together. “Jay…that isn’t funny-”
The vibrator turns on once more, shocking you.
“As for me, I’m a red liar. None of you recognized me.” Jay speaks in a tone - monotone like; narrative. “You didn’t recognize Jay. Minji didn’t recognize Jung-ho. Mi-sun didn’t recognize Jong-seok and Jang-Mi never recognized Ju-ho…”
Jung-ho.
Jong-seok.
Ju-ho.
Jay.
“Jay…?” your intentions aren’t to moan, but you cannot help it. Jay is pressing the vibrator with such pressure that even now in this unknown situation, you cannot help but want to cum hard.
Just as you were about to cum, you cry out once more when the vibrator cuts off. You’re trembling, your wrist burning as the friction of the robe rubs against them.
“My name’s not Jay, Y/N. You know my name.”
Your eyes widen slowly. “Stop.” you plead with Jay. “It isn’t funny anymore…”
“I never told you a joke.” Jay scoffs. “Look at me and tell me you don’t remember who I am, Y/N.”
You swallow the lump in your throat as goosebumps begin to erupt onto your skin. Your heart is beating outside your chest and you wished Jay would flip the switch and return to the boyfriend you know and love.
“Look. At. Me.” Jay grits out each word with such venom, his cheerful personality long gone. “It’s been a decade since High School but have I truly changed that much, Y/N?”
You remain silent, your eyes remain on the man in front of you.
“I had to change schools because of what your friends said I did.” Jay murmurs, and as the words hit your ears your eyes begin to widen.
Mi-sun lifts her hand up and hums, tilting her head. “I think I want pink.” she says. “But a soft pink, not a hot one.”
Jang-Mi snorts.
Mi-sun raises a brow at Jang-Mi, but she doesn’t respond.
“Like this one?” Minji asks after rummaging through her tote of beauty items. She holds up a bright pink color - taffy.
Mi-sun nods with excitement.
You sit and listen to the exchange, head in Jang-Mi’s lap.
You were all in Mi-sun’s room, a room that was overly pink, but neither of the girls in the friend group complained. Her walls were white, but her bed - a large queen size that sat in the middle of her room - had a bubblegum pink comforter set with matching pillows. While her floors were hardwood, the rugs inside of her room were round and flamingo colored.
“So,” Jang-Mi starts. “What is this year's dare?”
You sighed deeply, ready to hear just what the hell your friends had planned for you this year.
Every year your group of friends would dare one another to do something - anything - at the start of the school year. It was a tradition, after all, spawning since primary school.
The year prior, Mi-sun had dared Minji to walk in the boys locker-room “accidentally” and shower just minutes before the boys were done with their practice. Minji was the daredevil of the group and accepted it without a problem - even if she did have a months worth of detention and had several boys profess their “undying love” for her.
While Minji’s dare were dare-devil like, Jang-Mi’s were spontaneous. Her dare the year prior was to smoke bomb the teacher lounge - that earned her two months of detention (thanks to her uncle being the principal).
“You,” Minji points to you. “And you,” she then points to Mi-sun. “Need to step it up. Jang-Mi and I always do the impulsive dares!”
You lick your lips. “My dare last year was pretty impulsive.”
It wasn’t. The dare you agreed upon was to egg the principal's car - you weren’t caught and maybe that’s what they were upset about. Your poor principal was going through it and his niece never appeared to care much.
Jang-Mi rolls her eyes and snickers. “Egging a car is pretty impulsive.” she says with a hint of sarcasm.
“Okay, let’s start then.” Minji claps her hands together. “Jang-Mi, I dare you…” Minji hums, her mind wandering as to what she would possibly say. “It’s like we’ve done everything already.”
“We have.” Jang-mi looks down at you. “This year is about you and Mi-sun.”
Mi-sun finishes painting her right hand and she raises a brow. “No fair.”
“Too bad.” Jang-Mi smirks.
“I agree.” Minji smiles wide. “We have to think of something good. So we’ll start tomorrow.”
Your stomach churns at the thought of them coming up with something impulsive - it was your last year of highschool after all.
Mi-sun rolls her eyes. “I’m not scared.” she snaps.
“I’m scared.” Mi-sun hisses, hands trembling with wide eyes.
“Pussy.” Jang-Mi giggles.
There was a few minutes before class started and it was as if Jang-Mi and Minji were ready to start the day off with a bang.
“It’s not like it’s that difficult.” Minji hisses. “Just go ahead and kiss him.”
“You dared her to kiss a professor.” you deadpan - but you’re glad this dare wasn’t yours. Minji and Jang-mi had claimed they hadn't come up with anything yet.
The yet scares you.
Said professor walks by - Professor Song. He’s tall, dark brown hair with matching eyes. He’s young, only a few years older than those he is teaching and an obvious eye-candy for the female students. He nods his head and waves at a few students as he strolls pass and Jang-Mi proceeds to push Mi-sun forward.
You gulp. This dare was a risky one. It was just a kiss yes, but this was a kiss between someone that had authority. Professor Song could lose his job - and teaching career - if this went the wrong way.
Professor Song hisses at the impact of Mi-sun knocking into him. His glasses are knocked off of his face and it drops onto the ground beside him. He lowers himself to grab it and Mi-sun bites her lip before doing the dare.
Mi-sun presses her lips against Professor Song’s. It was a quick peck, but it stuns the man nonetheless. He stumbles back a bit and before he could speak, Mi-sun is running down the hall to her classroom with Jang-Mi, Minji and you following close behind. Jang-Mi and Minji are laughing while you’re too bewildered to speak.
“That. Was. So. Humiliating!” Mi-sun hisses as she reaches the classroom. Class was about to start and her face was as red as a tomato. “I swear if I’m expelled-”
“Stop being so dramatic.” Minji shrugs it off. She reaches her desk - besides Mi-sun, and sits.
“Uncle knows of our yearly dares.” Jang-mi assures. “He should be expecting this by now.”
You take your seat behind Jang-mi.
“Now all that is left is our little Y/N.” Jang-Mi turns and offers a wide grin. “Aren’t you excited?”
No, but you wouldn’t cower before them.
“Whatever.” you grunt.
Your teacher comes strutting in. He’s a short older man with a large gut - a beer gut you’re certain. His arms are as skinny as his legs and his face is similar to a skeleton. You never even see the man eat, but he always had a water bottle in his hands that smells of vodka when he opens it.
“Kim Mi-sun.” he calls as he slams down a black briefcase. “Office.” he says without looking at the body of students. He takes a seat at his desk and Mi-sun groans with annoyance.
“That was fast.” Minji giggles quietly. “It hasn’t even been ten minutes.”
“Fuck off.” Mi-sun hisses. She gathers her things and makes her way out of the classroom just as more students are scurrying inside.
“Hey, Y/N.”
Your eyes lift to see the source of the greeting and you offer a small - very small and uninterested - smile to the boy seated a few desks in front of you.
Jang-Mi watches the exchange and she turns her head to Minji. She wiggles her eyebrows and tilts her head to the boy.
“Who’s that?” she mouths.
Jang-mi shrugs. “Not sure.” she mouths back. “Y’N’s dare.”
Minji furrows a brow, eyes shining with realization. She erupts in a fit of giggles that causes Jang-Mi to do the same.
Your fingers twirl a piece of your hair as your eyes watch him a few seats away from you. Your ears catch the whispered conversation of your friends besides you.
"When are you going to say something?" asks Mi-sun with a roll of her eyes. "The dare was a week ago."
Your gum pops dramatically after Mi-sun's question. You manage to roll your own eyes, but you don't take them off of him - Jung Hoseok. His cheeks are childishly chubby, he was tall, but thin - even for a senior in high school. He wore braces and you couldn't imagine him without them - they have been implanted in his teeth for years now.
You were no fool to Jung Hoseok's crush on you. You noticed the side eyes he'd give you in class. When your eyes met his, his eyes would blink away, and his cheeks would turn to a deep crimson. It was cute, you thought, pathetically so. As did your friends. They would laugh each time they saw Hoseok looking at you, claiming that he was nothing but a lost, kicked puppy. You'd laugh along with them even if you did see the embarrassed look on his face.
Your friends enjoyed teasing Hoseok so much that they thought it would be an amazing idea for you - his crush - to go along with the teasing. "Ask him out. Lead him on." suggested Mi-sun. "Then break his sad, pathetic heart." laughs Jang-Mi.
You thought about their request. You never spoke to Hoseok before and never had the reason or desire to. What you knew of Hoseok was that he was smart, not straight A smart like most, but he passed his classes. He wasn't popular when it came to friend groups and opted to stay to himself or a small set of friends.
"Oh my..." Minji hums, she leans back into her chair and crosses her arms. She just cut her long, black locs to a sharp bob. The new appearance makes her much more intimidating. "...you like him." she declares.
"I do not." your eyes glance to Minji hurriedly. "I just...he's a loser."
Mi-sun giggles and agrees.
"I don't want to be associated with a loser." you reach into your uniform skirt pocket and remove a small tube of lipgloss. You proceed to coat your lips slowly with the glossy substance, eyes on Hoseok just in time for his eyes to meet yours. His eyes glance down to your lips - plump and coated - and his cheeks flush.
Minji cackles, followed by Mi-sun and Jang-Mi. Hoseok's head snaps away and you know he's mentally cursing at himself.
"Look at him." Minji scoffs with a shake of her head, appearing to have pity for Hoseok. "He is a loser."
"Much the more reason to play with him." Jang-Mi singsongs. She was always the much more mischievous type in the friendship. She enjoyed playing tricks and pranks, no matter how cruel they were. Min-sun would be considered the "ditzy" one of the group, but she was just as mischievous as Jang-Mi, maybe even more.
You can feel their eyes on you now. Min-sun bats her eyelashes, cat-like eyes stabbing holes into you. Jang-Mi tilts her head impatiently awaiting your response while Minji does nothing but glare.
"If you don't, I will." Jang-Mi smirks, and now you're shaking your head. Hoseok wasn't an asshole like the rest of the boys at this school. He didn't deserve whatever cruel prank Jang-Mi would surely throw his way.
"I'll do it." you roll your eyes and laugh. You proceed to bite your lip. "I'm sure it'll be fun."
Fun it was. You started the following day, but you remained subtle. It would cause alarms to go off in Hoseok's mind if you casually strolled up to him and became flirtatious. You didn't want to scare him off - especially if Jang-Mi's words of Hoseok being a virgin rang true. You had a plan, instead. Hoseok and you shared multiple classes and in each one, you would offer him a small smile. Your smile soon became a short wave that he would return - after looking around to ensure you were indeed waving at him and not someone else.
Minji had grown bored of the slow burn happening before her. When you had strolled into class and ready to sit at your desk, she had slammed her foot against your chair and shook her head. She jerks her head to the side, and you follow her gaze - a desk directly next to Hoseok remains empty.
You took a deep breath and nodded.
You drop your bag at your new desk, startling the box next to you. His eyes slowly reached to who was beside him. His eyes catch your legs, smooth and seemingly soft. He drags them forward slowly until they notice your eyes. He freezes, heart thumping outside his chest.
"Is this seat taken?" you ask lowly, a smirk forming on your glossy lips.
Hoseok shakes his head but remains quiet. His palms grow sweaty, and he's worried suddenly if he remembered to wear deodorant.
You sit beside him, eyes glancing to Minji who raises a brow at you, nodding her head. You weren't going to be able to go back to your regular seat until you did something to get closer to Hoseok.
Class starts and you go without speaking with Hoseok, even if you do notice his eyes glancing your way every few minutes. However, you understood your part in this assignment. You'd accidentally - purposely - would brush your knee on his and apologize with a cute smile. You'd proceed to lean closer towards him so your side would briefly touch his.
Hoseok's mind was going crazy the following weeks. You continued to sit beside him day by day. Your touching now was much less subtle and he's unsure of what to take of it. You never appeared to be interested in him before. He was no idiot - he was certain you caught on to his crush on you. Maybe that's why - you pitied him and his pathetic crush.
"H-huh?" Hoseok blinks a few times and shakes his head. His cheeks are tinted red with further embarrassment.
"I said," you grasp your bag and lean forward. The bell rang and it was time for lunch, but Hoseok was far too in his thoughts to notice. "do you want to come home with me?"
Your breast peaked through the uniform top and Hoseok nearly fainted at your words. He's tongue tied and soon you're cackling.
"To study for the test, silly." you're laughing a melodic laugh that calms Hoseok's nerves. "I've seen your grades on the quizzes we had. You're so smart, Hoseok."
You think he's smart, Hosoek gulps.
"I wish I could be as smart as you." you sigh almost dramatically.
"Y-you are....smart." Hoseok mentally shoots himself at the lame compliment.
"Thank you." you tilt your head. "So, what do you say?"
Hoseok nods his head hesitantly. He understands that he'd want nothing more than to have you close to him. But, he couldn't be as desperate - he didn't want to scare you off. "I can come study." he murmurs lowly.
You clap your hands together gleefully. "Thank you!"
Hoseok allows his heart shaped lips to smile at you. You looked beautiful when you were cheerful.
"We can walk home after school, okay?' you're walking backwards waiting for his response.
"Okay." Hoseok nods, heart beating outside his chest and goosebumps erupting the skin of his arm.
That was only the beginning of what happened with Hoseok - not Jay.
“Hoseok…?” you murmur, your eyes scanning his face while your mind compares it to the younger version of the man. Shame and humiliation runs through you - how could you not remember the boy; now a man?
“Ah, that’s what it took for you to remember me?” Hoseok begins to laugh, his beautiful teeth shining in front of you. “Mi-sun didn’t remember me either but she loved Jong-seok as the father of her daughter.” Hoseok shakes his head with a chuckle.
Your blood runs cold at Hoseok’s words.
“Years ago…I remember her stating that I would never be someone she’d ever love…fuck…yet that child is mine and I don’t feel any remorse for leaving her alone and struggling.” Hoseok chuckles once more. “Ju-ho was the reason Jang-Mi had to find a new job hours away. Especially when it was revealed she was stealing from the company…”
“Hoseok, please-”
“Of course it was just a rumor but something like that doesn’t go lightly, Y/N. Her career was over and the only job willing to hire her after that…” Hoseok shrugs. “...and, Jung-ho was the one who introduced Mini to her cheating husband. He never took her seriously like she never took anything in others' lives seriously. What goes around comes around, I suppose.”
Hoseok wasn’t Jay - Jay was an act. Hoseok was cold; calculated. He strived off of revenge and spite; and the red robe he wore told you just how calculated the man truly was.
“Hoseok…”
You’re unsure what you want to tell him. You never thought you’d see Hoseok again - much less like this.
Hoseok tilts his head. “I didn’t tell them who I was, you know”? he admits. “I just left when my time was done.”
“Hoseok.”
“You are different, Y/N. You always were.” Hoseok presses the vibrator button and allows the pleasure to come back. “You felt remorse for what you’ve done. You admitted that I never assaulted you like your friends had said…but by then it was too late.”
Hoseok presses the buttons on the vibrator three more times and your back arches at the newfound pressure.
“I had to change schools and only because you spoke up I wasn’t put on any registry.” Hoseok explains, his eyes fixed on how your pussy begins to leak with arousal. “Back then you pretended to like me. You allowed me to take you on dates and admit things I would never had the courage to if you never made me comfortable.”
“Please…” you pleaded, unable to talk more than one word at a time. “It’s too…much.”
“You can take it.” Hoseok grumbles, voice raspy. “You allowed me to hold your hand. You kissed me back. You…you liked it, Y/N. Only when you were caught did you back down.”
Hoseok knows you’re cumming. Your eyes roll to the back of your head and your breath hitches - and he enjoys every moment of it.
“To cover up the fact that you liked it, you pushed me away, remember?” Hoseok slams a hand against your cheek to regain your attention.
 You yelp aloud, a wave of pleasure going through you. “Y-Yes!”
“You were so humiliated…frightened at what your friends would think.” Hoseok slaps you again, positive that you like what he’s doing to  you. “But I knew you adored being around me, Y/N.I was the only person you didn’t have to pretend with.”
Hoseok removes the vibrator just as you cum, you arousal coating the bed sheets. The vibrating sound echoes through the room, mixed with your low sobs.
“I thought about what punishment you all deserved but I could never bring myself to punish you.” Hoseok speaks after a moment. He allows you to catch your breath. “Even when I met you a year ago, Y/N, it felt like it did when we were in High School.”
You flinch when Hoseok touches your face.
“You’re flinching as if I’d ever hurt you.” Hoseok shakes his head. “I got you out of your own debt, remember? I helped uplift you while your friends were going through their own karma. I did.” Hoseok speaks, each word his voice raises higher and higher. “Right?”
“Hoseok please-”
“Right?!”
You flinch once more at the shout. “Yes.” you respond meekly. “I-I didn’t mean to go that far with you.”
“I know, baby.” Hoseok discards the vibrator and places both hands onto your face. “I know,” he repeats. “That’s why I chose to forgive you and give you another chance. Now you and I could truly be together.”
Hoseok frightened you - deep  down you tell yourself that Jay was in there somewhere. A year of loving one another, there was never any slip up. Jay cared for you. He loved you unconditionally and put you before anything.
“Don’t look at me with those eyes, Y/N.” Hoseok sighs. “You’re not scared of me. You’re scared of the situation. I would never hurt you or I would have already.”
That doesn’t make your heart beat slow.
“You and I could be together again truthfully. We can continue to love one another.” Hoseok kisses along your face, the same feathery kisses that Jay would give you. “No Mi-sun, no Jang-Mi, no Minji. Just you and I.” he speaks again, his lips pecking yours. “Right?”
Jay always loved you, but this was Hoseok and at the moment, Hoseok terrified you to the core. You were nothing without Jay and you allowed Jay to fully take care of you like he insisted.
“Yes.” you nod, defeated and unsure of what to do. Your bound wrist hurt as did your ankles.
“I love you, baby.” Hoseok pecks your lips once more, smiling into it.
You were sure Jay loved you, wherever inside Hoseok he was residing - and that fact was the only thing keeping you from crying further.

It’s always been you - Kim Mingyu
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They had always been little rivals, secretly liking each other much more than they would ever admit – they just didn’t realize it yet.
From this, love would bloom.

You had always loved the summer – when the weather was perfect, and you could visit the beach, hang out at the ice cream parlour, or lose yourself in a new book by the pool. Summer in Busan was incredible, and growing up there was the best.
But there was one part of your childhood that you didn’t miss.
Kim Mingyu.
Kim Mingyu was the neighbor’s son, and since our moms were best friends, we practically grew up together. Whenever our moms had their coffee dates, we’d be dragged along to play, which usually meant Mingyu teasing and annoying me endlessly.
At first, we got along well enough. But everything changed when we started school, and Mingyu met Jungkook.
