It’s near the end of the week and I’ve only managed to get to the gym once to start week 2 of the @motherstrongleague #new12monthprogram created by @nathaliamelofit. However the program that @nathaliamelofit created also has a #homeworkoutsection too which I myself use when I can’t get to the #gym . So tonight instead of stressing and thinking “I’ve got to the gym once this week” and “I’ll have to start week 2 again” I used the #athome section of the @motherstrongleague . Not only did I get my workout in I did days 2 & 3 together and all I needed was - #dumbbells #resistancebands #loopbands . Tonight I was babysitting and so instead of fretting about not getting to do the #homeworkouts I put my #dumbbells #resistancebands & #loopbands in the car along with #workoutclothes and once the children were in bed asleep I got my stuff out of the car. And yes I did my workout. They are clean brand and completely natural and cruelty free💙Everything I tried from them tends to have a natural pine or cedar scent which I enjoy, it smells like fresh air, mountains and forest 🏔 I adore adventurous and outdoorsy vibe of this company. So far Hopping Fresh deodorant works real well, it does dry out after a few minutes, has a cooling sensation and doesn’t melt or stain 💚 Vitamin C serum has a light quick absorbing formula, that worked great so far. CHOCOLATE ORANGE - these have undergone a transformation in the last few months. I used to use a whole chocolate orange in each batch, but they weren’t dairy-free, and so I ended up with two very different brownies once I launched the vegan range. When I redesigned the shop on the web-site, making everything simpler size-wise and price-wise, the former had to go. So now all of these brownies are made using orange essence in the base, and are topped with orange peel powder and a piece of dairy-free chocolate orange. i said i wouldn’t chicken out so here it is, loosely based on this headcanon that Dizzee prefers DC and Thor Marvel + my way to deal with that bullshit news about steve rogers

"what the fuck?"

Awaken by the noise, Dizzee opened his eyes and reflexively wiped his mouth of the drool that he knew there would be there because when wasn’t it there?. Waking up was never a smooth process for Dizzee, he always woke up confused, a bit lost, unsure of whether he was dreaming or awake. He clumsily rubbed his eyes trying to remember exactly at what point he had fallen asleep. He remembered coming to Thor's as the night fell over New York City plunging the city into a spectacle of lights and shadows. He remembered them deciding to watch a movie on Netflix, both laying on their stomachs on Thor's bed. They had spend too much time choosing the movie, bickering as usual about which one to watch  (Dizzee loudly complained about the lack of DC movies and Thor's suggestion of Iron Man 3 would have earned him an elbow to the ribs if their positions had been less awkward however Dizzee resorted to his glaring side eyes and Thor laughed so hard he fell off the bed.) They settled for Space Jam that both of them had already watched so many times, and Thor set his battered laptop at the end of the bed and flopped against the wall while Dizzee laid his head on his thighs (and Thor had immediately protested about him not being comfortable, had gotten up and promptly threw off his jeans, coming back to lay down in with only his underwear). The movie had started alright, Thor was massaging the back of Dizzee’s neck with his thumb and they both had laughed stupidly at the movie's jokes. Dizzee must have fallen asleep barely 10minutes in (as he usually did whenever they tried to watch a movie together, Thor accused him of being a sloth but Dizzee knew that he couldn’t help himself, he tended to drift when he felt safe and comfortable which was recurrent whenever he was with Thor).

Another whispered, "what the fuck" brought Dizzee back to reality. He must not have been sleeping for long since the movie was still playing, however, Thor's hands were no longer on his neck. He straightened up to see his boyfriend clutching his phone. Thor immediately turned his attention from the device to him and smiled apologetically;

"oh shit babe, did I woke you up?"

"no I think it was the tv... what's going on?"

Thor seemed embarrassed, he stole a glance at his phone that he had placed on the bedside table (which was really just a stool found in the streets), and suddenly a sad expression crossed his face. He sighed and lowered himself on the bed so that he was no longer laying against the wall but at the same level as Dizzee who responded instinctively and readjusted himself so he could still lay his head on Thor's torso and look at him.

"it's stupid really.... it's not like it matters or anything, it's just fictional."

That picked Dizzee's interest. Thor was one of the most loving person that Dizzee knew; he had half-joked once that Thor's heart was big enough to hold the whole world and its inhabitants in it but, just like atlas, sometimes it was too much and if Thor's heart was open to all it also meant that it was constantly at risk of being hurt. And he had. They had talked about Thor's previous boyfriends of course. Thor's always spoke of them with a smile on his lips but a tremor in his voice. Nonetheless, Thor was capable of not hurting himself for trivialities (well most of the time). Dizzee was not like Zeke or Shao, he was notgifted with words, he never knew what the right thing to say was which is why he often stayed silent (in that regard, him and Ra-ra were more similar than in any other aspects). Thor didn't mind though because Thor had always found Dizzee interesting no matter what oddities might escape from his lips.

