You know what? I have read three Chaoplanoy stories. And they ain't getting any book awards any time soon. BUT, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by Dream.

The other books are GAP and Blank.

Yes, the ones the shows are out cause I got anxious waiting for the weekly episodes.

GAP, has its positives and its negative. And honestly, I think the parts I enjoy the least on the show are the ones that are more loyal to the book. In terms of acting and costumes, I liked the official trailer more, but in terms of themes, I liked the first one more. The perspectives it seems they were gonna take initially felt more compelling to me. Even in the actual show, some things felt like they were gonna go ashtray from the book and that felt refreshing but then they didn't commit to it and that was upsetting.

Blank truly went from a grooming story to an age gap love story. I do think that aging them two years made a whole ass difference. But also, the way their relationship was portrayed in the book and in the show felt very different. I mean, Nueng pretended to be Anueng's mother at a school event... I just... In the show they feel more equals and they're both more mature, which I appreciate. Also, there's less sex. And I actually like that. I feel it helped develop their relationship better. Truly a masterpiece what they did compared to the book. In both fuck Chet though (and the grandma).

Dream is exactly the opposite. I wasn't thrilled about reading the book, especially since the show is so angsty and Wan is so toxic. But the book was absolutely amazing? Chaoplanoy's level of amazing. The only thing I did NOT like about the book itself was that they made the fathers soulmates and that the mothers also date and the fact that they all interact together as couples. It's just so bad. But otherwise, it's a pretty chill book? The first 20 chapters are about them becoming friends. Then there's a big time jump and tbh it doesn't feel like a big struggle them getting together. Also Wan knows Mawin until Kim is already dating him and they barely interact before Wan crashes the wedding. They're dumbasses that don't know how to communicate but they aren't constantly fighting or stuff like that. I'm interested to see what's the direction they'll take. I haven't sent Ep 6 though cause I wanted to finish. But they didn't need to change much, they could have done 6 episodes of highschool and 6 of adult life, 50/50 like the books. I WOULD however change the mothers relationship and I would have the fathers have an "accident" or something for abandoning their children. Oh and I hope they take away the fathers also getting soulmates .

It took a little while to get him to calm down and actually listen to you.

BULMA

Bulma was a lot more understanding than her son and husband even if telling her was actually done on accident.

You let it slip while you were asking her about the time machine and she asked you what it was for. Then you went on a rant about how you stole her sons machine for your own powers to work.

"You can time travel?" "Yep." There was a short pause before she put on her face cover and got back to building the time machine you had asked her for when you first got here.

"Neat." You were relieved to hear that she was so calm about the whole thing, but eventually she put the blow tourch down and lifted her face cover up to look at you again.

"Wait a sec- If you can time travel, why did you need Trunks's time machine and one of your own?" "Well- actually I need them because I found a loophole in my ability. If I use this time machine, I can go back to any time and then go back twelve years in the past as long as I'm with ___"

"So ____ is that person you were with earlier? I'm guessing that makes you both pretty important, to y'know. The planet." "Yep."

Then she went back to her work pretty quickly, and kept making conversation until she found out about everything she wanted to know about your powers.

"Alright, I'll finish this soon. Did you already tell the others?" " Well I mean- I accidentally kinda told Vegeta so I'm probably gonna have to talk to him about this in full detail later, but the other fighters? I didn't really plan on it."

"Well you're gonna have to tell Trunks soon Honey. He's paranoid about letting in another cell."

VEGETA

He was actually the first to know, and had a better reaction than his son.

You ran up to him while looking for Bulma, and asked him wehre she could've been earlier so you could ask her for the time machine that you stole from future Trunks.

"Hey Vegeta! Have you seen Bulma? I need her to build me a time machine!"

You spoke as fast as you flew over there when ____ mentioned the possibility of the loophole in your time travel, and even mentioned Bulma in the process so you rushed over without much thought of a cover up. "What- The woman is probably inside. Why? So you can play time hero with the boy?"

He mocked despite hardly being able to fully process a lot of what you said because of how quickly you were speaking, but you dismissed it and instead hugged him quickly.

His face flushed red from embarassment after you let him go and he snatched away.

"Thanks, you're a saint! And no! I found a loophole in my time travel ability that I'm...not..supposed to tell you about-"

"...What-" "Bye Veggie!" You ran as fast as you could as he was standing there stuck, long enough for you to make it to Bulma's lab and shut the door behind you.

"WHAT!?"

Once you explained it to him later and he called you a nuisance, but in his defense it just meant he would have another person to carry in fights.

GOKU

This was yet another accident.

You didn't want to tell him at the moment because of what happened with vegeta, but luckily for you it's goku. He reacted a little better than vegeta did.

"So why's Trunks so mad at you?" He questioned as he followed close behind you while you were running from Trunks, who's time machine you needed to "borrow" again.