Jungkook had been your first crush, and Mingyu knew it because he overheard a conversation between you and your best friend. From that moment on, Mingyu made it his mission to embarrass you. He told Jungkook that you still wet the bed sometimes, and after that, Jungkook wanted nothing to do with you.
Every day, you’d greet Jungkook sweetly, but over time, you gave up.
The three of you grew apart, and whenever your mom asked if you wanted to join their get-togethers, you found an excuse to avoid them.
When you moved to Seoul, you rarely heard about Jungkook or Mingyu anymore. You still followed each other on social media, but that was about it.
Now, as you sat on the train heading back to Busan, you realized you’d be seeing them again. Your mom was turning 50, and you couldn’t miss the party. Mingyu’s mom, Minjae, was hosting the event.
It was a surprise for your mom – she had no idea you’d be there.
When you knocked on the door, shifting nervously from one foot to the other under the scorching sun, Minjae opened it with a gasp. “Y/N! You look like you’re about to pass out. Come in, come in!” She hurriedly took your suitcase. “Where’s my son? Did you walk all the way here?”
You nodded while taking a sip of the water she handed you. “I waited for Mingyu, but he didn’t show up.”
Before you could explain further, the door swung open, and Mingyu walked in, clearly annoyed. “Mom, I waited for an hour. Y/N didn’t show up.”
“I didn’t show up?” You glared at him. “You idiot, you left me waiting in the heat!”
Mingyu scoffed. “My mom told me to pick you up from the South station.”
“South? I was waiting at the West station!” You shot back, incredulous.
Minjae gasped. “Oh dear, I’m so sorry! I must’ve mixed up the stations. That’s completely my fault.”
You sighed, laughing it off. “It happens. I’ll just get changed and head to the pool.”
As you picked up your suitcase, Minjae added, “By the way, you’ll have to share a room with Mingyu. His sister’s room had a pipe leak, so it’s unusable.”
You groaned internally but forced a smile. “That’s fine, we’ve shared a room before.”
In reality, it was far from fine. You’d rather sleep outside than share a room with him. But what choice did you have?
As you unpacked your things, Mingyu casually strolled in, acting as if nothing had changed between you two. “So, still mad about the station mix-up?” he asked with a grin.
You shot him a look. “Let’s just say you owe me a lot of ice cream.”
Mingyu chuckled, leaning against the doorframe. “Deal. But don’t think I’ll let you off easy. You still owe me for all those times you ditched us back in high school.”
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t help the small smile tugging at your lips. Maybe this weekend wouldn’t be so bad after all.
Tumblr media
At your mom’s birthday party, the tension only grew.
You wore a beautiful dress, one that hugged you in all the right places and shimmered softly under the evening lights. You felt confident, graceful even, as you moved through the crowd of guests. It was a special night, after all – your mother’s 50th.
Mingyu was there too, looking unexpectedly sharp in a fitted suit. He was talking with some family friends, laughing along with the group, but every now and then, his gaze drifted toward you. He tried to act like he didn’t notice, but the way his eyes lingered whenever you passed by made it clear – he thought you looked beautiful.
And you had noticed him too, though you’d never admit it. He’d grown into someone strikingly handsome, his presence more confident than before, but there was still something about him that annoyed you.
The party went on, with laughter and music filling the night air. Every now and then, Mingyu would find a reason to talk to you. He’d make small talk, ask if you needed anything, or simply stand next to you when there was no one else around. It was subtle, but enough for you to realize that avoiding him wasn’t working as well as you’d hoped.
Later in the evening, as the celebrations began to wind down, you found yourself sitting outside on the terrace, taking a break from the noise inside. Mingyu joined you a few moments later, holding two glasses of wine.
“Here,” he said, handing you one. “Thought you might need this after the long day.”
You accepted it with a small nod, unsure of what to say. The silence between you was thick, and for a moment, it seemed like neither of you would break it. Then, his voice cut through the quiet.
“You look… really nice tonight,” Mingyu admitted, his voice softer than usual, eyes focused on the stars above.
You glanced at him, caught off guard by his honesty. “Thanks,” you replied, your heart unexpectedly skipping a beat.
Before you could say more, your mom’s laughter echoed from the doorway, followed by Mingyu’s mom, Minjae. They were standing together, arms linked, watching the two of you from afar.
“Oh, look at them,” your mom said playfully, nudging Minjae. “I swear, those two are secretly in love with each other.”
Minjae giggled in agreement. “I’ve always thought so too. They just need to realize it themselves.”
You felt your cheeks heat up in embarrassment, and you noticed Mingyu shift awkwardly beside you, pretending not to hear their teasing. You both exchanged an uncomfortable glance, but neither of you said a word.
Maybe your moms were right. Or maybe they were just caught up in their own hopes and memories of your childhood. Either way, the idea lingered in the air between you, impossible to ignore.
The evening was in full swing, with soft music playing in the background and the sound of laughter filling the room. You tried to keep your attention elsewhere, but it was impossible to ignore Mingyu – especially when you saw him flirting with a stunning blonde across the room.
She laughed at something he said, leaning in a little closer, and you felt a sharp pang of jealousy rise in your chest. You hated the feeling. Why did it bother you so much?
As if sensing your gaze, Mingyu glanced in your direction, catching your eye for a split second. Panic surged through you, and before he could see the frustration written all over your face, you quickly made your way upstairs, needing a moment to breathe.
Once in your room, you leaned against the door, your heart racing. You hated how easily he could get under your skin. Just when you thought you had your emotions in check, there he was, messing it all up again.
A few minutes later, there was a knock at the door, followed by the sound of it creaking open. “Y/N?” Mingyu’s voice cut through the silence, his steps soft as he entered the room.
You didn’t turn to face him, not trusting yourself to stay calm. “What do you want, Mingyu?”
He sighed, walking closer until he was standing just a few feet away. “What’s going on with you? You’ve been acting strange all night.”
“I’m fine,” you muttered, crossing your arms in an attempt to shut him out.
“Doesn’t seem like it,” he persisted, his tone stubborn. “You ran off the moment I looked at you.”
You swallowed hard, trying to keep your voice steady. “I just needed some air. That’s all.”
Mingyu wasn’t buying it. He stepped closer, his eyes narrowing slightly. “You sure it doesn’t have something to do with the blonde downstairs?”
You froze, your heart thudding in your chest. “I don’t care who you flirt with, Mingyu.”
He smirked, clearly not believing you. “You’re jealous.”
“I am not jealous,” you snapped, but your voice betrayed you, a hint of frustration slipping through.
Mingyu’s smirk only grew wider as he took another step forward. The air between you felt charged, heavy with tension neither of you could ignore. Before you could process what was happening, he leaned in, his face inches from yours.
“You are,” he whispered softly, his breath warm against your skin. “And I think you’ve had a little too much to drink.”
Your heart raced as the scent of him filled your senses, the tension pulling you closer despite your better judgment. “So have you,” you replied, barely above a whisper, your body betraying you as you found yourself leaning in.
Suddenly, his lips were on yours, and any hesitation you’d felt evaporated in an instant. The kiss was electric, years of unspoken emotions pouring out all at once. Mingyu’s hands found your waist, pulling you against him as your fingers tangled in his hair.
Before you knew it, he lifted you effortlessly, carrying you over to the bed as your lips never left his. The room spun slightly, a combination of the alcohol and the heat between you, but none of it mattered. Nothing mattered except him in that moment.
He laid you down gently, his body hovering over yours as he kissed you deeper, his touch igniting every nerve in your body. You knew this was reckless, fueled by too many drinks and years of suppressed feelings, but you couldn’t stop. Neither could he.
The night blurred around you as you gave in to the moment, to the desire that had been building between you for so long.
Tumblr media
The next morning, you woke up with the sunlight streaming in, blinking away sleep as you glanced around the room. Your heart dropped when you spotted Mingyu lying naked beside you, the sheets barely covering him. Panic surged through you, and you quickly bolted from the bed, rushing into the bathroom.
Once inside, you turned on the shower, letting the hot water wash over you. You stood there for what felt like an eternity, trying to forget everything that had happened the night before. The warmth enveloped you, but it couldn’t erase the memory of your impulsive decision.
After what felt like ages, you finally stepped out, wrapping a bathrobe around yourself tightly. Taking a deep breath to steady your racing heart, you opened the bathroom door and stepped back into the room.
Mingyu was awake, scrolling through his phone. He looked up at you, a playful grin spreading across his face as he caught sight of you. The only thing covering his lower body was the blanket, but that didn’t make it any less distracting.
“Morning, sleeping beauty,” he said, his voice teasing but warm.
You tried to maintain your composure, feeling heat rise to your cheeks. “Don’t… don’t look at me like that,” you stammered, feeling flustered.
He chuckled, clearly enjoying your embarrassment. “Why not? You’re the one who made things interesting last night.”
You shot him an incredulous look. “Interesting? You mean reckless!”
He leaned back against the headboard, a mischievous glint in his eyes. “I’d say it was a lot of fun. But I guess you don’t remember all of it?”
Your stomach flipped at the implication. “I remember enough,” you replied defensively, crossing your arms.
Mingyu’s expression softened slightly. “Hey, it’s okay. We’re both adults here. It doesn’t have to change anything… unless you want it to.”
You hesitated, your mind racing. What did you want? The night had been exhilarating, but it also complicated everything. “I just need some time to think,” you said finally.
“Fair enough,” he replied, his grin fading a bit. “But just know, I’m not going anywhere.”
With that, he turned back to his phone, and you felt the weight of the moment hang in the air. You needed to sort through your feelings and decide what this all meant, but for now, all you could do was breathe and try to regain your composure.
Tumblr media
Later that evening, as you sat on the terrace, Mingyu finally found you. He leaned against the railing, his expression serious yet relaxed. “Y/N,” he began, “I’ve been thinking about last night.”
You tensed, your heart pounding. “What about it?”
He took a deep breath. “I thought it was… nice. Maybe we could make it a thing? Like a friends-with-benefits situation.”
Your stomach fluttered at his suggestion. It was reckless, but the thrill of it tempted you. “Are you sure that’s a good idea?” you asked, trying to mask your curiosity.
Mingyu smirked. “Why not? We both know there’s chemistry between us. No strings attached, just fun.”
You weighed the options, knowing it could complicate things further. But the excitement of being close to him again was hard to resist. After a moment of hesitation, you nodded. “Okay, let’s do it.”
His grin returned, a mix of relief and mischief. “Great. Let’s keep it casual.”
That night, you found yourselves tangled together once more, the boundaries of friendship blurred in the heat of the moment. The chemistry was undeniable, and as you lost yourselves in each other, you realized this new arrangement might just lead to more than either of you had anticipated.
Thinking about him even when you weren’t together, feeling a connection that went beyond physical attraction.
Tumblr media
One fateful night, however, everything changed. You returned to his room unexpectedly and walked in on Mingyu in bed with the blonde from the party. The sight hit you like a punch to the gut, and tears instantly welled in your eyes. You felt as if the ground had vanished beneath you.
Panicking, you turned and bolted downstairs, your heart racing and emotions spiraling. Mingyu called out after you, his voice echoing in the quiet house, but you didn’t stop. You couldn’t face him.
When you reached the living room, you spun around, breathless and trembling. Mingyu followed, completely naked, the shock on his face shifting to concern. “Y/N, wait!” he urged, desperation creeping into his voice.
As the tension in the room thickened, your emotions spilled over. “Just go back to her, Mingyu!” you shouted, your voice shaking with hurt.
He stepped closer, confusion mingling with defensiveness. “What are you talking about? It was just a bit of fun!”
“Fun? You think this is all just a game?” You couldn’t believe what you were hearing. “I thought we had something more!”
He crossed his arms, his expression hardening. “We agreed it was casual, Y/N. You knew that.”
“Casual?” you repeated, disbelief washing over you. “So I was just a fling? Just someone to pass the time?”
“Honestly, yeah,” he said, his words cutting like a knife. “It was nothing special.”
You felt your heart drop at his admission. “So, I mean nothing to you?” Tears stung your eyes as you struggled to comprehend his coldness.
“Don’t make this complicated,” he shot back, frustration evident in his voice. “You knew what this was. I never promised you anything.”
“Clearly,” you replied bitterly. “I thought we could be more than just a hookup. I thought you cared!”
“I didn’t owe you anything,” he said, shaking his head dismissively. “It was just supposed to be fun for both of us.”
The weight of his words pressed down on you. “So I’m just another girl to you? Nothing special at all?”
“Exactly,” he replied, his tone blunt. “That’s how it is.”
In that moment, you felt the reality of your situation crash down around you. You turned away, tears streaming down your face. “I can’t believe this. I deserve more than that.” With that, you grabbed your things and stormed out, the anger and heartbreak coursing through you as you realized you had to leave this behind.
Tumblr media
You decided not to tell anyone about what happened with Mingyu. The pain was too fresh, and you weren’t ready to share it. Instead, you focused on avoiding him as much as possible. Whenever your friends planned gatherings, you found excuses to skip out.
But then came the Thanksgiving parade, a local tradition you couldn’t ignore. The streets were filled with laughter, floats, and colorful decorations, but you felt a heaviness in your heart as you walked among the crowds.
As you turned a corner, you unexpectedly ran into Mingyu. The moment your eyes met, a wave of tension washed over you. You quickly looked away, ignoring him completely. He stood there, hands shoved in his pockets, his expression a mix of regret and frustration.
“Y/N,” he called out, taking a step toward you. “Can we talk?”
You didn’t respond, your heart racing as you turned and walked away. You could feel him following, his footsteps echoing behind you.
“Please, just wait!” he urged, desperation creeping into his voice. “I know I messed up. Just give me a chance to explain!”
But you didn’t want to hear it. The memories of that night flooded back, and you quickened your pace, weaving through the crowd. You needed to escape the reminders of everything that had gone wrong between you two.
“Y/N!” he shouted, his voice rising above the noise of the parade. “Don’t just run away from this!”
You felt a mix of anger and hurt, but you didn’t stop. The last thing you wanted was to relive the pain. You pushed through the throngs of people, determined to put as much distance between you and Mingyu as possible.
In that moment, you knew you were doing what you needed to protect yourself, even if it meant facing the day alone.
Tumblr media
Mingyu and his sister Minseo arrived with their mom for a visit, and the atmosphere was lively. You greeted them politely, trying to mask your feelings as you engaged in conversation. Minseo was friendly and easy to talk to, and you found yourself chatting with her more than you expected.
As the evening went on, you noticed Mingyu watching you from a distance, a mix of concern and uncertainty in his eyes. Eventually, he approached, attempting to break the tension.
“Hey, Y/N,” he said, his voice softer than usual. “How have you been?”
You felt your stomach twist. “I’ve been… okay,” you replied, keeping your tone brief.
He frowned slightly, sensing something was off. “Are you sure? You don’t look well.”
You didn’t want to get into it, so you shrugged. “I just haven’t been feeling great lately. I think I need to rest.”
Before he could respond, you excused yourself, feeling the weight of his gaze on your back as you headed upstairs. Once in your room, you closed the door and leaned against it, taking a deep breath. The last thing you wanted was to confront the feelings swirling inside you, especially with Mingyu so close. You needed some time to gather your thoughts.
You took a moment to collect yourself, trying to push aside the emotions that had been bubbling up since Mingyu’s arrival. The walls of your room felt both comforting and suffocating, a stark contrast to the laughter and chatter you had left behind.
After a few minutes of silence, you lay down on your bed, staring at the ceiling. Your mind raced with thoughts of Mingyu, the unresolved tension between you two, and the feelings you had tried to bury. Just as you were beginning to calm down, you heard a light knock on the door.
“Y/N?” It was Mingyu’s voice, gentle and tentative. “Can I come in?”
You hesitated, not wanting to face him just yet, but something in his tone made you nod. “Yeah, sure.”
He opened the door slowly, stepping inside with an uncertain look. “I’m sorry if I made things awkward earlier. I just wanted to check on you.”
“It’s fine,” you replied, sitting up and forcing a smile. “I just needed a moment.”
He studied your face, concern etched across his features. “You really don’t look fine. Is there anything I can do?”
The sincerity in his voice caught you off guard. You felt a flicker of the connection you once had, but you quickly reminded yourself of everything that had happened. “Honestly, I just need some space.”
Mingyu nodded, looking disappointed but understanding. “Okay. I just… I care about you, you know?”
Those words hit hard, stirring emotions you thought you had under control. You looked away, unable to meet his gaze. “I know. But things are complicated.”
“I get that,” he said softly. “But I want to fix this, Y/N. Can’t we at least talk about it?”
You sighed, feeling torn. Part of you wanted to open up, but another part was terrified of where that conversation might lead. “Maybe another time,” you said, your voice barely above a whisper.
“Alright,” he replied, though you could see the disappointment in his eyes. “Just… take care of yourself, okay?”
With that, he turned and left the room, closing the door softly behind him. You lay back on the bed, feeling the weight of everything settle heavily on your chest. You needed to sort through your feelings, but for now, all you could do was think about the choices ahead.
Tumblr media
While helping your mom prepare for Thanksgiving dinner, you felt a knot of emotions building inside you. After a moment of hesitation, you finally said, “Mom, I think I might have deeper feelings for Mingyu.”
She looked up from chopping vegetables, her eyes brightening with interest. “Really? I’ve noticed how he looks at you. I think he feels the same way.”
You shook your head, brushing her off. “No, it’s not that simple. He’s with someone else, and I can’t just assume.”
“Just because he’s talking to someone doesn’t mean it’s over between you two,” she suggested. “You should talk to him about how you feel.”
Before you could respond, the doorbell rang, signaling Mingyu and his family’s arrival. You quickly set aside your swirling thoughts, shifting your focus to being a good host.
As everyone gathered around the table, the atmosphere buzzed with warmth and laughter. Mingyu sat directly across from you, and you felt the weight of his gaze more than once. Despite the underlying tension, there was a spark of connection that neither of you could ignore.
During dinner, Mingyu’s mom casually brought up Leona, the blonde from the party. “Mingyu and Leona are getting to know each other more seriously,” she said with a bright smile. The mention of her name sent a pang of jealousy through you, and you could see Mingyu nodding, though his expression was hard to read.
Suddenly, you felt a lump form in your throat, and panic set in. Before you could process it, you started to cough, choking on a piece of food. The room fell silent as everyone turned to look at you.
“Y/N!” your mom exclaimed, rushing to your side. Mingyu was right behind her, his eyes wide with concern.
“Are you okay?” he asked, his voice laced with worry. He leaned closer, his presence both comforting and overwhelming.
You managed to cough up the food and take a deep breath, feeling the heat of embarrassment wash over you. “Yeah, I’m fine,” you replied a little too quickly, trying to brush it off.
Everyone continued to look at you, concern etched on their faces. “Just a little too excited about the food, I guess,” you added, forcing a laugh, but the tension remained thick in the air.
