Rodimus - skywing

- Rodimus is a avg sized Skywing.

- He has firescales, however he can turn them on and off at will. It's a neat little trick. On par with that, thanks to his ability to control it, he can set himself on fire and basically use himself as a weapon(think the monstrous nightmare from httyd). Nobody knows how or why he has that power since it's very rare among Skywings.

- The patterns on his wings are not painted on (everybody thinks they are be they look like flames) they are actually his natural markings!

- Fast and agile flyer, he's even faster on foot (not to blurr standards tho)

Soundwave - night/sea

- Abnormally tall and skinny, I wanted to give him that unnatural look that has the others creeped out.

- He has an extra amount of bioluminescent scales, they look very different from other seawings.

- Has incredible hearing hence the big ears (like to think it's a nightwing trait)

- Has an extra tail which is a birth defect. The little things at the end of his tails are similar to that of a sea anemone. If you've ever touched a sea anemone you know they are very soft and are very sensitive. Soundwave uses them as an extra touch receptor since they are highly sensitive.

- I also like to think he uses them to touch things. It would be interesting if they send some sort of signal to his brain but I haven't thought that out all the way yet. All I know is that he uses them from grabbing and touching. Which makes others very uncomfortable around him (nobody uses their tails that much)

- Soundwave is mostly mute, however he does speak in aquatic. It's a little hard to understand since his bioluminescent scales are wonky.

- He relies mostly on touch and hearing. He can see but it's a little hard with just one eye, especially since he's very close to going blind in that one eye. His fabric is semi transparent, he can see out of it but you cannot see through it, no matter the lighting.

- Wings are ripped from the war. I like to think that “autobots" always go after the wings of "decepticons" since “decepticons" are mostly aerial fighters. However he can still fly!

Rodimus likes to paint his own bioluminescent scales on himself to try and "communicate" better with Soundwave. They obviously don't work, but Soundwave finds it very cute.

💡🖌️ Human Lightbrush designs !! ✩

I love them so much I think about them all day AAAAAAWWGWGWG x_x

This is still pretty early in the design phase, so these outfits are up for change. But, I still think a lot of these ideas are cute and clever, so I’m gonna yap about my design choices for their human forms !!

Lightbulb ☆ I inspired her design off of a lot of kidcore, kandi bracelets, and decora fashion, with her face stickers, hair clips, necklaces and earrings !! I basically just gave her accessories that I would use the heck out of if I had them. I gave her freckles and made her nails the trans colors because why not. Gave her some gray-ish overalls to represent her lower half, and it also features her silly little pattern! She has dyed blond hair and a yellow sweater for her actual bulb. And her eyes have little lightning bolts in them to allude to her cool zappy power !! I plan to give her an alternate outfit that’s a bit less colorful, because I think she would combine this look with like, loungewear. She doesn’t wanna get ready like this every day, if you know what I mean? But she looks awesome haha

Paintbrush ☆ This is my second try at their design! This version is more casual oriented and less fashionable than the previous one, but I feel like that fits them much better as a character. Gave them a headband for the base of their bristles, and I added pink streaks to their already dyed blond hair (based on the Exit Interview where they said they might want to dye their hair pink to ‘reclaim it.’ I love their Exit Interview so much AAGAGAGGAHAHAH) They have a pretty simple outfit, just a T-shirt and some comfy pants. This is one of their alternate outfits, because I do think they would have days where they try hard on their fashion. But I LOVE a lot of Paintbrush designs that have relatively unfashionable outfits compared to everyone around them, I think they’re fun!

I’ll for sure do some more iterations of both of their looks, mostly to nail exactly what I think their fashion sense would be, but I love how these designs look and drawing them is a blast :) !! Thanks for reading all my design notes, it means a lot!!

I feel like Viv’s Character of Beelzebub should have been the sin a Greed instead of mammon the one thing I don’t like about her design is that there is too many accessories on her. But maybe this can work if she’s the sins of greed.

In my vision, beelzebub not only she will be the sin of greed but I want he to be similar to mother from Futurama. Well in public, she’s a nice girl who is for the people by the people this is way she host her party to show her love to them. In reality those parties are just distractions, Just to get the people high or drug up to view her as a nice person. To not see the real reality that Bee hates her people and the only use she see in them is easy money to sell.