"I needed his time machine!"

"Huh? For what? I thought we only had the cell issue?"

He was understandably confused, and asked the most questions.

In the heat of the moment, considering Trunks was far behind but it wouldn't take much for him to catch up if you got distracted and slowed down, you blurted out answers instead of thinking about them. "No, something else happens later that I've gotta stop!"

"But isn't that Trunks's job?"

Once again, you were trying to keep as far away from Trunks as you possibly could so you could make it to the island in time to get away with the time machine, "Trunks can't time travel like I can!"

"You can time travel?"

"NO"

Once explained in detail, Goku understood but asked a bit more questions than you expected especially without _____. Who of course, has way more information than you do.

PICCOLO

Well of course he knew, he's the only one you would trust to keep a secret. However you didn't even tell him, _____ did!

It was a shock considering they chastised you for letting just about everyone on the team know. However its reliving that Piccolo knows, as the only one who actually took the time to sit and listen to the benefits and non-benefits of the ability.

"you and ______ Should stick close to each other, if we loose either one of you it could mean trouble" He says in his usual stern tone, and honestly you get it. It'd be troublesome to loose the only two good time travelers who can help without getting into some time trouble.

He understands you're a good fighter but you're also an asset and now a liability, so no matter how much he's in your corner you know he won't hesitate to make you stay behind if he feels its too dangerous for you to go with the rest of them.

KRILLIN

"I can time travel." You just decided it was about time to let him know. You guys were alone, and you got sick of him hinting at you and _____ dating.

"H-Huh?" He asked, his confusion clear as he blinks as if that's somehow gonna fix his hearing or maybe he'll blink the confusion out his head who knows.

"I can time travel with ______. That's why we're always together, we have to be" your tone sounds a bit neutral, and you answered him a bit too fast but you wanted to get your point across as you knelt down to lift a pile of rubble to look for a dragon ball. "We aren't dating, we can time travel we just cant without the other and a few more rules."

"S-so this whole time you guys could-"

"Time travel. yes Krillin." You answer him with a sigh as you stand up and walk over to check somewhere else to find the dragon ball, hopefully you can find it soon so you guys can head back.

"Oh man, this whole time I thought you guys were a thing! Or at least you and Trunks" He mumbles the last part.

I think foods are definitely related to healthy and balanced productivity🍱I’ll be learning all that for the rest of the year!

12.) Have you ever had a fic translated? Only when I was moving my baby steps into both writing fics and (re)learning English. I needed someone to translate from Pasta. 😔

13.) Have you ever cowritten a fic before? Yes! I think it was 2-3 fics in total with @evol-astraea, back when we were severely drowning in Iron Leaguer Hyperfixation Pond™

15.) What’s a WIP you’d like to finish, but doubt you ever will? There's this Transformers G1 fic that I never got around to finish. Started it +10 years ago, LibreOffice's page count for the WIP is currently sitting at 104, and I know I'm not even halfway done with the fic. What caused me to suddenly halt everything and never pick it up again is called "I was so focused on typing I think I had written 10-20 more pages when MS Word decided to suddenly crash on me and I lost everything because I never saved the progres once the whole time". 💀

16.) What are your writing strengths? I honestly have no clue. Maybe the fact that I post only works that I have completed?

17.) What are your writing weaknesses? I need to feel very motivated to start writing, and I need to keep that motivation up from start to finish, otherwise I won't get anything done. I also can't start two different stories simultaneously, otherwise I'll inevitably lose inspo for the one left on standby, making it harder for me to pick it up later on.

OKAY SO I FINISHED BRIDGERTON SEASON 3 !!!

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS:

- for season 4 it’s definitely gonna be a benedict/sophie/eloise/phillip story because it would be weird to continue francesca’s story right after she got married.

- also francesca’s husband john kilmartin, dies two years after they got married. season four will be set one year after season three (francesca and john’s wedding) so the timeline wouldn’t be right if he died a year after.

- at the end of season 3, when eloise was getting packed up for scotland, she said she will be back in one year for her mother’s MASQUERADE BALL!!!

-THIS IS THE SAME MASQUERADE BALL BENEDICT MEETS SOPHIE!!!

-so season 4 will definitely (hopefully) be about benedict.

- ALSOOOO the code name for season 4 is ‘Vauxhall’. vauxhall is a place where masquerade balls were often held in the regency times. and a masquerade ball is where we will see the future mrs benedict bridgerton. think about it.