Mingyu didn’t take his eyes off you, the worry still apparent. You could sense the underlying questions in his gaze, but you couldn’t bear to let him see how deeply his words about Leona affected you.
As the dinner continued, you tried to focus on the conversations around you, but the weight of the moment lingered in your chest. You felt torn between wanting to confront your feelings for Mingyu and the painful reality of his growing relationship with someone else.
That evening, as everyone mingled after dinner, you did your best to avoid Mingyu. You chatted with his sister and your mom, trying to distract yourself from the tension that hung in the air.
But then, as you retreated to your room for a moment of solitude, Mingyu quietly followed you inside. The door clicked shut behind him, and the moment felt charged.
“Y/N,” he said softly, his eyes searching yours. “I’ve missed you. I’ve really missed this.” He stepped closer, the sincerity in his voice making your heart race.
Before you could respond, he leaned in and kissed you gently. The warmth of his lips sent a shiver through you, and for a fleeting moment, you melted into the kiss, feeling the connection you had tried to deny.
But then, as reality hit, thoughts of Leona flooded your mind. You pulled back, your breath quickening. “Mingyu, wait,” you said, your voice trembling. “What about Leona?”
His expression faltered, confusion clouding his features. “What about her? We’ve talked, but it’s not like that with her.”
“Not like what?” you pressed, trying to hold onto your resolve. “You’re getting to know her seriously. I can’t just pretend that doesn’t matter.”
He stepped back, running a hand through his hair in frustration. “I thought we had something special, Y/N. I thought you felt it too.”
“I do,” you admitted, the honesty escaping before you could filter it. “But it’s complicated. I don’t want to be a rebound or a distraction.”
He took a deep breath, his eyes softening. “You’re not a distraction. I care about you. I thought maybe we could figure this out together.”
The conflicting emotions swirled inside you. You wanted to believe him, to step into the moment and embrace what you felt. But the thought of Leona lingered, casting a shadow over your heart.
“I need time,” you finally said, your voice barely above a whisper. “I can’t just jump back in without knowing where we stand.”
Mingyu nodded, understanding but clearly disappointed. “Okay. I’ll give you space. But know that I’m here, and I want to talk whenever you’re ready.”
With that, he stepped back, leaving you alone with your thoughts, the tension still heavy in the air. You sat on your bed, feeling the weight of the choices ahead.
You sat on your bed, the silence of the room settling around you. Mingyu’s words echoed in your mind, mixing with the confusion and uncertainty that had taken root in your heart.
You took a deep breath, trying to process everything. Part of you longed to run after him, to tell him that you felt the same way, but the reality of Leona’s presence kept you anchored in your doubts.
Later that night, you tossed and turned in bed, sleep eluding you. Thoughts of Mingyu and his kiss played on repeat, but so did the image of him with Leona, laughing and sharing intimate moments. You felt trapped between desire and self-preservation.
Eventually, you got up and made your way to the kitchen, hoping to distract yourself with a late-night snack. As you rummaged through the pantry, you heard footsteps behind you. It was Minseo, looking for a late-night treat as well.
“Can’t sleep?” she asked, her tone light.
You shrugged, forcing a smile. “Just thinking.”
“About Mingyu?” she probed, her eyes twinkling with curiosity.
You hesitated but decided to be honest. “Yeah, it’s just complicated. I’m not sure where we stand.”
Minseo nodded, leaning against the counter. “I know he cares about you. He’s been a bit different since the party. You two have a connection.”
“I thought so too,” you said, feeling the weight of your uncertainty. “But then there’s Leona. I don’t want to get caught in a messy situation.”
She considered this for a moment. “You have to do what feels right for you. But if you want to pursue something with him, don’t let someone else’s presence stop you. Talk to him.”
Her words struck a chord within you. You knew deep down that avoiding the situation wouldn’t help. You needed clarity, and the only way to get it was to confront your feelings head-on.
The next morning, you resolved to find Mingyu and have that conversation. After breakfast, you sought him out, finding him outside, leaning against the porch railing, lost in thought.
“Mingyu,” you called, your heart pounding as he turned to face you.
“Hey,” he said, his expression cautious but hopeful.
“I think we need to talk,” you said, feeling a surge of determination. “Can we sit down?”
He nodded, and you both settled on a nearby bench. The air was thick with anticipation as you searched for the right words.
“I’ve been thinking a lot about us,” you began. “About what happened the other night and what I really want.”
Mingyu listened intently, his eyes focused on you. “I want to hear it all.”
Taking a deep breath, you continued. “I can’t deny that I have feelings for you, but I also need to know what you want. I don’t want to be just a fling.”
He leaned in closer, his expression earnest. “You’re not a fling to me. I want to explore this—whatever ‘this’ is—together. But I need you to be honest with me too.”
“I am,” you replied, your heart racing. “I just need to know if you’re willing to put in the effort, especially with Leona around.”
Mingyu nodded, determination in his voice. “I’ll figure it out. I want to prioritize what we have.”
In that moment, a glimmer of hope sparked within you. It was a small step, but it felt like the beginning of something real. The road ahead was still uncertain, but at least now you were both willing to navigate it together.
You took a deep breath, feeling a sense of relief wash over you. “I want to explore this too, Mingyu. But I need reassurance that you’re committed to making it work.”
He nodded, his expression serious. “I promise you, I’ll figure things out with Leona. I don’t want to lose what we have.”
A wave of emotion surged through you. “It’s just hard seeing you with her, knowing you’re getting to know her better. I want to feel like I matter.”
“You do matter,” he insisted, reaching for your hand. “You’re not just another girl to me. You’re someone I really care about.”
His touch sent a warmth through you, grounding you in the moment. “I guess I just need some time to process everything.”
“Take all the time you need,” he said, squeezing your hand gently. “Just know I’m here when you’re ready.”
After a moment of silence, you both exchanged smiles, the tension easing between you. The conversation had lifted a weight off your shoulders, and you felt a flicker of hope for what could be.
As the days passed, you and Mingyu began to reconnect. You spent more time together, laughing and sharing stories, gradually rebuilding the bond that had felt strained. Each moment together reminded you of why you cared for him in the first place.
Tumblr media
One evening, while watching the sunset, Mingyu turned to you, his eyes reflecting the vibrant colors of the sky. “You know, I can’t stop thinking about how lucky I am to have you in my life.”
A shy smile crept onto your face. “Really? It feels nice to hear that.”
“I mean it,” he said, his voice sincere. “You’ve always been special to me. I want to make this work, no matter what.”
You felt your heart flutter. “I want that too, Mingyu. But I still need to know you’re serious about it.”
“I am,” he said, leaning closer. “Let’s take this one step at a time. No rush. Just you and me figuring things out.”
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow around you, you leaned in and kissed him gently. It felt right, the world around you fading away as you focused on the connection you both shared. In that moment, you knew you were ready to embrace whatever came next, together.
One afternoon, as you were sitting on a park bench, you couldn’t help but voice your concerns. “Mingyu, do you think you’ve really moved on from Leona?”
He paused, looking thoughtful. “I’ve talked to her, and I made it clear that I’m not interested in pursuing anything serious.”
Your heart raced at his honesty. “What did she say?”
“She understood. I think she felt the same way, but it was hard for both of us to admit. It just… wasn’t what I want,” he replied, meeting your gaze.
You nodded, feeling a mixture of relief and lingering apprehension. “I just want to make sure we’re both on the same page. I don’t want to get hurt again.”
“Neither do I,” he said, reaching for your hand. “That’s why I’m here. I want to make this work.”
As you walked hand in hand, a sense of calm washed over you. With every step, it felt as if the past was slowly fading away, making room for something new and hopeful.
Tumblr media
Then, one evening, Mingyu surprised you with a picnic under the stars. He laid out a blanket in a quiet spot, complete with your favorite snacks and drinks. The atmosphere was magical, the moonlight dancing on the surface of the lake nearby.
“This is perfect,” you said, smiling as you settled down on the blanket.
Mingyu grinned. “I wanted to do something special for us. I know it hasn’t been easy, and I just want you to know how much you mean to me.”
You felt your heart swell. “You have no idea how much this means to me.”
As the night went on, you shared stories and dreams, and the conversation flowed effortlessly. Eventually, the topic shifted to relationships, and you both found yourselves discussing your pasts, your fears, and your hopes for the future.
“I never thought I’d feel this way again,” Mingyu admitted, looking at you with earnest eyes. “You’ve changed everything for me.”
The sincerity in his voice sent butterflies fluttering in your stomach. “I feel the same way. I didn’t expect to care so much, but here we are.”
He moved a little closer, his gaze locked on yours. “I want to be more than just friends. I want us to be something real.”
Your heart raced as he leaned in, his lips brushing against yours in a soft, lingering kiss. In that moment, everything felt right. The world around you faded, leaving just the two of you wrapped in the warmth of your connection.
When you finally pulled back, you felt a sense of clarity wash over you. “I want that too, Mingyu.”
“Absolutely,” he replied, his eyes sparkling with excitement. “I’m all in."
As the night deepened, you both sat in comfortable silence, the sounds of the night surrounding you. Suddenly, Mingyu turned to you, his expression serious.
“Y/N, there’s something I need to tell you,” he began, his voice steady but filled with emotion.
Your heart raced, sensing the weight of his words. “What is it?”
He took a deep breath, his gaze unwavering. “I’ve loved you for a long time. Ever since we were kids. I just didn’t realize it until recently.”
You blinked, processing his confession. “You loved me? Even back then?”
He nodded, a soft smile appearing on his face. “Yeah. I remember those summers in Busan, all those moments we spent together. You’ve always meant something special to me, even when I was too young to understand it fully.”
Tears pricked your eyes as you reflected on those memories, the playful rivalry, and the undeniable connection. “I never knew. I thought it was just childish feelings.”
“It was more than that,” he insisted. “You were always the one I felt drawn to, and it’s only grown stronger over the years.”
You felt a mix of emotions—joy, disbelief, and vulnerability. “Mingyu, I never knew you felt that way. I thought I was just another friend.”
He shook his head. “You were never just a friend to me. I’ve tried to push those feelings aside, but seeing you again made me realize how much I want you in my life.”
Moved by his honesty, you reached for his hand. “I’ve developed feelings for you too, but it’s hard to shake off the past.”
“I understand,” he replied softly. “But I want to be with you. I want to explore this, no matter how complicated it gets. I’m willing to fight for us.”
Tears welled in your eyes as his words sank in. The weight of your shared history, combined with this new revelation, felt overwhelming. “I want that too, Mingyu.”
He nodded, squeezing your hand gently. “I’ve always been here for you, and I always will be.”
In that moment, surrounded by the quiet of the night, you felt a shift within yourself. The barriers you’d built began to crumble, making way for the love that had always lingered just beneath the surface. You knew this was just the beginning of something beautiful.

Elevator Confessions
Tumblr media
gibbs x reader
Slight swearing
“Shit!” The jolt of a suddenly stopped elevator made (Y/N) grab on to the closest thing nearby, which happened to be Leroy Jethro Gibbs. (Y/N)’s boss, friend, and the man she had secretly been in love with for the last year. His hands reached out and grabbed her waist to keep her from falling. “Are you okay, (Y/N)?” Gibbs asked. “I’m fine, are you okay?” She asked in return. “Just peachy.” He said with a slight smirk, which she was trying hard not to blush at. “Why did you turn off the elevator, Gibbs?” (Y/N) asked. “I didn’t touch anything. Why did you turn off the elevator?” He asked in return. “I didn’t touch anything either.”
Being alone with the person she’s been secretly in love with is daunting enough for (Y/N). But being trapped in an elevator with the person she’s been secretly in love with, to say she was nervous, would be the understatement of the year. (Y/N) whipped out her phone and tried to see if she had service. If she had service, she would call Tim or Tony or anyone to help them both out of the elevator. At first, she thought about trying to escape using the ventilation shaft at the top of the elevator, but seeing as she’s not exactly Ziva David, she decided against it. She was also waiting for Gibbs to somehow think of a way out of there. He had attempted to pry the doors open, but that didn’t work. All it did was barely move half an inch, and make Gibbs sore.
So the two of them just decided to wait it out. One part of (Y/N) hoped they would be found soon, the other part of (Y/N) was thinking, maybe this is the sign she’s been waiting for to tell him how she truly feels. After about 25 minutes, they both realized they weren’t being found as soon as they had both hoped. They sat on the floor of the elevator, and for a few minutes, said nothing. They both needed the quiet to decompress after the case they had. It was bad. But then again, all the cases they work are bad. Gibbs was the first to break the silence, asking, “This is really somethin’ isn’t it?” “Nah, it’s not so bad. I could be trapped in here with Tony, as he asks weird personal questions.” She replied with a laugh.
For the next 3 hours, they talked about anything and everything. At first she hadn’t noticed when he took her hands in his, but when she did, she couldn’t focus on a word he was saying. The only thing she could focus on was the feeling of his rough hands oh so gently holding hers, and the thought rushing through her mind, ‘He’s so close, just kiss him already’. “(Y/N)?” The sound of his smooth voice snapped her out of it. “Have you been listening to a word I’ve been saying? Your eyes look distant, and it seems you’re avoiding something in the conversations we had.” Damn, it looks like her secret was about to be revealed after all.
“No, Gibbs, I wasn’t listening, and I’m sorry. What did you say?” “(Y/N), don’t turn the conversation around. What is it you want to say?” He started to gently caress her hands, and she knew it was meant to be a gesture of comfort, but he had no idea just how comfortable she is when she’s with him. “You know you can tell me anything right?” He said, now softly gazing into her eyes. “Gibbs, there’s something I need to tell you. And I’m not sure how you’ll react, so I just have to come out and say it. Oh, I’m so nervous-” She was abruptly cut off by the feeling of his lips brushing against hers. She very enthusiastically returned the kiss, and the two stayed like that for the next minute.
Both sitting on the floor, one of his hands tangled in her hair, the other hand caressing her jaw, she had one hand on his shoulder, and the other hand tangled in his silver hair. They only grew apart when the need for oxygen became too great to ignore. She looked at him through her eyelashes, and he had the look of pure infatuation in his eyes. “I have been wanting to do that  since the moment you became an agent.” Gibbs said, with a small smile. “Likewise, Jethro.” (Y/N) responded, her voice sounding much more sultry than normal. Right when their lips connected, they both heard,  “I knew it!” from Tony. They looked up to find, not only Tony standing there, but the whole team.
Well, being trapped in an elevator wasn’t on the bingo card for this week. Neither was trying to confess her feelings towards Gibbs, and Gibbs feeling the same way.

The Epilogue
It starts off on a simple hot sunny day at the lake.
The kids are giggling and splashing water in each other's faces.
Dustin and Steve are off to the side getting the sandwiches ready. Steve is watching Eddie flip the boys into the water.
"I'm so glad we're all like this together. I never thought I'd even get you an Eddie into the same room."
"Well he's really changed a lot. Definitely since we were kids. I like being his friend, I think we're better for it." He finishes wrapping up the sandwich he's working on and ignores Dustin's eyes piercing into his skull. Behind him he hears another splash and some screaming.
"What."
"I didn't know you used to be friends."
"Friends? It's been a long time since I've been regarded as one of those."
"Be for real I didn't know you and Eddie used to hang out."
"Yeah we used to hang out all the time." Steve looks off into the distance wistfully.
"So what happened?"
"Well, we grew up. I grew up and Eddie grew up and we both grew into different people and Eddie didn't like how different we ended up being. It happens all the time. We didn't have monsters to bond us like you guys."
"Well that sucks, maybe you guys will reconnect as strong as you used to be."
Steve rustles Dustin's hair much to his complaint.
"We'll be fine champ, we're doing well now aren't we?"
"Yeah Stevie we are." They both spin around at the sound of Eddie's voice. He's giving them a confused look. Squinting his eyes at Steve like he doesn't know how to feel.
---
A long time ago
"Do you want to be friends?"
"Why?"
"I think you're cool."
"No you don't you just think I'm cool cause I'm in 4th grade and you're only in the baby 3rd grade class."
"Am not!"
"You are!"
"UGH...I'm Steve by the way."
"Eddie."
Middle school
"Steve there's something wrong with me."
"Don't be ridiculous Eddie, whatever it is we'll fix it."
"This can't be fixed."
"Dude just spit it out I won't get mad!"
"Ok...I have a crush...on a boy."
Eddie's eyes are welling up with tears.
"Hey it's ok Eds." Steve walks closer to him, slowly, like approaching a wounded animal.
"I won't judge you."
"Really?"
"Yeah! So what if you like boys I'll kick anyone's ass who says anything bad. You're still my best friend that's never going to change." He wraps Eddie up in the tightest hug he can muster.
"I love you Steve."
"I love you too Eds."
Before high school
"I just don't know why you're being like this!"
"What Steve? You can't believe I'm mad at you for blowing me off for your other friends?!"
"I wasn't blowing you off! I had basketball practice! Tommy's mom just drove me home dude it's not as crazy as you think it is."
"Oh really?!"
"Yeah! If anything you're being crazy!"
"Oh! If that's how it's gonna be then we don't need to be friends anymore."
Eddie's stomps off. So angry he doesn't hear Steve calling back out to him. The next time they interact, Tommy is pushing Eddie into a locker.
When Steve called Jonathan Byers a queer he remembers the promise he made to Eddie and promptly throws up afterwards.
When Robin comes out to Steve on the bathroom floor he thinks he has a second chance to prove himself. When she ends up being better than he imagines he is so thankful.
God he misses Eddie.
---
"Me and Stevie boy can pack up the car don't worry munchkins."
The two try to pick everything up but Eddie gets progressively angrier by the second. Steve is trying to figure out why he has personal beef with a cooler.
When they reach the car Eddie tries to shove everything in the trunk but it all falls apart.
"What's wrong."
"Me? Nothing, why?" he hastily folds the towels again, shoving them back in.
"Well...you're all huffy."
He spins around, his face getting closer, red with anger.
"You wanna know what my problem is?! I can't believe you told him that like I was the one to break things off, like you ever missed me, like you never hated me!"
"That's ridiculous! I've never hated you! You hated me!"
"No! You're the one who changed. You made the final decision!"
"Yeah because you pushed me away."
"You didn't fight me on it."
"I fought you everyday. Everyday I thought of you. Everyday with the name calling and the lockers, I was trying to get your attention."
"You think I wasn't? You think I stand on tables for fun?!"
"...it's all been a misunderstanding?"
The two stare at each other not even daring to blink.
"We wasted so much time, we could fix that, that is if you still want me"
"I never went a day without thinking of you."
he gets shy, his face darker than his sunburn.
"I know you've changed, I've dealt with that but a part of me still thinks you hate me. For what I am. What you'll hold against me. I don't know if I can handle being friends with you with that fear in my heart."
"I'd never. Ever. Do anything. Besides," Steve flicks his hair back. "Birds of a feather and all that." The blush on his cheeks is high and getting darker by the second.
"The what?"
