im fully expecting the show to go the way of the movies. it doesnt help Sea of Monsters is almost unanimously the least favorite book of the first series. People frequently forget it even exists or what happens in it, especially more casual fans.

Heck, just look at how little fanfare the second season has gotten so far as compared to the build up to s1. I wouldn't be surprised if s2 totally flops. It would be a little funny.

okay so. ever since reading the manga volume where cs starts, my brain has refused to let go of the scene Endou gets captured by Beta.. because is it just me or does it look like his arm gets ripped off?

I decided to take that moment (and the part of Endou pushing Tenma away so he won't get captured too, I don't remember if that's manga only) and put it in the anime canon (since there's more characters involved there and in the manga Endou gets recovered off-screen) and run with the idea...

just finished Nimona… DAMN does it feel good to watch such an openly queer movie man

#i haven’t read the graphic novel (though now I plan to!) so these are just my observations from the movie but #nimona is fucking trans & nonbinary man #like so fucking openly. refusing to answer balistair’s small minded questions and simply replying ‘i’m Nimona!’#chef’s kiss. absolutely fucking astounding. the nonbinary/genderqueer experience in a nutshell #you cannot and will not pin me down !#and obviously the major themes of being the odd one out among a whole society of people perceived as ‘normal’. wow that hit close to home!#and if the aggressively queer themes weren’t enough we have ambrosius and balistair too <3 like fuck yeah give us that on screen couple !#overall… enjoyed it so very much #a new comfort movie perhaps…..#oh and don’t think i missed that pride flag in the credits lmaooo absolutely iconic #jay rambles #nimona #nimona spoilers

Got tagged by @gatheredfates for a Now vs Then, and I've managed to find a very early picture of my main while showing off a newly earned Black Mage Artifact Armor from back in October of 2023. It really doesn't feel like that only just over a year ago I started playing the game. I didn't even know what things like gpose were back then! But when I contrast that with a picture I took only yesterday in celebration of finishing a jump puzzle over in Tuliyollal (in my current Black Mage fit too!)-- I can't say I'm not proud of how far I've come since then.

As for who I'm tagging-- I'm gonna take a leaf outta @iron-sparrow's book and say if you're seeing this, and haven't done one yet-- this is your call to action. Time to break out your character's metaphorical baby book and show off those pics!
