It’s near the end of the week and I’ve only managed to get to the gym once to start week 2 of the @motherstrongleague #new12monthprogram created by @nathaliamelofit. However the program that @nathaliamelofit created also has a #homeworkoutsection too which I myself use when I can’t get to the #gym . So tonight instead of stressing and thinking “I’ve got to the gym once this week” and “I’ll have to start week 2 again” I used the #athome section of the @motherstrongleague . Not only did I get my workout in I did days 2 & 3 together and all I needed was - #dumbbells #resistancebands #loopbands . Tonight I was babysitting and so instead of fretting about not getting to do the #homeworkouts I put my #dumbbells #resistancebands & #loopbands in the car along with #workoutclothes and once the children were in bed asleep I got my stuff out of the car. And yes I did my workout.