"I'm uh kind of bisexual."
"Kind of?"
"Definitely. Definitely bisexual."
"Oh."
"Right um...so you won't have any problems from me. I hope that won't be a problem for you."
"No! Never! I'm just...surprised."
"Yeah you would be," Steve grumbles.
"What?"
"Nothing!"
----
Steve is sleeping in his bed when he feels something wrong. His eyes shoot open and he spots a figure standing over his body.
"Jesus Christ!" He shoots out of bed and is ready to grab his weapon when he registers who's in front of him.
"Eddie?" He says softly. "What're you doing here? You had a gig tonight, how did you get in my house? Why are you in my room-"
"Steve." Eddie's face is golden. The moon is reflecting into his eyes, shining so bright. He looks so happy, like he's going to cry. His smile is so bright.
"Steve. I got it."
"You go it?"
"The record deal. I got it."
Steve runs at him and Eddie catches him. Of course he did. He always will.
"Oh my god oh my god," he mutters into his shoulder. Eddie's arms are squeezing his waist tighter. "I'm so proud of you oh my god."
"Steve. I have to tell you something, that's what I came here to say."
"What's going on Eds? You never sound this serious." Eddie lets go of him and sits him down on the edge of the bed. Eddie lingers closer to the door like he's ready to make an exit.
"The recording studio is in Chicago."
"Oh."
"I leave in a week."
"Oh."
"I want you to go with me."
"What?"
Steve feels confusion run through him but he's not complaining. He'd follow Eddie anywhere.
"Yes! Ok! Let's go!"
Eddie smiles but it looks like it's causing him pain.
"There's a condition to you coming with me." He comes closer to Steve but still keeps his distance. "You need to know the truth before you agree to leave everything behind."
"What's going on Eds?"
"Ever since we were kids I've been in love with you. Big. Gay. Feelings. I want to hold you and kiss you and start a life with you. I know you're bi but that doesn't mean you'd be into me, especially considering our history. I was going to keep it a secret, never tell you, but it's not fair for you to be with me and not know my true intentions. I understand if you don't want to speak to me anymore but I'll do anything to keep our friendship. I've tried to forget you but have you met you? You're unforgettable. You're too damn loveable." He chuckles at that, eyes darting at every corner of the room.
"Eddie..."
"I understand-"
"Come here please."
"Um...no."
"Edddiiie," Steve whines. He stands and grabs Eddie's hands and drags him back to his bed laying him down. He crawls on top of him and tucks his head into Eddie's neck.
"I am very confused right now Steve."
"Thank you for telling me, I understand how scary that can be to share your feelings. The only thing is I can't believe you don't see how I feel!" He props his head up until their noses are touching. "I love you you idiot. I've been in love with you since forever. Of course I want to start a life with you and whatever else you wanted-"
"Kissing. I wanted kissing."
"And you'll get it."
Steve giggles into his mouth and the two kiss for what feels like forever. They finally break apart and keep their foreheads touching.
"So...Chicago?"
"Chicago."
-----
Eddie's suit jacket is grabbed and he's thrown into a bathroom stall.
"Oh my god I can't believe you did that."
"Steve how did you even get back here? Bribed a guard. He knew who I was anyway, congratulated me on having such a loving partner." He ends the sentence smashing their lips together shoving Eddie against the wall.
"Mmm well," Eddie pulls away. "I didn't know the next time I'd win a Grammy I wanted to make it count."
"Eddie you confessed your love for me and came out in your speech that was something...something so special. God all I wanted was to see you, be near you. I couldn't go another second not being by your side."
"A bathroom stall was the closest you could get huh?" He smirks.
Steve smirks, sinking to his knees. "What? It's not good enough for you?"
"Nope! It's perfect! Absolutely perfect sweetheart no complaints here.
----
"You want to marry...me?"
"Yeah baby why wouldn't I?"
"I- I...yes! Ok! Yes!"
----
It ends on a simple hot sunny day
seventy years later
"Hello everyone, my husband lived a long successful life. You may know him as the lead guitarist for the many bands he's been apart of during his long career. You knew him as Eddie Munson rockstar but I knew him as much more. I knew him as my love. My husband. An uncle to our little gremlins little gremlins. A friend to all. A supporter of all. He passed away yesterday from natural causes. I was asked by his Manger how I wanted to handle this and I knew I had to do it."
There are tears in his eyes as he stares down the camera but a small smile on his lips.
"He lives on through our friends and family. Through those who have watched him grow. Through his awards and his fans. Through his charity work. Most importantly he lives through his love. He loved so much. So hard. Everthing had meaning to him. Everything had purpose." He wipes a stray tear away.
"I'll see you soon my love."
The final epilougue is the next day, for the sweethearts could not live long without the other. They had already been making up for the time they did not know each other, for they time they spent ignoring each other. They couldn't spend another minute apart.

Tumblr media
“Jean, what’s wrong? You’ve been quiet the whole car ride.”
He stands beside you in silence, arms crossed, watching you unlock the door to your apartment, brows knit in a tight scowl. You open the door, entering first, hearing him slam it shut, startling you. “What the hell? Seriously, what’s wrong?” You hang your jacket on the coat rack, slipping your shoes off simultaneously.
He looks towards the kitchen, avoiding your gaze. “Nothing.”
You roll your eyes, knowing damn well it’s something. “Please, baby. Just tell me.” Stepping towards him, you wrap your arms around his neck, pouting.
He sighs. “You were flirting with Eren all night.”
The accusation makes you laugh at first. But when he continues to glare, you stop. He’s actually serious. “I was not flirting with Eren.”
“You were. You wouldn’t stop talking to him.”
“We were sitting right next to each other; I didn’t want to be rude,” you defend.
“And he kept touching you, and you just let him. It’s like I wasn’t even there.”
You try to recall how the night transpired. The two of you attended Mikasa’s birthday dinner at a swanky restaurant. The entire gang was there, including Eren, who Jean is always weird about for whatever reason, despite being good friends with him. They’ve known each other since they were kids, always pitted against one another, a constant competition in all aspects of life. Who’s stronger, who’s smarter, who gets the most action. Even as adults, they never grew out of it. Jean always felt bested by Eren, which didn’t help with his insecurities. But the one thing Jean has that Eren doesn’t is you. And maybe that’s the deeper meaning behind why he’s so upset tonight.
It might be the wine from earlier muddling your memory, but you don’t remember Eren touching you. Well, except for his hand on your shoulders, laughing at whatever funny story you were telling him. Or when he brushed his fingers along your neckline to inspect the dainty gold chain Jean gave you as an anniversary gift two years ago. And there was his palm resting on your bare knee underneath the table, slowly creeping up your thigh before your boyfriend had to pull you out of your seat to use the bathroom. In the moment, you weren’t aware that whatever was happening between you and Eren was flirting. Honestly, you’re still unsure, but now that you think about it, you can see why Jean is upset. But being immature and petty, you won’t admit to it. You don’t take his claims seriously, deciding to tease him just a little bit to push his buttons.
You grin, squeezing his cheeks between your hands. “Well, I can’t help it. He’s hot. I wish you weren’t there.”
Immediately, you regret it. It’s a mean joke that preys on his insecurities, and you only realize that now as you see the look on his face. His jaw hangs open, eyes betrayed, staring at you dumbfounded. “Are you serious right now? Why would you say that?” He escapes from your grasp, stomping into the kitchen for a glass of water.
You swallow hard, knowing you fucked up. “Jean, you know I’m kidding. It’s a joke.”
“Ha ha, very funny,” he replies sarcastically, chugging his drink.
“Baby, I wasn’t flirting with Eren. Maybe he was flirting with me, but I was definitely not doing it back.”
“Oh, please. You were giggling at all his jokes, batting your fucking eyelashes at him. You were definitely flirting, don’t give me that bullshit.”
“You’re overreacting.”
“I think I’m reacting the perfect amount, actually. I mean, how would you feel if I started rubbing my hands all over Christa? Or Mikasa?”
Annoyed, you scoff, muttering, “Like you haven’t already tried.”
His expression worsens into a grimace. “What?”
“Nothing,” you respond, almost certain he understood you.
He stays silent for a moment, letting the situation sink in. Eventually, he murmurs, “Fine. If that’s the way you want it to be, I’m leaving.” He makes his way towards the door, face red with anger.
“Jean.”
“Go ahead and call Eren. Since you didn’t want me there in the first place, you’re free to do whatever you want now. Go fuck him, for all I care.”
“Jean!” You yell out, tears welling in your eyes.
He doesn’t look at you as he exits the apartment, slamming the door shut without another word.
~~~
Jean sits in his own apartment, sulking on the couch in front of the blank TV. He’s got the remote in his hands but hasn’t bothered pressing any buttons because his mind is reeling over the fight the two of you just had. This might the worse one yet. And he’s not sure how it can be salvaged after what was said.
He’s mad at you for making his insecurities a joke. He’s mad at himself for yelling at you instead of explaining that is actually hurts him deep down. Both of you could have handled the situation better. But, of course, emotions get in the way of logic, causing a bigger mess than necessary.
It’s been almost an hour since he stormed off. He checks his phone for any notifications. Nothing. The urge to call you is strong, but he resists. Maybe he needs a bit more time to collect himself.
The buzzer rings. Heart thumping, he presses the intercom. “Hello?”
“Jean. It’s me.” There are bits of static on the other end, but it’s undoubtedly you. “Can we talk?”
He sighs, relieved and excited to hear you. Without saying anything, he buzzes you in. Within minutes, you’re knocking on his door. When he opens it, he finds you cuddling the Pompompurin plushie he bought for you at the Sanrio store ages ago. Your eyes are swollen from crying, clad in your favorite sweats. Unable to contain himself, he wraps you in his arms, resting his chin on your head.
“I’m sorry!” you cry out, sobbing into his shirt.
“I’m sorry too,” he says, squeezing you tighter, the plushie suffocating between your bodies. He waddles the two of you into his apartment, kicking the door closed.
“I shouldn’t joke about it. I know how you feel about Eren. It was mean and I’m so sorry.”
“I know. I’m sorry, too. I shouldn’t have yelled at you. I was jealous and insecure, and I was taking it out on you. I know you weren’t flirting with him. I know you’d never do that to me.”
“And I was riling you up on purpose. I shouldn’t have done that. I was being cruel and petty for no reason.”
You finally let go of Pompompurin, tossing it to the floor to embrace your boyfriend fully. The two of you stay in each other’s arms for a while longer. Finally, you peer up at him, sniffling. “I got your shirt all wet.”
“I’m going to take it off soon anyways,” he says playfully, bowing his head to kiss you on the lips.
You giggle into his mouth, kissing him back, tugging lightly at the hem of his t-shirt. He grabs your hand to lead you into the bedroom, stripping off his clothes in record time, boner sprung stiff against his abdomen. You follow, removing all your clothes until you’re naked, laying on his bed, thighs spread wide. He immediately positions himself between your legs, lapping at your clit.
This is how most of your little fights conclude: in the bedroom, having the nastiest makeup sex. Jean continues to slobber all over your pussy, sucking and flicking his tongue on your bud until you’re whimpering for him. He slides his middle finger inside you, curling at the tips. He adds his ring finger in, pumping his digits in and out of your wet slit, mouth still latched on your clit. You come like this, a high-pitched whine escaping your throat as his fucks his fingers inside you, the wet squelches lewd and arousing to your ears. He dribbles his spit on your swollen pussy lips, smearing it around you, getting you extra wet for his cock.
Sliding down the edge of the bed, you turn over to wiggle your ass for him. He smacks it, watching the flesh jiggle upon contact. “This is all mine, right princess?”
Craning your neck to face him, you grin, shaking your ass some more. “All yours, daddy.”
He bites his lip, grabbing your cheeks with both his hands, spreading them. “Daddy’s gonna give it to you so good right now. My little slut is gonna get pounded by this fat cock.”
Your knees tremble with anticipation, eager for him. “Give it to me. You always give it to me so fucking good.”
He slides his cock in smoothly. “I do, huh? I know how to make my baby girl cream all over this cock.” His thrusts are rough and fast, exactly how you like it. “Fuck, baby. You feel so fucking good around my cock.”
“Yeah? You like this tight pussy?” You throw your ass back, his dick stuffed in your pussy, hitting that sweet spot.
“I love this tight pussy. Fuck,” he curses, gripping your hips tightly as he pounds away at you.
He’s buried so far into your womb, you almost feel it in your belly. “Fuck! Right there!” you whine, hand pressed to your abdomen.
“I give it to you good, huh?” He tightens his grasp on you, railing you harder. The bed squeaks below you noisily. “Tell me what I want to hear.”
You gulp down whatever saliva is gathering in your mouth, wiping away the drool leaking down the corner of your lips. “You’re the best, daddy. The best I’ve ever had.”
“That’s fucking right. You’re so good for me. Such a slut for daddy, fuck.”
He finishes inside you, filling you up with his load. After he pulls out, he watches the cum ooze out of your slit, fingering some of it back in. You turn to lay on your back, face up, smiling at him. He spoons you from behind, sliding his arm around you waist, pressing a kiss to your temple. “I love you. I’m sorry about tonight.”
“We’re a little past apologies now, aren’t we?” you joke, interlacing your fingers with his.
He buries his nose into your neck, inhaling your familiar, sweet scent. “I know. Still, I hate it when we fight.”
“Me too,” you respond, snuggling closer to him. “I love you.”
It’s silent for a moment, before he asks, “So, do you really think he’s hot?”
This time, you pretend to fall asleep, a clever smile on your face.
Elias Pettersson x Hughes reader maybe Jacks twin. They hid the relationship from Quinn because she is scared what he will say but we he finds out on him own it kinda goes to shit and they all start fighting with each other just to get to a happy ending
This whole thing started when Elias asked her to go to Sweden with him this summer. They had been dating for over half a year and he wanted to take her to get to know his family better and see where he grew up. The problem is none of her family was in on her relationship with him and she is scared they are too deep into the lie to say anything.
Y/n had first met Elias during Quinn's first NHL game. After the game, they all went to dinner to celebrate Quinn. On that trip, she and her parents went to check out one of the colleges she was thinking about attending.
The next time she saw Elias was when both her older brother and her twin brother played against each other for the first time. On that trip, nothing crazy happened. They shared a few more laughs than the last time but in Elias's eyes, she was still Quinn's little sister.
She got accepted into a good school in Vancouver close to her brother (idk anything about Vancouver or the schools) it was super hard for her to be so far from Jack and the rest of her family but he convinced her it was good for her “we are both living out our dreams you deserve to do what you want to do.”
It wasn't until December of last year did they start to act on their feelings. She had been around Quinn and his team a lot and they got along too. She was even friends with some of the wives and girlfriends. And if Quinn hadn't gotten super sick last December she probably wouldn't be in the situation she was.
She had stayed at the apartment he shared with Elias to take care of her poor big brother only to find out she had a lot of stuff in common with his roommate and she really enjoyed his company.
After that, they stayed up all night on the phone meeting up for coffee in the morning, sneaking out to go to the movies. They wanted to tell Quinn but if they did and he didn’t approve of it or he just became the third wheel all the time ruining his relationship with both.
They decided to just keep it between the two of them for a little and that turned into a lot longer than they thought. And now here she was stressed out and anxious. “Lias I have a bad feeling about this.” They are sitting on the couch at the lake house Quinn had invited Elias to stay with them for a little while to hang out on the lake. her on his lap while he plays with her hair. “ It's time baby we already waited too long. If we wait anymore it will just cause more trouble.”
Instead of answering she groaned and flopped into his chest “ they are going to be so mad.” And just like that Quinn walks through her front door with a brown bag probably full of food. “ I brought som- oh” he doesn’t say anything, just stairs as they separate “ hi Quinn what did you get!?” Act like nothing happened, she said to herself.
“ What were you two doing!?” He is still just staring and Elias speaks up “ Quinn it is long overdue that-“ “Don’t bullshit me what is this!” His voice got louder “How long has this been going on.”
Y/n is so nervous her voice shakes “ since December.” Her voice is small and her eyes welled with tears “ You have been fucking my little sister for seven months! Are you kidding me right now?” His voice is accusing
Elias stands to try and de-escalate the situation “Quinn it is more than that and we wanted to tell you but we didn’t because of this reason right here.” Quinn shook his head “don’t try to blame this on me. Does Jack know?” This broke the dam of tears she was holding “so you are just keeping secrets from your family now?” He turned to Elias “And you know exactly how I feel about teammates dating my sister.”
This is a rule all of her brothers have had for as long as she can remember and she knows that “ this is crazy. Did you really think you could just hide this for the rest of your life? What is Jack going to think when he finds out that you have been lying to us all?” When she doesn’t answer Elias sees her crying
“ I know that you are mad but you don’t get to talk to her like that.” Quinn shook his head before turning to leave he said “This is bullshit and nothing like y/n or you Elias you were one of my best friends.” And that stung both of them.
Before Quinn can leave Jack comes in “Hey what is going on in here?” he looks confused and then concerned when he sees Y/n crying “She is keeping secrets and lying to us all.” Quinn says in a voice that she could only describe as disappointed
“ What is he talking about?” He directs his eyes to his twin, forcing her to come out and say it all “Me and Elias have been seeing each other since December… and he wants me to go to Sweden for a few weeks.” Jack looks very taken aback “What?”
“She has been fucking my teammate and lying about it.” Quinn snapped “She is not just a fuck mate Quinn stop talking about her like that.” Elias says now getting frustrated himself “Why didn't you tell us? Or me I'm your twin that's what we do” y/n shook her head “ I just wanted to be something other than you guys' little sister and Elias gave me that and he treats me really good ok?”
She wipes the tear from her face and takes a deep breath. “ I'm sorry I didn't tell you I really am but I wanted something for myself and I'm not a little girl anymore and I'm tired of you treating me like one.”
Jack is looking at her and Quinn is looking at the ground.
“ if he treats you right and you want to be with him so be it it's just that you didn't tell any of us and it is a shock that's all,” Jack says always so forgiving of his twin Quinn on the other hand not so much “ if you two want to date fine. just not in my house.” before leaving the room for good this time.
Y/n doesn't know what to say Jack takes notice of his sister's shock and Elias's sad features before saying “Hey don't take that to heart he is adjusting.”
Y/n stands to hug her brother “Thank you for understanding. I'm sorry for not telling you sooner.”
Jack rubs her back reassuring her “If he makes you happy then I'm happy. And I am sure he will come around, just give him some time and enjoy your vacation.”
They had been gone for three weeks and she tried her best but the thought of her having to choose between Quinn or Elias if she ever wanted to speak to him again was weighing her down. Elias took notice of his girlfriend's mood and decided to do something about it. When she got back to the room that night she saw her suitcase out and being packed “What is this Elias?” he came from the closet with some more of her clothes “You are going home.”