Finally, I wouldn’t let her date Vortex instead let her bodyguard a female Cerberus we can call her Cerbrina a very big and strong 3 head dog with their own personality.

These are all hella good ideas! I love the Cerbrina Hellhound idea, I'd love to think she's a descendent of the original Cerberus, but since Cerberus is the protector of Gluttony in Dante's inferno, and for your idea Bee- now Mammon ig, would probably be gifted Cerbrina as a body guard. Brings up the idea that all princess would have a Hell hound each and thus raise the status of hell hound (THE FACT HELL HOUNDS ARE LOWER THEN IMPS IS INSANE BTW)

Also yea, Viv's interpretation of Beelzebub is heavily overindulgent in design, which ig is gluttonous, but its to the detriment of the character. She actually has little accessories, she has the exact same outfit as Loona, its just that the amount of colours and piling of design aspects. Like floating hair, spikey hair, antennae eyelashes, extra arm, lava belly, large ears with more antennae, extra eyes etc leads to to being WAY TOO MUCH in a bad way. (OOF RUN ON SENTENCE)

Shes def written as a toxic positivity person, but like, not even on purpose, because Viv herself is extremely into toxic positivity. The fact its implied she has those parties just to get hell hounds knocked up is INSANE, and how she's framed as a GOOD GUY despite doing that????

If you could change one Primarch’s armor style, who would it be and why? (btw I love your art)

OHHH boy, i'd honestly change almost everyone I think most of the time, the official representations of the Primarchs don't really match their descriptions or concepts, SPECIALLY with Fulgrim Actually

This particular Fulgrim art is me angry at the fact that both his miniature and the representations of Fireblade just don't really feel like Fulgrim When i first started my Primarch portrait series i tried to draw them giving them different designs based on their concepts and characters, but i eventually just started to use the base design and just add some little details to them to make them feel more like the characters that were depicted to me, and their cultures

That's why i added some ornamentation to Vulkan's armor, as well as the scarification and the salamander tooth on his ear, and the circuits patterns on Ferrus

Mild pet peeve:

Why do animal ears look weird just stuck on humanoid character heads, to the point sometimes they get human ears anyway by accident? Because animal ears aren’t actually stuck to animals’ foreheads, ya walnut!

They’re still on the SIDE of the head then “wrap around” upward! They are HUGE because they’re cone shaped (yes! even your floppy eared doggo! they’re coned under the floppy! They just have less cartilage!) or pod shaped (like a horse or rabbit) or circular (like a bear).

Start the base of the ears on the side of the head slightly above where the mandibles meet then work “outward” from there please I am begging.

Oh, and go scritch a cute kitty’s or doggo’s ears.

the mourn watch background gives you such a GIFT in having other characters notice and call out on-screen that rook code switches like a motherfucker. the whiplash of hearing my snarky 'heeey I'm just a little guy! :>' funnyman rook speak the heightened ritualized phrases of the mourn watch with perfect seriousness and gravity completely naturally and/or break into an academic tone that can keep up with emmrich at the drop of a hat never stops giving me such endless delight. truly their real mind is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside some hideous mourn watch casual wear

oc: Phoebe, Breton TESV Skyrim

Having a Skyrim/The Elder Scrolls oc means that you’ll end up casually writing k!dnapping on your character’s bio and have to roll with it 😓

Anyway Skyrim is actually my comfort game😭😭 i have been obsessed with it and the Elder Scrolls since forever sooo after 1000+ hrs of playing I felt it was about time I illustrated my tesv ocs, starting with the first one ever, Phoebe

Its kind of awkward cuz she started out as my self-insert for the game😓 now she kind of has her own identity tho

(Upset that i cant find a nice poncho/shawl mod ueue)

She’s my main mage DB that i usually pair with kaidan skyrim. she starts out as a prisoner in the Abandoned Prison and then escapes with him (as well as my other ocs that start their adventures there cuz I like to think all my playthroughs happen at the same time)

She introduces herself as a low noble from Highrock, but otherwise doesn’t talk much about who she was, or whether or not she plans to return.
