I've been replaying DAO and I have to admit it's kinda hilarious how each class' 'evil' specialization is obtained.

For blood magic, one must sell the soul of an innocent child to a demon.

For the reaver specialization, one must defile a sacred artifact for a crazed cultist and drink dragon blood.

For an assassin, one must be nice enough to Zevran that he's willing to show you. Zevran has morals.

One of these is not like the others.

What does this character like and dislike about themselves?

Renaux rarely gives himself any actual consideration. He's not prone to much self-examination, taking himself precisely as he is. When he examines his strengths and weaknesses, it's for strategic purposes. Working with the "Scions of the Seventh Noon-ish" meant knowing how he best fit into combat scenarios and how to most effectively use his abilities. He spent quite a bit of time strategizing with Jagged Light for that reason. She dislikes him, bordering on loathing, but Light knows he's intelligent.

If pressed, he'd state that as his "like" about himself. He's intelligent, analytical, and quick to draw conclusions based on observations.

As for his "dislike"... Renaux, again, isn't going to regard himself very closely for reasons apart from combat scenarios. And so he'd default to the fact that he can't wield a sword effectively due to an old injury.*

Describe this character in one word.

Vituperative.

*The "old injury" is a poorly healed right elbow fracture sustained when he attempted to kill his half-sister, Solange. He believes he succeeded in this, and so doesn't fret too much about the fact that he couldn't reach help in time to avoid a permanent issue. He's not limited in every day usage of his right arm, but he can no longer support the weight of a sword in combat.