Her heart dropped “What are you talking about Lias I thought we were leaving next week?” he stopped what he was doing with his head hung low “ I can't do this with you anymore okay? we have to end it.”
The pain in her chest moved all over her body “No we don't why are you saying that?” she moved to pull her clothes out of her suitcase, tears falling as she did.
“Stop.” Elias took her wrist holding them to his chest. “ I won't make you choose and I am not going to be the reason you don't have a relationship with your brother.” his voice is thick he is trying not to cry just as hard as she is crying “Don't do this, I love you, Elias.” he pulled her to his chest
“ I love you too, that is why we have to stop. You have a red-eye flight to Michigan in two hours. It's nonrefundable, you are getting on that plane. There are no exceptions.” his voice left no room for argument but she did anyway all the way to her gate where he left her with a kiss on the head and a small “I love you”
Jack found her the next afternoon when Elias asked if she had gotten home safe. She was sobbing into her pillow in her childhood bedroom “What happened?” Jack said in a way you would think he is talking to a baby “ he broke up with me and sent me home.” Maybe it was because she was crying like a baby. “Why would he do that you said you guys were having fun?”
“ He said he wasn't going to make me choose so he chose for me.” Jack's heart broke for his twin “I tried to fight him on it but he sent me home.” she was shaking with anger and sadness “I'm sorry this is happening to you. Is there anything I can do to make it better?” she pulled the blanket up for him to slip in with her “Will you stay with me till I fall asleep?” “ Of course.” and he did just that.
As soon as she was out he went to find his older brother walking straight up to him “You better fix this right now!” Quinn looked at him confused “ I don't remember breaking anything what are you talking about?” Quinn said getting annoyed “Our little sister just cried so hard I thought she would cough up a lung and it is your fault.”
Quinn is still a little lost “y/n? I thought she was in Sweden.” Jack shook his head, getting more frustrated “No she is sleeping after sobbing herself to sleep because her boyfriend dumped her and put her on a plane because he didn't want her to have to choose a brother over dating him.” Quinn had a look of realization “Yeah you did that you need to fix it. Him separating himself so that you will talk to your little sister says all that needs to be said now get your head out of your ass and do something about it.”
Quinn knocked on y/n door 15 minutes later “Go away please.” she sounded so defeated so instead of listening to her he let himself in “Oh god what do you want?” “I want to know what happened.” y/n rolled her eyes “Why so you can throw a fit and ignore me for a month no thank you.” she rolled over facing the wall
“ no, because I want to know if I need to beat him up or not,” he said half joking but she did not find it funny at all “No Quinn if anything you should be beating yourself up because he is a good friend and he didn't want me to not have my big brother that is why he dumped me and shipped me off to Michigan.” the thought of it made her cry again “ you know what happened now please just leave me alone.”
Quinn didn't say anything else; he just walked away to make a call. “ hello?” Quinn took a deep breath “Did you really break up with her because of me?” it was a stupid question he just needed to hear the answer “Yes Quinn is that all?” Elias was already going through a breakup that he didn't want and he did not feel like fighting his ex-best friend
“ listen Elias I'm sorry for my reaction that was a dick move on my part I was blindsided by the whole thing you are my best friend and it was weird for me to see you with my sister but the way I am seeing her now I would much rather be uncomfortable then for her to be heartbroken.”
Taking a deep breath “When can you get here?”
17 hours later
Y/n just finished getting dressed after Jack had forced her to shower. She honestly didn't have the energy to fight him. When she walked to her room she was met with Elias sitting on her bed stopping her in her tracks “ Lias what are you doing here?” She wanted to hug him but she wasn't sure if that was allowed. “ Quinn called me and said he wanted to say sorry in person.” after that Quinn walked in motioning for her to sit she did
“ I just wanted to apologize for the way I handled this whole situation. It was wrong of me to lash out at you. I love you both and I know you are both good people so I will respect it if you two make each other happy. Who am I to judge?”
Y/n looked at Elias for a split second before turning back to Quinn “ I'm sorry we lied to you that was not fair of us to keep a secret like that.” Elias spoke up “ I am sorry for lying but I won't apologize for loving your sister. She makes me really happy and I want to be with her.” turning to look at y/n when he said the last part “And if she will have me I would like to continue dating her.” Quickly looking at Quinn to see his reaction Quinn just smiled and shrugged
She pulled Elias into a bone-crushing hug “I Would love to be your girlfriend Elias
Not my best work. Time for me to get some shut-eye 💋💋
A bottle of Tequila.
A bad-bitch playlist in the background.
Truth or Dare.
What else could a girls’ night need?
Maybe some more girls to play with, but you were perfectly content with just your best friend. She was everyone you needed for a good time anyways. Had been for years. Your girl, your soulmate, in the most platonic sense.
You met at university on the third day of your third year. After placing identical coffee orders at the store next to the library, you thought meeting each other that way was a coincidence. And when you found out that both of you were going to the same concert later that night and lived mere minutes apart, coincidence turned into destiny.
She started dating your childhood best friend Chan after you had introduced them at some party, though that didn’t terminate your friendship; if anything, it deepened it even further. It wasn’t just you and her who grew closer afterwards. All three of you started hanging out more; similar interests and life paths seemingly connected you for years after graduating.
Chan, Ash, Y/N. The perfect trio. Spending so much time together, people usually mistook you for a throuple.
None of you cared about how people portrayed you. You didn’t listen to the rumours on campus depicting all three of you in sexual scenarios. Perhaps it would have been different had you ever been in serious relationships. Considering all you ever got caught up in were mindless flings or the occasional one-night stand, the strictly platonic relationship with your two best friends was the closest thing you had to a romantic bond.
“What happened to that guy from Friday? Yeonjun? You seemed to get along well enough.”
That was truly an understatement. The man in question had talked to you for no more than 5 minutes before you stuck your tongue down his throat. He was cute and kind enough. Though other than his name and the address of his apartment, where you went, once you decided a club bathroom was too shabby even for you, you knew nothing about him.
“The usual. We went to his apartment. Did it like 4 times,” you answered, rolling around on your best friend’s mattress and stuffing your mouth full of chips.
“So, I can put the best-maid outfit back on the hanger?”
You laughed at Ash’s joke, shaking your head. “Might as well burn it while you’re at it.”
“Oh, come on! You’re gonna find someone eventually.”
It wasn’t so much a question of finding someone. You had plenty of options. Although you weren’t sure if you ever wanted to have more than a few nights with anyone. It got boring too quickly for you to stick to anyone for longer than a few months. By now, you weren’t sure you’d ever find someone you could be with forever.
Monogamy? More like Nonogamy.
“Honestly, I don’t think I’m made for this one person for the rest of my life thing. If I did, I’d probably be married to San by now.”
You and San had dated for a year – needless to say, the longest relationship you ever had. A few months prior, you had decided that being tied down wouldn’t do it for either of you. You had even tried an open relationship, though he seemed to get jealous more than he saw the advantage of the whole thing. So, back to square one, it was.
“Your turn,” you announced, turning to face your friend. “Truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
You thought for a second, taking another swig from the Tequila. You had shared about half of it, the alcohol finally taking over your mind. It made you more daring, the little amount of shyness you still felt around your best friend settling.
“You mentioned something spicy you purchased for your anniversary with Chan.” Ash nodded at your words, a smirk overtaking her face. “I dare you to show me!”
She bit her lip, embarrassed redness taking over her cheeks.
“You really want to see?”
“Come on now! I’m curious what he’s into.”
It took Ash longer than usual to get off the mattress before she stumbled to her dresser. She rummaged through the hangers, eventually pulling out a pastel pink bag. Holding it out, you took it, inspecting its content curiously.
The first item you pulled out was a white two-piece set of panties and bra, though neither of the parts was made of much fabric. The bra part was technically just two triangle-shaped cups with small cushions at the bottom, causing a push-up effect. A thick band connected the two pieces, reaching just above the belly button. Letting the panties run through your fingers, you noticed just how little material it was made of. And the lace was something else.
With wide eyes and a taunting look, you threw your best friend a smirk.
“Girl. He’s gonna go wild!”
“You think so?” Ash questioned as she pulled out the second set, turning towards her mirror and holding it to her body. It was almost an exact replica of the garments in your hands, though the colour was more of a rosé tone.
“I know so,” you assured her, watching her twirl before looking at you through the mirror.
Maybe you shouldn’t have, but with her big doe eyes staring at you, you couldn’t help imagining her wrapped in the item. Biting the inside of your cheek, you felt heat arise inside your body, soon reaching your collarbones and neck.
Before you could think again, you had already opened your mouth, “Wanna try them on?”
“Only if-” Ash turned to you, expression bright as if she had waited for you to suggest a fashion-show sorta thing, “Only if you try the other.”
You nodded with a smile, agreeing with her suggestion. “Sure, why not?”
Bottom lip wandering between her teeth, you tried ignoring the rush of blood running through your body as she pulled her shirt over her head, exposing her perfectly shaped breasts to you. It took everything in you to hide how quickly your mouth started watering. There was no doubt in your mind that her boobs would fit your hands perfectly.
Dang, that alcohol was a backstabbing bitch.
Taking off your shirt, you slid the bra over your chest, fixing it in the back with a skilled movement.
Next were the panties, both of you sliding into them simultaneously, all while watching each other out of the corner of your eyes. Knowing your best friend was as excited about it as you were, was soothing. Even if her reason was far less selfish than yours.
At least as far as you could tell.
“I think yours came with garters,” Ash suddenly remembered, scrambling through her drawer again before pulling out the two strings of fabric. She threw them at you with a chuckle, watching you as you swiftly slid them up your naked thighs. They sat slightly too tight, though you figured it was intentional, so they would stay up. “Fuck, you look amazing!”
“Ditto.”
You watched each other for a few seconds, your eyes wandering over her chest to her stomach and legs. The rosé colour of the panties and bra perfectly accentuated her skin tone and innocent face. She looked straight out of a Playboy. Or Playgirl, for that matter. Any gender would find her attractive; you were sure of it and felt it in your veins.
Ash noticed your fixed gaze, turning around with just a hint of pink on her cheeks. Your tongue clicked at that, tasting a hint of mutual arousal in the current situation. Perhaps that was more wishful thinking than reality, so you decided to test your theory.
As she watched herself in the mirror, hands wandering over her naked skin, you crawled across the mattress before taking a seat at the end of it.
“Do you remember Jisung-ie’s 21st birthday party?”
Her eyes found yours through the mirror, tongue running over her bottom lip as she nodded. “How could I forget?”
“Well, we weren’t exactly sober. Some might say we were too hammered to know what we were doing.”
“I wasn’t.” Agreeing with her, you let your gaze wander over her butt to her ponytail. She looked stunning, beautiful, and anything in between. Tasty. You quickly pushed that objectifying thought back, not letting it mess with your head too much. “Were you?”
“Not enough to not know what I was doing. Or want it, anyways.”
Silence fell upon you, covering you in a thick veil of mutual uncertainty. This wasn’t exactly how you had expected the night to progress, though you didn’t hate the excitement in your body. It was like playing with fire while surrounded by gasoline. A small move could have been enough to set the situation alight.
“Truth or dare,” Ash spoke up after a while, tip-toeing towards you as she sat onto her mattress. Mere centimetres separated you, your chest flushed by the proximity of naked skin.
“What?”
“It’s your turn. Truth or dare?”
You pondered for a second before answering, “Truth.”
The smile tucking at the corners of her mouth made your heart leave out several beats. She looked so innocent in the pink tone of her ‘clothing’, exciting you like you had barely been before.
“Who’s a better lover? Chan or me?”
Eyes widening at her question, you swallowed hard in realisation. She knew. Chan had told her, and now she knew. This revelation caused a handful of questions to arise. Like, how long had she known? Why wasn’t she jealous? And did the thought of you with her boyfriend excite her as much as it did you?
“He-” With a dry throat, you barely got a word out, your tone scratchy. You quickly grabbed the bottle, chugging down a burning mouthful as you pondered how to phrase your thoughts delicately. “He told you?”
“Nuh-uh,” she replied, leaning back against her arms. “My question first.”
You and Chan had happened years back. You were both 18, horny, and virgins long enough to finally want to get it over with. So, being best friends since kindergarten, it only made sense to do it together. Seeing as you trusted one another and had an open enough relationship to be able to talk about it. Express your thoughts and walk the other through what you liked.
It was a rather uncomfortable memory. Neither of you knew what you were doing. You had tried blowing Chan – though unsuccessfully so – as you accidentally bit him. And he had taken forever to finish you off. Not to say that you didn’t in the end. You had never regretted sleeping with him, though it had made your friendship somewhat awkward for some time.
Ash and you, that was a whole other thing. Both of you had experience, though never with another woman. It had happened at Jisung’s birthday party after everyone else had gone home. The two of you had shared a bed, or rather a couch, intoxication driving you to eventually confess to having fantasised about being with the same sex. All it took was the right person to come along to help you explore your sexuality.
Naturally, you had ended up exploring each other. And you had found so much pleasure in each other that it followed you wherever you went for months. You had been just as inexperienced as with Chan, though more realistic about your abilities.
Both memories you thought about occasionally, finding pleasure in either of them. Still, having been with no other woman since then, despite finding just as much arousal in that part of your sexuality, Ash had found her way into your inner eye many more times.
“I don’t-”
You were cut off by the beauty before you, “Yes, you do!”
“Fine,” you gave in, finger playing with the string around your thigh, “I guess being with you was somewhat more exciting. But that had nothing to do with either of you doing better. You both had convincing arguments.”
“Interesting.”
Before Ash could reply to your revelation, you spoke up again, “Your turn. Truth or dare?”
“Truth.”
“How did Chan react? When you told him about us, I mean.”
You imagined your best guy friend to become somewhat jealous upon hearing about his best girl friend and his girlfriend having had any sexual experience with each other. Even though it had happened months before the two of them eventually got together, you imagined he would be somewhat uncomfortable with that thought. Especially since you had been very open about finding out about your bisexuality.
“He almost burst when I told him.” You nodded understandingly, seeing him having a whole tantrum. He wasn’t the easiest to anger, but this must have enraged him. “He also nutted super hard when we had sex later that day.”
Your eyes widened upon hearing those words, “He did?”
That Chan hadn’t been as mad as you had expected him to be filled you with more unanswered questions. Why didn’t he hate the thought of his girlfriend being with his best friend? Was he aroused by the two of you together? Or had his fantasy gone wild, thinking about you doing his girlfriend in front of him – possibly alongside him?
“You’re his best friend, you already had sex with him, and you’re beautiful. There’s no way he didn’t think about all of us together after I told him.” That only proved your suggestion.
“And that doesn’t make you uncomfortable?”
“Are you kidding me?” The disbelief on her face contradicted any hesitation she had felt before. As though what you had suggested was unbelievable. “I’m the first one to hop in on a potential threesome. You and Chan in one bed with me? Sounds like heaven, if you ask me.”
Your eyes met, your chest rising with every deep breath you took after her revelation.
It was pure respect for Chan stopping you from listening to your heart at that moment. And maybe some fear of what a possible night with your two best friends would do to your friendship.
You found both of them extremely hot. That wasn’t the problem. Nor was your willingness to spend a night with them. This constellation sounded like the one thing that could answer all your questions. Most importantly, your suspicion that monogamy might not be for you. The ticket out of the boredom you felt whenever you slept with someone more than a handful of times. But you also understood it could terminate your strong bond with Chan and Ash on the spot.
Your heart wanted this; it wanted the possibility of an epiphany. Disclosing if this sort of thing was endgame for you. But your brain didn’t budge, telling you it was a mistake. It told you it was wrong even when Ash leaned in, nose brushing against yours. It begged you not to connect your lips as your eyes were drawn to them.
“Say something, Y/N.”
When Ash had found the confidence to look at you this way, eyes eating you up, running down your body and back to your own, you couldn’t tell. She seemed much more reserved and nervous when you first put on that see-through set of lingerie.
Not much of that hesitation was left now.
“What about Chan?”
A smirk played on her lips as she widened the distance, grabbing her phone from behind her. You couldn’t control your gaze wandering down the length of her half-naked body, watching her spine arch as she sat back up, holding the item up.
“He’s only one call away. Probably gaming with Minho, two apartments down.”
It seemed like a blessing and a curse that Chan’s best friend lived right next door. And the thought of calling him was tempting, almost as much as the plumpness of Ash’s lips, curling up into a smirk before wandering between her teeth. Her eagerness was overwhelming, the curve of her ass begging you to grab it, that your brain malfunctioned for merely one second.
You eventually found yourself nodding at her question. Intentionally or not wasn’t a question that concerned you right now.
Her gaze left you, your eyes focused on her as she started typing before setting her phone onto the bedsheet between you. Raising her eyebrows, she nodded towards the screen as you followed her.
Ash had typed mere three words, check marks turning blue after a few seconds, confirming that Chan had read them.
Whatever his thoughts were, there was no turning back now. Either he approved, or he didn’t. And all that because of three words that sounded almost too easy.
10:23 PM: Eating out Y/N – Ash
So easy, but also easily explainable if Chan didn’t like the thought. Ash could tell him she had missed one word, and the text would be soon forgotten. Eating out with Y/N. Easy enough.
Nevertheless, the words excited you to the point you swore your heart almost gave out. Just the thought of Ash’s lips on you sent your heart into overdrive, your breathing shallow as you awaited an answer from Chan.
Your eyes fixed on the phone as though you’d miss his answer if you blinked. You didn’t want to miss the reply for anything, the sound coming from the front door only a minute after she had sent the text making both your heads snap towards the bedroom door.
Mere seconds later, the door was thrown open. An out of breath Chan searched the room and found the two of you sitting in the bed. The same bed they had shared many nights before.
When he scanned the two of you, the position you were in and the clothes you wore, it finally dawned on you that this scene was less simply explainable. You were wearing lingerie, almost naked, and you felt the tension; In the literal and the metaphorical sense.
Chan took a few more moments to speak up, throat dry from… anticipation. Maybe? Hopefully?
“You- Wow!”
Looking between the two of you, Chan became aware of how close you were seated to each other. His gaze lingered on your exposed chest for a few seconds before finally being dragged away and towards his girlfriend, swallowing.
“You texted me.” Finally calming down as he understood, nothing had happened yet, he searched her frame for an answer. For all he knew, Ash could have mistakenly written him. Though, from his expression, you knew he wished for something else. That she meant it. Wanted it.
“I did?” Ash played innocent, hand coming to your thigh, running over the skin and causing goosebumps as you shivered. “What about?”
“You were-” Cutting himself off, Chan looked at you. “I didn’t misread that, did I?”
He took his phone out of his pocket, checking the text she had sent him. A grin spread on her lips as she watched his confused face, searching hers for an answer.
“Oh, yes. I guess I did write you.” Fingers running further up your thighs in deep thought, you bit your tongue not to moan at the mere touch. It felt like your skin was on fire, burning your body and the moment into your brain. “Y/N and I were talking. Do you remember what happened at Jisung’s 21st birthday party? When Y/N and I slept on his pull-out?”