-i also don’t understand why they felt the need to change francesca’s second husband to a wife?? follow the book people you won’t get cancelled for not doing that 🙄 no offense

- colin didn’t have a lot of scenes with his family. like when anthony was in a crisis, he had daphne. or when daphne was in a crisis she had literally any other person in her family. but poor colin was not alone but he was lonely 😞

- also colin is like the only bridgerton child that didn’t have sooo much drama. as much as i loved season 3 and i was longing for it for so bloody long, a little bit of drama wouldn’t hurt (other than the whistledown thing)

- what is with that threesome? skipped the whole scene so don’t ask me what happened

- also i keep hearing people saying that colin should’ve groveled more for penelope, that she deserves to be chased not be the chaser. yes pen deserves everything in this world and the next but give colin a break okay? he wanted to marry her as soon as possible because he LOVED her. and pen had no choice but to say yes because if a man you have loved for more years than the amount of years you were alive asked you to marry him, would you say no? i’ll leave it at that.

- i wish they showed anthony and kate’s baby 😔 we had nothing than ‘WE’RE PREGNANT!’ then they disappear with no word of the pregnancy again.

- this was supposed to be a pen/colin season. not a pen/colin/ben/tilley/paul/fran/john season.

- there wasn’t enough time to develop pen and colin’s love story. i feel like it was far too rushed, with all the other characters lives interfering and the whistledown drama as well.

- fran should’ve just had her own season. like she would’ve been amazing in her own season, in her own spotlight.

- she didn’t even have time to develop as a character. like, yes she was recasted, but her character in s1 and s2 was carefree, young, not awkward. but now she’s this mature, grown up, and forgive me, weird young woman who doesn’t know what she wants. she was also gone for basically more than half of the show and giving her a whole season (one that’s shared with other characters mind you) to get married? i thought that was weird.

- i thought she could’ve had at least a whole season to just be there and live her life.

that’s all the notes i have so far in the season. let’s hope for season 4 being benny boy’s love story 🤞🏽🩷

I just finished playing the demo...it is nearly 3 am for me and I have class in like 4??? hours...welp, totally worth it 😎

I am so emotional rn, it's wild. That was such a good read!!! The world and the characters you've created feel so real, especially MC! I'm already attached to all of the ROs (yes, even ???, that dream sequence broke my already aching heart) and according to my stats, I'm well on my way to sweeping the emperor of my heart off of his feet 🥺 (15% bb, and all entirely by accident too lmao)

Real talk tho, this is gonna live rent free in my head for the next month at the very least. The whole demo felt so vivid and the emotions so visceral, I'm literally reeling. It's been a while since I've been immersed in something so utterly and completely (not to mention this quickly!)

The plight of the Shan people in Hae, the fighting between the tribes and the kingdom, the internal strife of the MC, the pain of rebuilding in a home that rejects you while struggling with the fraying ties of a land that haunts your memories like a ghost begging, pleading for you not to turn your back on it, not to sever the connection, not to forget but to remember, to please remember— Who's crying, I'm not crying- You're crying (it's me😔 ive been sobbing this entire time 😭🤡)

All this to say this is an absolutely amazing story you've got here and I can't wait to read more! It would honestly make such a good kdrama, I've been imagining it as one as I read this whole time! 😂

In conclusion: Hansol is my bro, my bestie, my ride-or-die, I will tease Insu until the breath leaves my body, I would do literally anything for Yonsun, Emperor of Hae and ruler of my heart and soul (long may he reign), I can't wait to give ??? all the love and affection they've missed out on in all these years, and if anyone hurts sweet Eunseo or any of my Samjogo boys, I can and will be throwing hands 😤

Okay, I have some ideas for some choose your own adventure style stories, I’m gonna start with something small based on a couple of suggestions I’ve gotten, but I have something a little bigger planned for the future once I’ve tested the waters a little 👀 here’s what I’m thinking:

Ideally each adventure will be contained in one post and I’ll use an extension to add polls to reblogs, so long as the polls don’t break

(if they do break, I’ll have to switch to using a tag that people can scroll back through to see each adventure from start to finish. The fact that they’ll be in reverse order is a little annoying but oh well. And posts with polls not being editable unfortunately means that I can add “start here” or “previous” buttons to each post to make navigation a little easier, but I can’t add a “next” button 😔)

Since the shortest poll duration is 24 hours, I don’t think I’d be able to make every single Harry dialogue a poll, or else it would take a veeeery long time to get through the story and I imagine that it would get annoying. It would be easier to pull off in a twitter thread than a tumblr post. For this blog, I’ll try to make each installment long enough to be satisfying, and each dialogue poll important enough to be worth the wait.

(For this reason, I also wouldn’t be able to make it so that you could go through all of the options in some dialogue lists like you can in the game. Sorry!)

I think it would be fun to include active checks! (Red checks only, again white checks/going through multiple dialogue options might be more fun to attempt if polls could be like an hour or two long like on Twitter.) It could look something like, if the check option wins the poll then that’s an attempted check, but whether it’s a success or failure depends on the percentage of voters. Higher the difficulty, higher the percentage of votes needed.

If anyone has any thoughts/suggestions, let me know! I’m hoping to test the waters with a short one about Cunoesse based on some suggestions soon!