"you can tell me" He shrugged, trying to play it cool when all he wanted was to read Thor's mind and know, without the barrier of the words, what was bothering him. This was a recurrent daydream of Dizzee, to just be able to see what Thor was thinking and respectively, he wanted Thor to access his mind, to open all the doors and the secret corridors that Dizzee couldn't, wouldn't bring to the light of day. Thor sighed, again, he laid his head on Dizzee's so the other boy was no longer able to see his face but from his position, he could hear his heartbeat and feel the rumble of his voice through his ribcage and that was all he needed.

"you know like a few month ago they made captain america a hydra agent." 

Thor had a bad habit of never actually giving his question a questioning tone, sometimes he would say something and look expectantly at Dizzee to answer him but never actually asking anything. He did it when he was too buried in his art or when he was nervous; this was one of those times. Dizzee hummed as he remembered seeing several outraged discussion from Thor's twitter, and Thor talking about it, one morning, while Dizzee, not fully aware, had simply nodded along and pretended to follow. Satisfied with his boyfriend's answer, Thor carried on.

"of course they debunked it, they played it as it was all red skull's fault and all the hydra things were just false memories.... which you know, crappy move but at least they fixed it right."

"of course" said Dizzee, his voice muted by Thor's shirt. Thor chuckled and Dizzee could feel it reverberate from underneath him.

"yeah right, so we all thought that was history you know, move on, find another character to wreck or whatever..... but like I just saw an article.... and they did it again."

"to thor?"

"oh no, not at all, no it's still about steve rogers. they made him a hydra agent again. they're saying everything he did was the illusion and the supposed false memories are the real ones"

And that was that. This was the reason Thor had been upset, simple as that. Although he understood his boyfriend's mood, Dizzee couldn't help but be a little glad that it was not more consequencial. Thor took his silence for what it was and let out a groan "yeah I said it was a stupid reason to be upset, it’s just, I feel like they’re taking someone else's art and twisting and it's wrong! I know it won't last, at least I hope so but it's not fair...  " he made a move to get up or to sat back up but Dizzee hold him where he was. Dizzee hated the limits of words, the way words would sometimes stumble like a waterfall out of his mouth or leave him dry as a desert with not a syllable in sight when he needed them. However, he had learned that sometimes words were a necessary evil. He climbed a bit higher on his boyfriend body so they could be face to face and took a moment simply to look at Thor's face, his green, eyes and his nose, his brow, everything that made him, him. This wonderful, big-hearted boy who was way too caring.

"it's not stupid Thor. Sometimes I wonder if I created Rumi or if he created me, the ink on the pages did i wrote them or did they wrote me? you wouldn't be thor without this ink just like i wouldn't be... me. the same ink that created us can be used to hurt us and it's with the same reality as our very beings are made of"

Once again Thor was looking at him with those too big eyes, the same look he always had when watching Dizzee, a smile largely spread on his lips as if he couldn't hold it inside him.

"Anyways nothing ever lasts forever."

"I can think of one thing."

And Thor winked and Dizzee couldn't help but chuckled at the cheesiness of the line, and Thor laughed too and leaned down to kiss Dizzee, his mood forgotten for a moment. Because when they kissed the whole world faded away just background noise until the only real thing was the sensation of the other there, close, touching. And when they parted, better than any words could transcribe, the lingering breath of Thor on his lips as a thank you.

Currently enjoying this absolutely beautiful hair care by @oribe #notgifted I wish! Only sharing my personal experience. It got me intrigued because it’s widely used by celebrities. And of course I wanted something that would make my hair feel like new and nourish strands that didn’t get a cut in a long time. Also, recently my hair and scalp went thru changes after transitioning from bleached blonde to my natural roots (after dying my hair since like 8th grade). I’d still be dying my hair but not to that extreme... But never say never 🙊 ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨I’ve used Oribe Gold Last Collection and Conditioner, plus used Running Through Detangling Spray few times so far. First of all, when I took it out of the package it absolutely wows you! It’s so well made, looks luxe and glorious! The scent...To describe the feeling - Smells like I own a property in Monaco, have a Bentley Parked in my garage and I’m about to fly to Switzerland. I hope it gives you an idea... it’s smells luxury. The shampoo lathers a lot, I wash my hair twice and hair and scalp felt really clean. Conditioner works immediately, coats hair and is liquid enough to spread it on full hair length without an effort. Shampoo has pearly flecks in it, not sure what that ingredient is, but I assume that what makes hair silky. After I used Detangling spray and it promises instant gratification, and it does do that. Also, spray mists very finely, so it lands on all the hair. Brushing hair was a bliss 😁 Afterwards, my hair felt heavy, or full bodied. Also I noticed my hair blow dried faster and I didn’t want to style it because I simply enjoyed healthy looking shimmer on my hair, hair felt smoother, clean, and fresh yet moisturized. And the scent lingers thru out the day. What I liked, not a heavy scent, just little fragrance in the hair👌🏻 To my surprise Oribe brand disclosure - “Our products are: sulfate free, paraben free, gluten free, cruelty free, vegetarian, color and keratin treatment safe.” How awesome 👏🏻 It contains notable ingredients like Oribe Signature Complex (Watermelon, Lychee and Edelweiss Flower); Plant Collagen, Biotin and Niacinamide, Caffeine; Amino Acid Complex and more!