“I- I do,” Chan answered quicker than you had expected, revealing that he had thought of the same thing within the past few minutes.
“And remember when I told you about it? How you almost busted at the mere thought?” Swallowing hard, Chan looked at you for a second, debating whether to answer before doing so anyway. This moment was too tempting for him to deny the embarrassing effect your one night with Ash had on him. He was only a man, nodding once he figured that agreeing would give him more than it would take. “Do you want that fantasy to become reality?”
“I- I-” You had never seen Chan stutter so much in the almost 20 years you knew him. He must have really been anxious about this. Or for this to happen, maybe? “Y/N?”
“Oh, Y/N’s perfectly fine with it. Aren’t you, baby?”
Catching Ash’s sight, you nodded, taking a deep breath when she leaned in, eyes on your lips before she finally closed the space after what had felt like hours. You closed your eyes, enjoying the feeling of her lips against your own, her sweet taste mixed with the Tequila as intoxicating as can be.
As she moved against you, her hand came to your neck to keep you steady, your heart palpitating out of rhythm. She must have felt it at your neck, the vein pounding against her fingers, so she drew away, throwing you a questioning look. You understood she was asking you if you were still with her, so you became active and closed the gap again. Your own hand met her shoulder as you pulled her towards you.
The moan from Chan took you out of the moment, a stupid grin on both your faces as you looked over at him. It was unmistakable that he didn’t know what to do; what his role in this scene was. So you moved apart, patting the space between you.
With both of you still clad in that dang lingerie, the whole scene could have been straight out of a porno movie. One of the good ones, with years’ worth of plot.
Chan closed the door behind himself, muscle memory taking over as his brain couldn’t be trusted. He took the spot between you, hands unsteady as he looked from one side to the other.
“Babe?”
“Huh?” Ash chuckled at his intense reaction speed, hand coming to his cheek to get him to focus. Chan was on edge, tipping over any second if one of you were to make the wrong – or in this case, right – move. So much was clear.
“Relax, okay?” He nodded, though from his fingers anxiously fiddling in his lap, you knew he’d need more confirmation than that.
Ash seemed to get Chan just as well, leaning in and planting her lips onto his. You noticed Chan relaxing on impact, hands now stilling their erratic movement.
You watched them kiss for a few seconds, your hand coming to his thigh as Ash dragged it there. She wanted you to join the fun, guiding your fingers along the thick muscle. Her action was met with gratitude, as you otherwise wouldn’t have participated at all.
After a few moments of intimacy between the couple, Ash pulled Chan off her, tilting his head towards you by his chin. He took the hint, inching in closer, his eyes drawn to your lips before they finally tumbled upon meeting. You did, too, a breathy sigh leaving your mouth as though his kiss breathed energy back into you.
Ash’s grip on your hand didn’t falter as she interlaced your fingers with hers, running higher up his leg. Soon enough, your hands met the visible tent in his sweatpants, softly running over the length of it. Memories of his size came flooding back as you touched him, having caused you some discomfort the first time you had been with him. Been with anyone.
Years ago, when you had lost your virginity to the same man you were presently palming, he had been so careful not to hurt you. Today, you knew you could take him better. You had been with many men since then, your body learning to adjust to someone his size. Excitement filled you as you imagined showing him how much you had learned over the years.
You noticed Ash peppering Chan’s neck with kisses while guiding your hands around him, setting the pace and pressure. He seemed to like it, moaning and whimpering into your mouth whenever you stroked him a little harsher. It didn’t surprise you to learn that he liked it rough.
When he pulled away from you after what had felt like minutes, his cheeks were tinted an innocent pink, a smile spreading over his face to his eyes.
“Can you-” Sobbing at one particularly harsh stroke, he collected himself before looking back at his girlfriend, “Can you kiss again?”
Smiling at you, Ash’s second hand came to your chin, pulling you in. Your lips met right before his eyes, a whine escaping him at the combined stimulation from his view and your hands on him. You couldn’t help thinking this must have been even better than any of his fantasies. For you, it was anyways.
Ash nibbled at your bottom lip, pulling on it every few seconds to catch your gaze with a wink. She was so enticing – almost toxically so – you could barely take your eyes off her. If Chan hadn’t been here, capturing just as much of your attention, you would have been all over her already.
When she threw a side-eyed look at her boyfriend, your eyes finally left her, a smirk dancing over her features as your tangled hands ran up his body, pushing him to lay flat on the mattress.
“Y/N, baby, why don’t you give him a little show? Show him some of what you learned since the last time.”
Call it telepathy, but you instantly understood what she was referring to. Chan must have told her about the awkward experience when you had tried sucking him off all those years ago. Being best friends for years, she had also heard how well those particular skills had developed. Not that you had a reputation for giving good blowjobs, but you had certainly been given your fair share of compliments over the years. You didn’t know when, but you must have let that information slip to her at some point.
Dragging Chan’s shirt over his head, Ash exposed his chest to you, all your movements stopping in their tracks.
Now, he had been well-built back then. He had always had a swimmer’s body through and through. It startled you at 18 and did the same to you today.
Your eyes followed Ash’s fingers as she let them glide down his shoulders, between his pectoral muscles and down to his abs. That dang six-pack – or rather eight-pack – he barely let show under other circumstances. On the occasional pool day, sure. But you had always been around other people then. You couldn’t have possibly admired his body for what it was then.
Chan’s body was handcrafted by the Gods and hours at the gym. A dangerous combination you hadn’t seen elsewhere. Chan and Ash together were a true sight to see, eyes locking as her fingers raked over his naked skin. And you were the one at the receiving end of it. Whatever reason that was for.
It took you a moment to comprehend that – yes, this was really happening – for you to travel back to the present. Getting off the bed and settling between Chan’s thighs, your fingers experimentally circled his abs, memorising their respective shape and location for future reference. Chan gasped at the coldness of your fingers, eyes finding yours once they ran further down, teasing the hem of his sweatpants. Lust filled her every fibre as you didn’t mind Ash following your every move. If anything, it spurred you on further. You now had an audience other than Chan, who was at the receiving end of your attack.
“Fuck, you look so pretty like that, baby.”
Ash’s words made you smile, pride filling your motions. If you wanted to show them your abilities before, you were dying to have them watch you now.
Delicately, you dragged down his sweats with help from the man himself, taking your sweet time in undressing him.
Even through the fabric of his boxer briefs, Chan looked painfully hard. Keeping your eyes locked with his, you put your lips against his right thigh, agonisingly slowly dragging them further up. You left a wet trail of saliva on his skin, hands following your mouth until you reached his briefs.
“Fuck me,” Chan groaned, throwing his head back against his girlfriend when you licked a stripe up his length over the fabric. Ash pulled his head up, positioning it against her chest.
“Keep your eyes on her, babe. She’s doing you a favour here. Might as well honour her properly.”
You ignored her words meant for someone else, instead letting your fingers reach under the last piece of Chan’s clothing. Giving him an innocent smile with your lip wandering between your teeth, you finally rid him of the constraint, cock slapping against his stomach once freed.
It was right then that this moment finally reached your brain. You finally understood what was happening. You were having sex. Your two best friends and you. And if you weren’t doing it now, you were about to. So close, you could almost taste him. Taste her. Their combined atmosphere.
The air was thick, like a veil hanging over your mind. It was hot, too. So hot your bodies were coated in sweat despite having done almost nothing. Nothing but kiss them. Your best friends. The two people that should have been the most platonic of relationships you had.
Still, you were kissing them like you wanted them. Needed them. And you did.
This moment would go down in your personal history – the story of your life, if you will – as your sexual awakening.
The first taste of Chan made you moan. An overall saltiness covered his shaft, his pre-cum coating him and his boxer briefs. Chan groaned when you touched him, finally touched him, where he had needed you most. The first true relief he got from his overall arousal made him long for more of both of you.
Ash was right there with you, hands on him, mouth sucking on his neck while her eyes were focused on you. Her gaze burned into the top of your head as you licked all over him, from base to tip, coaxing him to tell you what he wanted. You needed to hear it from him, her, anyone, really. Ash seemed to understand your longing for approval.
“Tell her what you want her to do, babe.”
Honestly, in the one or two times your mind had wandered to this moment – imagining a dimension in which you were with them rather than by their side – you hadn’t imagined Ash to take over control as she did now.
She wasn’t the most open person, her upbringing of always having to behave prim and proper sending a tint to her cheeks every time someone even mentioned something slightly raunchy. The woman watching you sucking her boyfriend off, urging him to talk to you while you did, was someone else. She seemed like a different person, curiosity getting the best of her.
“Please, Y/N.” Chan was begging, digits coming to your cheeks as he ran his thumb across your jaw. “Make me feel good. Take me in. All of me.”
And all of him, you took.
After years of training, blowing almost every man you had been with, you knew just what to do to make him see stars. You moved slowly but purposefully, coaxing him to his release as though this was a competition. As though you wanted to break some record.
“Fuck-” Chan cursed, hands tangling in your hair as he guided you around his length. As much as you let him, that was.
You wouldn’t let him take over completely, some of the control staying on your side as you didn’t let it go. Didn’t want to let it go.
You wanted him to go crazy, and giving him control would stop you from providing one crucial part of the experience. The suspense. The not knowing where you’d go next. When you’d wrap lips around his head, sucking. Or when you’d deep throat him, hollowing your cheeks around him.
You did all that but tried surprising him with a rhythm. A pattern, driven by no more than your imagination. As much a surprise to you as to him. Whatever felt right at that moment, always overwatched by his girlfriend, providing hints on what to do, guiding you through some of it as she knew what he liked. How to make him feral.
You had no doubt that she knew what he liked and how he preferred it. Her words stirred you on – harder, kitten licks, take more, less – having you obey wherever she led you. Like she was in control over your mind even more than you were. And that, she was. She was in control and dominant, but not exclusively so. That became very clear, her mind slipping when Chan put his hand around her neck, squeezing some while running his lips over Ash’s neck.
This whole thing seemed crazy, straight out of a porno. You sucking off Chan while he peppered his girlfriend with sexual advances. Some might have become jealous of how she and not you were on the receiving end of his touches. She deserved to participate every bit as much as you. Maybe even more, for letting you, another woman, pleasure her boyfriend. Her best friend, but a woman, nonetheless.
Swallowing around Chan’s length, you felt his thighs tense below your digits. He was close, so much was evident. Though Ash seemed to have other plans than letting you finish him off.
She pulled you off him and towards herself, knees leaving the ground as your lips met in a heated kiss. This kiss, other than the ones before, was filled with less caution. She wanted you, wanted to feel you, cherish you, have as much of you as Chan had.
“Fuck, you’re so hot.” Whoever Chan was referring to, it didn’t matter. It was probably the two of you together, making out heatedly above him, giving him a sight for months.
Ash sucked on your lip, almost drawing blood from how needy she was for you.
“Let me taste you.” As though you had read her mind.
She guided you onto the bed, laying you beside her boyfriend, higher up towards the headboard. Chan was never far, following you like a lost puppy, hoping for a front-row seat to the show.
Smiling at you, Ash crawled over your body, towering above you as though she was so much bigger than you. Right now, she seemed to be anyways. She leaned in to peck your lips, slowly trailing her path down your neck. Kissing over the junction of neck and face, you rolled your head back against the mattress, eyes closed at her overpowering movements.
Your skin was on fire, burning to your flesh wherever she touched you. Her lips were on your chest, hands on your waist, and one of her legs between yours, so your whole body was going up in flames below her. When she slipped further down your frame, lips suddenly circling to your hipbones, you thought your soul evaded you.
Slowly dipping her hands below your garters, letting them snap against your skin in short, piercing stings, you noticed Chan watching the scene before him. You grabbed his hands, bringing them to your upper body, for the first time touching him without Ash’s supervision.
You felt Ash’s tongue over your navel as you guided Chan’s hands to cup your breasts. He seemed unsure, gaze searching for Ash to get her approval, though she was occupied otherwise. So, he merely laid himself beside you, on his side, for better access to you. With one hand still on your breast, fumbling with the straps, he connected his mouth with yours.
You hummed in his mouth as the combined touches quickly drove you crazy. When Ash pulled your – or rather her – panties to the side, licking a slow stripe up your folds, you stopped in your tracks.
Most of your previous partners had known how to go down on you well enough. They had understood the main anatomy of it all. Where to lick, what to prod. Still, none of them had ever understood it as well as Ash seemed to. The last, previously only time you had been together, you had gone down on her. Had you known just how skilled she was at it, you would have asked for retaliation then and there.
With Chan’s fingers circling your nipples and Ash’s mouth on your clit, sucking lightly before kitten-licking over it, you would not last long. So much was clear. It also didn’t help that they communicated with each other, driving you to insanity in unison. They synched their every movement, providing you with so much constant and unfaltering pleasure that all you could do was lay there and let them.
Your body was trembling already, kissing Chan becoming more of an inactive action. How could you have properly kissed him back when they were working wonders on you?
When Ash’s fingers came into play, knocking against your entrance, it became too much.
You threw your head against the mattress, a low growl escaping your lips as Chan moved in, kissing over your chest. His lips engulfed your nipples in a warm, wet hug as his girlfriend continued to lick you in a perfect rhythm, your heart palpitations adapting instantly.
“Fuck!” Seemingly, the only word that was left in your foggy brain.
Usually, you directed your partners, telling them what to do and how to better their performance. None of it was necessary, as both of them just knew. Knew what you liked. Knew how you liked it. Knew your body like their own. That’s what it felt like, at least. Like all of you were on the same page, written in the very same font.
Soon enough, Ash found your spot, rubbing her digits against it to the beat of your heart. It filled you with a need for release. You had been trying to hold back on moaning, unsure how much their walls could take before they’d get complaints. Though, with the amount of pleasure coursing through you, you couldn’t control your sounds anymore.
Groans tumbled over your lips, muffled only by Chan’s mouth on yours.
“You sound so good. Music to my ears.”
His confession somewhat went by you as too much else was on your mind to focus on and properly take it in.
“I think she’s close,” Chan warned his girlfriend, who gave your clit one last kiss before withdrawing. Your mind cleared of the fog, eyes hazily opening while looking down at your two partners. “Welcome back, baby.”
You smiled at Chan and the nickname they had chosen for you, running your hands over your face as you tried to regain composure.
“This is a good angle on you.” Ash grinned up at you, chin moist from your arousal, so she wiped it off.
“I would like to note that this is better than any of my dreams.” Another confession from Chan you didn’t know how to react to, though you didn’t need to act on it. Ash took over, pushing her boyfriend onto his back to lie flat against the mattress.
“Are you ready for the grand finale?”
Whatever she had in mind, her expression told you it would be good.
“Y/N, why don’t you take a seat?” Nodding towards Chan, you quickly understood her intention, cheeks reddening as you crawled over to him. Ash gave you a hand as you positioned yourself over Chan’s length, under constant supervision of the man himself, before guiding you onto him.
It took you a couple of seconds to fit all of him, carefully moving as you adapted to his size. It had been a while since you had anyone close to it, so they patiently waited for you to be comfortable.
Pressing a kiss to your lips, Ash pulled you off once you gave her the go, pushing Chan back into you until he bottomed out. He hit spots inside you no one had ever done before; it almost felt like he was right there, tip kissing your cervix. Without the comforting kisses from Ash, you probably would have given up already.
After about a minute of riding him, slow and steadily guided by Ash’s delicate fingers, you had gotten entirely used to Chan. Smiling warmly at you, Ash gave you one last kiss before letting go of you.
She tongued over Chan’s abs, licking her way up his beautiful body. You could tell from the way his Adam’s apple bobbed that he was overwhelmed by the joined stimulation from the two of you. Somehow, knowing he wasn’t doing any better than you made you feel better about yourself. It reminded you that all of you were in this together; them just as much virgins to this as you.
As you slowly bobbed on Chan, steadying yourself by his hips, Ash finally landed at his face, planting a heated kiss onto his lips, their tongues slipping into each other’s mouths. The sinfulness of it all urged you to move faster as you leaned forward to feel his pelvis rub against your clit.
You couldn’t believe there could be more stimulation for your arousal, though you figured you were wrong once Ash took a seat on Chan’s face. Her excited gaze met yours as she sank onto his waiting tongue, moaning when he moved it against her. Holding herself up on his torso, Ash was close enough to kiss you, moaning into your mouth when her boyfriend’s hands wrapped around her thighs, pulling her closer. How he wasn’t suffocating was a mystery.
You brought one hand to Ash’s breasts, pulling the cups of her bra down and playing with them as she was brought closer and closer to her release. She seemed to close in on her impending orgasm unbelievably fast, considering she hadn’t been as involved in your ministrations previously. Until now, she had taken a guiding role, comparable to the narrator of your favourite erotic novel. No doubt, the dominance slipped out of her grip as she was stimulated beyond belief by hands and tongues all over her body.
Wriggling her hand from underneath her, she let it wander up your arm towards your neck, pulling you closer to kiss you deeper.
The occasional moan escaped her plump lips as you tasted her strawberry lipgloss mixed with your juices. When Chan’s tongue hit a particular speed, lapping at his girlfriend like a man starved, Ash lost her cool, throwing her head back into her neck. You seized the opportunity to connect your mouth to her neck, sucking at the tender flesh.
“Fuck…”
Now it was her turn to be overwhelmed, her body spasming under the touch of your hands and lips. Chan didn’t let go yet, forcing her to remain on his greedy tongue as she was the first to tip over the edge. Overstimulation set in soon enough, her pleading eyes rolling back as you kissed her, swallowing her moans as best as you could.
Her eyes turned black as she nearly choked on the pain and pleasure, the view threatening to burn into your brain for eternity. Never had you seen someone so sinister, no porn actress or actor able to fake an orgasm so mesmerising. Your movements slowed down to take in hers, both your hands coming to her chest to twist at her nipples, bare breasts laying heavy in your hands. That Chan hadn’t stilled his ministrations yet told you that there was some understanding between them; overstimulation an usual part of their sex life.
You were more than willing to participate, leaning forward to take one of her nipples between your lips. You rolled it softly, tongue prodding at its stiffness before giving the other the same attention.
Ash, still trembling on top of Chan’s tongue, kept her hands at the back of your neck, drawing you in closer. It was then that you understood how Chan could handle such little airflow. Having a beauty just like Ash as the reason for your lack of oxygen seemed like the best way to go out; death was more than acceptable if it was to cause her pleasure. Her wanting and longing for constant pressure on all her vital body parts.
When a second orgasm hit her not soon after the first one, you weren’t surprised. It had been inevitable with how well you cared for her, touching her most delicate spots everywhere, all at once. A whine escaped her as the overstimulation eventually became too much, pulling you off her chest and herself off her boyfriend.
Looking down at Chan, you shared a smile of pride, patiently waiting for Ash to come down at her own speed.
“Fuck. Me.”
The words out of your best friend’s mouth made both you and Chan chuckle.
“You want to go again? Fine by me.”
“God, no.” Ash quickly answered, swatting Chan’s hands away when he tried pulling her back down. She rolled off him easily, taking another few seconds to catch her breath as her eyes met yours. “Let’s focus on you again.”
Ash noticed you had stopped moving, still seated on Chan’s lap and your hands running silently over his abs. Moving her boyfriend back a few centimetres, he finally reached the headboard, placing himself against it. When Ash positioned herself behind you, hands on your hips, she began guiding you on top of him.
In this new position, Chan reached even deeper parts of you, if that was even possible. The added pleasure from Ash’s second hand, grazing over your nipples, brought you right back to the orgasm that had previously been so reachable. Chan’s fingers met hers at your hip, sharing their task to move you over his length.
“Do you feel him? Reaching so deep you almost suffocate?”
Ash’s words were met with a wordless whimper, your head thrown against her shoulder. Her lips came to your neck, sucking at the flesh as all their attention was drawn to you. Chan himself appeared to close in on his release. Still, his eyes were focused on your body, his second hand coming to your clit and softly rubbing into it. It only pushed you closer to the edge, all this stimulation from the two most attractive people you had ever met.
When Chan started kissing the other side of your neck, his tongue lapping at your skin as his plump lips wrapped around your vein, your movements became sloppier.
“So close,” was all you could say before they sped up, together pushing you over the edge.
You spasmed on top of Chan, abs tightening and loosening as your thighs contracted beneath their hands. The crumbling of your walls sent Chan over the edge seconds later, his seed filling you. Deliciously and warm.
You had never been to heaven before, but this was damn close to what you expected it to be like. The level of satisfaction filling your body, reaching into the deepest parts of your bones, seemed unattainable; the mere concept of how it felt better than any dream, any fantasy you could have ever come up with.
A dazed “Fuck” left all of you collectively as your eyes searched the ceiling for leverage. Your mind was hazy, sight still blurry as you came down from your high. Chan and Ash weren’t doing any better spread out wordlessly beside you – Chan in between his girlfriend and you.
When your eyes finally slowed down, features forming faces again, your head turned to the couple beside you. Ash had her head on Chan’s chest as they took deep breaths, almost in unison. Watching them seemed so intimate. Almost too much so, both their eyes closed as they bathed in the afterglow. You wanted to give them a moment, so you sat up, missing how Chan was reaching out for you to pull you against him.
His release dribbled out of you and into your – or rather Ash’s – panties as you got up, mumbling something about getting some drinks before hurrying out of the room.
Once you reached the kitchen, you searched their fridge for cold water bottles. It was when you closed the fridge door that you finally caught a glimpse of yourself in the reflection of the digital screen.
Your makeup was smudged, your eyes heavy, and your stomach dropping at the settling reality the first moment your head cleared. That’s when your thoughts began racing a never-ending marathon, your pupils following an invisible line from left to right in your reflection.
You had just had sex with your best friends. You had just had the best sex ever with your best friends. You had just had the best sex ever with your best friends, and things would definitely be different now. And what if it wasn’t good different? What if your dynamic had just now changed so much that you’d lost them? What if they regretted it? What if they didn’t like you like that – the way you liked them?
Because you did. You liked them. And not how other people liked their best friends. You liked them as you had never liked anyone before. Some people would have probably called it love, though you had never truly felt love for anyone before. Or at least that’s how it felt right this moment. Because if you had loved all the people before them, then what was this? What stronger bond was there than love?
Chan and Ash made you feel like no San, no Yeonjun, and no Soyeon had ever made you feel. It had taken years and multiple sexual encounters – with Chan and Ash separately, other people in between, and both together just now – to recognise that. You had never liked anyone like that before. And you couldn’t imagine ever liking anyone like that in the future.
You shook your head to snap yourself out of this because, no. You couldn’t overthink this. Not when they were in the next room, still coming down from what had happened. It wasn’t as though you could take it back, anyways. It had happened, and the only thing you could do was move on. However you were supposed to do that, you hadn’t quite figured out yet.
“Here you go.”
Entering the bedroom after a minute, you sat on the mattress, handing one of the two bottles to Chan before taking a sip from your own. That sip was about half the bottle, the previous physical activity seemingly more exhausting than it had shown first.
“Thanks,” Ash thanked you when Chan handed her the bottle after gulping down his own half of it.
Silence took over the room as the three of you calmed your breathing to its usual rhythm.
Unsurprisingly, Ash was the first to cut the silence, having been the main instigator for everything that had happened within the past hour, “So… That happened.”
“Sure did,” Chan agreed, eyes meeting Ash’s as they fell into giggles. You didn’t know what to make of this, so you stayed silent, watching them in confusion and adoration. “Fuck, that actually happened. I can’t believe it.”
Looking at you, he reached out to pull you closer. This time, you let him.
“How are you feeling? You’re unusually quiet.”
“I’m-” you trailed off, hand on your hip causing goosebumps to rise all over your stomach. “Good. Still a little dizzy, to be honest.”
“Yeah, this was a lot.” Ash smiled at you, her fingers trailing over Chan’s abs absentmindedly. “So, Chan and I have been talking.”
Ash’s eyes met Chan’s as he nodded in encouragement.
“We – Chan and I – feel like something is missing between us. We’ve been feeling like this for a while, actually. But we never quite figured it out before just now.” Smirking while her gaze met you, Ash’s cheeks turned a shade of crimson. “We believe we’ve found it. In you.”
“You figured that out in the minute I was gone to get water?”
It was a half-joke, her words baffling you. The swarm of bees in your stomach only made you giddier, your body shivering as the impact of Ash’s words got to you. They wanted you, too.
“No, silly.” Ash chuckled, her hand coming to meet your waist. “We’ve been talking for a while. A few months, maybe. We joked about inviting a third party into our relationship before, but we didn’t really assume it would lead anywhere. As I said, we only just figured out that’s what we want.”
Chan’s head turned to you, heart palpitating against his chest under your palm.
“If that’s what you want, of course. You can totally think about it first if you like. Or you can say ‘no’ right away. Just-” A sigh left Chan’s lips as he let himself breathe through his nervousness. “We really, really like you.”
“You do?” you questioned in disbelief, all the worrying from before ejected from your mind, carried by the bees that went berserk at his words.
“Yes. I’ve sort of been in love with you since that night at Jisung’s.”
Ash’s confession knocked the air right out of your lungs.
“And I’ve loved you since we met in kindergarten. So, I guess that means I win?”
And just then, you considered yourself braindead.
Hearing how long they’ve felt this way about you made your heart swell, your arteries burst and rendered your body practically useless. They had loved you for years. Felt this way about you for years. And you, well, if you were being completely honest with yourself, had loved them like this for about the same time. You just hadn’t identified the feeling correctly until now.
But that hardly mattered. Because, as you sat on their bed after having had the best experience of your life, laughing at Chan’s words, your heart and mind numb from how much you wanted to be with them, nothing else mattered anymore. Because you had found your place, and you wouldn’t give up your seat at that table for as long as you still had power over yourself.
LEGACY ~ 9
LEGACY MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
< previous chapter
Word Count: 1,742ish
Summary: You were taken by Ultron. Vision is born.
Notes: This one is more of a filler chapter. Hope you still enjoy it!
Tumblr media
Natasha and Clint honestly thought that they would be verbally assaulted when they returned with the cradle and news that Ultron had kidnapped you. Instead, Tony’s response was even more frightening. He was completely silent. His face was like a blank slate, giving nothing away.
“Tony,” Natasha carefully took a step toward her friend, “we will find her. I promise.”
“You better find her,” Tony’s voice grew louder and angrier with each word, “or else.”
Clint and Natasha quickly went downstairs to find where Ultron had taken you.
“Tony,” Bruce walked over to the man. “Clint and Nat are probably the best to be looking for her. They will find her. We will handle the cradle.”
“If they don’t find her, I will kill them.”
~~~
You groaned as you began becoming conscious. Your head was pounding, mostly due to the hit you had taken. Looking around, you noticed that you were in an old cell in some old base. Ultron was standing outside of it. There were hundreds of Ultron bots being built around him.
“I wasn’t sure you’d wake up,” Ultron admitted. “I hoped you would, I wanted to show you something. I don’t have anyone else.”
“Maybe that’s a sign that you’re on the wrong path,” you grumbled as you pushed yourself to sit up.
Ultron scoffed. “Maybe it’s a sign that everyone else is… I think a lot about meteors, the purity of them. Boom! The end, start again. The world made clean for the new man to rebuild. I was meant to be new. I was meant to be beautiful. The world would’ve looked to the sky and seen hope, seen mercy.”
“They still can.” You stood up. “You can change direction before it’s too late.”
“AH! That’s what you think. Instead of hope and mercy, they’ll look up in horror because of you and your Avengers. You’ve wounded me. I give you full marks for that. But like the man said, ‘What doesn’t kill me–” Suddenly a larger Ultron came up from behind and destroyed the smaller one, “--just makes me stronger.” You backed up against the wall, though there were bars separating you from him. “The same could be said for you… Too bad I’ve decided that you’re not worth it anymore.”
Ultron turned around and walked off. You were slightly relieved that he had decided to leave you alone. Looking around the room, you tried to find something that you could use to somehow get a message to the Tower. There was old radio equipment in the cell. Maybe you could throw something together. You knew that the Team would be looking for you, Tony wouldn’t stop until you were found.
You began to pull apart the equipment and fix it into something new. You were thankful for the time you spent in the lab with Tony, though you felt your ability to do this quickly and accurately had to do with more than just lab time.
Using two wires and an old SHIELD frequency that you somehow knew about, you began sending a message in morse code. You wouldn’t stop until someone was on their way.
~~~
“This framework is not compatible,” Tony stated.
After sending Nat and Clint off to search for you, he knew it needed to be prepared to fight. He convinced Bruce to place JARVIS, who he had found at Nexus, in the body in the cradle. Whatever Ultron was building, could also be the way to defeat him and bring you home.
“The genetic coding tower’s at ninety seven percent,” Bruce informed. “You have got to upload that schematic in the next three minutes.”
Suddenly, Steve and the Maximoff twins appeared in the lab.
“I’m gonna say this once,” Steve warned.
“How about ‘nonce’?” Tony retorted.
“Shut it down!”
“Nope, not gonna happen.”
“You don’t know what you’re doing.”
“And you do?” Bruce asked, clearly angry. “She’s not in your head?”
“I know you’re angry—“ Wanda said, stepping up.
“Oh, we’re way past that. I could choke the life out of you and never change a shade.”
“Banner,” Steve called, “after everything that’s happened—“
“That’s nothing compared to what’s coming!” Tony argued.
“You don't know what’s in there!” Wanda retorted.
“This isn’t a game,” Steve said.
“Oh, I know it’s not,” Tony’s anger was getting the best of him. “My daughter’s life is not a game.” Guilt was gnawing away at Steve.
“The creature–” Wanda was quickly cut off by Pietro speeding around to destroy the lab equipment.
A shot suddenly came up through the class floor. Clint had shot the bullet, shattering the floor, and causing Pietro to fall through it. Clint and Natasha stepped on his legs, holding him in place.
“Pietro!” Wanda yelled.
“What?” Clint said. “You didn’t see that coming?”
The computers in the lab and the cradle began beeping.
“I’m rerouting the upload,” Tony said, hurrying to the computers.
Steve threw his shield at the equipment, stopping Tony. Tony threw an arm out, a gauntlet flew into the room and formed around his arm. It charged quickly and he sent a blast Steve’s way, knocking the Captain down. Bruce rushed behind Wanda, holding her in a choke hold.
“Go ahead,” he whispered to her, “piss me off.”
Clint and Natasha rushed up the stairs, guns in hands. Steve jumped up and headed for Tony. There was a sudden crash, causing everyone to look in the direction of it. Thor slid into the lab, jumped onto the cradle, lifted up his hammer, and began to summon lightning.
“Wait!” Bruce yelled.
With the hammer fuming with lightning, Thor hit the cradle. He stopped as soon as the cradle began beeping. Everyone stood there, waiting for something to happen. The cradle exploded open a few moments later, sending Thor flying backwards and the red-skinned body appeared from the cradle. The body straightened up and flew at Thor. Thor tossed him out of the lab’s glass wall and into the living room. Thor and Steve jumped out behind him.
The body stopped at the main window, hovering. It stared at its own reflection as the others exited the lad and made their way to the main room. Thor set his hammer down and slowly made his way towards the body. It flew down next to Thor, changing its appearance to seem like it was wearing clothes.
“I am sorry,” the body spoke up, sounding like JARVIS. “This was… odd.” He looked at Thor. “Thank you.”
“Thor,” Steve’s authoritative voice rang through the room. “You helped create this?”
“I had a vision,” Thor explained. “A whirlpool that sucks in all hope of life, and at its center is that.” He pointed to the gem in the man's head.
“What?” Bruce questioned. “The gem?”
“It’s the Mind Stone. It’s one of the six Infinity Stones. The greatest power in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities.”
“Then why would you bring—“ Steve started.
“Because Stark is right.”
“Ooh, it’s definitely the end times,” Bruce muttered.
“The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron.”
“Not alone,” the newly made mad added.
“Why does your vision sound like JARVIS?” Steve asked.
“We… we reconfigured JARVIS’ matrix to create something new,” Tony replied. He walked around the man, studying him carefully.
“I think I’ve had my fill of new.”
“You think I’m a child of Ultron?” The man asked.
“You’re not?” Natasha asked.
“I’m not Ultron. I’m not JARVIS. I am… I am…”
“I looked in your head and saw annihilation,” the Maximoff girl said, stepping forward.
“Look again.”
“Yeah,” Clint spoke up. “Her seal of approval means jack to me.”
“Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself, they all came from the Mind Stone,” Thor informed, “and they’re nothing compared to what it can unleash. But with it on our side—“
“Is it? Are you? On our side?” Steve questioned.
“I don’t think it’s that simple,” the man stated.
“Well it better get real simple real soon,” Clint warned.
“I am on the side of life. Ultron isn’t, he will end it all.”
“What’s he waiting for?” asked Natasha.
“You.”
“Where?” Bruce wondered.
“Sokovia,” Clint jumped in.
“He’s got Y/N there too,” Natasha said.
“You found her?” Tony’s attention was quickly drawn to the two assassins.
“She’s smart. Sent a message through old SHIELD channels.”
“That’s my girl… Wait, old SHIELD channels?”
“It was one we knew that HYDRA had access to.”
“Oh.” Tony was starting to grow concerned about what things your memory was bringing forth.
Bruce brought the attention back onto the new guy, “If we’re wrong about you, if you’re the monster that Ultron made you to be…”
“What will you do?” The man asked. He looked around at the group. “I don’t want to kill Ultron. He’s unique, and he’s in pain. But that pain will roll over the earth. So he must be destroyed. Every form he’s built, every trace of his presence on the net, we have to act now. And not one of us can do it without the others. Maybe I am a monster. I don’t think I’d know if I were one. I’m not what you are, and not what you intended. So there may be no way to make you trust me.” Then he lifted up Thor’s hammer and offered it to him. “But we need to go.”
The group stood in shock as Thor took the hammer from him. The man then walked off.
“Right…” Thor nervously said. He walked over and gave Tony a pat on the shoulder. “Well done.”
“Three minutes,” Steve commanded. “Get what you need.”
~~~
Steve, Bruce, and Tony fought themselves at the quinjet, waiting for the others.
“No way we all get through this,” Tony noted. “If even one tin soldier is left standing, we’ve lost. It’s gonna be blood on the floor.”
“I’ve got no plans tomorrow night,” Steve responded with a small smirk.
“I get first crack at the big guy. Iron Man’s the one he’s waiting for.”
“That’s true,” the new guy said, walking past, “he hates you the most.”
“I’ll get Y/N first then I’ll–”
“I’ll go,” Steve said. “I was supposed to watch her. I should bring her back.”
“I’m her father.”
“You are also the one that Ultron’s expecting. This could be a giant trap.”
“Fine. But I swear to God, Rogers, if you don’t bring her back home alive, I will have your head.”
“I’m surprised you don’t already.”

I can't sleep.
We found a house, just as we wished for.
The second floor under the roof would be my dominion. There's enough space for both pcs, it's got windows on the ceiling, I could decorate it however I want. The kitchen's new, the bedroom is big and with a very spacious closet, the bathroom is a little old but manageable, I believe.
It's far away from lots of things though, certainly from where we are now - so from friends, known areas that are a little more populated, the station. But still, it's not like we don't need the car for anything anyway, the trips would just be a little longer.
And yet... it feels like more isolated than here, there's no sidewalk on one side of the street, it doesn't strike me as very busy, and that scares me. Sure, the house is in a complex with around 10 houses with probably more than 2 apartments each, and right in front of our entrance door there's the one to the specular apartment. Sweet sweet bf is already planning to conquer all by baking brownies and bringing them over to whoever we can. Even when he goes to work and I stay home alone for so long, it shouldn't be such a problem.
I should be fine. Nothing bad would happen. Hey, I haven't burned this house nor the previous one I was in, I'm not that terrible of an occupant. If it happened, other people would be around. There's a cafe right in front of the gate to the complex too, I could ask for help there, I could just be there for breaks, idk.
Why am I freaking out so bad? I came to sleep with him at 10 pm and now I'm wide awake, with him gone to work and my stomach upside down. I was dreaming of the house in the middle of open countryside, with a very tall roof with holes snakes could fall from and horses to take care of in the courtyard. I'm scared alone. I'm so scared, and it feels like I can call nobody.
My parents are far away, my family is far away. The usual two hours bus trip can feel so easy and short at times, but some other times it feels like an odyssey. They never come to see me. Mom is more anxious than me and never gives me the push I need to do things. I also miss her, I miss them both - the messed up, heavy environment I grew up in, I still call it home. I miss Bonnie so much. I miss my grandparents, uncles and aunts. My cousins are also here, but meeting them is even harder than seeing my relatives in the south. They're busy, they have different habits than me, they like living the center and they were lucky to know the right person at the right time when they went to live together as roommates.
It's... the same as here, really. But I'm still a guest here, it's not my house. It's my bf's parents' house. I know I can go back if I want to, and most times I don't. The atmosphere turns to toxic very easily because of personal troubles between my parents - they should have broken up forever ago, but they prefer to fight, fight, fight. I got unaccustomed to it.
Later edit: But if I do this, we'll be together. Every day, every time he comes back from work. If his shifts get stable with his new job, maybe even every night. We'll make the big step together. I dreamed of decorating our house for Christmas months ago. There would be space to invite whoever over. It wouldn't be the biggest house for incredible parties, but it would be cozy, and damn it's got some gems too...
Maybe I should open my mind to the new experiences and accept I can take a step back if it doesn't work, and more forward if it does. And that's all, easy as that. I can do it. We can do it.

Note
people on twitter are being so loud about things that aren’t correct.
1. people are saying that k and kat were friends up until k and sam got together but that’s not true. a shocking amount of people think that. kat was “friends” and i say that loosely because they were never close friends, with singer girl not k.
2. people are still going off on colby because of the poem mlp posted. they’re saying that colby always pretends to date these girls like mlp, stas, and amber. also not true. the only one of those girls that he genuinely pretended to date was amber for the video they did together. he did not pretend to date mlp. they all just played into what she was feeding them behind the scenes. same thing with stas, they were never more than friends but they let themselves get convinced by her that they were together. if any of those girls are hurting it’s because they did it to themselves. im so over that damn app lol.
and you’re right with the k live making fun of kat situation. it could be about singer girl (i forget what you guys call her haha) but because people are so mad at sam moving on they want her to be evil so bad. and people are already coming out saying “i never trusted those girls anyway” 🙂 laugh out loud. first of all, m has nothing to do with if k was making fun of kat on live bc she wasn’t live with her it was a different friend. and second of all, if every single time that snc has a girl around you have to say you had a bad feeling about them maybe you should look inward. maybe you should do some soul searching because there’s a pattern there that is toxic as hell. not every girl around snc is out to get them.
sorry this is so long i’m just so over this year and it’s literally only mid january😄 i never knew so much could happen in such a short time
honestly anon, you are absolutely right and i agree with you a million percent.
1. kat and k were never friends. i don’t even think they followed one another at any point. the only way they knew each other was bc of ms singer and kat being on the same label. but none of them were close or really even friends, besides k and ms singer.
and as we know now, k didn’t really even make fun of kat. fans were jumping to conclusions because they don’t like that sam has moved on to k, and colby has moved onto m, and so they take it out on the girls. i mean, they also take it out on colby because sam never does anything wrong and he’s the golden child but you know… same difference lol
2. this argument is one i don’t understand truthfully. even him and amber barely pretended to date. they teased the fandom like twice and that was it. they constantly reiterated that they were just flirty friends.
when it comes to mlp and stas… i could literally fist fight someone over the shit that was said lol jk
mlp has been airing out colby’s shit for the past two weeks bc he rejected her, finally. and ppl are trying to paint her like she is some innocent victim that got played by the evil colby brock. and look, i get that being rejected can suck and not having your feelings reciprocated hurts deeply. i know those feelings very well. but she claims that they were each others’ rocks, that they relied on each other for support and always came running to one another when things got tough. but now she’s casually telling fans in her live streams that colby has had multiple mid life crisis and he has secrets she can’t talk about. and then in her poems, which all have basically been confirmed to be about him, she talks about him having a darkness in him and that his shadows keep them apart and she was the light he needed and it’s just like………. for the longest time, my issue with her is that she has never been satisfied with just having colby as a friend. that she always needed more. but in the time frame of trying to get to that other side, they grew a deep bond. but now, bc she’s hurt, she’s just saying everything he told her. and that’s just disgusting behavior to me. you want to talk about the pain you’re in? that’s fine. but to air out shit he’s never even told us?? how fucked in the head are you to think that’s what one person should do to another? especially someone you called your twin soul? your rock? not to mention, but you’ve made it seem like he needs to be fixed and you’re the one to do it…
if he does have something dark inside of him, which to me just reads as her saying depression, you’re absolutely fucked in the head if you think someone like that needs fixing. especially by a horse girl like yourself. you still act like a high schooler and you’re 30. how about you get your shit together first, kiddo.
and then with stas, that shit just never happened lol she did the same thing as mlp: tried to plant seeds in the fandom that something else was going on with them. liked comments shipping the two of them, constantly answered questions about him. she did what mlp did but in a shorter time frame. and when malishkagate happened, and fans started congratulating the two of them for finally being together (even tho it’s very obvious that she took his phone after he filmed her and wrote “malishka” as the caption since clearly that man doesn’t know russian), that was the beginning of the end for anything they *could* have had. and then she went on her subscription service after they came home from europe and hung out with colby and friends one more time, only to tell her fans that she was going on a date and then posted colby. so… no wonder that man iced her out. i would too if you were going around and bragging to friends that you got posted on my snapchat 👀
also what i find the most annoying is that there are some fans that blame the downfall of the core four as colby’s doing……… as if a major component of the core four wasn’t a LITERAL couple that broke up. like bffr. and wasn’t stas literally complaining about being abandoned during one of kat’s streams and when she was asked about it, she just kept ignoring anything that had to do with stas?
but i guess that’s none of my business….

Fic title: Night changes
(From this old one direction song xD)
okay, I know this song a little so this may influence it, but I'm thinking modern au friends to lovers slowburn. it starts when they're very young kids and follows them into adulthood, seeing how they changed and grew and evolved together. I think it'd portray several stages of their lives, each told in one chapter
first is kindergarten: they meet and become best friends
then high school: they first start to have feelings for each other but because it's high school and they're silly kids who don't know how to deal with emotions yet, neither ever says anything and they date other people instead and both pretend it's okay until they eventually suppress their feelings enough to move on
college: they actually have to separate because they go to different colleges and it's really difficult for a while and they start talking to each other less and less until they finally see each other again face to face during a Christmas break, roughly a year after the last time they talked. they finally hash it out and admit that they both really missed each other and they promise to do better in the future to keep their friendship alive because they're still really important to each other
post-college: they finish college and decide to find an apartment for themselves together and become roommates because hey, they're best friends and it's easier to pay rent, except oh no, the feelings are returning again! what to do
getting together: like two years after they moved in together, Jyn gets a job offer in a different state that she's considering taking but she does have a few hangs up because yeah okay, she and Cassian can't live together forever, she knows that, he'll eventually find someone and move in with them (a day she's dreading), but she also doesn't want to be so far away from him or any of her other friends that she considers family. so it's a tough choice. meanwhile Cassian's panicking because he wants to be happy for her but he can't lose her again, this is gonna end up just like when they were in college and they'll talk less and less until they lose contact again for good this time. he's not prepared for that, he still hasn't told her he loves her but telling her now feels manipulative like he's just trying to make her stay.
so he tries to be selfless and he doesn't ask her to stay, meanwhile Jyn's hoping so bad that he'll ask her but it looks like he's just really cool with the whole thing, and wow, he won't even miss her? okay then. so there's ton of miscommunication going on.
Jyn accepts the job and begins to pack her things, and now Cassian will definitely not say anything, it's too late. on her last night, the gang goes out to celebrate and get drunk until eventually it's just the two of them left. with her imminent goodbye and the alcohol they consumed, emotions are running high, and they end kissing for the first time but nothing else happens. it's awkward in the morning, neither know what to say or if this even means anything, maybe it was just the alcohol and the nostalgia, right? Cassian offers to take her to the airport, except oh no, a giant snow storm reached the city, all flights were cancelled! how terrible. now they actually have a few more days together, just enough time for them to actually sort this out.... anyway, they try to avoid each other a bit at first but eventually break down and talk. both confesses their feelings, and they kiss. Jyn decides not to go. Cassian feels bad, but she reassures him that she was already apprehensive, and part of her only took the job because she was hurt she felt like he didn't even care. so it all works out in the end, happy ending <3
I think that'd be the real ending, but maybe we can do a bonus epilogue chapter where they get married or have kids or something. something super cute and fluffy! and in their home, they have two pictures on the shelf side by side: one taken of them on the first day of kindergarten when they met at just 4 years old, and one decades later on their wedding day.

Mitsuru: We bought heaps of stuff, y’know! I figured you could get some energy back after eating some bread, so we bought a lot of different ones~
Ohh? It looks like they’re opening up to Nii-chan…?
Hajime: Hehe. If that’s how it looks to you, Mitsuru-kun, then I’m glad. …We just talked about ourselves, though.
Tomoya: ? I thought you were listening to what he had to say? Is that not what’s happening right now?
Hajime: Yeah. We thought it would be difficult for him to trust us all of a sudden, so we’re telling him about “Ra*bits”.
Nazuna: If we’re gonna get someone to tell us about themselves, then we should start from ourselves. So we told him everything from when we first teamed up.
Honestly, it just looked like I was just forcing him to listen to me, but I’m glad he found it interesting.
Thanks to that, it seems he’s not feeling so down anymore.
I just learnt that he’s  the same age as me. He told me I don’t need to be so polite with him, so it felt like we grew closer than before.
Mitsuru: Ahaha, he seems less gloomy now!
On second thought, it really looks like talking about “Ra*bits” was effective~
We were complete beginners back then, but I’m sure those stories of how we ran through the entertainment industry would be really interesting for an outsider to hear, y’know!
Tomoya: It also feels sudden and strange that we’re working in the entertainment industry like this.
A year ago… No, it’s almost two years now, huh. We’ve never made so many mistakes in such a short period of time, so time really feels like it just flew by.
Hajime: Do you feel like talking about yourself now?
We’re really worried about why you were crying alone.
Nazuna: …You want to quit? Why is that…?
Hmm. You keep making mistakes and are causing trouble to everyone around you?
Tomoya: Everyone says “it can’t be helped because you’re new”, but you’re fed up with how incompetent you feel…? Well, I’d say the same applies to us too.
It makes you hate yourself more and you notice that everyone is still nice to you about it, right? It just makes you wish you were more competent, doesn’t it?
Maybe this won’t apply to Mitsuru since he’s got good track and field skills, but we’re also kids who had nothing going for them apart from the fact that we’re obedient.
We were able to gain experience thanks to our surroundings, so sometimes, I think we’re lucky that we were able to grow in some way or another.
Hajime: Yeah. Things like the environment at Yumenosaki or our relationships with others… Those things supported us when we were beginners.
I don’t know if you know this but this “producer”, Anzu-san, is also someone who has treated us very well all this time.
I hope you can find someone like that at the company too.
Mitsuru: So, how about it? Is there a senior employee you respect or a colleague you can talk to?
You’re shy so not really? If anything, the workplace feels really pleasant, so you feel bad that you’re just causing them nothing but trouble…?
Hmm, I can see why you’d wanna quit. It’s hard if no one can understand how difficult it can feel when you keep making mistakes at work…
Nazuna: Yeah. You feel like you’re alone with no support, huh.
But even so, the workplace isn’t school. It’s not a place to make friends, so there’s nothing you can do but to continue working to gain their trust.
Tomoya: You’re right. I wish we could do something to help.
There’s a lot of work left we have to do, so that means all we can do is listen to your troubles…
It’s a shame we can’t do anything, but I think we’d be causing you trouble too if we give you empty promises.
You’re happy just knowing that we care about you…?
No no, we’re the ones who brought you here and wanted to get involved. We’re sorry we can’t help much.
Nazuna: But this is troubling~ We want to help you right away, but we shouldn’t be away from the office for too long.
I think the best thing we can do right now is finish our work for the day and then have a strategic meeting tomorrow. How does that sound?
Hajime: Um, may I say something?
Nazuna: ?
What’s up, Hajime-chin? Is there something on your mind~?
Hajime: No no, I just have a suggestion.
Could we talk with the TV staff directly about this?
Tomoya: Huh? Talk about this with the TV staff?
Hajime: Yes. We’ll work with the new employee and make up for the parts we’re both lacking in. Just like how we’ve done up until now at the company.
Mitsuru: That’s a bold suggestion, Hajime-chan! How did you come up with that idea?
Hajime: Umm, it’s hard to explain in a few words, but…
I’ve been thinking about what sort of idol I want to be.
Nii-chan chose to balance being a university student and an idol. He took a break from “Ra*bits” in order to see the outside world and then he came back.
Mitsuru-kun is a very cool and popular drama actor. Tomoya-kun is also making good use of his acting experience and has appeared in a number of plays.
I’m still searching for myself in comparison.
“Ra*bits” is a unit whose selling point is being cute and we’ve had to show our cute side numerous times now.
But I’m still thinking about what kind of idol I want to be.
I don’t know the answer yet but I think I know what kind of idol I don’t want to be.
I know that meeting the adult's expectations and completing “New Start Go” as planned is what a professional does.
I also know that a scary part of the entertainment industry is that you can be fired if people find you difficult to work with.
But those weren’t the kind of people who saved me – It was people like Nii-chan or Akehoshi-senpai who stuck to their beliefs.
So… Don’t think it’s all set in stone already. Let’s talk to the staff, okay?
I have a feeling if we “obedient children” stay this way, we’ll end up having to put up with doing the things we don’t want to do.
I–I’m sorry for talking for so long. I ended up going in circles, huh.
Nazuna: Not at all. I understand what you’re trying to say, Hajime-chin.
Working doesn’t mean doing everything you’re told to do. It’s our job as a member of society to think things through properly before achieving results.
I’ve got an idea. Would you want to help me out with it?

He arrived in Stardew Valley with few expectations but even so, he could never have imagined he would encounter magic, otherworldly creatures, corporate conspiracies, so many queer villagers, a secret destiny and right at the centre of it all the love of his life.
can't you see i'm falling apart, love (want to fall together?) (ao3) - AmbroseRivers

chase the sky (ao3) - overwhelmedbysonder
Summary: "I promised you I was going to get you out of here. I promised you we’d chase the sky. We can't do that until you get better, Phil. I know it’s hard, and I know it hurts…but I’m fucking sick of this room, and if I am, I KNOW you are too. We’ve got to get you into the world, before you forget how good it is out there."
Or, the one where Phil is still struggling with depression, PTSD, and being a mute in recovery, and Dan still just wants to hug him.
(Or, alternatively known as the sequel to Restless).
Everything (ao3) - breatherepeat

Fumes of burning sulphur (ao3) - lovestillaround
Summary: It’s always been unimaginable for Dan to hurt Phil, up until now.
Actually, it is still unimaginable. It is something that slips out when he’s drunk, almost without his consent, once. Nothing bad really happens, but there is this thought, this thought, this weird reflex or however you want to call it. Nothing bad happens, but at the same time everything is ruined, or maybe it’s been in ruins from the beginning, and they just hadn’t realised?
Gods of the Internet (ao3) - WordsMakeUs
Summary: He’s finally done it. Dan Howell has finally cringed himself into the twentieth circle of hell by making the colossal mistake of sending his favorite Youtuber an alcohol-fueled message. He’s ready to delete his channel, go underground, and reappear twenty years later under an alias – maybe something as unassuming as, ‘Bob Pancakes’. Before he can crawl under his newfound rock of misery, he receives a response from his idol. The question is, should he read it?
Libertas Volandi (ao3) - Im_Innocent_I_Swear
Summary: Phil Lester hates his boarding school. He hates how he has no friends or how he always gets bullied. He hates getting laughed at by everyone, or getting called names. And he absolutely hates his new roommate. Dan Howell. It must've been some lousy trick from fate as the two absolutely despise each other. But now they have to share a room, they realise they actually have a lot in common! Phil now knows it was the best trick fate pulled on him yet as this Dan Howell guy, is not an asshole after all. He's not that mean, he's not a bully, he's not horrible. But he's also not human. The two boys fall in love, and Dan knows that he's not allowed to fall for a human. But how bad can it be? It's just a little fun. No one will die from a little fun like this... Right?
linger on (ao3) - dizzy, waveydnp

Truths
You are getting ready to leave. You go get your jacket, put on your shoes and as soon as you open the door, you have uninvited guests waiting for you on the hall.
At first you don’t see them, but as you walk to the front door through them, a cold breeze goes all over your neck down to your back and as if they were crashing the best party ever, they decide to stick around.
I guess we all have our fears, our ghosts. I’ve always pictured them like some sort of Dementors that are invisible to people, but are there with you all the time. And I imagined them coming in the most unannounced and unexpected way ever… Maybe that’s why I always have cold hands.
A few of them are my messiest roommates. I have asked them to leave but my Patronus is not strong enough yet. However, there is this one Dementor. He’s been been with me for quite a long time and I admit that I’m afraid that, after so long, this fear can become a truth. A reality.
And a truth spoken by someone else, has another sound, a different wave. And if that person is someone you care about, then it’s like a katana going through your heart. That’s why this hurts way more than when I see my Dementor everyday.
I guess when you don’t have so many things, it’s easier not to get attached to stuff you don’t own. Makes sense, right? The least you have, the easier it is to adapt to unknown situations. So for example, if you want or have to move, change country or whatever, then you only have to worry about the things that you have. When I moved for the first time, I put an ocean in between my family and the only life I had known and I flew with only two suitcases. Nothing else.
It’s been 12 and a half years of that.
But what happens when your life changes? At some point, it has to. Of course, we all grow and want different things. I’ve been searching for stability for so long that instead, it has become a shadow that follows me around all day long, every single day. Sometimes, I think it’s just making fun of me, honestly.
In the last three years, a lot has happened. I found a good job and the stability (in the most literal meaning) that I was looking for. But I discovered that stability is not just having a 9 to 5 job and a fixed salary every month. Of course this helps, but stability, actually, has another side: it’s a house that feels like home; it’s friends who like spending time with you and creating memories; it’s time shared with those who live in your heart. Does it make sense?
As I think I have been slowly ticking a few items on the list to complete the recipe of stability (this feels like it’s taking foreveeeer!) one of the Dementors, grew stronger since last weekend. You see, two weeks ago, my first ever sofa, arrived to my new apartment. It’s a three place sofa but really wide; and because of something I heard that got stuck in my heart, I started thinking what if this is too much of a dream for me? Is this “too big” for me? Not only the sofa, the whole thing…
It’s kind of that feeling when you buy some clothes that you really like, for example, and they turned out to fit a little bit big on you… what would you do? Would you keep them even if they don’t look that bad or would you return them?
My best friend can perfectly see when one of my Dementors is draining me and she can cast her Patronus immediately so I could breathe again. She would probably say that I should do what I want and not listen to anyone. Steffy would say that nothing should matter more than what I think. She would say that this is my “home” and that’s what counts.
I know she’s right.
But the Dementor of doubt has been playing in my living room this week and I can’t help to wonder if maybe I was dreaming way beyond my possibilities. Do I actually fit here? I’ve always thought it was alright to aim high enough and always wondered if I could reach there… is it a bad thing?
The truth is that I live alone in what somedays feels like a giant’s castle. My apartment is big, with enough space and perfectly fine for just one. But it’s true that when you start to build your home, especially in a country that’s not yours, you dream of having people around as much as possible. You dream of having a physical space big enough to share with a partner and a perfect excuse to just get together. And that is exactly what I want.
I still have some points on the list waiting to be ticked. But with doubt disorganising my house, I ask myself: if this is too big for me, then what should I aim for? Where am I standing and where should I go? Am I going to have the opportunity to have my own “home”, share it with someone everyday and having friends around pretty often?
If the answer, dear Universe, is yes, then my last question is: when is it going to be my turn?
